Khom Fai Thai Dining Experience

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I ordered from this restaurant and found a staple inside my food. Mistakes happen , I wasn’t even upset at first. I simply called, asked to speak with the manager, and expected the issue to be handled professionally. Instead, I was placed on hold for about five minutes, then someone came back on the phone who didn’t identify herself and later admitted she wasn’t the manager. She said she’d take my name and number for the manager to call me back but it’s been over a week, and no one has contacted me. To make things worse, she tried offering me a “store credit,” which makes no sense since she wasn’t even authorized to make that decision. The lack of communication and accountability is honestly disappointing. This was my first time trying Thai food, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone based on both the food safety issue and poor customer service.

Well I had high hopes. I follow the Facebook “Eat Local Macomb” and they really talk this place up on there. It was our first wedding anniversary and we wanted something different, and we got it. First, they take reservations online until within one hour of them closing. We weren’t ready to run out the door at the time they closed, we stayed 12 minutes past, and we could tell they were rushing us out. Cleaning up all the table top lights, turning over the bar, sweeping, etc. Ordered a specialty cocktail they advertised on the table, my glass was served with lipstick all over it. Water glass was sticky the first time I touched it BEFORE any food was on the table. Opened my silverware when appetizers came, dirty fork. Dessert spoon came when the dessert was served-also dirty. Appetizers were tasty-the chicken satay was very very dry…the lettuce wraps and coconut shrimp were the best thing we tasted the whole time. Entrees came out so over the top hot. And not in spice level. I asked for mild plus, there was zero spice in my food whatsoever. My husband asked for medium, his was hardly mild. My dinner (glass noodles) claimed to have tons of vegetables, I had one mushroom, 2 broccoli pieces, and maybe 3 green beans. There was no flavor or sauce on it. I asked for beef in this dish- which came out grey in color and cold compared to the scalding heat inside the clump of glass noodles. The pad Thai had a good sauce. But again, not any spice. Prices are fair here, not over priced-but for what we got, rightfully so. Dessert choices are fun, but not anything special. Just Gordon food service pre-made things. As for service-it wasn’t bad or good. We were served, we paid, we still tipped 20%. It was just a person collecting a tip for walking out the food we paid for. I didn’t take photos of the dirty things because I’m not that person, but I’m very disappointed in the hype people sell this place as. There is no “dining experience.” It’s a Thai restaurant with eat in options. IF YOU WANT THAI FOOD THAT IS DELICIOUS AND UNIQUE AND FLAVORFUL AND AMAZING-DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO TWISTY THAI IN NEW HAVEN OFF GRATIOT

This is, by far, the best Thai restaurant I've ever visited. The service is great. The atmosphere is nice. The portions are just right. But the main reason to go there is the food. It's outstanding! I wish I could articulate what makes it so good - it just tastes fresher than any other Thai food I've had before. I highly, highly recommend!

I’ve been to Khom Fai multiple times and have loved everything I’ve tried: lettuce wraps, pad thai (much tastier than any I’ve had before), red curry. But they really outdid themselves last night. I mentioned it was our wedding anniversary when I made the reservation, not really thinking it was going to mean anything. I was so surprised and touched when we got there and they had a special place setting for us and a lovely card. Khom Fai, I just want to thank you for making our day even more special with these wonderful touches and the amazing service we received. Not to mention, the food was delicious as always!

This is by far THE BEST Thai food around. Plus…. You can actually dine IN here. You are able to make a detailed reservation as well. The street soup is delish! Clean place, great servers, food top notch! If you get Alexis P as tour server, you won the server jackpot 💚

Appetizers were delicious. We tried vegan options, they tasted good and service was really nice. Would definitely go back again 👍

Where do I begin, let’s start with the reason I even came into this Thai restaurant, it was because of an amazing Hostess named Lily. I found out about the restaurant from TikTok, never have been there before, but was looking for a Thai restaurant in my area that had amazing food. Well let me tell you that this place does not disappoint. If I had any doubts of whether or not to try it out, my experience with Lily put that all to rest. When I called to ask questions, she was patient, polite, informative, everything that you could ask for in an amazing hostess. She went above & beyond, I asked about a lot, and she had an answer to everything. She definitely knows her stuff and made me feel very welcome about coming in. The food was amazing and the service I got from Lily is why I will keep coming back.

