I ordered the 8 piece family meal with fries for both large sides. Only got one order of fries. The pieces of chicken were breasts and thighs only. Not sure why we didn't get drums or wings. Check your food before leaving the drive through.

The service is getting better the wait time for food takes to long I deliver food sometimes I site there a good 30 min that's at least 1 more delivery. The floors are very sticky. Lots of dine in tables there's dead flys in the light closer to register they really need to hire people who will not only run the food but who can clean 🤔 ordered the apple turn overs there bomb.

Avoid. I stopped here because it was the most convenient on my way to work. I ordered a 3 Crispy Strip meal. I opened the box on my way to eat the fries, but they were already soggy and lukewarm. Got to work and realized instead of 3 Crispy Strips, I got 2 weird, small, non-crispy ... chunks? Definitely not their normal Crispy Strips. Not even sure what I'd call them. And a few nuggets. One of the chucks was *very* rubbery. I reheated the fries in the toaster oven at work and they were ok. Threw away most of the rest of it. Also, not their fault, but the "Comeback Sauce" is truly nasty. Is the "Comeback" part because it makes you want to go back and ask for something else? I won't be coming here again.

Went yesterday, had great service from Isabell. The price have went up since the last time I went but over all food was great.

when I walked into kfc for my order I seen a young female standing eating with her earphones on and I was standing there waiting for her until another employee came first until she noticed. I enjoyed their chicken and waffle special so I decided to order again. I was already in the area so I decided to get it here in this location. The waffle was okay but the chicken looked burnt and tasted dry. Service was minimal and the place was empty when came in. Probably not going back to this location.

Chicken was salty Hadn't eaten at kfc in a long time Staff was ok. It's was an online order. Not much an interaction with staff. The restaurant was empty.

Automated recording had their 10pc promo meal for $24.99. When i said yes, id like the promo, real person came on and said they didnt have chicken. Lol... this is kfc right? Lol... she offered me a 2pc meal. Please just go out for business and close down if you've run out of chicken. Come to find out, they hadnt cooked and needed 20 mins to cook it but didnt know how to say this so they said they dont have chicken.

When my BF Joe K, told me about his bucket list, I was not prepared to hear it, because, who is, when it comes to terminal cancer? But when he mentioned that having a Kentucky Fried Chicken Pot Pie was on the list, I knew this would be an easy fulfillment! Luckily, we have this nearby KFC close to our house! We had hoped to have the inside dining experience to complete our Yelp reviews, but apparently, it seems that most of the KFC's I have been to are still following Covid regulations and only allow drive thru ordering. We arrived at the drive thru at a good time, when no one is in line. He ordered the Chicken Pot Pie, while I got a Famous Spicy Chicken Bowl. We also got a couple of biscuits to go. Our orders came quickly and piping hot with friendly service to boot! Actually, I was glad that we could eat our food in the comfort of my home. Joe really enjoyed his pot pie! And mine was just as delicious! I had never had a KFC bowl before. It contained mashed potatoes & gravy, corn, spicy crispy chicken nuggets topped with shredded cheese. It was a flavor combination that now has me craving it again! Even Joe wants to try it out for himself at our next visit! It's too bad that this location has so many negative reviews. I guess we were fortunate enough to have a perfect "bucket list" experience!

I went to the KFC at 7821 Alta Valley Dr, Sacramento, Ca 95832 and had an awful experience, to start the attitude of the lady was rude and cold, not welcoming at all. I ordered my mothers and my food, supposedly with everything (Fries, side, soda and the chicken nuggets) it came without the fries and other guy (Who was more kind) explained that it was either the fries or the side, something the lady didn't explain to us and of course didn't give us an option, nonetheless they offered fries but I had to pay extra $4 for small fries. Not happy we took the food home and when we opened the chicken nuggets were dry, hard like burnt meat and not tasty at all, very unhappy and I would have preferred to ask for a refund but still decided to go along.

Terrible experience. 6/5/2025 night time. I went to the drive thru at around 9:30pm. I asked for at 16piece family meal and Asian lady said theyre out of chicken and only had 14piece left. I had told them to switch my order to a 12 piece family meal instead. Told them my 3 sides will be coleslaw, mashed, and macaroni. When I pull up to the drive thru, lady had up charge me for a 16piece family meal for 60$. Mind you, I didn't look at the receipt until I got home when I notice that there's was no coleslaw, mashed, or macaroni in the bag!! All I got was 12piece and 4 dry biscuits for the price of $60. Ridiculous lazy workers. KFC need to do better!! I would give 0 star for this location if I could.

