Amazing chicken Bahn mi sandwich! Made fresh to order, the bread was warm! Great flavor, not too spicy. Perfect size for me - maybe a hint small for my teenage son. Outdoor covered seating too! Will get back!

Guys. You MUST go to this place. This is hands down the best value lunch in the entire area, bar none. I initially went here because the pictures looked enticing, but they do not do this justice - not even close. The delicate crunch of the bread, the authentic combination of pate and tender, marinated meats with layers upon layers of flavor, combined with the freshest veggies, it truly does not get better than this. Their salads are very good as well, but the bahn mi is truly standout, best of the best. And then with the prices they offer? I might come back here every day. Unfortunately the space is quite cramped and there's a little bit of outdoor seating, but the food is so good, fast, and inexpensive who cares? You won't even sit down before you've finished your sandwich.

Very nice flavor filled Bahn mi sandwiches on a fresh roll. My wife enjoys the rice bowls which offer lots of food for a modest price. Service is pleasant and quick. The small seating area is outdoors so it can be less than pleasant on a cold day. New branch is opening in Danville near Trader Joe’s and SRV High. Hope they include Pho in their menu

Fantastic food! Yummy. Fresh and fantastic for lunch. Swing by and grab something on the go or sit in the cute tables outside. There is only outside seating which can be very windy even if it’s not very windy out so bring a jacket because there are no heaters. But the food is so good it doesn’t matter.

Kibi’s Cafe is an absolute must-visit in Walnut Creek! I had the tofu banh mi, and wow—it was perfection. The tofu was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor. The pickled veggies added the perfect tangy crunch, and the baguette was fresh, airy, and perfectly toasted. Every bite was a perfect balance of textures and flavors! Their menu has plenty of other delicious options, but this sandwich alone is worth the trip. One thing to note—there’s no indoor seating, so it’s more of a grab-and-go spot, though they do have some outdoor tables if you want to eat there. Also, calling ahead to order is a game-changer since they can get busy, and it’ll save you a lot of time waiting. Whether you’re a banh mi lover or just looking for a fantastic meal, Kibi’s Cafe delivers on quality and flavor. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

I was looking for places to eat near the hotel I’m staying at and this placed popped up. I had the lemongrass tofu banh mi and it was tasty. It’s a little bit spicy so it grabbing the Vietnamese ice coffee helps it. Definitely would come back here.

I have had many Banh Mi sandwiches all over the Bay Area and I’m usually happy with most of them, but then I came here on the recommendation of a store nearby and this was THE BEST BAMH MI I’ve ever had! The chicken was made with lemon grass, there was pate, the ratio of bread to sandwich was perfect, I was so blown away and delighted with the sandwich I had to go back inside and praise the ladies for their delicious food.

kibi's Cafe Walnut Creek is located just on the outskirts of the downtown area down the street, and where the old John Muir PT center used to be located. Now it's kind of a desolate business center, but that could certainly be a good thing for parking, as the side where the PT center used to be has nobody there now, though I can't speak for the parkability of those spots without worrying about towing. Nevertheless, kibi does have some spots right next to them. They're kind of in a odd location, at the corner of the front part of the building, but the actual shop front where you order and such is just a small area, where you go in, make your order, and then go outside to wait because there's no space inside. They do have seat behind their shop, which can seat maybe a handful of smaller tables, but at least they have seating, and it is covered from above, but again, weird spot. The menu itself is pretty straight forward. Got banh mis, got some basic spring rolls, and some noodle dishes that includes their grilled meat options. The cost of everything here does seem to be on the cheaper side, especially since it's near Walnut Creek downtown, so a good option to hit up. They even have some lunch specials that are quite comparable where you get a banh mi and a spring roll which is what I got on this visit. The food here was decent. The shrimp spring rolls were good. No complaints, plenty of sauce, and I'm glad it's not filled with mint here as some other places tend to do. The bani mi here was also good, as I got the basic pork banh mi. My main complaint about the banhmi here is that it's tiny. After considering the size of the banhmi I received, and the cost of it, I do feel that it wasn't quite the bang for my buck I had initially imagined when seeing the prices of everything on the menu. The portions of the meats at the very least was good, but again, the size of the banhmi was just so short and small compared to other spots. They also do not use the typically banhmi rolls, and use a different bread, but I don't necessarily hate the bread it comes in, so no big complaints there. Overall, kibi's is a nice spot, especially for those who are in the area, to grab a sandwich and also a spring roll to go, and for a decent cost. While the portion here was just okay, at the very least, the cost makes up for it as it's not expensive, especially when you consider downtown is just down the street, and a banhmi there could cost you 50% more, and you may still be getting the same portion, so not a huge deal in context. I do want to try some of their other sandwiches now, but for heftier eaters, just keep in mind you may need to get two sandwiches to feel full.

