I'm tired of this location not caring about the quality of the food!! I placed an order through the app, and specifically requested variety in original. Get the order, greasy legs and thighs.... if you don't want to do your job right, QUIT!! If you KNEW before my order was done, that you 'ONLY'(😤) Had legs and thighs, although the order said variety, it was YOUR responsibility to contact the customer and give them other options, or the option to cancel. Your restaurant used to care, but not anymore, this was my last time at this location!! You need to hire people who have a strong work ethic, and get rid of ones that don't even care to wear a hairnet, or beard guard! I mean they raised the minimum wage, so you should at least act like you care! I know you wouldn't bring this home to your own families either! Absolutely pitiful!

CFS meal nice but they advertised in a plate and when you get your meal came a tiny bowl no nife no butter, food tastes very good 😋 👌 nice fir a $5.99 meal ,restaurant no AC to hot inside costumers service nice.

For the second time coming back on this specific location, there's NO nothing good nor worth getting and your day is ruined after take out. The drumsticks is the size of a chicken wings, the damn chicken thighs has been cut in half, you can even see the bone. Although most of you won't believe me for what I've been saying but don't trust with their easy going take order practice. They even celebrate on the back after you drive away. PLEASE SHUT THIS ONE SPECIFIC LOCATION. I'm not ragebaiting whatnot.

We had a bad experience last week called the store after getting home. Daniela offered us to come back within the week to get the meal replaced for free, when we went in she was there and was amazing. She replaced our meal made sure we were happy with it before we left and when I asked to buy two drinks, she gave them for free. Her customer service is amazing. She is doing her best to make this location great.

I was very disappointed because I always come to this location and it’s always been good but I came to the drive through and ordered my family meal like I usually do but this time the mashed potatoes were not full like they usually are and the Mac and cheese and chicken looked old and not fresh so I will not be returning to this location again. And it was not worth $73🤦🏻‍♀️

I'm giving them 4 stars because everytime I go they are always nice & food is great. BUT Today, i got the new Wings and they were not so good. They are like crispy but all the bread falls off and the chicken is so soggy. I got the Nashville hot flavor and it had so much oil! Like the whole bottom of the bowl was covered. It made me not want to keep eating it and I only got a 6 pc. They literally reminded me of eating the cheap frozen wings from the grocery stores. They looked so good but was dissatisfied.

We went through the drive-thru. We don't go to KFC often because we always get such terrible service and the food is usually cold. We usually wait minutes just for someone to take our order then 5 or 10 minutes to receive the order and what makes it more frustrating is the food is cold. And we don't get want we ordered. But at this store the service was excellent. The person that took are order was so nice. The person that handed us our order was helpful. Very pleasant. We got everything we ordered and just the way we asked for it to. Best service we have had in along time. Thank you for making our visit so great.

Placed an order through the kfc app, on the app there was an offer for a free 3 piece tenders with a purchase of $10 or more, my order was over that amount so I selected the offer and went on to pay for the food. When I arrived at the store the order didn't include the tenders and the cashier informed me that the tenders weren't on her screen so she wouldn't give them to me, at this time l told her that if she wasn't going to give me the tenders then I wanted a refund. She then told me that since the order was placed online I would have to call the number on the app. After speaking to 2 different people for 20 minutes I was informed that the "case" would be sent to corporate to determine if I would get a refund and I would be contacted within 48 hours... it's been a week now and I haven't heard a peep from them. Messed up the order, wouldn't fix it and won't give my money back, doesn't get much worse.

Do better KFC!! We came last night and ordered our food... we were told the nuggets were out so it would be a 4 minute wait for them. We pulled to the designated parking. 20 minutes later, little Edgar hair cut dude comes out give us our order. Had to send my daughter inside because they forgot the chicken sandwich and fries. When we get home she finds a piece of cardboard in with the beans. I was so disgusted and mad, I didn't want to drive back and wait to get food from this place. All the guys were hiding in the back from customers just having a great time hiding from customers. With food pricing increased you would expect better quality

KFC's shrinkflation with their sides has gotten ridiculous. If everything else was perfect, I would still be pissed about the amount of Mac & Cheese and Mashed Potatoes they gave me. And no, everything else was far from perfect. These sides cost pennies to make. Why would they be so ridiculously skimpy?

