I ordered the 8 piece family meal with fries for both large sides. Only got one order of fries. The pieces of chicken were breasts and thighs only. Not sure why we didn't get drums or wings. Check your food before leaving the drive through.

The service is getting better the wait time for food takes to long I deliver food sometimes I site there a good 30 min that's at least 1 more delivery. The floors are very sticky. Lots of dine in tables there's dead flys in the light closer to register they really need to hire people who will not only run the food but who can clean 🤔 ordered the apple turn overs there bomb.

Avoid. I stopped here because it was the most convenient on my way to work. I ordered a 3 Crispy Strip meal. I opened the box on my way to eat the fries, but they were already soggy and lukewarm. Got to work and realized instead of 3 Crispy Strips, I got 2 weird, small, non-crispy ... chunks? Definitely not their normal Crispy Strips. Not even sure what I'd call them. And a few nuggets. One of the chucks was *very* rubbery. I reheated the fries in the toaster oven at work and they were ok. Threw away most of the rest of it. Also, not their fault, but the "Comeback Sauce" is truly nasty. Is the "Comeback" part because it makes you want to go back and ask for something else? I won't be coming here again.

when I walked into kfc for my order I seen a young female standing eating with her earphones on and I was standing there waiting for her until another employee came first until she noticed. Pagamos demasiado para que los emoyees sean perezosos en lugar de tomar mi pedido hasta que me veas mirando! I will not be back anytime soon

I ordered two chicken pot pie and one had a paper tag cooked under the crust!! And the store manger recognized the type of paper tag it was! Please just don’t eat here. They wanted to give me a new pot pie and I wanted my money back. This is disgusting!

I'm so disappointed. Every order is a different experience for a same order 4 pc (drum/thigh/leg/breast) with 2 small sides and a biscuit. * there are times I ordered it and ask for extra ketchup but they either didn't put any extra or put NO sauce AT ALL * other times I ordered it and specified 2 same gravy mashed potato for the sides but they gave me 1 gravy mashed potato and 1 salad with 1 extra brown gravy sauce 😮‍💨 * I go here often because it's the closest one to my home but if this happens more and more in the future, I don't mind go to other place. Suggestion: make sure you clarify your order and check it before you leave if you order it in person or in person pickup

If your order online they would say it’s ready for pick up but be prepared to wait for another 30mins. KFC app or this location is no good. Just do drive through order for faster service.

Count your change. They steal. The employees are very good at distracting the customers while they bait and switch your funds. Mariam stole $50 from me and my elderly mother when we came there for lunch on 1/18/2025. Our receipt is even bogus as it says we were in the Drive-Thru and we were in the dining room the whole time here is a copy. Then I called to inquire about the mishap was hung up on and they would not take my calls so I'm placing it here so someone else will not get cheated luckily that $50 doesn't make or break me.
