Service was terrible, it was busy though, just with online orders. My chicken sandwich was 2 tenders, wasn't worth the commotion. I'm not mad. Just crazy busy with online ordering. Inside could of been cleaned a little bit better. It is KFC though, these places are turning up scarce.

I have been buying the bucket special on Tuesdays for the past month. Every time the chicken is delicious. Service is slow when they first open for the day, at least wait times of 10 to 20 minutes waiting for chicken to get done, but later in the afternoon I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Since the food is good I plan on returning.

Carefully review your order, If they are out of something they randomly substitute it as they wish without telling you. They don't seem to think that that is a problem when you call.

I have to say this was the WORST chicken I have ever purchased (seen, experienced, ate?), The chicken was disgusting, greasy, overcooked, broken bones (Black Bones? - scary). Please do not zoom in on the picture, it makes me want to gag every time I look at the image. What poor quality, Is this safe to eat ? Is this even edible chicken ? A waste of $20.00. I deleted the app and will NEVER buy anything from this franchise again. Shame on you KFC for trying to serve this 'food?' to your customers. Is this original recipe ? I ordered original recipe. Looks like the chicken has some type of disease or freezer burn . Maybe the oil was not hot enough. Just look at the image and think to yourself - Is this what you want for diner (and serve these pieces of chicken to your children). I don't think I would eat this on fear factor. I rate it -10 stars. This is my second review I ever posted but this was so bad I had to comment. I remember the days when KFC was considered a family diner treat.... Now... HURL. I predict KFC will go out of business and the sooner the better. Colonel Sanders, please rest in piece (but not these pieces).

i hope the owner of this kfc has only bad things happening to them .. for years they sucked unfortunately a bunch of old ppl and lazy nothings keep them in business.. this place needs to be shut down and workers should be banned from working anywhere else around food .. kfc on sunset is horrible you been warned lol

First, didn't eat at the restaurant, however considering the weather (snow), it was clean. Food is what i would expect, cooked correctly, staff was OK, the manager clearly cared about the service, food was ready on time as well. Not sure why the reviews are not better, although the most recent was 4 months ago. If it was this poor before, congrats to the new manager.

I looked at three restaurants one Mexican and two Chinese that would be my lunch options while shopping in the area and I found the first one closed so I called the other two and no answer. Now I'm just driving around looking for an open sign when I saw the KFC sign, $5 fill up bowl and I thought what the hell and let's do it because I struck out on lunch today. Ok I have no idea what a KFC bowl is so I ordered the original spicy bowl and I was asked what drink I wanted so the $5 bowl is with a drink and a cookie, a Mac and cheese venison is an option also vs the original. The original spicy bowl is mash potatoes topped with gravy, corn, spicy sauce dipped crunchy chicken pieces topped with cheese. Oddly I found the bowl very satisfying with all the textures and flavors served hot. I was surprised that the crunchy spicy chicken was plentiful and slightly annoyed that I had to work the bowl to get to this lower layers through all the chicken. The crunchy chicken, whole kernel corn, mash potatoes with gravy textures played well together I must say. Honestly I have to say that I can't complain because it was hot/satisfying and bigger than I expected with a cold drink and a cookie for $5, was it as good as Chinese or Mexican food no. I found the bowl to be better than I expected and I would get one again because it was not bad at all, plus a hot comfort food meal with a drink and a cookie for $5 is awesome.

Wow. I had a great experience this time after having insanely ling waits previously. Mabel took my order right away and bagged it promptly. There was barely a wait. I would have preferred to wait longer to get hotter food because I have a 45 minute drive home, but it was delish anyway. Thank you, Mabel!

terrible customer service. I ordered a two piece and was waiting for 20 minutes after asking how much longer the cashier proceeded to get hostile yelling that she has to work on the drive through as well. two minutes later I see one of the cooks bring someone food who had just literally walked in and ordered 3 minutes ago. I left and got a refund. theres no way no one couldn't have given me my food when there are five other employees one who actually helped another customer. don't waste your time or money here

Omg, we walked into the lobby, stood at the register for 7-8min and we were NEVER greeted OR OR acknowledged OR given an explanation that they were busy. We were completely IGNORED, and had to walk out UNEQUIVOCALLY these managers should be fired immediately... NEVER have I felt so disrespected walking into a restaurant. It's 24hrs later and I'm still extremely upset about this!!!!

I have tried to order from this restaurant a few times and there is always some reason why I walk away with no food. One time was they ran out of chicken, another time the drive-thru just opted to not acknowledge me, another time the wait was just too long. Their doors are frequently locked during business hours, the seating area always looks like they're trying to fix the place up, lots of broken chairs. Gotta remember to order from Golden Chicken in the future.

