Staff on Sunday June 29th around 2pm is rude as hell. They act like you are ruining their day by placing an order. Then pull up to the window to pay, I ask for BBQ sauce, it is a .55 each upcharge... which is fine. I get it. I hand her $2 for the sauce. She tells me to pull up to the trashcan. I wait for my change for the sauce, she opens the window back up and asks why I didn't pull up. I tell her I was waiting for my change. She hands me a dollar and tells me to pull up. They bring my food out and guess what.. No BBQ sauce. And of course the lobby door is locked. I try to get their attention and they tell me I have to drive back around to get my sauce. Why in the world would I want to wait in line of customers wanting to order when I just wanted sauce. Why is the lobby door locked? Why do yall hire people that obviously hate customer service? Why would I pull up when my food is cold. I obviously pulled up to keep the window times down, not for fresh food. Disappointing.....Might want to get this checked out guys. What a waste of money and my time.....

I forgot to get to this..this is Thursday, right? Well on Tuesday..I came for a simple pick up. Easy, right ? The lobby was already locked at 8pm plus...that was ridiculous as it was. OK. I do the drive thru and you got a rude female with a ponytail who damn near tosses the bag at you. That's weak. Which means your restaurant is weak and probably needs a visit from the Better Business Bureau. Absolutely pathetic. Worst restaurant of 2025 by far.

I’m not sure if she’s a manager or not but the light skin lady every time o come in she looks grumpy never smiles n ask are u picking up or ordering with a attitude makes me as a woman not wanna come back here when I came in today

Ordered 16 piece bucket Come home and it's 13 pieces (half which were mushy like) Yall need to do better. Prices are too high out here to be paying for mushy chicken

so I ate here yesterday and me and my grandmother got food poisoning. I’ve been sick all day. reporting this place asap. very unacceptable. clearly they aren’t properly cleaning, and preparing the food.

I'm here almost 5 min but no one care in front and some customers got angry and left and this is not first time it is so irritating

This kfc right here is the best kfc I ever been to, I’m from west tn and just moved to the Nashville area and I will literally drive all the way across the city just for this chicken because it’s ALWAYS fresh each time I done went! Hats off to the chefs and management

The service here is always mediocre but today is was DISGUSTING. The drive thru employee was extremely rude and difficult. They clearly did not want to be at work. Do better…

Kfc Is KFC, I dont expect worst or better. We stopped here and bought a bucket of chicken. It was delicious and convient for out of towners. Customer service was good. Food is good, Sure ill be back sometime around.

Food was good, but service, not so much. Ordered a 4 pc meal, plus tenders and sides. My 4 pc meal was supposed to have a breast but instead I got two thighs. And my order of fries was not provided either. Ambiance is casual. Lobby needs to be cleaned a little.

Me and my family went to this location we ordered our food drive though as the person taking our order was very unprofessional and told us that we should have came in to order while we waited ,it was a shooting on the sidewalk the people in the KFC said that this is normal, my wife said in the KFC the worker at the counter was rude to so we are not going back to this location!

Avoid this location. I've gone here four times. I tried giving them a chance. The food has always been cold. The tinfoil wrapping the sandwich is warm to the touch but the sandwich itself is cold. Biscuits have been cold. The staff argues with the customers when the customers bring it up to the staff that something is unacceptable with their meal. Unfortunately the staff seem angry that you walked in and you are causing them to have to work. The only time the service and food was good is when the manager was present. That was once in four visits. I've been to KFC's in other states. The KFC's in Tennessee are all like this. The manager is good but when she's not there this place is unacceptable.

First of all the food just wasn't the best. It just made my day worse after I found out one of the workers (Gina) had a crush on me. She asked for my number, and I refused. When I did this she got so mad at at me that she grabbed my nuggets and fries and chucked them across the room and it hit an elderly man. I saw him walk out of the restaurant with a bruise on his forehead. Not to mention the bathroom was just terrible. There was trash everywhere and pee staining the walls. I ended up not going there, the Burger King bathroom was just a tad bit better than that nonsense. You probably shouldn't go here if you are a normal handsome man like me. One star.

Everytime me and my family have gotten stuff to go here, they forget something, today the family wanted a picnic, and we just so happened to get 4 things of mac and cheese, they forgot all 4, let me live my big back dream, and give me the mac

Have tried on a number of occasions to get a problem with my application resolve. My query has now been going on with the shambles of a customer service team for at least six weeks. No one in the organisation can take responsibility of getting this matter resolved. Have asked on a number of occasions for a call back but nothin. I have never dealt with a company who genuinely does not care about their customer.

to start off, the environment was beautiful.Crumbs on the floor to flies in the sauce. the food was immaculate I don't know how they get their buskits to be burnt on the outside and raw in the middle. Drink machines broken.Before we get to even order the cashier ignores us and helps an old lady. she was complaining about how small her chicken was. this restaurant has been a tradition to eat at for 2 years and we will continue to eat here for many more. I continue to pray everyday that this never gets shut down.