What a cute little restaurant tucked into one of the supporting legs of an office building! Kibi's is one of those places that you just get a feeling about, and my instincts were right! I parked to go to another restaurant when I saw Kibi's. I knew (had that feeling) I had to try it! I'm not disappointed! I ordered the Bun salad w/pork and an extra protein side of tofu. The pork and tofu were seasoned oh so perfectly, and they complimented the vermicelli noodles and greens really well! The greens were fresh and crispy and were a delightful melody of mint leaves, lettuce, red cabbage, peanuts and pickled shredded carrots. The combination was tied together by the sweet vinegar dressing that made the salad just short of amazing! Kibi's also serves Vietnamese sandwiches (Bahn mi). The prices are reasonable and the salad serving was generous! It appears to be a family run establishment. The staff was friendly, courteous and efficient. My salad was prepp'd quickly and I was on my way quickly. There's no indoor seating but they have a relatively large outdoor seating area! I was impressed enough to promise myself on my next trip, I'll try the Bahn mi! It's worth the drive if you're in a nearby location!

I was in the area and decided to stop by for lunch. This is a grab and go place you can not eat there. The parking is small but it connects to a larger parking lot. It's literally just a small Kitchen that you go pay and leave. About three people fit inside. There's no tables. The menu is big where you can see it. I ordered a chicken bahmi sandwich. I've had a lot of bahmi sandwiches so i know what to expect. This one the chicken was like in a curry yellow sauce not at all traditional. I personally don't like curry so the sandwich was not good for me. I asked for extra veggies and it didn't have extra. Unfortunately I did not like the yellow chicken but they were very nice.

Dont remember the name of what i got, but this place is alright. Doesn't taste authentic. There was barely any pate in my sandwich or it just wasn't flavorful enough. Definitely need to get the extra pate if you want to taste probably.

Yummy banh mi! We got the grilled pork to go and it was delicious. Great flavors and crispy bread. I would come again!

Food: the Bánh Mì sandwiches from this place are legit. I loved the crunchy exterior on the French baguette roll, which looked almost overbaked at first, but after taking a first bite it was just perfect and soft on the inside. I opted for the most classic #1: Thịt nguội đặc biệt (Cold Cut). It came with pork-hams, shredded chicken, aioli, pâté, julienned daikon and carrot pickle, cucumber, cilantro and jalapeño. This sandwich was so balanced - you got the carbs in the form of the baguette, you got the protein from all the cold cuts which are super savory, the pickled veggies added some freshness, the aioli added some fat, and finally the jalapeño added some kick to each bite. I would get this again for sure. $8 as of July 2024. Service: service was quick, but it wasn't clear to me after an order was placed whether I should stay inside the store, which was super duper tiny, or I should go outside and head to the "pick up" area. We ended up not getting our sandwiches until I had to go to them and ask. But other than that, it was fine. Ambiance: the store inside was super small so you could only use that for placing your order, but to dine in they offered an outside sitting area, which is completely shaded (perfect for a hot summer day).

4.75 stars. Their sandwiches are AWESOME. So fresh and flavorful, high quality ingredients for an affordable price (be sure to add extra jalapeno for the perfect amount of kick). The pro move here is to get a combo, their sandwich and shrimp roll pairing is out of this world. Big big fan of kibi's!

