Excited to hear the hot wings were back I finally make it to KFC excited all to be disappointed! Let's start by acknowledging that all the workers had attitudes&only had been open for an hour.(Major Red flag) They all look like they just got out of bed and had came to work dressed from night before!!! I was served old chicken after told it was fresh.rushing for work, I thought ok I waited long enough. they just opened has to be fresh, after all just 6 wings well that was a regret. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES THEY DIDNT ANSWER. FINALLY GOT SOMEONE DURING THE EVENING (a whole nother shift)HOWEVER THEY DIDNT WANT TO FIX THEIR ERROR, More attitude.I WONT BE RETURNING THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE SOMEONE SICK!! I knew I should have turn around and walked out when I seen the way they all looked and were acting to a few customers ahead of me.

I only go during the workday so I may be biased. The ladies who work the drive thru are nice and efficient. The staff gets you right on outta there with hot food. I only get the hot wings so I'm not sure about the quality of anything else but those wings are always hot and fresh! I gave it 4 stars only because my husband tried the cheese curds and they were cold and dry.

My first comment is that their website is not user-friendly. Usually, I am not a fan of KFC due to their greasy chicken and price for takeout. However, I do enjoy their pot pie 🥧. I had a KFC Chicken Pot Pie, and it was amazing! The crust was pastry flaky, and it was chock full of chicken. Remember how good the Chicken Pot Pies at Boston Market used to be before they scaled back and took the cinnamon apples off the regular menu? Yeah, KFC's offering is THAT good! Again, very pricey.

My husband and I haven't been to kfc in almost a year and it was a pleasant welcome back all of the food we ordered was very fresh it even seemed that the soda was extra fresh as well we will most certainly visit more frequently based on that experience

the lobby is supposed to close at 9pm i get there at 8:32 to pick my food up suprise the lobby is closed so im asking why one worker said she didn’t know the other one i think was a manager rudely replied because i had to all i really wanted was some hot biscuits right go through the drive through food cold but the coleslaw was room temperature for some reason so while im eating the lukewarm coleslaw theres hair throw the whole location away at this point whats really crazy is i haven’t ate here in yrs but it will be a cold day in hell before i eat there again 🤷🏾‍♀️

Went into KFC today for a pot pie, and it was absolutely disgusting. I remember back in the day they used to make those things good, whoever made this one sucks.

It was 8:30 pm on Tuesday night. They close at 10 pm. Ordered a 16 piece meal. Was told they only had dark meat. Okay fine. Went to also order an 8 piece meal and was told I got the last of the chicken and couldn't get anymore because they were CLOSING. But there were three more cars behind me. Hours say they are open until 10:00 pm. Sounds to me like employees aren't working and causing business to lose profits.

How is someone suppose to eat a famous bowl with no gravy. The gravy is what makes the whole meal good. Plus the service was slow. I sat in the drive thru for over 20 min with only one car infront of me. They have now hiring managers sign out front. They really need it. Maybe one that will make sure they fix the orders right.

I'm normally not a chain restaurant goer nor a fast food buyer but we were on the go and needed a bit to eat. Folks you go to FF places because you know from place to place you should be getting the same exact meal - well that was today. Our Famous Bowls were full to the top and very hot. So that was good. As for taste everything is better with Hot Sauce. They had some special thing with for about .15 cheaper you also got these small apple pies or whatever they call them. They were actually really good and full of sugar. As for service: We have visited here several times over the years and we really have never had a problem with staff. They don't seem the fastest and normally not very outgoing but still they serve me and have always gotten my order right. Now for the location: like I've said I've been here a few times over the years and today wasn't really any different than any of those visits. Several tables needed wiping down and the soda station was a hot mess. Now this has as much to do of other customers and it does with staff. I'm also sure they have to prioritize feeding folks with cleanup BUT staff and managment should be working on this (what I've seen) as a routine shortfall. So again - food decent, staff okay and eating area in need of more attention. But again with all this said I would give this location another try if I needed a quick meal.

The food was serve in a bag. We told them we was dinning in. But our food was in a bag. No cutlery to eat with. Sweet Tea was so horrible l couldn't drink it. The chicken was so greasy and over cooked. Come on we deserve better we are the customers.

This is the best Kentucky fried chicken Ive ever had the chicken was phenomenal and perfectly cooked and so nice and tender, the service and the lady who gave us our food was so respectful, overall 10/10 would recommend.

General manager and assisted manager Pleasant to speak with I made a purchase of two bowls, two famous bowls, and they were awesome and deliciously made kudos to this establishment how they welcome us was also pleasant and welcome us to come back again you are returning again today and will be sampling other things on the menu

Today KFC will get 5 stars!! I didn't want chicken so I didn't have to worry about them not having it or needing to wait 15 mins until chicken is ready. Today was all about the mashed potatoes....that's it, that's all!! And they delivered (not literally) mmmmmm!!!