04/24/2022 this place deserves every one-star it receives. We placed an online order once we arrived at 6:45pm as they don't take orders at the counter. While we waited, several people came in that were in the drive thru asking where their orders were. I've been waiting for 22 minutes so far and no food in sight. This staff just flat out doesn't care and the service reflects it.

Food was good, it really hit the spot. It was quick and had no complaints. As for the rest of the building it was filthy, I felt as though I was a back alley in Chicago. The the ceiling was falling apart, and the chairs look like they were pulled from the dumpster. There was literal gunk on the floor, and it never seemed like it was ever cleaned. if I were a Jew and I was ceremonially clean and walked in there, I would then become ceremonially unclean. Truly, the food was amazing, but the building made me want to throw up. If you plan on going here, go to the drive-through. The service was good, the people were very pleasant just the building was rotting.

I'm not one to usually complain about fast food. I know what to expect, and honestly, the quality of food here has never been an issue. The issue at this location is in actually having the food available to order. Too many times I've been told that they are out of chicken, out of sauce, out of cookies, out of biscuits, no ice, the list goes on. I don't come in late, it's usually around 6pm on a weekday or noon on a weekend. To clarify, this isn't a case of chicken just not being hot and ready, it is that they have no inventory available at all. How hard is it to do proper inventory and prep? It's been going on for years at this location and corporate doesn't seem to care. I only find myself coming back because of how close to home it is, and that the food I actually can order has been prepared properly (hence the second star). If there is another location closer to you, go there.

Order placed via drive through and the elderly person picking it up did not think to do an inventory before driving more than 30 minutes home. When unpacked the order was completely wrong. We went specifically to get an impossible nugget dinner , it was not in the bag. We ordered a 5 piece strip combo, got strips and nothing else. Ordered a 2 pc white meal got a thigh and biscuit. The spicy sandwich was there but no sides. To add insult to injury, we were billed for a 12 piece meal w/sides which we did not get. Total bill over $50, received food maybe $20 worth. When we tried to call the first call was answered and when we asked to speak to the manager it was set down and left there for over 30 minutes. When we did finally get someone on the phone their response was basically sucks to be you, should have checked before you left. Will not be back

I'd originally give them 2-3 stars but after my last experience last weekend it'd be zero. First off it was dinner hour, about 5:30. I pull up to the drive thru and there's 3-4 cars in front of me. I timed it - the car that was first in line took SEVEN MINUTES. I was so annoyed and debating whether to stay or leave. I noticed a couple cars behind me leave. Second car pulls up, 5 minutes go by and they haven't moved. What is going on? Then I realize the person on speaker finally started talking after 5 minutes. Did this car really just sit there in silence waiting to order? Same deal with the third car. Then I go up, wait about a minute- nobody says anything. Then I finally said hello! And someone answered right away. Wtf? I pull up to pay. That took a few minutes. I pull over just to check that everything's there. We ordered a 12 piece meal and a chicken Mac bowl. Everything was there but they shorted us 2 biscuits. Didn't even care, wasn't gonna go through that bs again just for 2 biscuits. But just wow. So it basically took me 20 minutes in the drive thru and the chicken was soggy as hell. I get that they have to put a lid on the bucket and the steam makes it soggy, but they need to figure something out. I think I'm done with this place

We used Doordash and put in the following order to KFC; 2 chicken breast, 2 pot pies 2 mash potatoes, 3 cold slaw 8 biscuits. We were missing a pot pie, and cold slaw. The pot pie we did received had only 2 tablespoon of meat, vegetable and gravy mix. The Doordash guy tried to call KFC, all he got was a busy signal. I continued trying to call for 3 hours and all I got was busy signal. Doordash personal cannot open bags to verify if order is correct, that responsibility lies with KFC. This system has so many problems and they all lay at the door of KFC.

If I could give this KFC zero stars I would! We've been here multiple times and it always takes forever to get the food. Not to mention the employees were incredibly rude. Today we stopped to get sides for our bbq at home. We ordered mashed potatoes, cole slaw and biscuits. After the lady charged my card, she said it would be a 15 min. Wait. There were no cars behind me waiting and the employee rudely told me I needed to drive up because there was a timer system in the ground that reports how long we were waiting and he didn't want our actual wait time to be recorded. We will not be going here again!

This location is well deserving of all the 1 star reviews. Whether you go through the drive through or order on doordash they manage to forget multiple items and your sauces EVERY time. By far the most poorly managed fast food restaurant in waukesha. Staff and managers just clearly do not care about anything. Wish they'd just shut the place down at this point so no one is even tempted to go there because it's so disappointing.