This place is hilarious! We pulled up at 7:40 pm and they said they didn't have any fried chicken. They said no one comes this late and if we wanted chicken we would have to wait 20mins. lol!!! I guess you have to call ahead for KFC.....

Glory is your girl. She was running the drive thru and the counter w/ one person in the back putting orders together. Luckily we weren't in a hurry as they were busy and could have used more help. She was friendly , efficient and apologetic. Hope her boss knows what an asset to the company she is. This was between 11-12 on a Thursday.

If you order a 12 piece bucket you will get a ten piece bucket here. If you ask for all 12 piece bucket all thighs you will get a ten piece bucket and two of those pieces will be drum sticks. It is annoying to check your bucket but you will have to if you decide to go here. Check even if you are told to wait in the Parking lot. Go somewhere else man. I'm pretty sure the manager lets their employees do this as a regular thing.

They really just charged me 48. Cents for 2 hot sauce packets wtf! She said now you only get 2 packets per order crazy!!! Horrible service

I am soo disappointed about this pot pie. What the hell happened to the filling. There was nothing in there. Where is the sauce, the chicken, the veggies and the potatoes??? I love my KFC Pot Pie but it has been awhile. Looks like they've gone cheap on there filling and charge you an arm and leg for it now.. I guess it's a sign to stop supporting fast food chains since your pretty much paying for nothing.

Always out of chicken so I would have to wait 20 mins in the parking lot. The last time I went, I had to wait. And the chicken was so greasy, it was soggy from the grease. And it's so salty now.

Asked for honey she said how many.. I asked for a handful she says how many is that.. I asked why do you need to count when I just paid $15 for a 3 piece meal... These ppl act like condiments are coming out of their check And after I got the meal home there was only 2 pieces of chicken in the box... THAT'S CRAZY!!!

I have always loved KFC. This place is awesome. The food was hot and fresh, just as I remembered. The service was great, very fast and friendly. I recommend this location!!

Horrible service spent 30 minutes in the drive thru wasnt even able to pay for two items because nobody was at the window and they also say they're closed before they are supposed to be

Ordered an 8 piece bucket, when we got home and opened it, it looked like it was picked at. It looked like leftover. Called KFC to replace my chicken and the worker explained that when it's fresh the skin falls off easily. Ummm no I don't think so... I asked to get a replacement but she stated that they ran out of chicken.. so to come back tomorrow for a replacement. Never again getting kfc!!

Food is great here - if and when you can get it all. I've had to go back to this one numerous times because the box I order does not contain all its contents. Today, again this happened. I stop by here often because of constant appointments at Kaiser Permanente, but live a decent drive away. It isn't worth it to me to have to constantly drive back to have them fix my order. Make sure to check your food before you leave to make sure you've gotten it all. Food is usually good outside of this. Biscuits are hit or miss.

It's always nice and clean in the lobby. The customer service is great! I really love when they get my order. I don't have to wait too long. But if I do my food is hot and correct! Keep up the great work!

I got food poisoning from their $9 big box yesterday. After I finished my chicken, 30mins later I became super sick and still am today.

I just ordered a 12 piece meal with extra sides and hot wings. The chicken is hard as a rock because it's been sitting and cooked with old oil. They didn't put my coleslaw in the bag and the hot wings are so old and cold you could break a tooth on them. I called Angel the manager and she said sorry can you come back I said no I can't. That's all she said after I just spent $75 on old food. The bucket had only breast and wings so they just wanted to get rid of their old food. Reason I know this is because I worked for KFC many years ago. They should be ashamed to serve such old disgusting food! Please whatever you do not eat there. I'm not even sure how they are still on business.

Every time I've come here there's different associates and typically I come during the day time so I became familiar with the faces but ever since the pandemic it's been drive through which makes things a little harder on those who like to dine in. However on this particular occasion the staff that was there was really unfriendly and didn't care about what I was saying because I was told that the only chicken they had in original were a breast and leg and I asked could I wait for other options they got silent then I said could I mix it up and once again they stayed silent until someone else eventually came onto the mic and said am I ready to order after I said hello and so I went to the window to pay and checked my food to see they just tossed random pieces in the box which is what I had been trying to avoid by asking what I did at the ordering mic. The biscuit was good the drink was fine though the Mac and cheese wasn't appetizing and the chicken was a little over cooked. Overall I'd still recommend this place only during the night or take a better chance at the Stockton Blvd location.