Absolutely delicious Banh Mi sandwiches here. Even better leftover when the flavors absorb into the bread lol. Came here for a quick lunch and were so impressed by the variety of flavors and freshness. Service was quick and friendly. There is no indoor seating that I could see. There is plenty of seating outdoors though. Prices were decent for today.

Good Vietnamese tea the momma was making paper rice rolls that I will definitely be back to try. Very nice little family.

I really enjoyed the banh mi #3 w/chicken! Very high quality ingredients and the portion size to me was great. I will definitely return when I'm in the Walnut Creek area. And I will try the Orinda location for its Pho.

The skinny: Sandwich quality is very high Decent price in Summer of '24 The lengthy: We (2 adults) had to wait for our car to finish up at the nearby America's Tire. We went for a short walk and were tired and hungry. I remembered getting food from Kibi's before. It is a booth connected to a large business building- very unique place. The ladies running the shop are very nice and they get food out very fast - sub 10 minutes for two sandwiches. No indoor seating, but a really nice shaded patio, surrounded by some bushes for privacy. We kept it simple and ordered 2 Grilled Pork Banh Mi: small, about the size of a soda can but they were dense; the bread was super crunchy, the meat was generous and flavorful; the pate, butter, pickled veggies, and jalapeño added the right balance of umami, salty, sweet, sour, and spicy. Maybe a bit too spicy for me, but the backup cashews and pistachios in my bag saved my tongue. These might be the best banh mi in the area, if you are aiming for quality over quantity. Also, decently priced in this economy: two sandwiches for right under $20, tax included. If I am in the area, I will likely be back!

This café is an absolute gem! If you're a fan of Banh Mi sandwiches, this place should be at the top of your list. Their Banh Mi is hands down one of the best I've ever had--perfectly balanced flavors, fresh ingredients, and the bread is just the right amount of crispy. Ordering is a breeze, and the service is fantastic. The ladies who work here are super nice, making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Plus, it's incredibly affordable, which is rare for food this good. And don't even get me started on the Vietnamese coffee--it's phenomenal! Rich, smooth, and exactly what you need to start your day. Easy to get in and out, delicious food, and amazing coffee--this café has it all. I can't recommend it enough!

Without a doubt, the best Vietnamese iced coffee in the area - the coffee is so rich and concentrated without being overly bitter, with a cool refreshing sweetness that is perfectly balanced. Perfect for those hot Walnut Creek days! The restaurant is mostly counter service, though they have a few seats out back (in the shade) and online ordering is easy as can be. Despite all the staff furiously working to prepare orders, they are still kind and welcoming when you stop in - a rarity these days in fast casual restaurants. In addition to the amazing iced coffee, the spring rolls are top notch - they must've been made fresh because he rice wrapper is not all dried out or disintegrating where it was in contact with veggies, and all the veggies and herbs are super crisp and fresh as well. Their bahn mi are also amazing - cold cuts with extra jalapeños! Just do it! Bread has a nice thin crisp, but not the kind that destroys the roof of your mouth, and the interior is warm and pillowy. They're not shy with the fillings - the bread to filling ratio is among the lowest of bahn mi I've ever had. If you're craving some simple, but deliciously fresh Vietnamese food, look no further and get yourself to kibi's ASAP!

Delicious, fresh spring rolls! I can't comment on their banh mi or the rest of the menu, since I was craving spring rolls and spring rolls only, but I was very satisfied with my spring rolls. Each order of spring rolls comes with either 3 or 5 rolls, and your choice of either fish sauce or peanut sauce. I tried 3 of the lemongrass tofu spring rolls and 3 of their shrimp spring rolls, and was able to try both the fish sauce and the peanut sauce. Their menu is catered towards fresh, healthy, Vietnamese eats so they offer a variety of vegetarian/vegan/plant-based options. In addition to shrimp and tofu, they also spring rolls with chicken, mixed tofu, and avocado. Can't wait to try their Bun/noodle salads next time! This location is a bit hidden. The door doesn't face the street and their shop is attached to what looks like an office building. The interior is very small and only has enough room for maybe a few people max at a time. This location seems best for take-out as there is little seating -- maybe 1-2 small tables outside for a quick meal? Not meant for more formal, sit-down dining. Service was efficient. I placed my order online so I just went right inside and picked up my order. Can't comment on the manner of the staff but they seemed friendly!

