Spent almost $37 For 2 meals. Service was quick but chicken was tough and literally dripping grease. Never had this problem at this location before. Spoke to cook, she a said "its all pressurized" no apologies, no "i check to see if there is a problem" just a not my poblem dont care attitude. I love KFC food normally now we wont be back for a very ling time if ever.

I walked in to get the order I ordered online. I wasn’t welcomed when I walked in. When the cashier, who was just standing by the wall, noticed me I told him my name. He gave me my order without a thank you at all. I said thank you and was met with silence! The pot pie was good, but the nuggets were terrible. Not fresh at all. Maybe it’s because I used one of my rewards for 5 chicken nuggets. I’m usually happy with KFC, but not tonight.

Very rough experience. Took over 30 minutes to get through the drive through. Got to the window, and it took them a few minutes to actually figure out which order was mine. Then handed me my Dr. Pepper that was so watered down it looked like a dim Tea. Tasted terrible. Also, got back home and the extra biscuit that was included with my meal was missing. They forgot to give it to me. Tried to call no one answered. Probably over 5-10 dollars that I spent that was not given or was of low quality.

We placed an online order and when it said it was ready, it wasn't. They had us sit in the parking lot while 7 other cars came through and all got their buckets of chicken before us and they ordered after us. 50 minutes go by and they asked us if we ordered anything so we had to wait longer.

Came at 3:30 on Black Friday and they were closed but did not have any signage saying they were closed. What kind of establishment randomly closes on a normal business day? If your hours say you are open, you NEED to be open. Find new management and learn to put up a damn sign if you are closed.

We're from out of town and have eaten here several times. Both times we had the pleasure of being serviced by Brittany. She was so patient and kind. The second time was an order to be placed online because of a special online deal. Brittany took the time to show me how to order online, etc. Kudos to this location in North Platte, Nebraska for employing an A+ employee. Thank you Brittany for a great experience.

My 99 year old father recieved super greasy chicken strips, and bisquit with no honey or butter. My best friend also had disgusting chicken strips which he described as being drenched in floor grease. No thanks

Having a great time at the KFC Buffet in North Platte! They buffet is stocked with all of our favorites and regional favorites as well. The place is packed! My lady particularly likes the chicken fried steak! Great work KFC North Platte!

Walked in at 630pm I was expecting busy packed. I found a large lobby about 8 full tables plenty of room. Order taker was a sweet young gale, full of smiles very polite. The buffet was full, and very hot. I would recommend stop very clean nice. I will be back tomorrow night!

If you have never been to a fried chicken buffet, this is the place to go. Been eating there for years and the quality of the buffet items has never slipped. My kids love chicken parts that some people throw away. If you enjoy theses parts ( you know which ones I mean) you will most likely find them on this buffet! The chicken is good, too! Hot items are replaced quickly as the serving pans empty out. You can make a fantastic chicken topped salad from the salad bar and I've never been disappointed in the dessert selection. This is a great meal for anyone who loves fried chicken.

We love KFC!! I'm not one for buffets but I'll eat the buffet at KFC! It's always fresh food that has never been cold when it's not supposed to! The chicken is tender! It's one of my favorite places to eat!!! The drive through is always fast and staff is always respectable and kind!

Arrived at KFC North Platte at 8:35pm to order a meal. Went inside and the chairs were all on the tables the place was completely void of food and I was told they were closing. The hours are from 11AM to 9PM, seems they should say 8:30PM, if that's when they REALLY close!!!

KFC... Buffet! That should be all I need to say. We stopped here on our trip from Illinois to Colorado this winter and stopped here to eat - they had everything you would expect a KFC to have on their buffet and more. What a great idea, all KFC's should have buffets!

This is the second time actually the third time we have went to your KFC North Platte location and this has happened. The first time the lady was very rude and told us we could not take our leftover scrapes out of the building. We paid for them we was not stealing fresh food. They were to feed our dog. The next time and today we were totally ignored and workers just looked at us and walked away. Not one of them asked if we had been helped or even said one word to us. We left and right now seriously will not return. Very disappointed.
