Jan 2026- BROWN chicken do not eat here. I’m 9 months pregnant and was served brown spoiled chicken. I purchased a family meal and was only able to enjoy the sides because half of the chicken was brown like in the photo. The sad part is you can’t see it upon purchase because of the crust so you won’t notice it until you’ve served your family. Although it was a total waste of money I only received a partial refund from corporate as that’s all they could authorize allegedly.They put in several follow ups for the store supervisors to contact me but ofcourse no one contacted me. I was advised only the store supervisors could issue a full refund & explanation. a visit from the health department is recommended because if the chicken looks this way inside it’s a reflection of negligence on someone’s part. The customer service is also lacking seeing as though it has been a week and still no one has reached out.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed a mobile order for a 3 pc combo extra crispy with potato wedges as my side and a chicken little. I drove all the way to the restaurant and when I arrived at the drive through to provide my name for the order the young lady stated they were out of completely out of chicken, out of bread, out of potato wedges and out of crispy chicken for the chicken little. My question is why is this establishment open when you are out of the only thing you sell? Chicken????? This is very inconvenient. Not to mention I drove all the way over here in a thunderstorm . 0/10 I won’t be patronizing here anymore. If you’re gonna be out of everything just close the store because staying open is useless. ITS SAD!!

A little smelly and untidy location with friendly and hard-working staff members that are knowledgeable, this location needs renovations or a detailed cleaning. The food is fine; it's fast food not fine dining experience.

The lady in the drive through was professional..They gave me some original chicken taste 2 weeks old. Thanks to Whomever you were talking to me as one of the manager “ That’s the color it supposed to be. The chicken was black, manager said that’s the color it supposed to be.. Calling corporate!!!!! The only good experience was the lady taking orders in the drive through. Oh & the mashed potatoes taste sour 🤮

My 6 year old son was wanting a bucket of chicken, a chicken sandwich, fries & root beer. He got everything he wanted & loved it, even had leftovers to take home. Thank y'all. We will be back to this location.

The way they treat paying customers is ridiculous!! And no one have a corporate number on this place I got served Raw chicken And was accused twice of coming up here to get chicken that I never got besides the raw chicken that I complained about. They are extremely rude And disrespectful With no type of customer service training This place needs new management Or to be shut down immediately, and I will not stop until I am in contact with their corporate office Who number they don’t have!!

The staff was nice, chicken pot pie is the best. The dinning room needed more soap and water.

I had to throw away my entire meal. The meat wasn't thoroughly cooked, the mac & cheese was watery, the fries were cold and extremely hard. I will not be returning.

Straight garbage! How do you mess up a snack wrap? By serving it overcooked & dried out!

No matter what time you go to this KFC in Forestdale they are always out of most of the menu items. I have went on several occasions hours prior to closing to find that they are out of most menu items & when U ask if the can cook more, you are told that they are through cooking for tonight. I gave up months ago, but tried to give them one last chance on tonight. As I was pulling to the drive the person on the intercom was telling the car ahead of me that they were out of what they were asking for but I thought maybe since all I wanted was side items that I may have luck on tonight. Nope not a chance. It is 8:40 and all they have are 4 breast to sell and that is it. All the other restaurants have customers their parking lot is empty. If they don't get better management that location will soon go out of busines.

If you want some average chicken and get talked to like you are five years old this is the place for you.

Terrible service how a chicken joint don't have wings popcorn chicken or tenders that's crazy then the employees just allow customers to chill be loud it was just a bad experience