Truly the best Banh Mi sandwich I have ever had. I'm a super fan of this sandwich and I've eaten many all over the Bay Area, the grilled chicken sandwich I had will be the new golden standard which I'll measure all other Banh Mi sandwiches. Also friendly service is always appreciated.

I love how they pack the sandwich. The veggie and meat is equal in every bite versus just putting it on top. Inside is clean, food is consistently good and the bahn mi isn't messy when eating!

Came her during lunch with the boo to grab a bite. It's tucked away, but has a small outdoor covered patio with a few tables to eat. You order inside and wait in the patio area until your number gets called. Lunch time gets pretty busy, so you may need to wait unless you've ordered takeout. Three lovely workers behind the counter are quickly fulfilling orders so please be patient! We ordered the combo, which comes with a 4" banh mi (got the cold cut) and 3 shrimp spring rolls as well as the chicken banh mi. The chicken banh mi was delicious; the chicken was flavorful with slight curry spice. The shrimp spring rolls were also decent, strong in mint flavor, which added a dimension of fresh herb-ness. The cold cut banh mi is always my go-to, and in this sandwich was pretty good in terms of filling to bread ratio. However my only gripe is that the bun was overly toasted and too crunchy. May be a problem with the smaller 4" sandwiches as the regular banh mi had softer bread. Overall a great find for a quality lunch!

I added Kibi's to my Contacts - on my phone - that's how often I order. Not every week, but enough to have their number saved for the sake of convenience. Their bahn mi's are amazing. I've tried every filling; grilled pork is my favorite. And I don't know where they get their bread, but it's heavenly - its got that crunchy/soft combo, when bread is super fresh. Love you, Kibi's!

Kibi's Cafe is a bánh mì shop located in the Atrium, across the street from the old DMV office. I had this place bookmarked long ago. Finally got a chance to try them out when my friend M and I came here for lunch on 02/08/2023. We walked in at noon and the staff was busy putting orders together, presumably most were from their online ordering system since there were only a couple customers waiting for their food. The interior was tiny with no seating. There were a couple small tables on the sidewalk outside. We ordered two grilled pork bánh mìs, a 3-pc order of shrimp summer rolls, a Vietnamese coffee, and a can of soda. The total was just a bit over $31 with tax. We got our food in about 15 minutes. Portion wise, the sandwiches and summer rolls were noticeably smaller than most places I have been to. Taste wise, they were absolutely delicious. Every bite was packed with freshness and taste. The grilled pork in the bánh mì was wonderfully marinated, and the taste of lime really stood out. Produce used was fresh and crisp. For the Vietnamese coffee, it was about 1/4 cup of coffee and 3/4 cup of ice (I watched the preparation). Not worth it in my opinion. Overall, Kibi's is a nice place to grab freshly made bánh mìs and summer rolls. Price point here is a bit high, but you will definitely get quality food. I will return. 4 stars. They have added a lemongrass tofu banh mi! Still the best banh mi I have ever had. I have to give my appreciation to the owners. They do such an amazing job crafting these sandwiches. It's not easy to nail every component. But, they have nailed it! The bread- perfectly toasted! Has a nice crunch and soft inside. I have been to so many places where they don't even toast the banh mi bread, which makes it too soft and chewy. Toasting the bread makes a huge difference. The veggies- they are dipped in some magical sauce that is delicious! This is probably what makes their sandwiches so good. The sauce is addicting and savory. They also nailed the proportions. Just a little bit of jalapeño, not too much! The carrots, daikon, and cilantro were just the right amount. I have had several banh mis that become overpowered by too many jalapeños. Lemongrass Tofu- perfect amount, and cooked well!

