KFC

Couldn't fulfil app order. Manager shut the window on me and walked away for 5 min when I asked if they could substitute the 4 tenders they didn't have for something else on a $31.55 order. She then threatened to call cops on me if I didn't leave when she couldnt give me a refund or even give any guidance on how to get one or what number to calm. Pull away and figure it out yourself I guess? 20 min on phone with corporate to get a refund in 3 days. I understand these issues with the alls, but it was easily fixable. The attitude and impatience with reasonable questions was complete trash.

Expect to sit in the drive through for a minimum of 30 minutes, even if there is no one else in line. I actually can’t comprehend how this place is so bad constantly and they NEVER improve. They’re always out of what you order too.

It smells good on the outside as soon as you walk in you're greeted by people who don't speak English. I shouldn't have to speak Spanish to get my order and to screw it up too I threw money out the window

I was really disappointed the last time I went here. Usually the service and the food are great. But the customer service was awful. The woman in the drive thru was super rude, had an attitude and never gave us our receipt or put our order in. We had paid and had to wait on food to be cooked and were given a 10 to 15 minute estimate. 45 minutes later we had to go in just for them to tell us the order was never even filled. They gave more attitude and the food was horrible! Not sure I'll be eating there again.

There is an employee named Iliana (spelling may be incorrect) who is an absolute PLEASURE and goes above and beyond. This is the person to promote, this is the person to give a raise, and THIS is the beautiful young lady you DO NOT want to lose. Thank you Iliana for your great customer service and going above and beyond. With a genuine and beautiful smile the whole time!

Cashier & shift mgr were excellent in customer service and suggestions for a better but less cost dinner for the family. The Ludlow, Mass KFC is our #1 to go from now on due to service, cleanliness & accuracy in our orders.

1/5 Stars - AVOID THIS KFC AT ALL COSTS! I'm still shaken as I write this review, months after the traumatic experience. It's taken me a long time to gather the courage to share my story, but I want to warn others. My visit to this KFC was nothing short of terrifying. The moment I walked in, I knew something was off. The atmosphere was tense, and the staff seemed on edge. But nothing could have prepared me for what happened next. A group of individuals burst into the restaurant, causing chaos and panic. The staff scrambled to respond, but it was clear they were overwhelmed. I was terrified. The situation quickly escalated, and before I knew it, the police arrived, surrounding the building and shutting down the entire operation. I was trapped inside, fearing for my safety. This wasn't an isolated incident, either. I've since learned that this KFC has been shut down by police multiple times due to similar incidents. The lack of concern for customer safety is appalling. Needless to say, I will never set foot in this KFC again. The food may be finger-lickin' good, but it's not worth risking my life. If you value your safety, stay far, far away from this location. Update I've tried to contact KFC's corporate office to report this incident, but so far, I've been met with silence. Unacceptable.

Meet was still pink one of the meats did not look right look like something else soda was flat in coleslaw tasted old all workers distracted and very slow at attending customers I do not recommend this restaurant

I ordered a chicken pot pie through door dash when it came it was a famous bowl ordered it a second time and same thing a bowl tried to call no one answered state street KFC

I ordered a 3 pc combo, which should come with diverse chicken options, and a classic chicken big box with bbq sauce. First of all, the drive thru worker separated my order for some reason, must have been busy idk. I paid regardless of the confusion. The 3 pc was missing a drink before i called them out, and the meal was two thighs and a drum, i should have specified in my order to mix it up i guess. Because my family member wanted breasts and did not like drums. But the big box? My chicken sandwich was two tenders!!!?!?! if they informed me they ran out of the classic chicken sandwich i would have just ordered another 3 pc combo. This is a ripoff and im never going here again!

people don't know what there doing there making people wait for ever to get there food and when they do get there food half of what was orderd was not in the bag I was recen in there and there was at 6 people waiting food one of the workers said they were waiting on chicken they ran out it was very poor

Ordered food which was delivered to me wrong! Chicken was old and hard as a rock, it was definitely old, the biscuits were also hard and cold, I paid $40 for this food to throw it in the trash, never received my sauces, this has been a terrible experience and I will not recommend or patronize this restaurant again, they need to just shutdown the business! Didn't want to give any stars

Really disappointed with our order.. I order online and placed a time for pick..psssit had to wait 20min for my order what a joke!!! I was better off coming in and order in person. This way it will only be 12 min late....

Disgusting , order took forever . Soda didn't even taste like soda it was all placed in the trash

Usually thrown up KFC. Less than stellar. Biscuits were dry. Chicken was good as usual. Getting a packet of butter you would think you asked for money from the safe.

The Yelp listing states that this KFC is open for drive-up, delivery, and take out, so since it was a nice day I walked the 1.5 miles hoping to place a take-out order. Signs on the door explained that drive-up and delivery were the only options. I called inside and a worker apologized and suggested that I could stand in the drive-up line. Shortly afterward a woman came out, looked at me and pointed at the sign on the door. I assured her that I could read and that I had no intention of standing in the drive-up line. After reading other reviews I now realize that this restaurant has serious issues with workers' and management attitudes.

Always hopping with people, this place is so popular, the food doesn't have a chance to go stale, it's always hot and fresh. Myself, I rarely eat there anymore, my gallbladder doesn't allow me the fried foods like it used to, but that doesn't mean I don't have a taste every now and then, because my family still eats their fairly regularly. It would be nice if they would offer something more in an unsweetened and carbonated beverage. This particular KFC was closed for quite some time, the one thing I do miss that they didn't bring back was the cornbread, that cornbread was the bomb.

Dont every order from kcf on state st online.. i place two family deals and BOTH were wrong. I call kfc and she talking about i cant help you. You have to call customer service to get refund. WHAT!? I called customer service she refunded me for the stuff that he didn't give me, like itch. I want my biscuit.. terrible..

Went in and ordered Popcorn Chicken, the cashier seemed polite and took my order. When the food was ready it was given to me and I asked what kind of sauce there was, the guy who gave me the order said he gave me KFC sauce, I then informed him that I never specified what sauce I want, he then put his hands out in a "I don't care manner" and told me the sauce is KFC sauce. I then had to raise my tone a bit because he was adamant on giving me the sauce HE wanted to give me as oppose to the sauce I wanted... I told him "I never said what sauce I wanted! What sauces do you have!" He then looked at me like he didn't understand while throwing up his hands again and said, "ketchup, butter, Ranch and KFC sauce." I don't know if they serve honey mustard or sweet and sour which I wanted but asked for ranch. I find it rude and insulting for someone to pick what they want to give me for something I paid for and then act like I have no business asking for what I want.

We have gone once or twice a week since this location opened, and it started off great. It is now hideous, and they keep blaming it on the opening of the Boston Road location as they mess up every order and it takes forever. We will no longer go to KFC. It's too big a hassle.

I have ordered delivery from grubhub. This is the last time. They have forgotten parts of my every time.Today was no different....no gravy,no plates and squished up biscuits....never again.

oh let's just say the chicken dry over cooked .. just don't look good at. somebody need to be fired

Chicken tasted terrible and Soggy I had to check my order twice after repeating it twice and it was still wrong... really am disappointed chicken is salty as well stay away from it
