This. Is. A. Disgusting. Ripoff. I ordered two two three-piece big boxes, to go. They were supposed to have thighs and legs in them. I got white meat and something fried, yet unidentifiable. I took pictures of this unbelievable lump that they gave me in both boxes and used as excuses for pieces of chicken. If you look at my hands you can see where it looks like. I have dipped them in Vaseline before handling the chicken. That is literal DRIPPING GREASE, at no extra charge. This is garbage and the Colonel is rolling over in his grave. Management is either absent or poorly trained. They either have no quality control or no conscience. Either way, the fried lump next to the quarter will set you back $3.50 Bon appetit (elsewhere)!

I have had this KFC as a " neighbor " since 1996. Originally, it was great, then it became horrible. Staff was bad, food was worse. That was probably from 2014- late 2024. I actually enjoy going back now. My order a couple weeks ago was slightly off, but that's been it for almost a year now. Everything is great. Thanks for bringing the Ol KFC back.

Food was alright nothing great what you would expect. The guy upfront Bobby seemed very rude and impatient. He was getting frustrated at customers and making them seem stupid over his mistakes. He also was very demanding, he demanded to see a lady's phone and almost grabbed it out her hand. Immediately gave me bad vibes the second we came in. From what I can tell the rest of people here are nice but Bobby's service is lacking and unappealing.

Omg what angels jason the manager and kreshmar the beautiful casher they listened to me and helped me eat an amazing dinner, the service was fast accurate and they way they treats me was very much appreciated

This Bell Rd. location has gone a full circle…..I have gone here all the time for over a decade. It was good & staff congenial in 2014/15. NOW…If you go to this location on Bell Rd., which I did on Sat. Oct 4, 2025. When they first open the staff seems tired & unhappy & you will get YESTERDAY’S FOOD! If you go about 11:30AM-12 noon expect chicken & sides cooked right after they opened but at least the food is still warm & moist. If you go at 2:30 (which I did that day) to get family buckets for dinner in a couple of hours…ALL of the food & sides tasted old & tough. I even asked if the food had been prepared within the hour & they lied….even the skin was chewy & tough. The staff acted like they just wanted to go home. Shame on me…never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

7:30 at night drive thru. No extra crispy available so on a three-piece meal that should have a breast of thigh and a leg they ended up substituting two legs and a thigh. You know what Joe Pesci said about drive-thrus. ABSOLUTELY TRUE IN THIS PLACE!

I keep giving KFC another chance, about 1 x year. No matter which one I go to the food is old and wrong, the service is non-existent and that is the last one I'll try. I can only get too spicy chicken anywhere else. I guess I'll have to learn to fry my own, lol.

The employees at this location are so rude. Somebody should remind them that they are standing behind the counter where they are employed. They think they can say anything they want. Extremely rude. I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 23 years. I have never had a problem until today I will never be back.

Jason on Bell Road was amazing, his friendliness was awesome. He made my whole family feel welcomed and helped us with our App order. Love that guy and will continue to visit the KFC off Bell road in Phoenix Arizona

What happened?!? We haven't been to KFC in a long time, so we were pretty excited to order a big family meal with extra crispy, biscuits, mashed & gravy, coleslaw, wedges and mac n cheese. (We all wanted a little of each!) I was pretty surprised that they handed my large order out of the drive through widow in less than 15 seconds. Yes- it had clearly been sitting and drying out ALL DAY. The chicken was inedible... Impossible to chew. The wedges were withered and ate like leather. The Mac n cheese had disintegrated into liquid and tasted like chemical soup. The white gravy tasted like water with black pepper, and the cheese "gravy" was nothing but cheap canned nacho cheese dip. We haven't been this disappointed in a long time, and I see no reason to ever return for 50 bucks worth of leather.

The new chicken and waffles were decent. The chicken strips are usually hot and miss, but today they were good. The Belgian style waffle though was hot, fresh and dense. The syrup was Mrs. Butterworth. It was 7 bucks.

Slowest FAST Food place EVER! Consistently. Twenty minutes to get a simple Oder is unacceptable.

The food was hot and ready when I ordered it the staff was friendly they even gave me a sample of the strawberry pie poppers

Worst customer service. Have ordered from Here multiple times and 3 of the last 4 times we get there and the order isn't ready. They tell Us they are out of original and can only have crispy. Don't make a sale if you cannot honor it. Will never go back here.