On our first visit, I would have rated kibi's a 4. My pork roll and the honey's bánh mì were tasty. The service was a little confused (mixed our food up with someone else's) but overall it was a nice lunch. The second visit cinched that we wouldn't be back. I ordered the pork rolls again and when we got them back to the house we discovered it wasn't pork, it was chicken, definitely not what I ordered. I decide to just to make the best of it and although I don't love the taste it's when I'm eating it that I encounter the bigger problem - bone. There's a rather large chicken bone in my food - yikes. That's an absolute no-go for me. At the end of the day if I can't trust I'll get what I ordered and I have to worry that it will contain bones, I'm just not interested. So we won't be back.

Honestly I read reviews about this place and I was skeptical. In my experience, the more hole in the wall the location, the better the banh mi. Not the case here!! I was so pleasantly surprised that after I finished my first sandwich I ordered another for later. I've been back two more times this past week. Excellent banh mi and other Vietnamese dishes in a totally unexpected location. Parking has always been easy for me, and there's a cute little basic outdoor area if you want to stick around and eat. Food is fresh and pretty fast coming out of the kitchen. Workers are super friendly and helpful. Bathrooms available in the office building.

By far one of the best banh mi places in all of East Bay, closely challenging Spicy Joi in Concord (ironically Joi is not strictly Vietnamese either). The bread is consistently fresh, the veggies and meats and pate fresh, and the taste is unbeatable compared to local alternatives outside of Little Saigon in either San Jose or Sacramento!

If it wasn't for Yelp, I wouldn't have known about kibi's cafe! A small, takeout only restaurant, this is located in a larger business building. Driving by, you wouldn't even know it's there! There's lots of parking and since it's mostly takeout, they only have some tables outside. They offer banh mi's, summer rolls, and noodle salads, Vietnamese coffee, and Thai tea. Went with the grilled chicken noodle salad and really enjoyed it! Loved the flavor of the chicken and the noodles and veggies tasted really fresh. The broth/sauce tied it all together for a filling and healthy meal. I also had the Vietnamese iced coffee and had no complaints! A great spot for a quick casual lunch if you're in the area!

Our 1st experience was really satisfying & a great impression was made w/ a vegetarian Bahn mi sandwich. We just ordered online for a 2nd go at the menu and again the experience was great. We had another sandwich along w/ their spring rolls which by the way were exceptional. I had a Thai iced tea to wash it with & the meal was extremely satisfying. Quality was excellent & service top notch. It's a great place to get a quick quality meal to go. Being a small operation there isn't much of a sit & eat situation & nothing formal available to sit so "to go" is the rule.

Kibi is a great cafe and I love their bahn mi it tastes very comforting. However my partner and I both got food poisoning after eating their spring roll and grilled chicken bahn mi. This hasn't happened before, but unfortunately we will not be coming back. It's worrisome how the actual food hygiene might be.

Such a hidden gem, and one of the best banh mis I've ever had! Kibi's is located in a larger business complex, and is pretty small but with a large outdoor seating area. Their prices are pretty good compared to most of the local Viet food spots around here, and they have great options for spring rolls, banh mis, and vermicelli bowls. The lady who took our order was very patient with us (we were so indecisive) and so kind. They go above and beyond with the amount of meat in their banh mis! Such a good portion size. This is some of the best five spice meat I've had, it was juicy and flavorful, not too fatty. The rest of the sandwich was loaded up with fresh and pickled veggies. The bread blew me away, it was crispy on the outside but oh so soft on the inside, and flavorful in itself. Will definitely be coming back!!!

The bread...the bread!!! Fluffy in the inside, nice and chewy and crispy on the outside. We found our new place to go for banh mi! I got their special for $12.50, which came with a 4 inch bahn mi and 3 spring rolls+peanut sauce, and it was delicious and the perfect amount. One thing to note is that the grilled chicken and grilled pork aren't actually grilled - seemed more like it may have been stir fried.

