I do not understand who keeps hiring here but they need to stop. I keep trying them out cuz im hungry yet everything is ALWAYS burned and bone dry

13715 Q str. KFC Ordered: 3 PC. Extra crispy, fries and a pepsi. Got: 3 PC. Cold original, soggy cold fries, and no ice for the warm pepsi. Which turned out the ice wouldn't have helped the stale, flat pepsi anyway. Gave 1 star cause my dog managed to choke down most of a thigh.

I ordered 2 orders of the hot n spicy wings . Instead of keeping fresh chicken in place they hold it to dump on an unsuspecting customer like me. This has happened twice now but will not be played again. The chicken served through drive through is always old and looks like it’s been sitting for hours . The breading is 10 times the thickness it should be . Absolutely disgusting and a waste of $20 each of the two times I have came through drive through

I think the drive through audio needs updated. The employee who took my order had a hard time hearing me. Those headsets do degrade over time. Get those fixed and I'm sure things will be Excellent.

worker was very rude and gave me a wrong order then brought out another order and gave me a chicken little WITH NI CHICKEN! I called to get a replacement and he was rude and yelled at me then hung up. super unprofessional!

Was empty during prime hours. Should of known. These are chicken nuggets lol

Got a macaroni bowl and there was more oil in it than anything it was only a third of the way full and too much seasoning nasty I couldn't eat it and there wasn't even anyone in the drive thru they don't know how to cook there ...there was like 3 macaroni noodles in there wow and it's supposed to be a macaroni bowl so sad

The chicken is very poorly cooked, not crispy at all and with too much oil. It is very bad, I will not buy from this location again.

Order was incorrect, ordered crispy chicken received original instead. Bathroom has no towels or air dryer and cashier did nothing to accomplish the order. Wow how times have changed.

I am surprised people are giving so much grief about this place. I actually think it was decent. I came here to order chicken over lunch yesterday. Ordered food in the drive through and got my price right away, that tells me that the employees are well trained/well experienced. Came to the window to pay up and the worker handed me my food right away. Then today I figured I will try to put in a bigger order and more choices, once again, the worker was able to hand me the order soon as I pay up. I was impressed with their efficiency and no wonder there is no line and no wait unlike the other KFC's. I think food was fresh and chicken still delicious. I couldn't say much about inside of the restaurant since I didn't go in, but would like to tell my fellow yelpers that this place is not that bad at all.

I was going to use the drive thru about 6:00 pm today and when I got to the menu board I see a person standing there smoking a cigarette so I circle around and go inside to order then after when leaving I pass by again and now see two employees standing there smoking, apparently the rule there is that's the place to go because it looks great and pleasing to the patron.

Food was good. The app was wonky and the staff was rude. Open the lobby pls the pandemics over. I ordered the 3 piece meal with slaw and a drink. I got two pieces along with a piece of mystery meat. LoL. Seriously 1 guess which part of the chicken this is.

I walked in to this location and seen the manager in the office on his phone... the counter told me it would be a minute then proceed to go on the office for 15 minutes and talk to the manager while a guy putting a order together told them 3 times there were customers waiting... i arrived a 5:08 it took them to 5:23 to come to the counter... I asked the manager is the conversation that important than serving the customer and he said yes...then refused to serve me because I had a disability.... Call the district manager Rich and he couldn't even remember the complaint hotline

Oh KFC......I don't mind KFC; I actually think the chicken isn't half-bad, but this particular KFC was just bad. The floors were extremely slippery so when my coworkers and I came here to eat about a month ago, we all almost fell a couple times. Someone must have used a dirty mop bucket that was full of grease or something. The chicken tasted pretty good though. Even though it messed up my stomach for the entire weekend. This was a pretty bad experience and I won't be going back.

This location was the absolute worst. I ordered online for quick pickup and drove 20 minutes just to find out that the employees closed almost two Hours early. Now my card has been charged and I'm still hungry. I will never be attempting to eat from this location ever again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to try either.

The worst service experience from a fast food chain, ever. I'll spare you most of the details. Two other KFC's nearby and a Popeyes. Staff was not well trained and rude. Insisted order was right, sent back, purple haired individual insisted she personally checked it, was wrong again. Left still short of 8 chicken tenders. What a cluster. Did I mention rude?