We had a fantastic time at this place! The food was absolutely delicious, and the portions were huge. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was really nice. It’s a great spot for a family outing or a date night. The food is reasonably priced! Try the spicy seafood devil Rangoon, really tasty!

This is my favorite Thai place, hands down. Their food is always fresh and delicious! Totally worth the price. Whether you dine in, carry out, or get delivery - you will not be disappointed! Our favorites are the rangoons, crispy chicken, pad Thai, drunken noodles - anything you get will be on point!

AMAZING! Seriously the best Thai food my family and I have ever had. We split the devil goons, spring rolls, and the drunken noodles with beef. Everything tasted so flavorful and FRESH! My 6 year old, who is a picky "beige diet only" eater keeps talking about the crab Rangoon's. Ambience of restaurant was perfect- music was heard but no one had to yell over each other. Waiting and hosting staff were attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Drink of choice: the Bourbon Belle- Tastes like a bell pepper and not over powering! Great experience over all and a place we will frequent often.

I've been going to Khom Fai since I moved into the area almost 10 years ago when they were at their old spot next to the Hamlin Pub. Never since the transition to the new spot has it been less exciting. The newer location is a bit further from me but if anything has made it better. The food as always is excellent, servers amazing and the fact I can get dishes made vegan is HUGE! I've only had a few of their cocktails but they were soooo good. I will always recommend this place to anyone who wants good Thai.

This place is absolutely fantastic. Visited for our anniversary and was surprised to have been given a congratulations card on our table and they gave us free glasses of champagne! I ordered the Drunken Noodle and it was by far the best I've ever had. Service was amazing. Our server was very attentive without being overbearing at all. Such a gem and I can't wait to go back!

One of our favorites. They pay attention to every detail here. It truly is an experience! Everyone os so welcoming, helpful, and professional here. We walk in and are always greeted by a smiling hostess, then sat and taken care of by one of their knowledgeable servers. Literally everything I've had here is incredible!! I'm not much of a soup person, but I'm obsessed with all of their soups! So good!! And I love my food spicy (you can get no spice too), so this place is perfect for me. Ambiance is casual-ish, classy, and warm. I can't say enough about Khom Fai... run there!

We went for my wife's birthday and everything was outstanding! We love it here! The drinks, service, and food were all amazing!

One of Macomb's best gems and my go-to Thai craving! Whether it's for happy hour or a romantic dinner... What is there NOT to love?! The gorgeous modern decor, cozy atmosphere with mouth-watering, delicious Thai cuisine, top notch craft cocktails, and the most professional and personable service staff who strive to give you the best experience and deliver every time! Definitely recommend making a reso for dinner, especially on the weekends. Plus, it gives you something to look forward to, right? And when you get there, you need to know this is the place you get the whole experience with your meal- appetizers, drinks, and dessert! Gotta get the crab rangoons, drunken noods, apple pie wontons... trust me. Isaiah, the owner, is one of a kind and genuinely puts his heart and soul into making KF a legacy and taking the restaurant game to new heights. Now they even have brunch on Sunday's?!? GAME CHANGER. The chicken and waffles (pro tip- get a side of apple pie filling ) and the biscuits and gravy were incredible!

After hearing so many people rave about the vegan options at Khom Fai over the years, I finally had the chance to try it. I ordered the vegan pad Thai with mild spice and a spring roll. The spring roll was excellent and even stayed crisp after the 30 minute drive home after picking up take out. The vegan pad Thai was fine but it left a bit to be desired, especially for the price. I found I didn't go back for my leftovers, which is unusual for me. Since I did take out, I can't speak to the service but it was easy to order online and the host that handed over my order was friendly. Inside is small but seems like an elevate Thai restaurant dining experience with mood lighting and higher end finishes. While I wouldn't go out of my way to try more vegan menu options here, it's not a bad option if you're in the area. I wouldn't choose this place over my local Thai restaurant though because the taste and quality is comparable.

Beautiful restaurant, very modern and great ambiance. I don't know how authentic it is, because I'm not sure what authentic Thai looks like and I don't think they're trying to be. We had reservations and we only had to wait about three minutes for them to clear up a table for us. They were out of the whiskey sour so I had a Pineapple Express; it was very sweet. We got sticky wings and Brussels as starters. The sticky wings were excellent, full of flavor. The brussells were not crispy, they were almost mushy. They had good flavor though but just an unappetizing mouthfeel. I got the drunken noodles with chicken. It was a delicious meal, and I would order it again next time. Service was all over the place. For a long time we couldn't find out server, and then the apps and main dish were all brought to the table within five minutes of each other. But it was a busy night and they might've been short staffed.

