This is an amazing location ! Perfect attentive staff they are very respectful and fast workers. The location is clean and all around a positive atmosphere with great energy. Manager is a perfect example of a manger, with problem solving skills, professional management she. I see her staff picks up from her as they also have great skills and workmanship.

Just left this location and it's 3:00 p.m. I ordered a famous bowl for $5. It was cold the gravy was so runny and I only got four pieces of chicken in it. And the guy on drive-thru was not very helpful he was having issues of hearing me. It overall was not a very good experience and I'm out here doing Uber so I couldn't go back in and wait for them to make new and all that.

There is not a more mismanaged restaurant in the entire DFW area. Was there last night at 7:00 PM. The crowd at the counter were all trying to get orders redone. None were correct. All those behind them were complaining how long it took to get any food at all. If you were lucky enough to get food. There is no reason for anyone to ever go to this place.

Waited for our mobiles well over 20 minutes in the parking lot. Never said it was ready, tried to enter the lobby to pick up at 9:50 when they locked the doors early and made us go through drive through. (Lobby is supposed to close at 10, and when another customer tried to let us in the employee told them no Barely any cars and still had me waiting at the window for another 10+ minutes for two sandwhich meals that were ordered ahead of time. 1 star not even an apology. Update, it became 20+ minutes and then I was told to park again for "fresh filets" another update, I'm still here after ANOTHER 20 MINUTES. app doesn't even have anyone to assist or give me a refund.

The only reason you're getting a five is because the cashier Josue R is outstanding and helpful patient great customer service. Now as far the bar code on receipt. It sucks. It was so difficult to try to leave a review on my KFC experience. The pic doesn't match the receipt. Every time I put my Tran number it wouldn't except it. So here I am leaving ever review on Google.

I just waited fifteen minutes for this, had to sit and watch as people came in and out ordering big family meals, at first I figured that it was being made fresh but no. I had to cut to the front with attitude, for them to just grab it out of the trays and hand it to me in second, this is one of those times you kick yourself for trying something new

The best kfc in Texas….Food was hot and the customer service was top 10….the manager on duty was very friendly and made sure that our food was fresh and hot….I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with wedges and nuggets and my husband had the spicy wings and wedges it was amazing thank you all for your hard work and deliverance!!!!

Absolute WORST fast food experience ever! I downloaded, ordered, and paid through the app and then immediately made the five minute drive to KFC. I received my email receipt at 5:44 pm stating they received my order 5:49, which was coincidentally my arrival time. Upon arrival the parking lot was full. Once inside there was a line of costumers from the register to the door waiting to order, about 4 people waiting at the counter for pickup, and six tables of people waiting for food. No one seated had food in front of them. ONE hard working young man was packing orders for both dine in and drive through. He was so thoroughly inundated and overwhelmed that he only had time to offer finished orders to those in the lobby twice while I waited. I saw a young woman counting cash at two registers and asked if she was the manager. She said, yes, and was trying to keep walking away. I told her how long I and other people had been waiting for food without even being acknowledged by staff. She stated that they were very understaffed and promised to get my order out as soon as possible, then slipped away behind the wall instead of jumping in to help her beleaguered staff. She was not wearing a uniform and in fact I don't think the midriff top she was wearing, which exposed her entire mid section, qualifies as appropriate food service attire at all. After 30 minutes I saw my bag waiting in the prep area and asked the young man to hand it to me. To his credit, he offered me an empty cup so that I could get a complimentary drink to make up for the extremely poor service. He was the hardest working person there and still had the presence of mind to try to offer a little customer appreciation. I wish I could say the same for his manager. Do yourself a favor and spend your money at literally any other restaurant.

I haven't eaten at KFC since my early twenties. Since I have never tried their tender I said why not give them a try. I requested my order be prepared fresh for a quality experience. Tenders: They were considerably better than I anticipated. Good flavor, moist, lightly seasoned and the batter was crispy. Biscuit: Soft, buttery, and soft Coleslaw: Definitely could have used more slaw dressing. Because it felt as if I was eating dry cabbage and carrots. I would recommend this meal just with different side.

With this cold weather, I wanted some comfort food. I hadn't had a chicken pot pie in a while, so I ordered one online. Often times, I have to tell them to really brown the crust. Since I ordered online, I wasn't able to have that conversation. So, I was expecting to have to stick it in the oven for a little while longer once I received it. To my surprise, it was browned just the way I like it. Kudos to KFC.

Today the manager Norma called me and apologized! Told me to come in a she would make it right, so I went their at lunch time and she replaced my order at NO charge. This was very nice and considerate way to keep your customers coming back. Thank you Norma, I appreciate you taking the time to correct what happened.