They're staying true to their terrible status. Their oil needs to be changed because the fries are disgusting. Customer service was definitely lacking in drive thru. Either their headset wasn't working or they completely ignored when I started ordering and I was told to let them know if I had any questions right after I already started ordering. I asked for individual corn which I thought would be a small container of sweet corn, not corn on the cob but apparently their registers read "ind corn cob" and that's just idiotic to me that I have to describe that I want "loose corn" or "corn OFF the cob". I blame the business not the employee for that. Employee was definitely not having this day though and couldn't give two poos about getting anything in my order. Collected my money without any customer service faked smile or thanks. Didn't mention any equipment failure for the reason they didn't hear my order in the first place. Food was put together with the sloppy idgaf attitude. My advice, if you hate working fast food, come to retail, because that's what I do and I still don't have a crappy attitude towards customers even on my worst day. In the end we're all humans trying to get through the day without breaking down. I won't be returning to this location. Fresno and Bullard, West Ashlan and C street are your best locations.

I swear this place only has lil snackers to hand out! No matter what you order you get a lil snacker. I guess at least I got 2 this time...‍ Horrible service. Maybe make sure your menu and your register match...what does combo 12 mean to you...

They pull one on me, when in got a meal they charged me more I confronted the lady and she said we made a mistake so she took my box it changed it but didn't get any money back she said that it was the same price I told her we'll give me all my food, almost 17 buck for a 3 pice meal. Never going back f$?&@ KFC

I have been a vegetarian my whole life (61 years today). I find it wonderful to find all these plant-based proteins in restaurants. It makes eating for me so simple. That being said, I really enjoyed the veggie chicken but the oil tasted really old. It took me hours to get that taste out of my mouth.

There is something about KFC that both repels and attracts me. First, the fried chicken is remarkably consistent. The food is not bad and it's cheap. The mashed potatoes are the consistency of whipped cream. The gravy is kind of like a glue. Not in flavor or consistency, but more of what binds the meal together. On this occasion I got a spicy chicken bowl. It's a bowl of mashed potatoes topped with popcorn chicken, gravy cheese, sweet corn and hot sauce. The sauce was spicier than expected. It was similar to Tabasco sauce. The one complaint was the bowl was only about 2/3rds full. The ratio of chicken, corn and potatoes was good. I wasn't convinced the cheese was necessary. The staff was friendly enough. Compared to previous KFC experiences, this restaurant is much cleaner. My reason for coming was it's fast food that isn't a burger. It's also less expensive as my whole meal was $6 + tax. Including a cookie and drink.

False advertising. Fail to honor prices and items posted. Clearly have a Bog Box special available with 5 chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, biscuit and drink on the LARGE sign above the menu... so I proceeded to order. The lady corrected it to a #4. I said that one comes with ... (and listed off the items). She said no. I said I want the big box that's on your sign that is for 7.99 and says it comes with ...(again listing the items). So ... when I pull up, I get charged 9.71 because I added a coleslaw... I showed them the picture of the sign... didnt change the price...

I went on my lunch at 10:11 am. I only have 30 min for lunch. I was guarding DPS Telecom at the intersection of fine and yale st. I head to the drive thru at the KFC where there was a red vehicle parked at front so I know staff is in, but not only that, google maps states they are open from 10am-10pm. Even better, their drive thru states the hours on the speaker are mon-fri 10am-10pm as well. I waited at drive thru for 3 min thinking maybe they are running a little late with preparation. I called out saying "hello, hello?"Nothing... I go to drive thru window to ask if they are open. I saw two males in the back talking. I got the attention of one of the guys, but he just walked past the window and as I signaled him, he ignored me and went around the corner behind register where he wasn't visible. I was confused at this point cause any normal employee would've just mentioned that they weren't open or not prepared yet. I wasted 20 min of my lunch cause of no validation from this incompetent location. I went to triangle burgers next door. While waiting for my food order at triangle burgers window, I saw the general manager pull up and the two males came out to help take in new oil. I was pissed as I wanted to speak with the general manager face to face. By the time I got my food from triangle burgers, I made my way around but couldn't catch the manager in time as he drove out east on McKinley. I made it back to my site at the exact end of my lunch. This KFC needs to update their hours to opening from 11am instead of 10am when they are actually closed. OR better yet, inform your customers, It's not that hard. Stop wasting people's time and gas. I'm taking this situation to the hire up cause this is not cool. This doesn't even deserve a 1 star.

