We have always liked this KFC. Food is always good and staff are quick. Tonight 11/17/22, my husband went through the drive-thru. He ordered a 3pc dark box with fries/slaw and a famous bowl. When he got home, the fries were cold and there were only two thighs in the three piece meal, so missing the leg. Besides the fries being cold and way too salty, the food was pretty good. My poor review is for the horrible professionalism of the woman who answered the phone. I called and asked if it was possible to look up an order (they didn't give him a receipt) just to confirm if it was rang up as three pieces, and see what we could do to fix this. The woman who answered, with only "KFC" to identify herself, said she'd have to get a manager because she didn't know how to do that. She could have put the call on hold or covered the mouthpiece, because she loudly told a coworker or manager that "this woman says she only got two pieces in her three piece and wants us to pull up some crap or whatever... who even does that". The other person seemed to have a similar attitude/opinion from what I heard, so I didn't stick around for that call. I understand the service industry sucks. I don't blame her for the attitude and I'm not upset that she said it- I'm upset that I heard it. I hope her night gets better.