Pleasantly surprised tonight! We love KFC, but usually have unfortunate experiences at this location with incorrect orders so we don't have it often. We decided to try it again tonight and I'm so glad we did! The gentleman at the window around 8pm tonight was incredible as always. He was very friendly and attentive. He made sure we had all of our sauces, even butter and honey for the biscuits. The name on the receipt says Geo, but I thought I remember him saying his name is Jason. The food was delicious, still hot when we got home and the order was 100% correct. Wonderful experience & will be back again

Everyone sounds like they hate you and hate to be there. I confirmed what I wanted twice because they didn't repeat back, they still didnt include what I wanted in my order. Do not expect good service, & CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING THE DRIVE THRU

I went through the drive thru so I can't speak to the cleanliness inside the restaurant, but I will say that the service was great. They listened closely, they were quick, and our order was completely accurate. The 3 stars was for the food quality. I am no stranger to fast food so I know there's typically high salt content, but this was on another level. I had the new smash potato bowl with nuggets and couldn't get through it because of how salty it was! Not to mention, I thought the nuggets were going to be like their popcorn chicken but instead they were chewy. I tried their fries too and they were also extremely salty. I like their menu options, but I could not handle the salt content so I am not likely to go back.

Totally done with this KFC. Orders almost always wrong. Ordered Online for Delivery on the KFC app, not Doordash app (i know delivery is through Doordash) and after KFC accepting my order and TAKING (hold) my money, it was "Failed/Rejected" and CANCELLED, Try again, were the terms used. No actual reason why. I ordered elsewhere within minutes on Grubhub using the same account, no issues. Reported a complaint with KFC customer services, only response was that my funds would be returned in 72 hours, no actual reason why the order was cancelled. KFC Guest Services ended the email with "We look forward to serving you again soon" LOL NOT.

Yes, it's a chain but it's still one of my preferred fried chicken!! I like eating mine with rice so tonight I had my husband pick-up some original recipes plus mashed potato and gravy! Yummy! I wish they had more dessert options but it's all good. I love that it's affordable as well. We just wish the employees were nicer!

Twas my second time I received a missing order. Custoner service is no good. Credited back an amount which didn't suffice what was missing. Never will I order again from this store.

I made an account sitting in the kfc as we waited 30 extra minutes for an order of famous bowl sitting on the side which we mentioned the name of the order and the reply was just "k" so when we finally got the order it was cold all because they just refused to give it. Terrible service clearly don't care about the customers as they just sat on their phones and made the young teenage cashier who was very nice just work and pack all the orders making jokes towards my friend who made the order.

I havent eaten at a KFC in years the Colonel must be rolling in his grave. worst, greasy chicken. Inedible waste of $$. Sadly ignorant employees. unreal. I bought biscuits. new. not good. no butter. no honey even tho I asked for them . . I wont be going back

I seriously have been trying to call them after ordering Uber Eats and paying $90 for food to be delivered and no location will answer I just get this busy sound and add lib uber is not helpful

Chicken the size of a baby chic. Not worth the price. What happened to the good Ole days.. Very expensive fir a snack, cuz it sure isn't enough for dinner. Very disappointed.. Get it together. Not star worthy.

First time coming to this particular store. Never again. Ordered 3 box meals, but we only got charged for 1 even though the person who took out order read it back to us and even asked us what sides we wanted. Had to have them charge us a 2nd time for 2 of the meals. Food... Original 3 piece meals were super great tons of fat. Mashed potatoes were cold and bland. Biscuits were super hard and dry. Tried to find the receipt to complain but we were not given one. Coleslaw was the only reason I gave 1 star and its because the KFC coleslaw is so good.

The lady at the window was rude & disrespectful! she was stingy about the sauces & forgot one my large fries! there is no reason for the attitude & if you don't like your job, don't work!

Had bucket of chicken before heading home. The drive thru service was good. The staff was nice too. We didn't wait too long and our chicken was served to us. However, it was missing one chicken. It was good we checked it before leaving. It was still hot when we got home. The quality of chicken was ok.

