"Khoury’s is a Lebanese restaurant in South Miami that has free pita (and parking). This Middle Eastern spot has been around for over 30 years, which makes sense once you have their fluffy falafel that comes pre-dipped in tahini. Order the sampler that comes with grape leaves, baba ganoush, kibbeh, hummus, and tabbouleh—it’s a filling meal perfectly portioned for one. They also make an excellent kafta kabab, which you should assemble into a pita sandwich (with said free pita)." - virginia otazo, ryan pfeffer, mariana trabanino

Google
Really enjoyed the lunch experience here. Small but very tidy. Located near the sunset mall. Highly recommend the lamb spiced with tomato sauce. Super tasty!

Google
The lentil soup is one of the best, the place os outdated bit if you want Mediterranean food this is the place have been going there for years and they keep the same quality. Their food is one of the best I’ve tried on Miami. Didn’t give them 5 stars because they si need to upgrade the place and have better service but overall o do recommend

Google
This is one of our favorite restaurants in Miami. Best service. Best Lebanese in Miami. I always forget how good the food is. Ask for their house drink.

Yelp
We came here twice. The first time both food and atmosphere was acceptable. We decided to come again and enjoy the food but we had to leave in a hurry because the music (which this time was not even Mediterranean like our previous visit), but it was reguetón and SO LOUD, we just had to leave. I hope they consider it.

Yelp
This place just continues to be the place to go for Lebanese food. After 30 Years it's still an excellent restaurant with amazing Lebanese/middle eastern cuisine. It's still family run!!

Mariam A.

Yelp
Probably best kunafa in miami. Appetizers also nice but main dishes were meh. Service was great.

Kerry M.

Yelp
It was pouring rain and I was starving... I ran in for a quick bite. I had the Kafta sandwich. Fresh and delicious! It didn't come with any sides, but the sandwich was a good portion. I would try this place again.

Ale M.

Yelp
They treated us like family. As soon as we walked into the establishment they fawned over our kids as if they were aunty and uncle. The food was delicious. The wine was very tasty. We can't wait to go back.

Yelp
Khoury's is one of Miami's best kept secrets. This family-owned restaurant offers some of the best Mediterranean cuisine in town with a laid back vibe. My personal favorite menu item is their chicken kabob special. Never disappoints!

Patricia H.

Yelp
Great quiet place in South Miami with true authentic Lebanese food. Perfect apices and good sized portions. A mainstay in South Miami for years!

Spencer A.

Yelp
Like eating at your Lebanese grandmother's kitchen table. Home style Lebanese cuisine at its finest. With wonderful service from this lovely family.

Susan F.

Yelp
The food is excellent and service is awesome. I ordered the fatucine salad and falafel that were superb.

Yelp
I'm really picky about Cuban food because the best is still home cooked by my 80-something year old mother. Likewise, my girl is of Lebanese heritage, so given my lack of experience in Middle Eastern food I leaned a lot on her opinion. The highlights for me were the Chateau Ksara blended Lebanese wine (full bodied and smooth yet I was able to taste the different flavors) as well as their lentil soup. It had a subtle yet tasty kick. It was my first time in a long time since I've had Middle Eastern food, so that was exciting. Being an OCD foodie I was trying to compare it to dishes I already know. For example, kibbeh are like empanadas and tabouleh like pico de gallo :) The grape leaves stuffed with rice, chick peas and tomatoes did have a nice tartness to them. However, I was expecting a little more spice and flavor to the chicken kebabs. Besides Ms. R's feedback on how things should taste one of my peeves is service. Our disappointment here is that service definitely seemed more welcoming to their regulars, nothing overt just the vibe I got. Also, we decided to go for various tapas instead of a full meal and we had to remind them to bring out the kibbeh, as they overlooked it.

Felix F.

Yelp
A Mediterranean Greek type restaurant. Note mask is required and the staff is also wearing masks. The tast and paring of tomato, olives and feta cheese was excellent with the pairing of the Almaza beer which has a similar tates to Heineken. The waiter and Management was able to acomendate to our large group. Good service.

Melissa G.

Yelp
Hands down my favorite Lebanese food and amazing service. Family ran business they are so sweet, kind, funny. Everything on menu is delicious!