The place looks nice on the inside, specially the fire place. Perfect for a relaxed date, or night out with friends. They have a decent size bar and appears they have a large selection of alcohol. The food was good, I enjoyed it but the food was not oozing with flavour. The server was super nice, they didn't rush us while we looked over the menu and after we finished eating.

We had an amazing dinner, the atmosphere and food were incredible. I had no idea it was so big inside. We will be back. Thank you for a great experience!

My first experience at Khom Fai was wonderful! This has been a place on my list for a while, so my fiancé and I decided to come here for dinner for our anniversary. We made sure to make a reservation and glad we did because it did get very busy. The atmosphere was modern, fresh and inviting. Upon being seated we were given a card for our anniversary and also two glasses of champagne. This is very uncommon at most places, so something we will always remember! They have a full bar and we both ordered a draft beer, which were both priced extremely well. I ordered a blue moon and I have to say it was the freshest tasting draft blue moon I've ever had. Leads us to believe their beer lines are top notch clean. For dinner I ordered the drunken Noodle with tofu. The menu is not nearly as large as most Thai places, but probably for the better because it seems they have mastered each dish they offer. This drunken Noodle was definitely the best I've ever had from any other Thai restaurant in the metro area. They really nailed this dish! The amount of tofu was ample too which isn't always the case elsewhere. The tofu was also perfectly cooked and was not too chewy/rubbery. The service was just as good as everything else we experienced. We will 100% be back and now consider this one of our favorite Thai restaurants!

We are in the midst of Birthday month celebrations and Khom Fai was top on our list of places to explore. We made a resy, which I encourage because it gets super busy. We stared with craft cocktails to get our party started! I ordered the Material Girl and my friend ordered a Tropical Drink which was served in a flaming tiki glass! These drinks were BEYOND amazing. There were so many delicious options on the menu, I wanted everything. We tried the sampler with spring rolls, seafood rangoons, and chicken satay skewers, Lemon grass soup, Red Curry Noodles with Shrimp, Crispy sesame chicken with fried rice. OMG...we were so full and happy! We split everything and the portions were quite large. To end our evening, we were given a completely Fried Ice-cream to enjoy. The service was amazing and I can't wait to come back. Trust me...BELIEVE the HYPE!!

It was overall decent, but disappointed. Facts: prices are not justified. Can get equal quality or better food from local Thai take out places. Service was very good. So dark. Not sure why, but there are usual reasons. Can't say that I would take the drive for this one though exclusively. Also it's another after 5:00 pm place with a bar that locals bring small children to. Just why? Kid screaming the whole time. Not what an adult leaning restaurant with bookings should be. We were next to the screaming baby that was largely ignored by its parents. Would love restaurants to have a family section and adult section if they want to please everyone.

Authentic flavors abound. However, use caution if You request "super spicy ". They make it contest hot and me being a chilihead ,decided to do as such. Needless to say, I actually had to take half home as I was drenched in sweat. So good! Great ambiance and always bustling, the food is always amazing and made with care. ( and heat if that's your goal). Service is always on par as well with the waitstaff more than happy to accommodate one's reasonable requests. Recommended and kid friendly- but leave em' home! Great date night!

We have only been once, but it's probably the best Asian restaurant that we have been to. The atmosphere is nice and the food is excellent. We had to have our meal at the bar (we made reservations a few days ahead, but now that we know how busy they are, we will book more in advance to get a table) which isn't ideal when you are with others, but despite that we really had a nice time and the service was good. The bathroom is clean.

Sad news today they updated their menu and now no longer have their poutine. We got the last one and the fries changed to straight not waffle. Wish they would bring this back. This dish made the experience unique as they were the only ones who had this. Not sure when we will return. Service was good and the ambiance is always nice. Very busy usually so make a reservation.