Seemingly this spot has been around for awhile? It's a hole-in-the-wall counter with some outside tables outside of this sort of Atrium style mall, aptly named the Atrium. It's super casual, everything is to go boxes, and even if you want some hot sauce/sriracha, it's in the small to-go packets. We both went with the rice noodle plate with chicken and the summer roll with shrimp. It was solid. The rice noodle plate had plenty of chicken, although, I wouldn't say it was super flavorful. The summer rolls were Fresh with a capital F, you could taste the mint and the crunch of the lettuce. The $8 banh mi's looked fantastic, so maybe next time. Overall, a quick, fairly inexpensive option for a casual lunch.

I just returned from two weeks in Vietnam and tried 4 different recommended places for banh mi. Nothing could compare to kibis pork banh mi. They put more vegetables on their sandwich which adds so many different flavors to enhance the pork. Sliced jalapeño,cucumber, shredded carrot and cilantro and mint. Served warm on a crunchy French roll. Just describing it makes me hungry for one

Absolutely delicious, fresh, healthy food with tons of vegetarian options. Very reasonable prices, and the coffee was strong and delicious! Quick service as well. The store itself is small (just a counter to order) but there is plenty of seating outside. 10/10, plan on coming by every time I have a work shift in Walnut Creek!

If you want a quick bite to eat this is one of my go tos for bahn mi sandwiches. It is located by an office building and there is plenty of parking. The only con is that it always seems to smell weird around the restaurant but good thing it isnt inside. There is no indoor seating but plenty of tables outside. Quick service and they have a good variety of sandwiches to choose from. My favorite is the spicy pork sandwich. I also sometimes get a thai iced tea that can be a little too sweet but still delicious.

WOW! Wish I had taken more pictures. This place is a hidden gem. Tucked inside the Atrium at Broadway is this shop. I placed an online order to make it easier to pick up and go. The easiest, well thought out and organized system IMO. There was even an area for notes and check boxes for options. My order was made perfectly! Banh mi - (2) #2 grilled pork, (1) #3 lemongrass chicken (no jalapeño, no pate), (1) #2 grilled pork, veggies on the side, (2) cafe Sua da and (1) shrimp spring roll. My lemongrass chicken banh mi was eaten hours later after pick up and tasted oh sooo good. The bread was a bit crunchy on the outside and soft inside that soaked up the juices. It was filled nicely with meat and veggies. Each bite was perfect. My husband ate his #2 veggies on the side for lunch today (food was bought yesterday) He toasted the bare sandwich for a few minutes in the toaster over, added the veggies and BAM!! It tasted just as good as if it was just made. Cafe Sua da was nice and strong. Had to add a splash of half and half just to make it a bit creamier (that's the way I like it.) Shrimp spring roll with peanut butter sauce IF you're in the area and want banh mi, this is the place to go! I will definitely be going back!

Clearly marked vegan options, what a rare wonderful thing! We ordered online for pick up. Service was quick, staff was friendly, and the food was WONDERFUL! My pictures really don't do it justice, the lemon pepper tofu is SO good! All the vegetables tasted fresh and crisp and the fresh herbs make it! The bread was phenomenal too! Can't wait to come back and try their other items.

We ordered two banh mi (1 $ 2), vermicelli salad with grilled pork, and the shrimp rolls to go. Our order was ready in about 15 min, vs the 25 estimated time. Walked in and the place is small but welcoming, with tables outside. Friendly greeting by the staff. Got the food home and everything was fresh and good. Nice sized serving of meats in our banh Mi and the salad. I'd prefer a little more marinade on the grilled pork, but it was good. Fresh shrimp rolls were on the smaller side but flavorful.

This review is focused on a pickup order. The place is great to "grab and go". There is a parking lot for the building and around 6pm on a Tuesday there was plenty of parking. We ordered #2 (grilled pork banh mi), #4 (5-spice pork banh mi), #11 (shrimp spring rolls), and #21 (grilled pork noodle salad). Everything was delicious!