Change me $5.50 for a side of fries with my number 3 combo. $ 16.73 for the meal?! C' Mon man. Thats a real over the top.

The worst chicken I ever had. The chicken still had feather on it. So the chicken with the feather were fried together. Just gross. And KFC ran out of biscuits, with a ten minutes wait.

They need to provide dental insurance for the asshole who didnt give me my receipt in drive tg hou, cuz next time, if there is one, that I go there and he thinks to get em as t, but hes dead wrong, imma knock his fucking teeth out! Food was horrible, charged for an upgrade and got pure shit. Glad I paid via debit cause I'm disputing the charge. Should've gave me what the hell I paid for

Have I mentioned I love DoorDash's order for pick up feature? It was super convenient! My only complaint is that I placed the order and scheduled it to be picked up at a certain time but my order was ready 15 minutes before my scheduled pick up time. I like that they are efficient but I'm a bit picky in that I like to pick up my food the second it is ready and head straight home so it's as fresh as possible. Overall the quality good was still good for a lazy night in. When I arrived, I parked and called the number posted. The guy brought out my food and he was wearing a mask.

Say they are out of tenders yet you can see the unopened boxes in back. Staff seems to be too lazy to cook. Would rather go to the Elk Grove-Florin Rd location. Better attitude and the tenders are twice the size, much tastier and cost less. Reported this to KFC corporate.

Came into KFC today, because thee other establishment we were at didn't have any chicken ready and I was not going to wait for 15 minutes. I'm Hungry! How do you ask your customers to wait for 15 minutes for whats suppose to be Fast Food? How happy I am that I came here. The prices are cheaper, they have 2 piece with mash and gravy and a biscuit for only $3.99. Lord what was I thinking in the first place? The service is decent and we waited all of about 10 minutes for our food. The food, it is always nice and hot. Biscuits are fresh and I really enjoy KFC mash and gravy. The corn on the cob I like too, it has a lil sweet taste to it. I love my chicken! But I love great prices and great deals. They need to get some salt in the packages, they said they had none of that! Taste good on corn. Anyways ~ This spot is always clean and the staff is always professional and nice. They look like they are short staffed, because the cashier keeps going to the back to help cook, but they have plenty of chicken ready and there's no 15 minute wait and right now that's all that matters to me...The place is quiet today with only two other customers here. The restaurants restrooms are clean. Which is cool! Prime location as far as business,right here off Highway 99 South and not far from the hospital. I don't come to KFC as much as I used too, but I do like coming to this location whenever I'm in the area and wants my chicken. .

While remodeled in the last few years, this place is pretty consistently nasty. Dirty inside. The floors are dirty, the staff is bad with their attitudes. They can NEVER give you your price over he speaker... it's "I'll have your total at the window" but they expect me to have my payment ready... when I pull up. The wings we've had are nasty. I tried a burger because the other KFC I recently tried had a really good burger. So I decided to try it closer to home. The burger from this one tasted like the meat was bad. Tasted nothing like the other one. How is that possible? No one cares about the place, and it's very obvious. IDK what trash can they fish employees from.

Don't waste your time and money coming here, for over a year now they have been understaffed and that's understandable but management needs to make some adjustments to better their situation. Pay their workers more, give them an incentive, reduce the hours, and announce the hours so people aren't going and finding out when they arrive that they're closed. The biggest reason I went down to 1 star though, is because of how rude they've gotten. It's like they expect you to order just one meal. Every time I would finish ordering one item, they frustratingly say "anything else," and when I add something else, they sigh, are very short and not happy to have customers it seems like. This is based on visiting about 3 times in the past year. To compare, I went to the KFC on EGB near 99 and the worker there was so nice, friendly and made sure we got all we wanted, so not impossible to serve customers better.

This place has really gone downhill. Haven't been here in years and decided to go and it was full of flies, homeless people bathing in the restroom, and the food was not fresh. There was a very unpleasant odor inside. Never going here again.

I use to always buy from their strips dipped in barbeque sauce because my son likes them that way ridiculously there price has gone up super high for a 12 piece strip and a Mac n cheese 39 dollars wow just because they are dipped in sauce. They getting over not happy with their pricing anymore.