I've been looking for a KFC with beyond chicken and stopped in here. Line was long but service was friendly. The chicken nuggets were warm and moist and had this amazing flavor. Tastes and looks like chicken. I am sold. Same size and regular nuggets. I took the chicken nuggets to go and didn't eat them for 20 mins and by then they were not crunchy but they were oh so good. Only issue is these are addicting. First the first time I didn't even care about sides I just wanted more nuggets. They got this right.

They have the beyond chicken.. I have been waiting patiently for this to be available somewhere near me and I found it. We went pretty late. There was no wait at the drive thru. The staff was knowledgeable and pleasant. Now for the beyond chicken. They were nugget sized portions. The seasoning was great and had a great crunch. The price may be a little steep if you aren't accustomed to paying vegan prices but I definitely feel it was worth every penny.

I purchased a four piece, paid $12.01 and received 1 leg 2 wings and a breast. Not worth the money.

Standard KFC but they had the new Beyond (meat) Fried Chicken, which is basically a non-chicken nugget. They were awesome. I ordered them dry so I could taste them with all the dipping sauces. Would have given 4 stars but they wouldnt give me any Nashville hot sauce on the side. They only toss them in that sauce when ordered that way, so I tossed one of their stars in the trash with my empty container after I ate all those awesome nuggets.

This is an embarrassing excuse for a fast food restaurant. Dirty floors, disgusting bathrooms, poor staff and management, god awful food. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible as Usual. Part 2 My last visit was bad. But I tried going back because they didn't have a line and didn't really appear to be open. Turns out , the bad weather has this place looking deserted. I place an order with 2 combos. Once I do she tells me to pull up but I wasn't done ordering. I only wanted some cookies afterwards and I thought I could add them at the window. Wrong!! The chick at the window tells me I must drive all the way back around and place a new order if I wanted anything extra. I didn't understand that and when I asked about it , she turns around just to give me attitude about questioning the person who decided that decision when you have no line of people. Gave so much attitude but can't read off an order screen. Thanks for the extra potato wedges I guess

If I could give them negative five stars, I would. I visited this location about a month ago and waited in the drive thru for approximately 30 minutes for my order to be prepared. When I arrived home, I realized that I had been given someone else's order. I called the location and spoke with Quentin, the manager, and explained the situation and he said I could come back when it was convenient for me and my order would be on them(as if it was a favor to me). He also gave me the other manager's name and stated if he wasn't available I could speak with her. Today, I called prior to driving to the location. Quentin no longer works at KFC and Roe answered. She had to have been the rudest manager I've ever encountered and it's no surprise why the customer service is subpar. She told me that she needed to contact Quentin to see if he remembered me although I have all of the information Quentin told me I needed. I will not be spending any more of my money at this location and urge you to refrain also. Customers are paying your salaries and deserve to be treated with the utmost respect and this KFC is severely lacking.

Poor management. There are two cash registers, one doesn't work and the other one only takes cash. I mean, we live in America, what's wrong with this KFC that doesn't take debit or credit cards let alone Apple Pay. This is 2018. Luckily my mom had some cash available. The service was poor too. We have to go back to the cashier to ask for straws and extra plates. Our order was to dine in and they treat us like it was a to go order. Never again I will step into this KFC. No wonder they're now the second Chicken fast food company in America falling behind Chick-Fil-A.

I ordered a 10 piece hot wings. I waited 3 minutes to get 10 piece of cold crunchy fat. There was no meat on 8 of the 10. It was horrible. I would NOT recommend this location.

Poor, unfriendly service. This restaurant is managed by a poorly skilled female general manager that do not know how to provide customer service to patrons. Her tone of voice and body language is demeaning and disrespectful, and you can see her employees emulating her actions. Don't waste your time patronizing this location until you see ratings go up or the staff and management are replaced.

Drink is included so you are force to drink soda. If you buy 5 to go products, you will also have 5 drinks. This is ridiculous. They also took off the Nashville hot chicken

The worst kfc I have visited ever. Unfriendly staff and old chicken served here. I bought the nashville hot wings which was soggy and old.

Better than Ok because it's my guilty pleasure. I love their chicken, mashed potato and gravy. This particular establishment whilst friendly and fast never feels really very clean but who am I to complain, I just want my chicken and its cheap.

2 stars bc I love KFC, but I tried to visit this location and it was closed down at 9:15, not a soul in sight. Disappointment.

Ya'll did the darn thing! The drive thru was backed up and I was thinking it was going to take forever! I was the 6 car in line and it actually took 4 mins all together to place order and get my food and was the food fresh?! OMG YES!!!! I tried the Georgia Gold for the first time and love it! Way to go KFC on 8th Ave N!!

Many, MANY times, I've received incomplete orders from this location. Today the freaking mash potatoes were missing! One of the only THREE fucking things in the combo. I mean, I'm probably not going to go back for it because I'm not going back ever. You also have loud, obnoxious employees with no sense of responsibility who are what you call....ratchet? KFC is definitely not the place it used to be.