Every time we come here theres a 45 minute wait in the drive thru.... Every time we come its.., "oh sorry we dont have any extra crispy. We dont have any popcorn chicken, its a 15 minute wait." And you sit in the drive thru for what seems to be forever.. Mind you, covid isnt the reason. Its been this way for years. We ordered here (CAUTIOUSLY) Thru doordash last friday. Because we figured.... come on.... maybe theyve turned over a new leaf... it cant STAY terrible forever can it.? Ordered A 4 piece meal Large popcorn chicken 12 cookies. 2 chicken littles Doordash said it would be a 20-35 minute wait. Well 45 minutes later, i text the dasher.... To which she tells me shes been in line for 20 minutes... theres 6 cars still in front of her.... She had called doordash and doordash tried reaching out to kfc, but no response.... so i just cancelled it. Do yourself a favor. Go to golden chicken or pizza ranch if you want chicken.

Don't waste your time...literally! We ordered a $30 fill up, one of their standard offerings, in the drive thru. It has been 55 minutes and we are parked in the parking lot still waiting for our food. I didn't expect the fastest food but waiting almost an hour would be long for a sit down restaurant...it is ridiculous at a "fast food" establishment.

I think I'm finally done with this KFC location. We've never been inside, always done drive thru, and from what we can see from the car window the place always looks grimey. The staff is never friendly or welcoming and the food is lack luster most of the time. Tonight takes the cake though. It was down pouring when I went. I sat at the ordering speaker for 5 minutes before a voice came through asking me to continue waiting. Can't roll the window all the way up or you won't hear them...sucks to have it down at all because I'm getting soaked. I order an 8 piece meal for the family. Do I get asked what sides I'd like? NOPE! I had to let them know "for my sides I'd like ...". I'm informed it will be a 12 minute wait. Well I've already been here 10 minutes just to order the food so 12 seems okay if it means the food is piping hot. At the window the same "super friendly" lady who took my order opens the drive thru window and just looks at me. Doesn't say anything so I just stare at her. FINALLY she requests payment by providing me the total. She doesn't even bother to open the window all the way to hand me back my card. Opened it just enough to get her arm out. No "thank you" or anything. I sit there several minutes and she comes back to the window and asks me to pull around. Their customer service SUCKS!!!! The chicken was definitely fresh from the fryer, so I suppose I can justify the minimal 1 star review. I get it, it's a fast food joint. What else would I expect? Friendly service AND fresh food!

Always out of waffles, and the manager is often out of "her chicken." If it's after 12 noon, don't even bother. They're already out of whatever you wanted to order. Since I don't have a closer location, I suppose I'll never get a chance to try KFC chicken and waffles. On top of that, the staff is rude and once outright ignored me/pretended not to hear me, despite being directly in eye contact with three of them. The new spicy bowl is pretty good. But I'll have to save that praise for the franchise at-large. (Also, is it KFC policy everywhere to charge extra for sauce packets? Or just here?)

Went through the drive-thru around 6:30pm. The guy in the speaker kept interrupting when ordering. So of course when we got to the window & ALREADY paid they proceeded to say they didn't get everything rang in. And I know why, because they can't stop & listen to someone speak. I told them I didn't know how it was my fault they didn't hear it all & I wouldn't be paying anymore money. So they didn't give the full order. I get that I didn't pay for those things, but they said that they heard me say 2 but only rang in 1. I don't get how that's my fault. Wish I could give a 0/5 because the customer service was trash. They also had us hang out bag back because they forgot to give us things we DID pay for. Wouldn't recommend.

I went to grab food through the drive thru last night at 9:30pm. I realize it's end of the night, but I still expect edible food. The woman in the drive-thru was rude, demanding and unpleasant when I asked a few questions. I ordered a mash potato bowl $5meal, extra gravy and 2 biscuits. The meal was missing the cookie. I received no plastic spork to eat with.. I take the lid off my bowl...there's no melted cheese, about a teaspoon of gravy, the bowl is only 3/4 filled to begin with. The chicken is not edible, it's dry, hard and looks hours old. As I go to transfer the potatoes to another bowl so I can add the extra gravy I purchased....in the middle of the potatoes is a big patch of white powder...I'm guessing unmixed poratoes...about a tablespoon worth... I ended up eating the biscuits dipped in gravy...threw the rest away. Tried calling the restaurant this afternoon, no one answers after 22 rings...at 2:30pm (not exactly dinner rush hour).

You should be able to use Zero Stars I have loved KFC for many years and always look forward to having a special meal when I see the "Colonel's" sign. It is a pity that each and every time, without exception, that I come here, I ask for some particular item on the menu and they tell me that they don't have it. Today it was extra crispy chicken. The chicken breasts we got were small, soggy (not crispy at all) and lukewarm. The biscuits could have been used to pave a patio. The cookies are horrendous compared to the fresh baked ones they had previously. The drinks had almost no carbonation and were sickeningly sweet from too much syrup. KFC has a product that can't be competed with because it's a special brand. Obviously based on the reviews here this is not a new problem. Why is corporate not taking away the franchise here?