Yelp
Since moving to our new house we live closer to one of our favorite Miami areas and I have noticed Khoury's for some time and decided to give it a try. Located in a South Miami strip mall, you find this family owned restaurant which been there for over 25 years, so we decided to order the regular appetizers that you would find in most Mediterranean restaurants, such as Hummus with pita, Falafals, and stuffed grape leaves. I was disappointed with the taste of the food, everything was very bland for the exception of the falafals which were very tasty and crunchy. For the main entree we ordered the lamb with house rice and garlic cream. The lamb was also very bland while the rice was very good but not the main star of the dish. Then came time for dessert and I am a huge fan of Mediterranean desserts so we ordered two of them the Milk pudding with pistachio and the knafy with cheese. Both desserts were also disappointing, the milk pudding was flavorless while knafy was a little better its pretty much a pudding made from cheese with a filo crust on top. The saving grace for both of these deserts was the rose syrup, I had to ask for extra just to us satisfied. The best part of the experience though was the staff they were really nice and try their best to make our dinner as nice as possible.

Raziel G.

Yelp
Very very very good!! I had falafel ! It was extremely delicious! it was crispy but still had a nice flavorful center. I had baba ganoush with pita. That was really good as well. The staff very nice. They checked up on me periodically made sure I had everything I needed. The food came out in a timely manner. Next time I come back I'll have some coffee and a dessert!

Christian B.

Yelp
The food was amazing and the service was speedy everything you could wanting a restaurant

Daniel C.

Yelp
This is that place you know about for years and you get angry that you never tried it sooner. My first experience here was not ideal. My boss at the time took us here and ordered for us. He ordered a few appetizers for us and decided it was enough food. What we had was good though. We came back another time and I got to order what I wanted and it was incredible. Perfectly cooked and especially tasty. I ordered take out a couple weeks later and they were so accommodating on the phone. They had no issue with a special order and were especially friendly. Its a quiet ambiance and in the restaurant and very comfortable.

Mar M.

Yelp
Nice ambiance. We found food was superbly overpriced. Chicken kabobs with rice $23. $6.50 bottle of beer. Server seemed forced to be there somewhat off. Other male staff sat around watching soccer on tv. Woman behind the counter strictly in charge of money not the smiles. Smiles are scarce in this joint. Private pArking lot within steps of front door is a plus for the area. We've decided to not return as we can get better quality food for the $ elsewhere.Chicken KebabPistachio Baklava

Gustavo A.

Yelp
Absolute best Lebanese food in Miami. Fabulous service. Ask any questions about menu and they will make it right

Karina B.

Yelp
I absolutely love this place delicious authentic Arabic food yo check it out!!!!!!!!!

Yasmin A.

Yelp
This place is a Middle Eastern treat hidden in South Miami. My father and I are always on a quest for the perfect kibbeh nayeh and this place does an amazing job. We come from a middle eastern background and this place is the perfect spot to find authentic Lebanese food without the hassle of having to prep or cook. The owners are extremely welcoming and friendly and always catered to make sure we are comfortable with our dinning. Another hit is their lemonade with mint, the perfect combination of freshness with a slushy feeling. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for some yummy middle eastern cuisine!

Sheila A.

Yelp
Just walked in one day loving Mediterranean food. Loved everything we ate that day very good quality of everything ate!

Maria C.

Yelp
We love this place. They are always welcoming and the food is outstanding. By far my favorite Mediterranean restaurant.

Cecilia S.

Yelp
Great food, and great service. This is my favorite food in Miami, authentic lebanese food. This is one of our staples go to restaurants when we feel like casual, but great dinner !

Lisa S.

Yelp
So we came here for lunch on a week day because we know the food is good. But, if you don't have a lot of time for lunch my suggestion is find someplace else. It took a bit of time for someone to take our order, but what really got us was the fact that the table next to us got their water glasses refilled and not only were ours empty but it took a long time to get them refilled. No one came to ask if everything was ok or if we needed anything after we were served. It was almost like we were not important! Not the customer service I would except.

Ian M.

