I feel like there are a few fast food crew members that as soon as you walk in the door, they think you automatically know what you want. You’ve been there several times, but you always have that one that has an attitude. Luckily for myself and friends today, we had that Employee here. Not only that, but the facility is not busy at all, and the soda machine is a wreck with nothing supplied or stocked side on the floors in a puddle. AVOID ANY AND ALL PLACES THAT DON’T HAVE RESPECT FOR YOU OR THE MONEY YOU HAVE.

CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS THE WORSTTTTTTT. Two workers completely ignored me at the counter until I started shouting asking if anyone is working the counter. She replies “not right now” then continues to ignore me. No we will be right with you, no Apology, no indication to say, whether or not they are short staffed,nothing!! I have been coming here for the past 2 1/2 years and this is my first time inside. I decided to come in because the drive-through is always slow. Now I see why. Also, the drink area was very nasty. clearly, nobody is cleaning up and nobody cares about their job. They’re just here to get paid. This is my favorite location but after today I may not return.

I ordered through the drive through, only me and one other car. Drive through was not fast but that's ok. The clerk tried to give me the wrong order. I asked for honey and he gave me syrup. Food was good, hot and fresh. So that's awesome

Placed an order online. Got the wrong order. Gave them the wrong order back and asked for the correct one. Given the wrong order again. I let them know and was told they gave me the wrong order because they didn’t have the right one to give me. So instead of remaking it, they just planned on giving me the wrong thing. Then I told them I would wait to remake it. I was told it would take 30 minutes. All I got was 2 drumsticks extra crispy

The last few months, it's been impossible to get a full order. When it's not that they're out of chicken, it's that they're out of breading or something. Today I ordered online to avoid problems, and when I got there, they were closing the restaurant and simply said they were out of something. They didn't even have the decency to call to cancel the order. And I wonder what the hell the manager of this place is doing?

Please shut this place down! No drive thru! No buffet. No ice and flat fountain drinks. They didn’t have no spicy chicken sandwiches but have classic but then say there is an up charge for hot sauce when you’re trying to make the best out of it. Terrible it took forever for the guy to make 3 sandwiches that he just basically assembled the chicken on there because nothing was freshly cooked

My order was not given to me as I asked for it, they gave me things very different from what I asked for. Even a few months ago I went to order at the drive-thru and the workers were playing around singing and dancing on the counter and they pretended to take the order, they left me waiting and then they pretended to be serving me and singing, I have videos of them dancing on the counter.

I rarely give fast food locations much above a 2 star rating. So my recent experience at this Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant was enough to give it a positive shout out. For me, this location struggled during the pandemic. Ordering ahead of time on an app made for confusion. Now, with the dining time back open and beautified, their service levels have skyrocketed for the best. A good crew inside offering consistent food and a smile. Again, the food is at the top end for a Kentucky Fried Chicken location, but doesn't compare with a really good local chicken restaurant. But their clean seating area and design changes, this is as good as KFC gets.

if i could give 0 stars i would. placed a doordash order for famous bowl and they gave me chicken on top of their nasty mac n cheese. mac n cheese isnt even in a famous bowl. & i couldn't get a refund because id already gotten a refund for the fact they forgot all my extra sides and sauces as well as my drink. then i tried to call them over 5 times to report this issue and they never answered. yet they weren't closed. terrible location terrible service. go elsewhere. update: i called again and they finally answered and did not care at all about providing a terrible experience. which honesty was already apparent by how badly they fucked the order up to begin with. didn't offer me any sort of solution just said "sorry" and hung up. absolutely terrible.

I gave the restaurant two stars because the people were professional and good. The restaurant was clean and I was excited since I had not been to a KFC in a long time. I got the four piece tender meal. They apparently have been killing baby chickens since the tenders were the size of my index finger. They threw in a biscuit that should have been called a biscette; again, because of the size which was a little over a silver dollar dimension. The meal cost around $11. What has happened? Or my expectations just out of whack? I'm just disappointed in KFC. I cannot imagine returning for this disappointing meal again. I'm still crying over the death of the baby chickens.

