My food and service is always good here (considering fast food). It's a little annoying that the Taco Bell half of this restaurant doesn't register in the Taco Bell app, but the KFC registers in its app. Hint.. use the app.

Don’t even deserve one start! Pay 10 dollar for 6 small chicken?? The size of my finger! Wth you wouldn’t like to receive that, It was SO DRY. Definitely not going back

I usually order taco bell for my wife here she say it passable for Mexican my complaint is I order a large Mac & cheese which is very good till I got home it was half full for 7.29 I expected a full bowl

I spent 20$ on two kfc famous Bowles, one Crunchwrap, and a 5 layer burrito. The guy Alexander, or Alex has horrible customer service for looking over the age of 40. The chicken was extremely hard in the famous bowls even though we were the only customers in line, and the crunch wrap was not eaten because it looks like it was assembled in the bathroom not on the taco line. Horrible food, horrible service DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME THE FOOD IS DISGUSTING.

Very poor appearance and quality of food I ordered recently for my family. I know now why I don’t come here anymore but daughter wanted a chicken bowl. I will not go to this location or any other KFC because the standards are very low.

WOW! I drove thru the drive up window today, ordered a "Family" meal. (every family is different, ours is 2 adults) The photo online shows a bucket FULL of chicken, a bowl full of mashed potatoes and a bowl full of cole slaw with 4 rolls. I Received - a "MINI" let me reiterate " MINI" bucket of chicken, (look at the tape measure in the photo) AND only 2/3 full. Plenty of mashed potatoes (2 containers, 1 gravy) then ONE container of coleslaw. $28 for lunch - PASS! That's $14 each. Every single time (over the past 20 years) I break down and drive through this location - its a colossal disappointment. I guess, I'll just never learn.

I picked up my Thanksgiving feast today from this location. The food was ready on time. Hot and delicious, just like we hoped. Such a large amount of food, we will have leftovers for sure. The staff did an absolutely amazing job!! Thank you so much!! You guys are awesome! I will definitely be recommending this, and I will be back for more food soon. This location is always fast and the food is always made correctly when I visit. Owners and managers should be proud of the team they have.

Only giving this two stars because the mac and cheese was good and the service was fast. But unfortunately our cashier wasn't very pleasant, out of an 8 piece meal bucket 3 of them were the tiniest pieces I've ever seen, and you could tell that they had been sitting out because they were really hard and overcooked. Definitely won't be going back 👎

You can definitely tell that this particular place made accomodations during lockdowns, and has since became too lazy to bring it back up to speed. This place has a third of the eating area blocked off for what is now their napkin and lid storage. Like if that's what the public needs in case of armageddon. When I went to order, the staff was insistent on us rushing our order in, only to take longer to get our meals even prepped and ready. Then the goofballs just slung a box into a bag and called it a day for us. Definitely one to avoid.

Today was a wonderfully simple and easy going transaction. I walked in, ordered my food from an incredibly pleasant young woman that was all smiles. My order was accurate, fast and made just the way I wanted it. The young man that brought me my food was as equally pleasant and outgoing. The lobby was clean and to soda machine and ice machine were in working order. Not much else to say expect, thank you. My outgoing and pleasant cashier was Abelo. Thank you, Abelo.

I enjoyed my visit here for lunch. The young lady was very respectful and they served my lunch hot and fresh. They also checked on me during my meal to make sure everything was good. Definitely coming back to this wonderful spot.

Spent 45 min in the drive thru start to finish for this. They're very rude. From the snarky cracked headed lookin bitch in the drive thru to the zesty ass manager giving attitude to my grandma. took 10 min before we even got to order at the drive thru after waiting 20 min for the cars in front of us to go. The only thing I ordered was three chicken tenders, combo and this "chizza" after ordering our food. We proceeded to wait at the actual window for another 20 minutes. I've lived in this neighborhood for 20 years. Even since a this mf Taco Bell/kfc has been AWFUL. & it's not like u can escape the drive thru, once ur in ur kinda stuck.

