KFC

Excited to hear the hot wings were back I finally make it to KFC excited all to be disappointed! Let's start by acknowledging that all the workers had attitudes&only had been open for an hour.(Major Red flag) They all look like they just got out of bed and had came to work dressed from night before!!! I was served old chicken after told it was fresh.rushing for work, I thought ok I waited long enough. they just opened has to be fresh, after all just 6 wings well that was a regret. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES THEY DIDNT ANSWER. FINALLY GOT SOMEONE DURING THE EVENING (a whole nother shift)HOWEVER THEY DIDNT WANT TO FIX THEIR ERROR, More attitude.I WONT BE RETURNING THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE SOMEONE SICK!! I knew I should have turn around and walked out when I seen the way they all looked and were acting to a few customers ahead of me.

Everytime I go to this particular location they never have food prepared it's always a 20 minute wait for CHICKEN or something's not available I have this piece in this but not in that or we are out of a particular piece, not fixing more it's always something. I'd gladly leave and go to Bojangles or travel to Dinwiddie just to get what I want!

It was 8:30 pm on Tuesday night. They close at 10 pm. Ordered a 16 piece meal. Was told they only had dark meat. Okay fine. Went to also order an 8 piece meal and was told I got the last of the chicken and couldn't get anymore because they were CLOSING. But there were three more cars behind me. Hours say they are open until 10:00 pm. Sounds to me like employees aren't working and causing business to lose profits.

My first comment is that their website is not user-friendly. Usually, I am not a fan of KFC due to their greasy chicken and price for takeout. However, I do enjoy their pot pie 🥧. I had a KFC Chicken Pot Pie, and it was amazing! The crust was pastry flaky, and it was chock full of chicken. Remember how good the Chicken Pot Pies at Boston Market used to be before they scaled back and took the cinnamon apples off the regular menu? Yeah, KFC's offering is THAT good! Again, very pricey.

Stopped in for lunch during a 5 hour road trip, and got the best fries and mashed potatoes of my life. The people who work here are magical food wizards.

How is someone suppose to eat a famous bowl with no gravy. The gravy is what makes the whole meal good. Plus the service was slow. I sat in the drive thru for over 20 min with only one car infront of me. They have now hiring managers sign out front. They really need it. Maybe one that will make sure they fix the orders right.

I love going up the drive thru and a professional employee is waiting to help me with my order. This was my experience at this KFC. The chicken was hot and crunchy; biscuit was fresh out of the oven; and the green beans has some spice in them. The packaging looked clean, and everything was delicious. My pup was excited and loved the chicken.