I would give no stars but this is not an option. I arrived to this store at 8:15pm on Monday the 27th of February; at which time I was greeted with, "Before you order, I only have 4 breasts and mashed potatoes... "so then I asked for a chicken pot pie to which she responded "it will take 22 minutes " I said I would wait and the attendant quickly responds ok $645 at the window... not $6.45 $645 dollars and starting laughing.... I waited, asking the managers name, she didn't respond. Then when I mentioned being in the food industry and how unprofessional they were being... even for a big chain I expect decent customer service and this was far below standard. Thank you for showing me you don't deserve my business. I appreciate your lack of care and desire to please your guests who keep you employed. Good luck.

I was on my way home from work and decided to get some food from this location. This has got be the worst KFC experience I've ever had. First they told me they were out of extra crispy chicken and only had original recipe. The staff was rude over the drive-thru intercom. They don't care anything about the quality of their food. I got a 3 piece meal box, and the chicken was so disgusting. I took one bite and decided not to eat any more because it was hard, chewy, and stale. Fried chicken skin should never have the same consistency as a Nike shoe. The mashed potatoes were cold; I took one bite of that. The best thing in my box was the corn! Definitely don't come here. You'll be disappointed. They need new management or corporate to come in and clean house. It was terrible. Never again...

So I go through the drive thru and order my food. Get home and discover that I was given food that looks like it has been eaten from. This is the actual Mac and cheese I was given: I also didn't get any silverware but I guess since we didn't get the food that would require silverware that's par for the course.

Pulled up at 8:00 at night was told they were out of chicken tenders they were out of potatoes they were out of the potato bowls no pot pies once I said I was going to go somewhere else The order taker started cussing and screaming over the speaker as I drove away.

First of all we ordered a 12 piece Bucket of crispy chicken and we got 10 pieces only and seemed to be original. They all looked like they had been scrambled much of the skin was loose. The chicken was however tender. The cole slaw was a bowl of mostly juice not the usual crunchy kind we've become used too. should at least drain each spoonful into the container. The staff was friendly and service was satisfactory.

This is the second time we've eaten here since they reopened, and were disappointed in the condition of the food. My husband loves their chicken livers, but was informed that they no longer sold them. He had the buffet and there looked to be chicken fried chicken which was hard and definitely over cooked. The chicken tenders that both my granddaughter and I had was all batter and very little chicken and was very crunchy and difficult to chew. It was the same with the potato wedges. Too much skin, and very little potato. When my husband mentioned the livers, they were quite rude and and acted as though they could not have cared less. I hope that in the future their service and food improves. I realize that Sunday's may be their busiest day due to folks coming in after church, but I feel that there's no excuse for poor food quality.

I come back home from work and my dad bring home Mac n cheese, some mash potatoes, biscuits, and chicken he puts the food down and I open the biscuits to get my plate ready and a medium sized cockroach comes out and I threw everything away. I couldn't eat anymore nor will I ever go back to kfc.

Almost every time I go to this KFC location, they are out of chicken. It doesn't matter what time of day. Today, it was around 6:45 pm. I ordered 2 thighs, original recipe. They told me that they didn't have any chicken and it would be a 20 minute wait. I don't understand how a chicken restaurant can always be out of chicken. You would think that if they start getting low, they would cook more and not wait until they are completely out. I can even understand it happening occasionally, but it has happened about 9 out of 10 times that I have been there. The only reason I keep going there is because it is the only KFC that is even somewhat near me and my elderly mother likes their food. This location is not even that close. I live about 15-20 minutes away. There are no other fast food chicken restaurants near me. Each time I go, I think, "they couldn't possibly be out of chicken again." Wrong! I don't even know why or how they continue to remain open. Looks like they need managers that actually understand how to run a restaurant.