I came thru drive thru to order a meal for me and my daughter and Andria she says she the manager had a attitude, I said you sound like you don't want to work here and she goes off, out of no where, saying we're short staffed and pretty much that's why she has a attitude, mind you it was only one other car in drive thru, she goes on to say have a good day I'm not taking your order. I go inside and she says I can't order still, and to call corporate and let them know we're short staffed. There's no way she the manger with that behavior. If she don't like the position then she needs to be set free instead of messing with ppl energy and vibes.. I go to jack and the box right next door and experience a 5 star service, won't be going to kfc no more, she clearly don't care about that store.

We go here about 2 times a month and always have great food. The place is always clean, and the people that work there are always nice.

Placed an online order thru the app and I get there and they tell me they're out of chicken wing, breast thigh all of it and then the person offers me 12 chicken tenders instead. Of my 12 family bucket, like "sorry kids all you get is two chicken tenders." Very disappointed on top of that they made me pull around front. Waited in the front of the store not to mention some homeless dude just sleeping by the front door. Waited there for 30 mins until I decided to go through the drive thru to see where my order finally got it and get home and the chicken tenders are dry as heck. I will not be coming here again very disappointed. Like what kfc doesn't have any chicken wings or breast or thighs.

We thoroughly enjoy ordering the Crispy Chicken Breast Fillets from KFC, then using a Krispy Kreme Glazed Donut split in half for the Buns. A little bit of Mayo on the chicken & viola, so indulging, like eating at the Fair...

Update...we did get a refund from corporate so at least they were interested in good customer service! This location offers free delivery on Thursdays so we started ordering, using the app, in September. First order was perfect. Great! We'll try it again. Second order, the chicken order was wrong. OK, it was still edible and this is a treat for us. Third order, no drinks. Still ok, we didn't want the drinks anyway. Fourth order, 1 drink is missing. Sigh, at least we got 1. Fifth, and final order, only got 1 meal. We ordered 2. Won't answer phone, so we split one meal. Since they only got 1 out of 5 orders right, I think 1 star is fair.

Terrible service thru drive thru ... very rushed when placing my order . When I got home not a drop of gravy on my mashed potatoes and I tried calling store for an hr and the phone continuously rang busy .

Got a very simple 4pc order wrong, chicken was old, they closed early, and all of the employees were rude as can be- especially the manager Missy. Most importantly, when being told the order was wrong after we opened the box and checked everything with our hands, she took the box back over the counter, removed the incorrect chicken we touched with our hands, and put it back with the rest of their chicken to give to other customers. Not sure anyone should be eating here honestly... let's hope we don't get sick.

No staff, 20 minute delay for chicken and the place was dirty. They should be shut down. This franchise is a mess.

Ordered via the app. Food was ready when I got there. Chicken was hot, fresh, and huge. Biscuits and coleslaw we're good. Really impressive.

I've been through the drive thru here 2 times and both times weren't great. The staff is rude , very rude! Ordered two meals and one was supposed to be a spicy chicken sandwich and I got a normal chicken sandwich. No butter or honey for biscuits .

I am still trying to get back my 48. that I paid for food delivery that never came. I called them 7 times and finally got a person rather than a nice person I got a sarcastic female. I finally got my money back from my bank. Not kfc...

Ordered a five piece chicken strip meal at lunch. Drive-through attendant was very short with me, did not offer dipping sauces. I asked him was told there wasn't any available. Drive five minutes away to eat and then found my food cold. This meal cost me $15, it would've definitely been spent better elsewhere. In retrospect, I should've checked the reviews before coming here. Obviously, the owners don't care, and neither do the workers. There's so many negative reviews and none have been addressed. I won't be sad if I drive by and this place is closed.

Fire some people and hire the homeless. Today I ordered a meal, paid an extra eight dollars for just breasts and wings. What did I see when I returned home? Just drumsticks and thighs. Proceed to call and no one answers. Try again. Same results. Seriously, FIRE AN IDIOT please. And i'd like my money back.

I remember KFC being so much better than it was today. As far as fast food chicken tenders go they were always the best along with their honey mustard sauce but the ones I got today were thin, over breaded, and very very dry. Their mashed potatoes are still tasty though. The service was fast and friendly and prices reasonable and they give you plenty of dipping sauces unlike other fast food chains. I went thru the drive thru so I can't comment on the cleanliness or appearance of the inside.