Went through the drive thru to order a couple of original chicken sandwiches. Got home, opened them up, and found 2 small chicken tenders INSTEAD of a full chicken breast in BOTH sandwiches!!! F***ing LAME!!! THEY RIPPED ME OFF!!! The manager needs to look into his/her crew! GO ELSEWHERE!!! AVOID THIS KFC!!!

Just ordered through doordash, got the wrong sauces, missing mashed potatoes missing PAID FOR biscuits and included biscuits....how hard is it to fulfill an order

The star is for the service. The people were great. The food? Thanks for food poisoning. I have been sick for two days on a long weekend. Ambiance? I was not inside.

Arrived for a late dinner at 9:30 and they made my fresh nuggets for a KFC bowl and gave me a treat for the wait! So sweet! Would recommend:)

DO NOT COME HERE My KFC famous bowl has 4 tiny pieces of chicken this is such BS.! I've payed good money for this i should have believed the reviews and just went else where .! never going back .!! I feel robbed

Service was fast and friendly (hence the extra star). However, there were several pieces from the "family meal" that were this size. Nuff said.

Absolutely pathetic. There were only about five pieces of popcorn chicken in the famous bowl. And the cookie was stale. they don't even say hi how are you or thank you. I think mashed potatoes are pretty cheap they could at least fill the bowl to the top. I got about a half a serving. Pathetic place

One of the worst Taco Bell meals I've had. Both the soft taco and crunch rap tortillas were stall. The cheese on the soft taco was still partially frozen. Employees didn't seem to care.

The store was awesome the worker (Nicholas)was very friendly that took my order and the restaurant was clean inside, this was a dine-in. I got the $3.99 Chicken Fried Steak meal, and it was delicious, everything was fresh. Yummy! Keep up the great work guys!! Highly recommend this location.

they always try and close 2-3 hours before closing and try and hide from customers so they don't have to work!

This place is a damn joke. 9pm on a Friday night wait in line for 20 min to finally get to order, and they "just sold my last chicken ". WTF Not to mention how utterly rude the drive up window staff were. Don't go to this KFC it a complete wast of time If I could give a negative star, I would!!!

Got the 8 piece bucket with corn, mashed potatoes, coleslaw and mac and cheese. The chicken was very dry, so was the corn and the slaw. But really tasty mashed potatoes with gravy and mac and cheese, as always.

We are seniors living on A fixed income, so when we go out to eat it is mostly a luxury. So.....when you order food get all the way home and have your order isn't there !!! So you try to call so they can fix it and you can go back and pick it up, but, the line is busy and stays busy for a hour...now, one of you hadn't eaten and the other one has lost their appetite. After getting denied service at the worst fast food chain in existence (sonic) KFC definitely satisfied my cravings for popcorn chicken. Y'all are finger lickin good. #fucksonic #kfcisthebest

I went to KFC, even though I told myself not to go there again. I ordered a K2 , with breast.wing, potatoes and gravy, biscuit and cookie. The people that take your money have a lot to learn about customer service. The word iS RUDE!! I stopped at the parking lot to eat., but noticed Ihey hadn't given me a spoon, napkins, honey, or my receipt. I had to get back in a line of 6 cars in front of me to get the what they purposely forgot to put in the box. This is one of the many, many complaints on their reviews. The chicken breast I ordered was so tough, the only thing I could do was throw it away. This left me a wing, the potatoes, a biscuit and a cookie! This, for close to $8:00 is a crime. I'm a senior and could have made two meals from that. I called the manager and explained that the chicken I got should have been thrown away or sold 3 days before. AFTER ALL THIS IS KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN!! And his response " I'll give you a breast next time you come in". That's the same answer he gives on all the bad reviews. Seems like an easy way to get out of it. Anyway, this has taught me a lesson, I can go across the street and get more for less money at my favorite spot, M'Donalds. Told all my relatives about my experience.

Why this is the 2nd kfc I've been to that's been out of green beans AND fried chicken in this town is beyond me. Someone needs to help the ordering managers out clearly because they are always running out of food.