Disgusting place. Don't even try to eat here. Every time I go to this location, a couple hours before closing time...they tell me, "we're not serving chicken right now." And they're constantly closed hours earlier than 11. I have to go to a different location to get kfc if I really want it. Which is an inconvenience because this one is closest to me. Around 7pm on February 12, 2016 we picked up an order from the drive thru. They never have crispy chicken, but they did tonight, and it was drenched in oil, the skin was a weird texture & falling off, and the chicken was pink inside! To top it off, I bit into a biscuit, and a blonde/light brown hair was in my mouth!!!!!!!!! Their manager's name is elena. And the name on our receipt is erika. Do not eat here. Horrible food and even worse customer service. *I posted pictures of the chicken we got tonight, along with the hair I found in my food...

I'm really not sure why I never learn my lesson on going to this location. Well it's close my work so I end up going for the 100th time. ( like a fool) The customer service is horrible! If the colonel not treating you well Sonia (drive thru snob) then find yourself a new job!!! Chicken was super dry today and they also add 30 cents to your order if lemonade is your beverage. I'm ok with 30 cents but list it on menu. My tip for the manager is get a staff who will treat customers well because current staff is so unprofessional

So I just left this location ot literally had no customers that should have been my first flag but I thought what the heck I ordered a number #1 2 piece meal and a spicy bowl with a side of Mac n cheese got to the window paid the lady was very nice wish my food was correct it wasn't got cold chicken for the two piece and I got a regular bowl not the spicy one sorry but I paid 25$ dollars for this n it wasn't good smh won't go back to this store agine that's for sure

Usually just order the colonels classic or the $5 full ups. They're pretty consistent with the food and employees are generally knowledgeable and nice in my experience. However Im just wondering why don't they offer you to order their grilled chicken and only offer original or crispy lol

Been there twice in the past 2 weeks. The first time, I was there 2 hours before closing, and they were OUT of chicken! This second time, as part of our order we ordered 4 apple pies and only only got 2. We also ordered the 12 piece bucket - which is supposed to have 3 breasts, 3 thighs, 3 wings, and 3 legs. It only had 1 breast. This USED to be our favorite KFC. Now? Nope, don't think so. And then, when we called, they ARGUED about the freaking pieces of chicken that are supposed to be in the bucket - DESPITE what the menu states! Crappy customer service. Never getting KFC there again!!!

Worst service ever! I ordered a 2 piece combo and the server gave me a box with a tiny burnt up wing and a burnt up part of a wing drumlet, absolutely ridiculous and they charged me $10 dollars. These people here are unclean and their service is nasty, I will never go here again. Tried calling before leaving a review but they wouldn't pick up the phone. I will be calling their corporate office. What happened to that good 'ole All American Service?

I ordered off of Grubhub the food got to me it was cold extremely greasy and my order was incomplete I called Grubhub's customer service they called the restaurant the restaurant lied and said biscuits do not come with their 10 piece meal they then refused to refund my money as a side-note GrubHub was completely useless I spent $40 on food that I could not eat and I got a $10 promo card ..GrubHub and this KFC are the worst i'm going back to using Uber eats

Horrible Horrible. Went in around 8pm and placed order to go and I guess they just gave me the left overs. Don't waste your money at this location. Chicken and biscuits were dried out and taste like they have been sitting all day. This is not the first time I've had a issue with this location. Had to call corporate due to them not wanting to refund my money. Tried given them the benefit of the doubt. Will never eat at this place again. I've learned my lesson. "BE VERY CAUTIOUS"

Got some wings and #1 combo. Worst place to get fried chicken. Fried chicken is oily and dry. My 2 years old usually love eating fried chicken but she spit out the chicken here..The wings were hard as rock and dry. Highly do not recommend. Please go elsewhere for better fried chicken. You're welcome.

Whaaattttt!! The first review. Ha!! This place is gross. The couple times I have gone in there its slow, dirty, and so sad. Im pretty sure that the dining room is not part of any cleaning list for daily, weekly, or monthly. Soon they will be closed down like their neighbors at Wendys in the same parking lot.

I went in last night and the staff was very friendly and food was good, they seemed to be a bit busy but someone still managed to clean the tables for us , food was delivered fast I think we waited about 3!minutes max
