I went to the drive thru at 9:20 on a Saturday night and they didn't have sweet tea so I ordered a Mountain Dew. After that, I was told they didn't have chicken tenders. I would think with an hour left before closing they might have offered to cook some but, NO. So we left. Someone may want to retrain the staff on the definition of "Customer Service".

This KFC has the worst customer service in macon, Georgia. I was standing at the counter and they ignored me. The person that work their hand me my food and I said thank you and he just looked at me like I had to thank you. I highly recommend people to go to the KFC on Bloomfield.

I am very upset with how the manager handled my situation. I placed an online order and my coworker went and picked it up for us, like we do ALL the time. This time the experience was much different though.. We ordered the DEAL 2 sandwiches 2 sides 2 drinks 4 tenders and 2 dipping sauces When my coworker came to the office we opened the clear bag which had 2 brown bags in it. In each bag was a sandwich and mac n cheese. we were like hey where are the tenders and sauces... So I drove to KFC where the order was picked up and the MANAGER was very RUDE... I explained what had happened and she said that she personally packed our order and she knew she put everything in there and she was not gonna give me the missing items ... one worker even told me that I would have to contact door dash to get it resolved and I said no I won't because this was not a door dash order... Finally after me standing there for about 15 minutes from start to finish the nice lady worker that works the counter handed me my 4 tenders and sauces and I left and came back to work to eat my food finally which by now everything is cold because of all of this... but hey thank you to sweet woman that was willing to help and provide actual customer service... the manager however I feel like she could use a training class in how to interact with people, I watched her talk with customers and she was so pleasant but with me, a woman who had a legit issue with her order, she was very curt and rude. I personally will not be ordering from that particular KFC... She made me feel like I was lying and out to get extra food when in actuality I just wanted the food that I had paid for. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Really appreciated how nice they were. Food was very good, pieces of chicken of good size and taste. Did our order online while in store and the lady behind counter answered questions and began preparing food before we even finished our order. I wish I had gotten her name. Excellent service. Nice little spot all in all, i mean its KFC you really cant expect much. You also cant expect to little. This place had good food, the inside was clean, good space for parking and lovely staff. That's all you really need to meet expectations. Cost is at the point where its not cheap but also not expensive. i can see myself bringing people here to eat for a quick satisfying bite.

The energy every time I step into this KFC is amazing, today I ordered a mobile order abt 9:10 pm they close at 10:30 I ordered a 12 piece with Two large sides, and one small side. When I open the package, they included biscuits aswell which is suuuuupeeeerrrrr aaammmmaazing. I recommend this KFC to everyone and I will always be back because they’re so nice and I don’t have friends so that’s always GREAT 🥺🥹😅💗

I still had the munchies, so I got the 2pc 4.99 deal. The chicken is great, but it's that biscuit I question. This is not a Colonel Sanders biscuit. I bit it, and it tastes like store bought can biscuits. What y'all think?

They gave me back and charged me for breast. NOTHING in the box was edible. Mutant wing, lumpy mashed potatoes, hard biscuit, and Back instead of breast. At least the tea is good...

We have always liked this KFC. Food is always good and staff are quick. Tonight 11/17/22, my husband went through the drive-thru. He ordered a 3pc dark box with fries/slaw and a famous bowl. When he got home, the fries were cold and there were only two thighs in the three piece meal, so missing the leg. Besides the fries being cold and way too salty, the food was pretty good. My poor review is for the horrible professionalism of the woman who answered the phone. I called and asked if it was possible to look up an order (they didn't give him a receipt) just to confirm if it was rang up as three pieces, and see what we could do to fix this. The woman who answered, with only "KFC" to identify herself, said she'd have to get a manager because she didn't know how to do that. She could have put the call on hold or covered the mouthpiece, because she loudly told a coworker or manager that "this woman says she only got two pieces in her three piece and wants us to pull up some crap or whatever... who even does that". The other person seemed to have a similar attitude/opinion from what I heard, so I didn't stick around for that call. I understand the service industry sucks. I don't blame her for the attitude and I'm not upset that she said it- I'm upset that I heard it. I hope her night gets better.

In all my years of eating KFC, I even worked there many years ago, I must say that this restaurant had the worst tasting chicken I've ever had. As a matter of a fact, it didn't have much of a taste at all. The chicken was extremely bland and had no flavor. I ordered an 8-piece extra crispy meal and practically had to throw the entire bucket away! Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money. I hope that they were just having a bad day because if not, I wouldn't waste my time. Blah!
