Absolute WORST fast food experience ever! I downloaded, ordered, and paid through the app and then immediately made the five minute drive to KFC. I received my email receipt at 5:44 pm stating they received my order 5:49, which was coincidentally my arrival time. Upon arrival the parking lot was full. Once inside there was a line of costumers from the register to the door waiting to order, about 4 people waiting at the counter for pickup, and six tables of people waiting for food. No one seated had food in front of them. ONE hard working young man was packing orders for both dine in and drive through. He was so thoroughly inundated and overwhelmed that he only had time to offer finished orders to those in the lobby twice while I waited. I saw a young woman counting cash at two registers and asked if she was the manager. She said, yes, and was trying to keep walking away. I told her how long I and other people had been waiting for food without even being acknowledged by staff. She stated that they were very understaffed and promised to get my order out as soon as possible, then slipped away behind the wall instead of jumping in to help her beleaguered staff. She was not wearing a uniform and in fact I don't think the midriff top she was wearing, which exposed her entire mid section, qualifies as appropriate food service attire at all. After 30 minutes I saw my bag waiting in the prep area and asked the young man to hand it to me. To his credit, he offered me an empty cup so that I could get a complimentary drink to make up for the extremely poor service. He was the hardest working person there and still had the presence of mind to try to offer a little customer appreciation. I wish I could say the same for his manager.
Do yourself a favor and spend your money at literally any other restaurant.
