I'm tired of this location not caring about the quality of the food!! I placed an order through the app, and specifically requested variety in original. Get the order, greasy legs and thighs.... if you don't want to do your job right, QUIT!! If you KNEW before my order was done, that you 'ONLY'(😤) Had legs and thighs, although the order said variety, it was YOUR responsibility to contact the customer and give them other options, or the option to cancel. Your restaurant used to care, but not anymore, this was my last time at this location!! You need to hire people who have a strong work ethic, and get rid of ones that don't even care to wear a hairnet, or beard guard! I mean they raised the minimum wage, so you should at least act like you care! I know you wouldn't bring this home to your own families either! Absolutely pitiful!

CFS meal nice but they advertised in a plate and when you get your meal came a tiny bowl no nife no butter, food tastes very good 😋 👌 nice fir a $5.99 meal ,restaurant no AC to hot inside costumers service nice.

We had a bad experience last week called the store after getting home. Daniela offered us to come back within the week to get the meal replaced for free, when we went in she was there and was amazing. She replaced our meal made sure we were happy with it before we left and when I asked to buy two drinks, she gave them for free. Her customer service is amazing. She is doing her best to make this location great.

For the second time coming back on this specific location, there's NO nothing good nor worth getting and your day is ruined after take out. The drumsticks is the size of a chicken wings, the damn chicken thighs has been cut in half, you can even see the bone. Although most of you won't believe me for what I've been saying but don't trust with their easy going take order practice. They even celebrate on the back after you drive away. PLEASE SHUT THIS ONE SPECIFIC LOCATION. I'm not ragebaiting whatnot.

I was very disappointed because I always come to this location and it’s always been good but I came to the drive through and ordered my family meal like I usually do but this time the mashed potatoes were not full like they usually are and the Mac and cheese and chicken looked old and not fresh so I will not be returning to this location again. And it was not worth $73🤦🏻‍♀️

My son (adult) and his cousin a minor who has a disability we planning to get something to eat here they have been walking alone the Canal so they were probably thirsty, his cousin asked for a cup of water and he was denied.. I’m very disappointed with people who are so inconsiderate what is the harm in giving anyone let alone a person with a disability who is clearly thirsty a cup of water shame on you! Regardless you should treat everyone equally they went there to eat but you judge right of the bat ,So my son decided not to purchase anything and they left. Do better for your customers but particularly do better as a human! 🙏 yes you can refuse service to anyone but to treat ppl this way is it because he’s disabled? Would you do this if a man with a suit comes in asked for a cup of water? Sad that they literally walk there to get some dinner…

Every time I’ve ordered food ahead from here they have forgotten something. This time they forgot all the sides in the order I placed

Overcharge me $8 on the special meal deal but then forgot about my gravy. Who in this world eats mashed potato with our gravy? They need a fire the cook. Definitely never come back here
