KFC Dublin - Westmoreland Street

I hate the KFC on Parnell Street and now the one on Westmorland Street as well got added to my banned list. Worst experience ever! Zinger Burger was cold, the buns were worst, not fresh at all and cold as well. Went back to the counter to complain about it and I was told it will be the same if they will make it again! They took it back and after 40 seconds they gave me another box and it was just again the disappointment, I guess they just put it in an oven and served back! Really? Jesus Christ, I have paid €14.25 for a disappointment. Hell never again! I am not sure how is it for other meals but this zinger is a SHAME FOR KFC! They should learn from SuperMac next door how to make a Burger!!!! Went to SuperMac, just by looking at the way they have wrapped the burger, that’s class! Freshly cooked, hot and crispy! Thank you SuperMac!

Quite different original chicken spice vs what we got in the Philippines. Enjoyable still as you can have some rice ( Cajun Rice ).

Visited my first KFC outlet after arriving in Ireland.... Visited during peak time and was busy as usual.... Tried hot dip zinger meal... Meal was okay ... Had enough quantity for the price Rated 3 ⭐ for food as I was not happy with the hot sauce in the zinger.... Did not have the spicy touch and didn't like the flavor of the sauce..... this is my opinion...

I’ve been waiting almost two hours for this order and I’m starving. I tried to stay patient and not complain, but the moment I finally started eating, I found a completely undercooked, raw chicken leg. This is absolutely unacceptable, and yeah it’s the KFC TEMPLE BAR.

I dont really want leave a negative review but look at this 10 euro burger and portion of fries. Please dont punish the staff because of this, they are good people. But food is rubbish

Ordered Mighty Bucket for One menu with an extra pair of chicken wings. Chicken was dark, tiny and like fried some time ago, wasn’t like KFC chicken. No bottled drink options like sparkling water or still water were available, so I skipped the drink. Overall experience: Disappointment

KFC We ordered our dinner as takeout using the self-service machine, since the restaurant was quite crowded. The process was easy, and the food was tasty as expected.

Worst customer service I’ve ever come across!! The kiosk broke so took our money but gave no code for the food. We approached them straight away to show the receipt as the phone was about to die! Staff said they had the order and gave us an order number. Then a few minutes later, the phone died and I think it was the manager, called us back up to say they didn’t actually have the order. She asked to see the Revolut receipt, we let her know the phone had died but we had shown her co-workers. The attitude was actually insane!! She more or less insinuated we were trying to scam them and that she couldn’t do anything about it. Fair enough if the staff can’t do anything about the glitch, but it was the attitude that floored us. Honestly it was so embarrassing and the looks/faces from her were disgusting. I work customer service and understand everyone has bad days but she seemed to enjoy being nasty. Would recommend she be pulled up on this.

I got a bad dose of food poisoning here once 3 or 4 years ago, so when sober I avoid it like the plague. Westmoreland Street is awful anyway, nobody should want to be there except the junkies and dealers on the corner. However, drunk me evidently still has a soft spot for the colonels finest, as 'KFC Westmoreland' seems to show up frequently on my online banking statement after a heavy feed of pints. Presumably the high gargle content in my system kills the bacteria that caused my original food poisoning. So basically, avoid this place unless you're locked. G'luck.

I really like their chicken wings, gravy and corn. I'm finding KFC very convenient and quick as well in service as also in preparing the food. I know it's not the healthiest nor nutritious way to supply my stomach but I rather eat in here than in any other take away. 5stars all the way

I have had some bad experiences here and after contacting their complaints department had an even worse experience dealing with them. I for one will not be eating here every again and will do my best never to eat at any KFC again as their customer service is quite possibly the worse I have ever encountered with any restaurant. I only regret I can't give less than one star. Poor performance, poor company.

I must say I love KFC but I'm never going to this dump again, I went here with my mate 2 weeks ago and we were given 14 of the most measliest, leanest pieces of chicken that we had ever seen, that was bad enuf but when we asked for a replacement bucket we were pretty much given the same pieces of chicken in return and I might add I found it very frosty the way our complaint was dealt with...

Yes - I went to KFC. It's been quite a few years since I've gone, and I've only ever had KFC in the US. I do have to say, the quality of this KFC was definitely a lot poorer than what I remember from KFCs in the US. The battering on the chicken was a bit of a mess (some of the fried chickens had batter that was smooth rather than the usual crumble texture). The menu choice to differ quite a bit too - there's no coleslaw, and no baked beans. There's also no mash, but they do sell a bucket gravy. We weren't quite sure what this was for so resorted to dipping our chips/fries in it (yes, meals come with chips/fries as standard). I don't think I'll return anytime soon!

Staff so rude. We went in to try the new double down as the window was full of posters. We where told that it was not being cooked for the day and what did we want her to do about it . We left and went next door to supermacs
