Yelp
Two stars indicates it needs improvement. Well, yes, they certainly do.
First thing I noticed upon entering this last time, is that it smelled rank in there. I couldn't even put my finger on what it was, but it wasn't coffee and it wasn't food. Maybe they're mopping their floors with old stinky mops?
Anyway... This place is next door to my chiropractor's office so I've been there a couple times out of convenience and each time I've been, the staff have been incredibly apathetic and rude, with a snobby, elitist attitude about them. None of them smiled at or chatted with customers and they didn't even say even two words to each other and I was there for about 20-30 minutes.
I forgot to tell them what size I wanted and I didn't realize until after I had already paid. Dude didn't even ask me, just allowed this to happen, and then I was given a 16 oz coffee not even fully sure if that's what I paid for or not and honestly it wasn't even very good. I can get better coffee at Starbucks.
Ended up waiting over 15 minutes for a cold brew and it wasn't even very busy. I thought for the longest time that he didn't give my order to the girl and considered going up and asking about it, but they were both so standoffish that I didn't even want to approach them. (For those who don't know, cold brew is made ahead of time so basically all it takes is pulling it out of the cooler pouring it over some ice and popping a lid on it.)
The upside to this place is they have some pretty cool flavors, to which I'm assuming they make their own extracted simple syrups, and they have a cute Asian inspired gift shop inside. But the cold shoulder and weird vibes will prevent me from going back.