Yelp
Having driven by Khoury for many years I decided to walk across the street to it today after waiting for about 15 minutes at Deli Lane and not even speaking to a waitress. We came in to Khoury and had to go into the kitchen to get a hostess or waiter to seat us. So we thought to ourselves do we leave this place too? Thankfully we didn't and sat down to one of the best Lebanese meals I have had in miami. We started with the hummus and grape leave appetizers. The hummus came with moist warm pita bread. The grape leaves were meatless. The hostess/waitress offered a 1/2 portion entree as I really wanted the meat version. But the appetizer portion had 8 grape leaves and they were more than enough. But they were the best I had. They felt homemade; it reminded me about making them with my Lebanese godmother. Our entrees came out. I had the chicken kebab with rice vermilion. The chicken was moist and marinated in lemon. It's was delicious. For dessert I had the pistachio baklava Turkish coffee. Service: other than the reception it was spot on. The was only one waiter and he was worked to exhaustion. But he kept up with all the tables. Parking: small lot in front parking all around. Although I parked on the street and got a ticket as I had originally intended to go to Deli Lane. Ambiance: quaint.

Bruno H.

Yelp
Horrible horrible horrible. Food was disgusting. Hummus was watered down. Chicken kabob burnt. Other dishes has little to no taste. One of the service guys was super friendly but the older women was cold as ice. I would have to say one of the worst mediterranean places I have ever had in my life, hands down. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Antonio I.

Yelp
Best Lebanese food I've eaten in years in this area. It tastes like my mom's. Kibbe Was super and the Kafta as well

Roxana A.

Yelp
They had a very nice selection of Lebanese foods. But I have a Labanines background and I compared most of the foods to my grandmothers cooking. I have to say the wine was the highlight of my meal. cheers..

John N.

Yelp
Food was very over priced and they charge extra for everything, like dipping sauce. We ordered the lamb and the chicken kabob dinners, both came with two skewers and rice with no flavor. That's about it. Not coming back.

Francheska H.

Yelp
This is my go to place for good Arabic food. I am Lebanese and grew up eating all kinds of Arabic food and this is the closest I e found to our home cooking. Food is consistent and delicious!! Every dish we have had have been amazing.

Maria Alejandra K.

Yelp
I come to this place very often and every time I come over here, I eat freshly-delicious! My favorite one is chicken kabobs with tabuleh salad. Hummus and lamb are delicious too!!! In this area this is my favorite Mediterranean restaurant because is more homemade than others.

Olga S.

Yelp
What a delicious lunch! We tried a lot of new things, and none disappointed: my favorites were the spicy cheese and the shawarma sandwich. The falafel was very tasty and the hummus with pita incredible. We also tried the Blanc de Blanc Lebanese wine, which was perfect for a hot day! The white coffee, which we were told was more like a tea, was minty and felt like a spa day. Overall, incredible food at incredible prices!

Dano G.

Yelp
terrible service, the bread was hard after 2 min served , means it's old bread not fresh. They forget about you on the patio .

Jeremy W.

Yelp
Food quality is terrible and it's expensive. Much better Mediterranean food in Miami.

Barbara D.

Yelp
The Imam sighed with delight! Our satisfying experience at Khoury's reminded us of everything we used to enjoy about restaurant dining: good food in gracious surroundings. A warm welcome greeted everyone who entered. Many customers were regular patrons or old friends of the owners. Every bite of food was delicious--from a generous mezze platter of well seasoned hummus, baba ganoush and stuffed grape leaves to rack of lamb, grilled to perfection. Wanting to avoid crowds, we went early and were rewarded with a peaceful atmosphere, conducive to socializing and quiet conversation. Lamentably too full to order more, we left, determined to go back soon.

Carla M.

Yelp
Amazing food and amazing service!! Have eaten there several times and have always been pleased!!!

Ana C.

Yelp
Best raw kibbeh in town. Heck best Mediterranean in town. I have driven 12 miles during lunch break to satisfy cravings. All the food is great. Dessert is ok maybe take a walk around south miami and walk off dinner while searching for a dessert bar. Staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Their garlic paste is delicious and usually served with all entrees. Price is not cheap but not expensive either. They have inside and outside seating. Also have a tv. Beer and wine serve (no hard liquor).

Tina L.

