KFC

Yesterday I visited this KFC and ordered the new promo with wings, a drink, and the potato wedges. I also added 12 extra wings. Unfortunately, there was almost no meat on them because the breading was extremely thick — about two fingers on each side — and the wings had clearly been sitting under the heat lamp for over 4 hours. They were so dried out and hard that you could practically use them as nails. The potato wedges were in the same condition; I’m pretty sure they had been sitting there just as long. I understand that maybe I was just unlucky, and I hope that if I stop by again, things will be different. But even the drink didn’t taste good because the water filter seems to be worn out — the drink tasted like tap water with sugar. I hope someone sees my comment and tries to fix this.

Worst KFC in Pennsylvania! The food is always cold, my orders are ALWAYS wrong! I wish I could give negative 5 stars. The workers steal the food, we saw them taking wings and breasts and then gave customers thighs and said they were breasts. We spent $40 only to get home to a bucket of all dark meat when we ordered white meat only! As we were going in, the workers were packing their to go boxes with all white meat! This KFC is a travesty and a tragedy! I went today to get 2 meals and they messed up the order again!!! Please KFC close this location! Your Area Manager is trash! I’ve been coming to this location since 2005 and the service and the product slid down the cliff behind the restaurant never to be found again. Shut this store DOWN or get a new Area Manager who cares. This is not a reflection of your world renowned business, this is trash at best!

This place is absolutely terrible. I don’t know why they’re still open. I tried this again tonight after months of not returning and clearly still hasn’t gotten any better. I get my mac & cheese and it has some type of plastic inside of it. The chicken breading was soggy like it wasn’t cooked all the way, but I looked past it until the mac & cheese. This is gross and ridiculous.

Chicken in warmers takes several hours to dry out. Do you make the food in the morning and serve it all day? Sifting the flower helps remove clumps and reduces thickened crispy breading. Retrain your employees. Purchased a 4 piece and had to give it to my dog. kfc chicken the new taco bell beef? YUM brands for you

Very rude staff atmosphere is very dull and depressing the white girl that works there in the evening can't comprehend why somebody would be upset about their order when you lose $40 and that's what you're making to pick up and order very very not with it. Would suggest you find anywhere but here to eat I rank in the top 60% of all food Google reviews I'm telling you now you're better off to drive the extra couple miles to a different KFC than to stop here and get anything and most likely they ain't going to have what you want anyway and then you're going to be waiting 45 minutes to an hour for your order. Just for them to tell you they don't have it all. Also purchased a couple sandwiches and my chicken was like rubber couldn't even bite into it. Need new sets of employees start picking up kids at high school at least they can do better. Also I have photos of my chicken sandwich of how bad it was I had to eat the bread pickle and mayo chicken couldn't even be edible. There was a young light-skinned girl very polite and sweet though then there was another person that was kind as well thank you to the great kind and friendly staff that was not brought up in this message thank you . Just need to remove the bad apple 🍏 God bless all

The ladies here are happy and nice. I had a very nice time here with this crew. I don't come often but when I go back , I remember that I miss this place. It good to see the same hard working team

The line at drive through was so long me and at least 2 other cars gave up and went elsewhere. Saw 2 employees at the door talking and looking at the line, another employee was smoking a cigarette while the line didn't move for over 10 minutes. Terrible service. No service. Not even 9pm on a Saturday night. Another customer was complaining about how bad they messed up her order and she had to wait through the line a 2nd time just to correct her order. Kfc should give us gift $50 gift cards for wasting our time.

Food was really good both times my son and I came here in the past 2 weeks. Everything was very fresh. Extremely fast service and friendly too in the drive thru.

I would not recommend no matter how hungry you are to get food from this KFC location. The food is uncooked and you can tell whoever cooks it doesn't care, which is a reflection of their customer service.

I could unfortunately give one star. That star was for Spencer, the young man who was at the pickup drive through window. He was upbeat, friendly, and just gave fantastic service. We went through drive thru, so I cannot speak to the dining room or inside of the restaurant and its ambiance . Now, the bad part, we wasted $28 on a family 8 piece meal, the biscuits and coleslaw were good. However, the chicken was almost inedible. It was so overcooked and even the dark meat was like eating sand. It looked like it spent an additional 10 minutes in the fryer. We had to through it away and eat something else. The people who work there should be ashamed at themselves for serving food that was basically burnt. The pictures show the only piece that was salvageable but was way overdone.

I wait for so long for the food and their employees got my order wrong and they give me 6 piece of chicken instead of a 12 piece

Would give 0 stars, just left kfc drive thru, should have checked before I left restaurant, chicken was so dry, I threw it out, had to be cooked hours ago, parts of it was like rocks, the date is 2/23/2025 at 440 pm. when I ordered kfc west homestead pa. Will never go back, horrible shame on kfc management. You all should be fired.