This banh mi was one of the best I've ever had! I came here for lunch, and our food came out so quick even though it was pretty busy. The location is tucked into an office building area, which may seem odd, but it worked so well. It's take-out only inside, but there's an outdoor seating area right next to the cafe that is so cute and clean. Your order number is called out when it's ready and it's handed to you through a window! The inside of the cafe was small, but had a great aesthetic and I loved how you can see the food being made. I ordered the five-spice pork banh mi, which was absolutely delicious. The bread was perfectly crunchy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside, and was still warm. They didn't hold back on the pork (check the pictures!) and the flavor was incredible. The five-spice made the pork taste more Chinese than Vietnamese but it was still delicious. There were plenty of vegetables as well in it. The employee at the counter was also very nice and helped me decide what to get. She was very patient and didn't mind me jumping back and forth between menu options lol. The free water inside is a bonus as well. Overall, 10/10 experience and I would totally recommend it for anyone in need of a quick but delicious meal.

Kibis cafe is a new little lunch spot located in Walnut Creek that serves up 3 main Vietnamese dishes : banh mi, spring rolls, and vermicelli ! They specialize in to go orders, so don't expect room to sit in . Their menu is simple and straight forward. I really like how you can add avocado to your means, it's a total game changer! Everything tasted ok , not amazing but they do have vegan options which is nice . I did feel like their coffee didn't taste authentic , more like a sweet Folgers coffee. Overall 3 stars ! Not bad, not great .

Amazing vegan bahn mi!! Try the Bahn Mi number 6 - ask for extra cilantro. Reminds of Little Window by Bicycle Bahn Mi from SF, but with more stuff!

Somebody came in and wanted a special and they said that one you have to order on the website and they wouldn't make it for them, to their disappointment. Otherwise friendly service but a bit slow. I had the Pork Bánh Mì sandwich and found it rather bland in spices and flavors. Still looking for a place for that is as good as I remember it can be .

Wow, really good. I got #2, grilled pork banh mi. Slightly non-traditional bread. One of the best I've ever had.

I have visited Vietnam many times and this food reminds me of all the time I've spent there. I stopped by on a whim while passing through town and was honestly not expecting it to be so good. I'm picky about Vietnamese food and only like the most authentic, fresh versions I can find, which sadly aren't widely available. Kibi's totally came through for me and gave me exactly the flavors and quality I was hoping for. So far I've only tried the lemongrass tofu bun (noodle salad) and the hot Vietnamese coffee, and both exceeded my expectations. I will be back! The coffee is more like American-sized, but since this place is mostly take-out, I suppose a traditional, small single-serve Vietnamese filter coffee wouldn't work with this set up (though I'd still love to find that!) There is only outdoor seating, which I didn't realize when I visited on a cold day. There are a few parking spots right outside within the plaza, but they are tiny. My small car barely fit in the parking spot.

If it weren't for a work rep, I probably would never had heard of kibi's. I've had their shrimp spring rolls and tofu banh mi. Both were good but if I had to pick, the rolls would win hands down. The peanut sauce that comes with the rolls is to die for! Kibi's is this rep's go to spot so I (and hopefully my coworkers and boss) look forward to our next meal! I may have to pay a visit to try more items. Can't comment on the service but hopefully it's as good as the food.

Kibi's has delicious food. I love the vegan items like the #6 sandwich. The salads are good, too. The only negative is no recycling bin. Otherwise, Kibi's is delicious.

When I'm looking for something healthy but still tasty, this place always has my back. It's a super tiny spot tucked away from all the other shops in downtown. There's some seating space outside, perfect for relaxing over a quick and casual bite. My go-to order is the chicken noodle salad with extra veggies and extra fish sauce. The chicken is well seasoned and the overall meal - fresh, salty, sweet and affordable. I'm not a big fan of healthy food, but this place makes eating my veggies easier. Overall, I give them a 7.8/10.