It's a chain store in Petersburg, like all the rest you get what you pay for. They never get my order right. None of them know how to smile or act happy. You're in customer service, your tone shouldn't say "I hate myself, kill me now" or "wtf do you want and why are you bothering me". Sadly, I keep coming back due to the location and because there are no Popeyes near by and I am not a fan of Bojangles. Food is decent enough, just wish they knew what "all dark meat" meant.

The hot wings were really good hot and fresh but while im waiting on my food an employee maybe manager idk his friends came in wanting a 20 piece meal crispy at first he said they were out then and said wait nevermind for you i got some. The next customer came in asking for the same exact thing but happened to be out. Just seems like to me he didnt wanna make anymore because he gave his friends the crispy but not the next employee

Check to make sure you have the pieces of chicken you asked for before you leave the business. I don't go to KFC often but two of the three times I went through the drive thru they have given me the wrong pieces of chicken.

I drove thru this place on Tuesday evening. Around 8:30pm, from Toronto.. the lady in drive thru gave me an attitude when I said "no cheese on my food please"

I ordered the chicken strips family meal via the drive through at 8:50pm They told me it would be a 6 minute wait and to drive around to the parking lot and they would bring it out. I made sure to park right in front of the door so they would see my car with the lights on. At 9:13pm, they still had not brought my order out and they were at the counter closing the register and the doors were locked. I walked to the door and placed my receipt on the glass and asked them whether they forgot my order. I got no verbal response, and the manager alerted someone in the back they forgot my order. I did not become angry and always spoke in a calm voice because it simply was not that serious. No one acknowledged or apologized for forgetting my order AT ALL. After the manager let the cooks know they forgot my order he let me know, with no regret, it would be an additional 9 more minutes; still no apology at all as if the customer service turns off once the doors are locked. Someone else from the back finally brought my meal out, placed it on the counter and said "here ya go man." I picked up my order and at least I SAID ..."Thank you."

So, tried to get chicken from here today, Saturday night at 9pm. They said that they had grilled chicken and then they didn't have grilled chicken. So , instead tried to order an 8 piece family meal, was then told that they didn't have any of that chicken ready either, which was just their original recipe chicken. It would be a 17 minute wait for chicken. Wait, isn't this a chicken restaurant and this is all you pretty much serve is chicken? Why wouldn't that at least be ready? Ended up going to Bojangles instead, they had chicken there and ready to go.

I frequent this location, and it always seems to be a wait on chicken. I, for the life of me, can not understand how they never seem to have chicken ready and that's what they specialize in. One instance, they completely forgot I was waiting, and instead of apologizing, they gave me extremely greasy chicken and sent me on my way. I only frequent this location because it's near my home.

This chicken I got to go on Sunday afternoon was like I was in the Philippines! The staff said they have no original chicken, only crispy. How can you be KFC without the original? I asked that question and the staff laughed. Where's Popeyes chicken around here at?

My husband went here a few weeks ago to pick us up a 8 piece bucket, when he got to the register and ordered, the guy looked around and then back at my husband and said "we don't have anymore".....my husband said " well are you going to make more" and the dudeman said "I don't know let me ask my manager" SERIOUSLY PEOPLE!!! Your a damn chicken place and it was 7:00pm on a Monday night!!!! WTF how do you run totally out of chicken and then the non trained register guy doesn't even know if you will be making more????? And you want to make $15 an hour hahahahaha makes me laugh! My husband just said forget it and walked out. I really wanted some chicken too! Won't go back to that one!!

We placed an order through GrubHub for the KFC on Crater Road in Petersburg, VA because it is so close to us. Not only was our order more than a half-hour late, but it was also incorrect. Instead of the 2 Diet Pepsi drinks I ordered, we received 1 regular Sprite-type beverage, which was definitely not good for my diabetic husband. Our chicken was wrong, and our sides were wrong or missing as well. In addition, our dessert order was non-existent. The driver was useless as far as customer service, as were the customer service people to whom I spoke on the phone. They were to replace and redeliver my order, but then they sent an email message refusing to do so, claiming that a restaurant that closes at 10 p.m. was closed at 8:02 p.m. This was completely unacceptable, and the only way to have satisfactorily fixed it was to have delivered our original order promptly and correctly, which they refused to do. They had plenty of time to have fixed it during the whole time period of this experience, yet they refused and resorted to lying about it. The fault lies with both KFC and GrubHub, and both had absolutely horrible customer service.

This is the best KFC i have been to in USA. Chicken are very juicy, fresh and tasty, finally find the store can compare to KFC in China! We bought $5 fill up on the road trip, had to turn back to get more bc of the quality. If all the KFC stores can have such quality, it would definitely win over Popeyes and mcd.