Ordered one type of food they charged me for another and then tried to say it was my fault. Good also over cooked. I recommend you stay away! People were kicking a chicken wing around the floor.

So who's idea was it to Stop making Crispy tenders. Now you can only get them in original recipe! Bad move don't change a good thing. Very disappointed in who ever made this decision. Lisa

It's fast food. You get the idea. But I always feel inclined to leave a review when the place has such low ratings and we leave with satisfied, full bellies. Sunday afternoon we rolled through around 2PM. There were two cars in front of us in the drive thru. We both ordered sandwich combos - quick and easy late lunch after running errands. We moved through the drive thru faster than you can fry a chicken wing. Cashier at the window was friendly. Food was hot and fresh and the order was correct. We have gone to other KFCs in Pittsburgh and it's not always the same experience. You never know what you're gonna get with the chain restaurants. This one was pleasant and we left feeling satisfied. No complaints here despite the other low star reviews.

Don't eat here. It's a disgusting experience. Half the workers are too high and the rest look like they haven't bathed for weeks. Go across the road to SHOP-N-SAVE. THEY have excellent chicken and lots more side options.

This is the 2nd fastfood spot today that ran out of food. Is there a food shortage??? Or just a huge bit of idiots

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not order food from this location. Purchased a 16 piece meal and got home and there were only 12 pieces. Called the store and explained the issue. I was hung up on and then the store took the phone off the hook for over 3 hours. Called back the next day and asked to talk to the manager. Explained the situation and was hung up on again. Phone then taken off the hook again for several hours. This is not how you treat customers. I will NEVER go to this location again. Awful attitude and service!

Went though the drive thru, didnt wait long, food was good. Took away 3 stars for the horrible $10 bucket of popcorn chicken deal. The bucket in the picture was large. The bucket I got was the size of a cereal bowl. Very misleading.

The only thing on a KFC menu worth having is their still miraculously superior cole slaw. Everything else is blander than the Hallmark Channel and greasier than a metrosexual's hair. The wait for your order will also be excruciatingly long. No, I did not want to come here, but forces beyond my control dictated my visit last week. Blame the Cosmic Trickster. Go to to Frisch's in Caste Village for better food and service. The Colonel must be stopped!!! Why do they not call it Kentucky Fried Chicken anymore? Maybe it's not really chicken that they're selling! Note: This location also offers Taco Bell selections, but I've never tried any of that hogswallow.

Went here today to check out the Nashville Hot chicken. Excellent customer service from the woman (Dana) taking my order. The wait time was short. I probably waited about 3 minutes at the drive-thru window. I got home, opened some mail/packages, then got to my meal. The chicken was so fresh! It was perfectly made. Crisp, juicy, & saucy. The only thing that was missing was the pickles which I didn't mind because the chicken was so good. The Nashville Hot sauce is a bit smokey and gets your nose running a little bit. The heat of the spice isn't overpowering and it doesn't ruin the taste like some hot spices/sauces do.

Regardless of early or late they usually have a good selection of food, at lot of locations nearby like to tell you they're out of practically everything and you should order something else but not here.

Go to KFC thinking I'll have a great meal, pay 42 bucks and missing my coleslaw. I asked the stupid worker Is everything in the bag as they rush me out the drive thru, of course NOT! Guess that's why they work there, no education! Pay for shit you don't receive!

I had a terrible experience with the quality of the food obtained here. I was in town for a funeral, and eventually got around to wanting something to eat. We ordered this all to take home. I was ordering with my sister. Her home is less than 5 minutes away. We ordered the Nashville Hot Tenders Dinner, and a bucket of 6 Tenders and Wedges. The girls couldn't have been nicer to us. Upon getting the food home, and sitting down to eat, the food was not visually appealing at all. However, being extremely hungry, we tried to eat anyway. All of the tenders were in terrible shape, as they were all dry, soaked with grease, and very hard to chew, as if they had been sitting under the lamp for hours. The wedges were the same way, soaked with grease. The only edible things were actually the potatoes and gravy and the biscuit. We tried, though. But ended up cooking something else anyway. I remembered that the hours were until 9:30pm, so, by now, it was too late to take the food back to the restaurant on my way home. I thought about this the entire way home, I realized that was a waste of over $16.00, especially since her dog wouldn't even touch it! I am on disability, and $16.00 it a lot of money to some people, including me. So I thought that the least that I could do is bring it to someone's attention that the food was completely not edible.