This store is so gross! I would say if you want kfc then pick a different location. The service is terrible as well. The food doesn't even look anything like the picture, instead it looks like it was at least 3-4 days old. Yuck!

If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. This one experience has made me not want to go to a KFC ever again. I know that's a bit dramatic but the chicken was melted in the bucket. When I called back they said that it's because the chicken "just came out" and that they cannot give me a refund, only store credit. The picture shows that this chicken wasn't even cooked all the way. I want my 30 dollars back.

My husband ordered me a meal, I ate half and saved the last piece for the next day. I microwaved it and after a couple bites I realized it was still raw...

If the chicken was good, the surprise of never knowing what you're gonna get would be great! I don't know if they're running out of certain things, but every time i come here, they just put whatever they have in the bag. Order a 5 piece chicken tender meal with fries and mashed potatoes... get a 3 piece original recipe dark meat meal with only mashed potatoes with crap crusted on the cap. (Crusty crap is for seasoning so the potatoes aren't tasteless? I dunno.). Ordering from this place has made me dislike culinary surprises, so I chose not to eat that part...or most of the other soggy mystery items in my order. I'll be avoiding this location from now on. They've had a few chances, and I'm not really impressed at all.

With nobody else in the drive through I was asked to hold on. After sitting for 5min they finally asked for my order. Then I was told they were out of original recipe. I should have left then. You have to be completely incompetent to not have chicken available at a chicken place. Especially since it was dinner time. With 2 employees apparently goofing off in the back while I wait for someone to take my order it doesn't surprise me that the food was absolutely garbage. The extra crispy chicken I had to get was wet and soggy. The mashed potatoes and gravy tasted like paper. I should have figured they would be too incompetent to follow the recipe correctly. Save yourself the trouble and do not go here. Management should fire everyone. You couldn't do much worst.

I stopped in yesterday at the KFC at 4050 E. Bell Rd. to get two orders of the hot and spicy wings to take home. The attendant told me that I could only get them if I order them on their app. I questioned him about that and he confirmed what he had said. I told him to keep their app and chicken. KFC should realize that not everyone, especially the elderly, use apps to order on line. Lost another customer because of your absurd policies.

We enjoy a bucket deal every once in a while! The food is great and an excellent value! We repeat a lot

Nice hot food this week! Did you get a new cook? The food here is always cold. Hit the drive through last week and the chicken was great!... Nice and crunchy and fresh. Will try again in a week or two to see if it was just a fluke.

Very disappointed that we drove 10 miles out of our way to get a famous bowl and the restaurant closed an hour early than that posted on the internet. Further, an employee who saw us pull into the drive thru didn't make any mention of the closure. We sat in the drive thru for about 10 mins .I had to call them to discover the early closure.

If you want a rude attitude & cold food, this is the location to go to. Horrible service, lady at the window was acting like she couldn't stand her job or the world. They then brought the food out and told US to check to make sure it was correct, and the correct bag.

Always disappointing I will be the first to admit KFC is not one of my favorite places to eat however my nephew enjoys it. On this visit the food was worse than I could ever imagine. The food was old, tasteless, and the restaurant is filthy. Don't bother calling the store to voice your concerns because they don't answer their phones nor will the store give you your money back. The store policy is to just give you more poorly executed food. Regardless of how much my nephew loves KFC I will never go back to the store again

I wish people would stop giving these people such a hard time. They are doing the best they can. Today I went in and ordered a kfc famous bowl, the service was fast, the younger girl at the front was so polite and my food was done within 2 minutes. Thanks guys for the great service! Update- I went back for a second time... absolutely terrible. Staff acted as if I wasn't even there. I was not greeted. When I went to the counter a guy was there and said "what can I get you" handed me my receipt didn't thank me. Nothing. Horrible..... I won't return again.

To hell with this location. Ordered and paid online so it would be an easy in and out transaction. Get there and doors are locked. Employees just look at me at door and don't bother to move. Decide to go through drive through since it's already paid for. Wait in the long line and when I get to order microphone I'm told they are short staffed so they locked doors. Wtf! Is that allowed? Have to tell him name on order three times and then have to wait for a long time to get to window. When we get there he tries to charge us again and we have to tell him name three more times before we get food. No apologies or anything. I know owners probably don't read these reviews but maybe when they stop getting customers they can look back and realize how pathetic their employees were.
