KFC

I got asked three different times to confirm I wanted a 2pc and not a 3pc, was still given a 3pc lmao. I think the worker had spidey instincts or something and knew I was hungrier than I thought bc I did end up eating all of it so its all good. Food was very good, very polite staff. NAPKINS, STRAWS, UTENSILS, AND SAUCE all in the bag! Thank god! I love the workers here, everytime I come through they are always so nice

Gville KFC is always amazing, friendly, and fast. Never had a bad experience there. Keep it up! And thanks for working hard!

The cashier didn't give us anytime to figure out what we wanted and I asked for mac and cheese but instead she gave us double mashed potatoes. I also asked for sauces and never got them. Poor service.

Upon entering this establishment, I was promptly waited on by a gentleman who was courteous, respectful, and thorough. My lunch was a KFC bowl and a large sized Sweet Lightning flavored Mountain Dew. I will be returning again... and again. Edited to add: I went back on looked at my receipt and the kind gentleman who waited on me was "Connor". Thanks, again.

$30 for 12 pieces of chicken and when I get it home there are only 7 pieces in it. If I didn't live 20 miles from there I would have returned it. Now let's decide on which 2 kids don't eat. Thanks Alot!!!

It's 530 pm....just tried to order CHICKEN BREASTS and KFC and was told they were completely OUT!!! how the hell does a CHICKEN place run out of the most important peice of the chicken at dinner time???? like your not going to make anymore???? Won't be back

At this particular KFC they do chicken right. The grease gets changed every night so the chicken has that correct color to it. And it is very soft and juicy and taste delicious. The people are helpful and polite and are nice when speaking to you. I love spending my money here I feel like I get a great product for the price I pay and I don't feel bad about giving my money. Great place to visit coming to bring the family and enjoy a good delicious meal.

Tried to order but the chicken livers were not on the menu. Tried to get someone to help MGR and other employees walk by no greeting no my I help you. A man walked in walked up to the counter and the employee came over and took his order. No customer service !

Emma was fabulous. Emma was professional and courteous. Emma took the time to make each order as if it was her own meal. Sadly, a back of house woman came up to finish my order because she felt Emma was taking too long. Sooo instead of getting what I ordered made with care I received a box of food that was thrown together. I would return if Emma was working because of her attention to detail.

Always the nicest staff. Came in with my mom and they brought the food to our table and gave us a free dessert when we were asked to wait 5 minutes on fresh chicken. Girl up front refilled our drinks for us too.

Gravy tasted burnt and green beans still had tops on them. And the portions for 40.00 were not even.

Although they do sometimes have trouble following the order, we are regulars at the KFC on Wagner in Greenville. We sometimes have trouble getting what we ordered, we have NEVER had trouble with the quality of the food. Our favorite is the 12 PC chicken tenders, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, biscuits. My only real complaint is when you go through drive thru, they take your food from the buffet inside and you are likely to find bits of other food in your green beans. I don't like that. The green beans are hot and they taste okay but who wants to find corn in their green beans? We mostly have trouble getting the condiments we ask for, When you ask for BarbQ Sauce, you are obviously not interested in experimentation. When you ask for butter and honey, you obviously are anticipating your enjoyment of both and it is disappointing when you pull the biscuits out and there is no condiments at all or there is only 1. For the most part, we have been pleased with all of our visits to KFC. We are always there when it is busy between 4p-6p in the evening.

The food is good, but almost every time I go there they forget my condiments. I have to search my bag before I leave or else I won't get my barbecue and butter.

The food is good, but I literally almost never get my condiments with my food that I order and this last time I went I didn't get my straw either. It doesn't seem that hard to put your straw in your bag or put the condiments in the bag. I wouldn't complain if this had happened once or twice, but this happens nearly every time I go. And whats worse is you can't go inside and tell them about it because they lock their doors so you kinda just have to deal with it. It just seems lazy to me. I will probably not be going back anytime soon.

Literally can never get an order correct; I'm not sure how hard it is to follow directions

I picked up an order at 11:17am of 2 $5 fill ups, both with chicken strips, mashed potatoes and biscuits. The strips were extremely dry and chewy as if they were left over from the night before! The biscuits were hard and dry. I took the meal to my Mother in a close by nursing home for her lunch and was furious at the quality of the food! I phoned the restraurant and spoke to Nikki the manager and she was not at all apologetic and laughed when I questioned how old the food was. If the food was supposedly fresh at 11am in the morning I can only imagine what the later lunch and dinner quality is!! Avoid!!

We had KFC Saturday in Greenville. The Chicken was very good as was the Mash Potatoes and Gravy and the Corn. The Coleslaw was also very good. The Gizzards however was a bit over cooked and chewy. Overall the meal was very good and the staff were friendly. I tried the extra crispy style Chicken this time, I always had the original before. The extra crispy was very good. This KFC was a Buffet Style KFC and was extremely clean. The selection of food was very good and the freshness was evident as when the server brought out new biscuits and disposed of the old biscuits that had became hard.