To say I was given horrible service would be an upgrade to what actually happen. Overcharged me, left out my food, filthy tables, filthy floors, soda machine had no CO2, cold food and a general lack of caring for how they presented themselves to the public. I wasn't expecting a 5 star experience but to simply be charged correctly and be given the food that you paid for. I use to get food at this location and ran into the same problem because it's irritating to get back to work and find that you didn't get what was suppose to be there and go hungry the rest of the day because you can't go back. This will be the last time that I get anything from this location.

I hate that I have to do this, but I went and purchased dinner tonight for myself and my husband after work. I ordered a 3 piece original combo and a 10 piece hot chicken wings. I got my order and went home. KFC has been around, not this one I realize, but around since 1931 and for as long as I've been in the world which is almost 60 years and never have I had bad chicken at KFC until the past couple of months. Tonights purchase was so bad I could not eat the wings and the combo meal was just picked at due to more gristle than meat and what meat you could find was not cooked, still red and a bit bloody and the past couple of times it was the same and so we were apprehensive about going back tonight. This is the closest KFC to my location, but I won't be going back there anymore. I do not know what the deal is, but KFC please make sure that you purchase good chicken and not go for the cheaper chicken because you get what you pay for and cheaper IS NOT always better especially in food. If not for the patrons KFC would not be around. Just want you to be aware.

As I travel for work all over the US and Canada, I have eaten at hundreds of KFCs. I ate at this location several times during the past year. I believe this is the worst food, most unfriendly staff and dirtiest restaurant that KFC has. After eating here about 4 times earlier in the year, it closed for remodeling. Went back when it re-opened. The only thing that changed was that it was a little bit cleaner. Must have some of filthiest clientele in the nation. The food on the bar appears to have been there for days and there never over a couple pieces of chicken to choose from. If you ask for more you will get the dirtiest looks from the staff. Most unfriendly staff I have encountered at any restaurant anywhere.

i stopped by today,it was 10:17 when i walked in. the buffett was not set, nor werethere any 6tenders ,bites, or wings up. i was given a discount for my lengthy wait, but some of my order was missing. i called numerous times.....no answer!

On 09/21/16: Horrible, disgusting, pathetic excuse for a food establishment! I ordered a 16 piece chicken meal that comes with 4 large sides & 8 biscuits.  I asked for half (8pcs) original and half (8 pcs) grilled chicken.  I asked for my 4 sides to be 2 mashed potatoes/gravy, 1 corn, 1 mac & cheese.  When I got home which is 25 minutes away from this location, I was missing a mashed potatoes, missing 8 pieces of original chicken, and missing 8 pieces of grilled chicken.  They gave me 16 pieces of extra crispy chicken that was old, stale, and hard as if it had been microwaved 3 or 4 times to reheat it.  In addition to not receiving the 16 pieces of chicken I ordered and paid $45 for, there were no breasts in the bucket!  They gave me 4 dry legs, 2 hard wings, and 10 hard & dry thighs!  The chicken was inedible as it was old, stale, dry, and hard (it went in the garbage).  I was absolutely livid! When I pay $45.00 for 16 pieces of chicken, I expect to receive the fresh, edible chicken I ordered and paid for.  I want my money back and will never visit this location again. I should have taken heed to all of the negative Yelp reviews this location has received but no, I thought I would be lucky and perhaps get a decent meal.  I couldn't have been more wrong.  This is highly unacceptable and needs to be addressed by the owner.  This location is horrendous according to other customers.  I am new to this area and this was my 1st visit and last visit to this location.  Fix your issues and provide me the customer service I deserved on this visit!

went there order inside to go waited for popcorn chicken lady said 4 minutes more like ten min no big deal. received my food ask lady is this everything she said yes went home missing 4 pack biscuits honest mistake went back lady remember that she made a mistake told Terence to get the food I paid for wich he did.but he was really rude about it no apology no sorry he made it liked I made a mistake like I was in the wrong!