I've had so many people to come check this place out and I'm so glad we did! Made a reservation for a Saturday, we arrived and were quickly seated. The ambiance is relaxing, dark but not so dark you can't see your food or what else is going on. I can't remember our servers name but she was amazing! Asked if it was our first time and gave us a run down about Khom Fai and what they had to offer and even how their spices are rated for heat levels. My husband and I decided on jade lady and metamorphosis margarita. Love that they make their syrups in house. The drinks were strong and tasted great! Then for food I had the potato curry with beef and he had the red curry with beef. The food came out pretty quick and was nice and hot. The potato was so good and flavorful, I only wish I would've went for hot instead of medium + but being our first time better to be safe then sorry, esp with Thai. The portion sizes are normal for thai I felt. Looking forward to coming back and keeping this in rotation as one of my new favorite Thai places!

My friends have been telling me how good this restaurant is and I finally went with my group of girlfriends try it. Due to the location, I felt like the restaurant was out of place and didnt think the food would be authentic. I was proven wrong, the food here was amazing and taste authentic. This thai restaurant is more upscale and they also have a bar for drinks. The service was good also.

Yummy! The papaya salad is so delicious. Crunchy, sweet, garlic, refreshing. I will be back for that dish alone!

I first became aware of this restaurant after seeing a photo on Facebook from my group, Eat Local Macomb. The photo of the sampler look SO GOOD, I just had to go here right away and boy, am I glad I did. I also went to Yelp first and noticed all the reviews were very good. I saw the FB and Yelp data on a Monday and decided to leave work a little early and go there on a Friday , I brought along my 83 year old mom. We love trying new restaurants together. We arrived a few minutes after they opened at 4pm. There were already several customers in the store. I didn't know you had to make reservations on a Friday so we couldn't get a booth and had to sit at a table, which was fine by me but my mom really suffered without being able to sit at a nice cushy booth. She has severe arthritis and a pinched nerve in her lower spine. I brought along a padded cushion for mom but she still was very uncomfortable. We asked again for a booth but were told they were reserved. So, we ordered drinks, the drunken noodles, pineapple fried rice and the sampler, of course. While we were waiting for the food to arrive, we were told the manager said we could move to a booth, so they helped us move over to a booth. The move really made a difference for mom's comfort and we were so grateful. That move showed me that the already excellent service went up a notch. The food was awesome...all of it! Good Lord, the drunken noodles were drenched in delicious flavor. That sampler plate was perfection. The spring rolls on the sampler plate were huge, a meal in itself. Some of the best food and service I have received in a long time. We will be back...on a Thursday, lol.

Excellent, little gem inside the strip plaza. Food was fantastic and serice was just as excellent. Will be going back soon.

My husband and I love Khom Fai! We sit at the bar and really enjoy interacting with the bar staff while we sip their fabulous cocktails and then eat our dinners.

Run, don't walk. HANDS DOWN best meal I've ever had. Had the chicken lettuce wraps for a starter, lobster fried rice entree, and apple pie Rangoons for dessert! Everything was DELICIOUS, cooked to perfection!!!!!! The service was incredible and made sure our anniversary was unbelievable. Highly highly highly recommend!!!!! CAN NOT WAIT TO COME BACK!!!!!!!!!!

Phenomenal food! Have never dined in but looks like a nice place. Always get takeout as it's one of my favorite spots for Thai in the area. Just a bit pricier than others nearby.

Had dinner here a couple weeks ago on a Saturday night. Restaurant was super full but service was still really good. Had the sweet and sour soup which was good. Had the red curry noodles with shrimp medium spicy. They were really good and I would order again. Also had the cashew curry which was good. This food was for 2 people and it was a lot. We took home at least 1/2 of each entry.

AMAZING! From the decor to the staff, this was an amazing spot/experience. The spring rolls were so good, we couldn't stop ordering them! The portions were plenty, but the spice was weak :( make sure you go up a whole level to get what you desire. Will be back!

Picked up chicken drunken noodles mild with extra sauce, crispy chicken mild, large hot and sour soup mild and a side of peanuts. Total was about $45. Food was hot, fresh and large portions. The lady who took my order over the phone was pleasant. My 16 year old daughter shared the food and there is enough left for 2 lunches - easily- possibly 3. Then again we are smaller people and do not overeat. I wouldn't change a thing about any of this experience.

Best service in the area. The owner was friendly and down to earth; he even swapped out my girlfriend's entree for a different one after she changed her mind, for no cost. Also, great Pad Thai.

