I order at KFC today with my family, the Customer Service was awesome,everything was clean and arranged, and the food was delicious. A huge Thank you to Zoey for her help , she got a lot of patience with us even after a customer was acting crazy saying that's she doesn't have customer and give customer dirty look , i don't know what was is problem and her manager did want to understand that she don't do anything you can see in her eyes how sad she was , I hope you will keep your smile Zoey and Your great customer service. I will came back for sure .

A huge thank you to Anthony for the wonderful customer service experience. This was my first time at this location. Definitely will be bringing it back my family and friends. He was So professional and understanding and very fast and the food was hot and fresh thank you again

Everytime I order here through the app they never have my food.. the app said 5 15 minutes I left to get gas cashier advised that they didn't have crispy and that I would have to wait an additional 30 minutes cant cancel through app because the window was so called closed but again I had to wait an additional 30 minutes over $17.15 I kept getting transfered with no help and again they're holding my $17.15 hostage.. its always easy to pay for something but hard to get the money back

This place never have nacho fries and the food is cold. The manager does not care.

The lady with the breads at the window super rude to deal with. Asking for something simple as sauce and her not wanting to give it but rather quickly lying saying it was on the bag. I had to open it and repeat myself in which she gave me the sauce with a face. This is the reason people stop going to some restaurants. Hopefully she will get better at customer service.

SMH, Bowl not even full and their prices are higher than others. Food was also served luke warm and taste like it was run through some funny tasting water.... would not recommend this place, not worth it

I didn’t enter to the place, I just went to pick up my online order, , the flavor of the food it wasn’t the same as before, a few years ago, and the order was ready for pick up, so I didn’t wait on line.

reminds me of papas wingeria also the food was absolutely phenomenal fuckin that food saved my life

Was going to order lunch but wanted to use the bathroom/wash hands first. The door was locked so we stood outside the bathroom door for 10 minutes(the employee saw us waiting) assuming someone was inside. After standing there for 10 minutes one of the employees asked "Are you gonna order"? . He sat and watched us waiting saying nothing and there wasn't any sign saying we needed a key. He then told us that he wouldn't unlock the bathroom until after we ordered. After being treated like that we opted to find a more welcoming lunch spot.

Fast service at DTH.Fresh/hot chicken sandwich.Only one issue,small/hard to drive DTH for big trucks.

The store is temporarily closed but the drive-through is open. I went through the drive-through just to get a bucket of chicken and the girl at the window was so miserable, she seems as though she would rather be dead than be working. The chicken is OK but the help is terrible.

That staff there was very rude the floors were dirty soda machines didn't work they could not give a receipt because they're printing machine was not working access speak with a manager and she was very rude as well and they also

Regular KFC young Team very friendly. It is a fast Food so do Not expect a 5 Star Hotel Service. I like it here as all is practícal. It is not a 5 Star because it could be cleaner....no big Eddie to keep it cleaner folks. Just try team :-).

Very nice clean restaurant. Staff was very friendly. Service was right away. No excuses. Felt like I was well taken care of, and for fast food while traveling they nailed it!

Outstanding customer service I love how the roaches just follow you around, paid off Health Inspectors paid off investigators probably paid off police to, the bathrooms were just amazing covered in chocolate, the education system has highly failed us, the Mexican food is not what they say it is, I've never heard of Mexican chicken Being used in the United states. All so " a star commander of the House of Galactic pancakes' I demand a refund not of money but of My Time wasted talking to a wall,,, apparently the flying cockroaches have more common sense than the actual employees. But that's cool. I love a petting Zoo with my Food... all so the smell of unforbidden love is just wonderful and very sweet. trashy parking lot all the way, the smell of roses and car freshener is amazingly dazzling,, Off the chain will better be on the Chain by the next time I show up. This place is about a joke . I ordered a Mac and cheese bowl and it came with 4 pieces of meat no cheese. Imma need y'all to get it together because y'all not serving what y'all are advertising.

Worse service I've ever experienced from a kfc chain. Didn't receive my full order and being that they didn't give me my receipt (the cashier balled it up). I called to try to get the rest of my order before driving back across town no answer. When I go back they wouldn't give me the rest of my order because I had no receipt... I would give it no stars if I could.

We have always loved KFC in Florida city, it is always our go too. However 1 month ago my husband got a KFC bowl and ended up having food poisoning. After a few days he was finally feeling better. My Coworker ate a chicken sandwich there last night and also got food poisoning. We will not be eating at KFC anymore.

Bad service, they didn't have the mask on and they were talking on my food. I will never go there again!!

Worst KFC I have ever been to. Dirty, outdated, food is not great, I feel disgusted to eat there. Drive through lines are always soooooooo looooong you can grow a full beard while you wait. Don't eat in you will hate it

My wife went to this location around 2pm today. She ordered a 3 piece meal and 2 orders of BBQ chicken wings. The wings were cold and hard. When we brought them back, they manager was rude and refused to make our order right. When asked for the corporate phone number, they gave her the number to the suicide hotline. This is the worse KFC I have ever been to in the country. They are slow, run out of food and rude. We won't be going to this location ever again. As many options that are available, spending our money at a place like this is out of the question. I will discourage anyone who asks to stay away.

Had chicken pot pie tonight. If you like chicken bones, you would love this. It was full of bones, other then that, what I could stand to eat without choking on a chicken bone was not bad. Still won't be ordering again anytime soon.