Yelp
This place use to be my favorite but I think it's gone down. I wish I could give it 5 stars but it's just not what it was before. Not consistent, food lacking in flavor & just not fresh. Sad to write this but it's the truth. Don't think I'll go back & I had been coming for more than 15 years.

Sardar S.

Yelp
The server charged us a $26 tip for his service. He never came and offered us bread or drinks. We were never aware of this tip. The service tip was never written on the menu. He just came with our food once and that was that. We did not see him afterwards. The food had no salt added.

D S.

Yelp
Very mediocre for basics. Hummus, great consistency, but lacking flavor. Kibhe was yummy. The baba ganoush was my least favorite I've ever had (something was off about it) and the chicken skewer was a hard miss. Tasted like gas grill and not much else, didn't even taste as if it had a sprinkle of salt on it. The rice with the noodles was delicious, as was the garlic spread that came on the plate. Decent efficient service. When we try new places we stick to one app and one entree to test the food to see if we bring clients. Unfortunately, this didn't make the cut.

Omar N.

Yelp
I REALLY wanted to enjoy this place...but I didn't :( I ordered a lentil soup for my my mom and the hummus for both of us as a starter. The lentil soup was very watery. My mom even asked "where are the lentils?" But the taste itself wasn't that bad, but definitely nothing to rave about, either. The hummus was okay and I decided to order another starter, the grape leaves, and that ended up being the best thing I had that evening. Very tangy, sort of like the taste of an olive, and the rice inside held its texture, which was really pleasing to eat. However, please note that this may be an acquired taste kind of item because my mom did not like the grape leaves at all. But the real let down of this place was the falafel. Usually my mom and I order different things so we can both try each other's dish, but we didn't feel like dropping $20+ per entree for their other selections, so we both opted for falafel dishes, the falafel sandwich and falafel with tabouleh for me. When the falafel came out, it looked amazing. Nice and dark with a tahini dipping sauce in the middle. But after the first bite, my hopes of it being the best falafel ever were shattered because it was wayyyyyyyyyyy too salty. It was to the point where I couldn't really taste anything else. My mom said the same thing about hers, so I doubt it was just me that thought it was too salty. It was a real let down because we both were stuck eating something we weren't enjoying. I can't speak for their meat/chicken dishes because as a pescatarian I don't eat that, but vegetarians should tread with caution at this place. Perhaps we went in on an off day and were unlucky, but I don't think I'll be going again to find out.

Jonathan M.

Yelp
This is good quality Lebanese food. The service is great and they really make you feel like you're at home.

Antonio C.

Yelp
Wow wow wow! One of the top restaurants in Miami when focused on quality/cost. Prices are very reasonable and quality is spectacular. The restaurant is managed by a very nice Lebanese family. Hidden gem in South Miami

S P.

Yelp
I ate outside last week with my husband. The food was DELICIOUS, fresh, and healthy. The customer service was amazing. I felt very safe eating here and the tables were very clean.

Kevin J.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing! I was turned on to this place over 15 years ago and I have never been disappointed. Authentic Lebanese dishes are served here so it can be an acquired taste for certain items. What I learned from my very first visit there was it's probably best to tell them if it's your first experience with this type of food because my first time was a "culture shock" of the taste buds. The Raw Kebeh definitely caught me off guard. LOL. But turned out to be one of my favorite dishes of all time and something I wouldn't recommend getting at just any ole establishment that's for sure. But I learned to take Jennie and Mimo's advice early on until I was ready to dig deeper into Lebanese cuisine. As per my last visit I was very happy to see they have not wavered on the traditional dishes. Thank you Khourys for making this a better world!!

Tim P.

Yelp
We loved the raw kibeh with the fresh mint The service was amazing, the kids loved the sandwiches and joined us for the mix grill, my favorite was the grilled kofta it's a real taste

Carla L.

Yelp
Ask any Lebanese person in Miami about Khoury's and a smile spreads across their face! Its truly one of the best restaurants in Miami for some good Middle Eastern eats. My fav? You have to try their Babaganouj, its wicked delicious! Couple that with my favorites: Grape Leaves, Hommus, Kibbeh, Sfihas, and Kibbeh Nayeh, Tabbouleh and you have yourself a MEAL! My tummy rumbles just thinking about it. Plus don't skip the coffee, it is the best in town! Need I say more?