This place is dirty with lots of flies. The trays they put your food on look like they came from a recycle bin; they look old and dirty. They counter tops near the register were dirty. The drink dispenser was dirty. Honestly, I don't think they would past health inspection if it was based on the inside of the restaurant area. My chicken (original recipe) was over cooked the skin was hard. Skip this location and go to Story Road between 183 and Irving Blvd.

What a joke! Will never return! First, the 3 ladies in the drive thru window didn't speak enough English combined to accurately take my order. Then they had run my credit card while I was trying to complain about the price. The explanation was we already ran the card! (Because you knew you had done wrong!) Then, as I mentioned, rang the price incorrectly. A 4 piece grilled dark, chicken only shouldn't cost $7.00. Go next door to The Market, get a rotisserie chicken for $5. Less salt, better service. Did I mention the grease from "grilled" chicken poured out of the box onto my jeans? 1 Star. Worst KFC ever!

My husband and I went to this location and the service and food was great. I would like to thank Alex for extra great customer service, he flagged my husband down because I had left my purse at the table. I called and thanked him, however I wanted to post it as well. We've been to this location many times and they're usually very good. However the last couple of times has not been very good. The coleslaw has tasted old and dry and tonight we asked for all white meat chicken, paid extra for it and still got mostly dark meat. Not sure we'll go back.

Will never ever go back! Didn't receive all items paid for and didn't want to drive 15 min back to location after got home and realized it. Called and a man asked if I wanted to come back and get them. Said no, will get then another time so he took my name and said he'd leave a note for the manager. Great. 13 days later. Finally get back there to get the rest of the food I already PAID For, even showed her my receipt and gave her my name and the whole story, twice, and the girl told me she couldn't give me my food bc I didn't know the name of the guy I spoke to and there was no note, and said I was supposed to come back same day. Really? Ok, told her I already paid for the food and I wanted to get it please. She refused. Asked why I didn't come back earlier and waited 2 weeks. Told her i wasn't given a deadline and they took my name and I was going to file a complaint and blast them online. She spoke to someone inside in Spanish for a while and I kept sitting there and they finally gave me the food. A guy shoved it out the window and said here! I said so there was no note left for the manager like I was told? She translated for him and then said he was the one I spoke to that night when I called., he remembered. Wait, but he spoke English to me on the phone!? Wth? Whatever. Will never go back.

This KFC is one of the decent ones across the DFW metro area. Their food is hot & fresh made to order. I would highly recommend getting a mixed bucket of original recipe & grilled chicken so you get the best of both. Other stuff includes the chicken fried steak, extra crispy chicken (if you're up for extra crispy), hot wings, the KFC Snackers...heck, try everything off their menu.

This is now my second time at this KFC location and both times I've had to wait 5 to 10 minutes for my food to be brought to me outside of the drive-through. They don't seem to be very organized or have most of the food ready when you order it. Don't really know the point of calling us fast food because it is not.

My dumb ass stopped by this sorry kfc again tonight and guess what?... out of chicken AGAIN. i guess it is too hard or expensive for a chicken place to make chicken... or maybe the employees know if they say..."that will be 8 minutes" you will drive off. Go ahead and close your nasty business.

Don't eat here!!! Super slow service, leaking roof, completely wrong orders! Save yourself the trouble. This place is completely run down. Maybe you might have better luck in the drive thru but don't step inside. It will make you want to go home and take a shower, just plain gross.

I wish I could give this place negative stars or a turd emoji to describe the atmosphere and lack of anything decent or good in the world. Every time I go they don't have any chicken prepared which mind boggling seeing as how they sell chicken to keep the lights on. The final straw was when I went to get some wings and they told me it would be a 10 minute wait and then 15 minutes went by and the guy came and told me they burned the oil and it would be another 10 minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting I pulled back around and had a screaming fit into the window demanding my money back and I haven't been back since. This place is a punishment for bad karma or something you did wrong in a past life it's the most awful experience I've had to suffer through. There's a special place in h e double hockey sticks for the perverts running this place.

All I wanted was 3 pieces of chicken. The girl at the counter said she couldn't do that? What do mean you cant sell me 3 pieces of chicken??? Its not on her computer??? What??? Right around that time someone else walks in complaining about their order so I decided to leave. There is something seriously wrong at this place. WTH. Ended up going to golden chick. Wow it was a lot cleaner than the KFC.

Stay away, this store will always get your order wrong. I've been there 6 times so far and every time I had to correct them for something that was missing in the bag. Also, their chicken and biscuits were dry and hard, almost as if they had been sitting out for quite a while.