I've been wanting to try this place so I went here for my birthday. Make sure you get a reservation. We ordered the sampler appetizer. The chicken satay was overcooked and dry. The Rangoons lacked filling. I ordered one of the chicken curry dishes. I was told it is normally spiced at a mild level so I chose not to increase it. Looking at the portion sizes around me and at my table, this one was much smaller than the rest. I took a few bites and my lips were on fire. Not really mild. I didn't each much. My friend ordered their version of a sweet and sour chicken. I took a bite and it reminded me of McD chicken nuggets with their sweet and sour sauce. I was offered a free birthday dessert. I chose the brownie. It came with a huge flare like sparkler on it. I pushed myself back from the table to avoid the sparks. It was quite the scene as people looked on. The waitress brought our bill then forgot about us. I attempted to wave her down, but she never looked our way although we were adjacent to the kitchen and bar path. You are given a huge portion of rice, which is a rarity and appreciated. The brownie was good. The drink menu looked good. I would go back and try some other dishes.

Have been here a couple times with mixed experience. The food is decent and the drinks are ok but getting in the place is really ridiculous. Been turned away 2x now because reservations were coming in within the hour. We could sit in a half empty restaurant on a Thursday night with our family of 4 but would have to leave within 60 minutes if the reservation showed up. Hmmmm..... so the place is half empty at 5:00 and we have to agree to leave by 6. Testa Barra is next door, we made a different choice. More expensive but at least we didn't feel rushed and enjoyed our meal. Can't always plan ahead with our group and make a reservation , we will check this place off our list of "family friendly dining spots". Too many other options.

I've been looking forward to trying this place for so long and unfortunately i was let down. The papaya salad and the devil goons (ghost pepper crab rangoons) were both lovely. Best salad I've ever had at an Asian restaurant by far. Now onto the entrees, I'm sad to say it was a miss on all 4 counts. The breading on the fish tacos was sweet? Which was confusing. The gang gai with tofu was off putting and the sauce was very thin, the pineapple fried rice was mediocre but I've had better at other restaurants, and the curry noodles with shrimp were also just okay. Not to mention all of the entrees were cold by the time they made it to our table. The drinks and the ambiance are beautiful and I think its a great date night spot. I might return to try some other dishes but last night was a miss for me

One of my FAVORITE Thai places!!! Atmosphere is cool, relaxing and trendy. Service is always amazing, along with the drinks and food.

I recently gone there for the first time. I was impressed. It feels kind of elite because it is a smaller venue. The food was delicious and the quantities were large. I would absolutely go here again and also recommend it!

One of my favorite restaurants in the area! Some people are being far too particular-- this is a great spot! Is this traditional Thai food? No, I don't think it's hard to notice within the first few items on the menu that this place is a fusion of cultures and styles. It's americanized, but nonetheless delicious. Service is great-- sure some staff members are more enthusiastic than others, but everyone i've had has had a great deal of knowledge regarding the menu and has been very pleasant. i've also never experienced long waits like some of the reviews have mentioned. maybe they've managed to stay i on top of it or they've adapted a new policy, but i've never waited for than 10 minutes for a drink or table. I've seen smaller parties hosted and also solo eaters at the bar. While I wish there was more space as it can get busy, I find the small(ish), modern atmosphere to be cozy. not date vibes or intimate vibes per se, but definitely good for general dining or for going out. acoustics aren't great but also not awful. the ONLY complaint i can think of is that the spice level can be inconsistent. i'm sure it can vary depending on the dish and how it's absorbed, but i've had a few experiences where my food is either not spicy enough or spicier than i would have liked... although i wouldn't be afraid to ask for a change given how nice the staff is nor would i be mind adding my own chili paste to my leftovers. having worked in the food service business, i empathize with wait staff and restaurants as a whole. i'm not an avid poster, but after seeing a few reviews bashing the staff and food, I decided I'd put my foodie opinion out there too. be kind and remember we're all only human.

Food is not consistently hot. Service is inconsistent....uncomfortable seating. Poor acoustics, hard to have conversation at table of four. Water is terrible. Carryout is a disaster Food is tasty but combined with the short comings not a good value at all. Gave it four visits hoping for improvement. Didn't happen.

We stopped in after seeing their whisky menu posted on a facebook group. After a little investigation, we needed to stop in and try this place. We were treated to an amazing meal and great drinks with super friendly service. The whisky selection is amazing, the menu has several items I can't wait to go back and try. With today's problems restaurants are encountering, I was prepared to be a little underwhelmed yet remain positive with my review. This place honestly deserves the 5 star rating and I can't wait to go back.