Whoever does the famous bowls on weekdays at this location deserves a raise. They always have the right topping to potato ratio

KFC has really went downhill. Greasy food, chicken is nasty anymore. There are a lot better places for fried chicken in Omaha.

I have been three to the four restaurants that I know of in Omaha and that is 84th and Harrison 45th and L and 90th and Maple and so far the one on 54th and L is poor service the one on 43rd and Dodge is very poor service management is really aggressive and not helpful I would not recommend these places to eat

This KFC has a very long history of being a bad KFC location. This is one of the sleaziest KFC locations I've ever been to; very grimy atmosphere with unknown liquids covering most of the tables & chairs, the food is cold with fresh batches rarely being put out if at all, bugs (looked possibly like roaches) are always crawling around the floors near the dining tables & the cash registers as well as flies flying around the All You Can Eat buffet as they proceed to land on the food after they most likely have already landed on fecal matter. What more can I say? Don't eat here.

I've never in my 30 year life ever had to wait in a fast food line for over 40 minutes for a drink and spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken was cold, the lemonade cup was soggy and spilled all over my lap. That's how long it was sitting out.

If you're thinking about a good meal don't you ever think about this KFC , I rather go to Salvation Army and eat the food they give away for homeless people . The chicken it's not even cooked , worst place ever , no words to describe how horrible I feel after visiting this disgusting place . They should shut down this kfc

I will never go back to this KFC! The worst customer service ever!!! I received no "thank you" and when I asked twice about extra items I had ordered, (I was ignored the first time I asked) she told me it was in there. It wasn't! Do yourself a favor and spend your dollars elsewhere!

Bad to the bone Nasty. I wanted extra crispy but they said they were out and would I take original instead. Big mistake. They should not serve garbage . I looked awful and was super greasy. I was never go this location again and if I go to KFC i will pass if they only have original.

I've gone to this location an unbelievable amount of times over the years and the service has always been fair or good. The last two times I've been there the service has been absolutely horrible. I made the mistake of asking at 9:00 PM if the chicken was fresh. I asked because on my previous visit the chicken was greasy in my opinion. What I got was a completely sarcastic response that the chicken is ALWAYS fresh. Ok, fine, Thank You and I ordered a bucket of chicken for us. I asked if I could sub the wedges for the mashed potatoes, yes absolutely, was the answer by the young lady. At the window I wasn't greeted by the girl, just told the total. I paid, asked for ketchup and saw it was tossed in the bag. Low and behold when I get home I find a family size slaw and no wedges.... imagine that. To top it off they also subbed an additional thigh for a breast so so much for "Fresh Chicken". Tried to call 3 times to at least mention it to someone, No Answer. I've tried, I'm done. I will be calling corporate on Monday and asking for a refund.

They close at 1000pm but go in at 930 and they only have 7 peaces of chicken. Not cool.

Awful service, shitty food. Waited in line for 15 mins, got shafted on my order, had to drive through again to get the things they cheated me out of and had to wait another ten minutes and deal with attitude. Gross.

KFC always has good food, but this place is awful. Dirty tables and floors, I saw what Im pretty sure was 3 homeless men trying to cash in some coupons, It looks really nice from the outside but this place is so ghetto, dont go here.

The chicken was absolutely disgusting.im extremely disappointed in the staffs ability to clean the restaurant . I knew kfc was a low quality "restaurant" but I never expected this. The chicken was VERY crispy. There wasn't enough chicken it self and they messed up my order. Too make matters worse when we tried to get a refund they outright REFUSED to give us one. I definitely won't be coming back here.

Smallest KFC buffet I've encountered in Nebraska. Even though I went during a slow time. . .4 PM. . . the chicken was old and the bathrooms were nasty. KFC is recorded as the worst fast food joint in the US. This location proves this.

Just watched an employee pick up fries, dunk them in the vat of gravy, and eat them. Absolutely unexceptable.

Have eaten here a number of times through the years and we always get the buffet. The food is good though there is sometimes a wait for things to be refilled.