Great food, service was great only thing i can complain about is they took awhile for my food when there wasn't a long line. Definitely recommend this kfc over the other ones in town.

Two stars for the nice lady she helped me. I ordered the Chechen tenders / original and there was nothin original about those tenders. They were bland and cold. Now I remember why it has been years since I eat at KFC!

Simply said SUCKS! 12 piece meal came with 10 pieces of burnt chicken, 3 Coleslaw sides came as 1 coleslaw 1 mashed potato and 1 gravy. Had to purchase before they closed and by time we were able to eat it was too late to do anything. My family has been using this particular location since I was a kid and I'm in my 60s now. They have been going downhill for awhile now and finally hit bottom, I will be driving the additional 5 miles for KFC to an different store (where the manager from this store went).

This location has the best customer service I have ever seen. The management must be doing something right because every employee I've encountered is so well trained, friendly, fast, efficient and proficient. Outstanding!!! Like all KFC's, the food is all the same... Delicious! It's the staff here that makes this location stand above the rest. Definitely worthy of 5 stars. Oh, try the Nashville chicken. Sooo finger- licking good!!!

There is this young woman who works there at the KFC on Alta Valley in Sacramento says she is the manager who is always extremely rude. Does not make sure all of your food is in the bags and when you try to question it she slams windows in your face , rolls her eyes and waves them nasty yellow nails in your face ,and that's another thing you working in food service with them long nails and no gloves? I have had enough of her rude attitude today was the straw that had broke the camels back. Because I asked about a specific special and she told me that they were no longer serving it why did i go on their website where you can order for pick up and they are still selling this fill up special. So you lie to the customers as well. Horrible customer service one bad apple spoils the whole bunch

First of all, I'm not sure why the address says Elk Grove because this location (Alta Valley) is in Sacramento. I hope I'm Yelping the right one. Anyway, I usually don't Yelp fast food chains but this particular one has made a nice impression on me. My friends know that I love free..and I love coupons! Since my family's out of the country, I've been eating a lot of fast food. Sad, isn't it? So I saw a page full of coupons from KFC and have had KFC 3 times since my family left. -_- Anyway, I've always been through the drive thru, never dined in. The drive thru is really fast, they tell you to take your time when you say you need a minute to look at the menu, and they're really friendly at the window. What has made an impression on me is the fact that you can substitute your sides even if you're using a coupon! Each coupon allows a maximum of two orders (one coupon per customer) so when I order two of the 2-piece chicken meals, I don't want two mashed potatoes and two coleslaws!! I was very happy that every time I came to this location, they let me switch out my sides. =D Also, the food is always crunchy and fresh! You know, sometimes you have a good experience and sometimes you have a bad experience. I've always had a good experience when I come to this location. They never forget anything in my order and my food is always delicious. Good job, guys!

Order popcorn chicken and 6 biscuits. No sauce. No butter. No honey. What a waste of a whole meal

Really friendly employees! Especially Chaunice she is always helpful and great with helping me with finding the best meal deal that fits the occasion. Good chicken at a reasonable price. If you have a coupon make sure to bring it really makes a difference. This place is also Clean and we'll kept. In this area I definitely recommend going here.

Worst fucking KFC ever horrible service through the drive through the guy working the window never gave me my receipt, my order was wrong and incomplete had to drive back to get my right order and then to top it off the food was nasty as hell they gave me some hard ass chicken in my Mac bowl and the food wasn't even hot ! So upset ! They are lucky I don't go back & go off on them and throw this nasty ass food back at them !

Fries changed to ones that are not good. Chicken changed to soggy. Been there 3 times since they changed every time was a disappointment. 3rd time I called to tell them about their food. They offered me a free meal. I got it the next day and that was GROSS also. Smh. Never going back!

Got the original recipe. Disgustingly chewy and drenched in oil. Threw everything away.

The service was great at the drive-through but me and my family spent over $20 to get two meals and asked for extra mac & cheese for my daughter who is been crying about having KFC mac & cheese for days for some reason and we were not only not given mac and cheese we were given mash potatoes and gravy which she is allergic to. We were also rudely awakened by finding only two strips and her four meal basket along with no fries in my other meal. Truly disheartening when you're trying to have a nice quick meal. I do hope with that for their sake they try to understand people's orders better. My family has very little money to spend so going Out is a treat. But it seems that I have given my child a Desert that has gone rotten.