My niece is headed back to Savannah for school so we wanted to make sure we took her out before she left. My other niece is back to U of M now as well. They grow up so fast! We tried to go to a few vegan/vegetarian places in Detroit, but they all had some crazy hours. We have been wanting to try Khom Fai for some time so this was the perfect opportunity. My vegetarian niece ordered pad Thai with Tofu. My other niece ordered fried rice with chicken, and we decided to split some small plates. We do this often because I have a very inexperienced palate and this way I get the opportunity to try different things. Also, I never eat that much. So he gets to take the carry out home. Win win! We had a great experience here. Khom Fai doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's a great trendy place inside. It's small! Make reservations!! The staff was friendly and helpful. It got very busy and filled up quickly. The drinks took quite some time to get but I think it's because they are all hand crafted. I chose the peach bourbon smash. I liked it so much that I have made it at home now. They have a nice variety of tiki drinks as well. The food was sooo good. And we had plenty for left overs. Definitely a great experience and I recommend checking it out!

Khom Fai: Thai Dining Experience knocked it out of the park again last night. We took some out of state friends there for a birthday celebration and they also loved everything they tried. As usual the service was fantastic. Plus I finally got the lobster fried rice. It was as delicious as it looks.

Man where do I begin.. First of all this was my first time at the new location. I have not been to khom fai in forever. I ordered the papaya salad and tofu pad basil. Both really good not surprised though because this place never fails. The papaya salad dressing is straight crack. Can I buy that on the side because I can drink it on its own, yummyyyy.my husband bought two different entrees and loved his food as well. All four items totaled $72ish. Not the cheapest but you definitely get what you paid for. It was definitely worth it! This is a more upscale Thai restaurant so that's something else to put into consideration with cost. I'm happy I'm so close by because I want more papaya salad. Give this place a try if you haven't already.

Definitely make a reservation because this place always seems busy, even during the week. The atmosphere is clean and inviting. The food is excellent! I've had the pad Thai, sweet and sour chicken, crispy chicken, and some type of chicken noodle soup. I recommend them all! The sweet and sour chicken has shredded chicken in the sauce, so be aware that it is not like your traditional sweet and sour chicken dishes. The chicken for the crispy chicken is what I expected. Still very good. The server has always been friendly and attentive.

I decided to try this highly rated Thai restaurant after reading so many recommendations on facebook Eat Local Macomb site. We had an out of town guest staying during the holidays and I wanted him to get the best tastes of what our local area has to offer. He is very familiar with Thai food and he gave this food a very high rating for flavor and spice level. He enjoys very spicy food and got the medium + level on the tofu curry noodles which he enjoyed but he could have handled higher spice level so next time he would kick it up a little. I went with mild in the glass noodles and curry fried rice. It was perfect for my taste. I did try the curry noodles and there was a nice level of spice for my one bite, but I'll stick with mild. Along with our meal we did have the appetizer trio of chicken satay, crab Rangoon and spring rolls. It was a perfect start to a great meal. The peanut and sweet and sour dipping sauces were a perfect compliment to these appetizers. I did enjoy the spring rolls the most, nice and crispy and great flavor. We did order carry out to enjoy at home and the curbside delivery was quick and efficient and the food stayed at the perfect temp during my 30 minute car ride. This location is on my way home from my daughters house and since I'm there several times a week it will be on my go to list for a quick take out meal on those hectic days where cooking at home doesn't seem desirable. I'm looking forward to the dine-in experience at this place in the near future.

Second time here. We had a reservation at 8:45 last night and the server did not greet us until 9 PM. I finally got my cocktail at 9:05. I even went to the bar to order a Manhattan and the bartender told me to wait for the waitress! I have worked in the restaurant industry and this is completely unacceptable. The waitress apologized and said she was waiting on the 8 top next to us. I wasn't even offered a drink on the house. I spent about 84 dollars and and tipped 16. (my wife and I and our 4 year old son) My suggestion is to hire more staff.

This was recommended by like tons of our friends so we decided to check it out. My favorite was the poutine!!! I wish the fries weren't all broken up though because it made it difficult to dip in the sauce. I always get pad thai so this time was not unusual. So good. I do wish there was more heat to it. I ordered it medium and there was no spice whatsoever. Pickup was really easy. Everyone was friendly. Definitely check this place out. Get the poutine!!!

Food is always amazing, good atmosphere and always had decent service. Definitely recommend.