Total incompetence! Had to go back twice and still got the order wrong. First of all drive-tru was down. I Ordered food from the window and said I wanted a 4 piece Chicken meal, all dark meat. The girl at the window put my order in again for 4 wings again but didn't notice until I got home. When I called kfc to tell them, the mod' Jessica argues with me. Wow! Got snippy and asks me what she what can I do for you??? I already had to come back twice and the manger on duty has to argue with a paying customer! So unprofessional of her. I said, never mind. You have a nice day now, goodbye. She's getting paid to do a job. The least she can do is learn how to talk to customers. I swore I'd never come back to this kfc. I broke that vow. Just had a busy day at work and I was exhausted! I do t like white meat! I paid for my food and I can't get what I ordered! That place needs to be shut down! Or at least find some employees who know what their doing. Sad! Very disappointed but that's what I get for going back. This time I'm serious. Never again!

Staff was extremely rude, interrupted me every time I tried to speak, gave me a total and told me to pull up when they never even asked what sides I wanted. Was told a 4 minute wait, after 17 minutes of waiting I finally pulled around where the rude girl at the window shoved the bag at me and said "we were bringing it out." No apology, no explanation for why it took so long, nothing. Then I get home and realize that there are no sauces in the bag even though the item specifically comes with them, and when I call to speak to a manager all I get is "it won't happen again." You're right, it won't because we won't be back and will make sure no one we know goes there either.

If I could give this location zero stars that would still be too many. Stopped here around 6pm on a Friday night and the dining room was closed! The drive-through was open and that was it! I should have left right then and there but I chose to go through the drive through. I ordered a couple of $5 fill-ups and a large side of mac and cheese. Was told the mac and cheese would take 7 minutes. By the time I was done placing my order, she changed it to an hour! Then she asked if I'd like to wait the hour for the mac! Haha! Sure, let me just sit in my car and wait for an hour since your dining room is closed. This was the last of multiple bad experiences at this particular location. It must be the management because I've definitely had better experiences at other KFCs. The one in Brookfield is fine. This location has lost my business for good.

The staff here is outstanding; friendly and efficient. Always clean with good natural light from the many windows. My favorite is the grilled chicken. Pretty healthy for fast food.

Would love to give a review on there food however when we stopped 40 minutes before they closed we were told that they were done making popcorn chicken and potato wedges for the day. One star is extremely generous. The employees are flat out rude, they completely screwed up the order and the portion sizes are much smaller then the used to be. They must have used a baby chicken to try and fill a 12pc bucket. If you are thinking of going to this place, just stop. Unfortunately I had to give one star in order to write this review, realistically it would be a negative -5 cloud rating Worst experience ever, the manager is a POS or FPOS at best. My food was so nasty looking (I didn't even eat it) I returned the food for a refund and the A hoe mgr argued with me saying I was wrong. I said I'm calling the corporate office and promised never to return and he told me "Good" His argument was so heated I actually felt like there was going to be a physical confrontation. Never NEVER go there.

For the 4th and final visit to this location, I ordered a $20 fill up 8 piece and 3 piece tender meal, get home with the food only to find it was missing the large slaw, large mashed and gravy. I am sick to death of the constant mistakes to the orders! I tried to call the Manager only to have them not answer the phone, I tried for 45 minutes to reach them with no luck. I wish I could give them NEGATIVE stars!

The worst KFC location I've ever been to. I LOVE KFC but I hate this place. Every time I've ordered from this location (because for whatever reason I haven't learned my lesson the first few times) I am disappointed. The fries are soggy the biscuits are sticky and raw. The chicken they serve is under fried and the breading is falling off in crumbs. And their soda is rarely soda rather than carbonated water. Absolutely unacceptable. How ever corporate allows them to function this way is beyond me.

I actually downloaded this whole app just to tell everyone to NOT GO HERE! The staff was so rude and food wasn't even available. The girl that took my order sounded like I was bothering her when taking my order. I ordered a 16 pc and she told me my total without asking what sides I wanted. When I said, "Do I get to pick my sides?" She paused for a long time then said, "Sure". Horrible customer service, we pulled away instead of waiting for the food assuming it'd be as bad as the service.

Just had the worst experience of my life. I waited for 20 min in the drive through. The girl working at the drive through was extremely rude and not nice whatsoever. I asked for ranch twice and still didn't get it. Also didn't get napkins or a receipt so I couldn't even get her name. I never call to complain but she got me so angry... tried to call twice but of course no one answered! Don't go to this KFC.

On my recent visit i found this location is pretty crappy, Slow Service, Dining area had trash bags sitting out. I think the District Manager needs to make a surprise visit (and not the kind that the Store Manager knows about... see this place for how it REALLY is.)
