CircuitKick is officially a must-keep on my weekly schedule! I’m so happy it’s back. Yoshiko is the best at motivating everyone while also helping you maintain correct form throughout the workout. This class not only builds muscle, but also confidence with weight-lifting exercises. It’s the perfect balance alongside regular HIT classes. Highly recommend!

I started about 2 months ago. Initially wasn't a full member, only taking 1 class a week but I thoroughly enjoyed it and became a full member less than a month later. The instructors are all awesome, very welcoming. They truly want you to succeed on your fitness journey and just overall want you to feel right at home. Their positive attitude is contagious and makes you want to commit to your goals. They offer different types of classes from heavy bag work to resistance bands and yoga. The studio itself is decently sized and very clean and well managed. Combining this with my other HIIT exercises at my other gym I have seen results while also enjoying the journey.

I've been coming to Kickhouse since May 2025.. Best decision I've made. I love all the coach's, they're very motivating and encouraging.. KickHouse is its own community and family & you'll never feel out of place!

I have belonged to multiple gyms for many years mostly for improving my mental and physical health, and had to force myself to go eventually dropping off. Since joining KickHouse at Chantilly, I look forward to showing up. I love all the different classes they offer and not only do they fit my busy schedule, but they’re motivating and challenging. The staff is fantastic, professional and very welcoming. They are consistently encouraging us to do our personal best. The members are very friendly, helpful and supportive. I truly enjoy being part of this community; every day I feel stronger, healthier and happier. Thank you to all the amazing staff members for your hard work, support and encouragement.

I love kickhouse! Been with them for a little over 3 years now and the whole staff is amazing and so supportive! If you ever were scared to start kickboxing, this is the place to be! 100% recommend!

I love KickHouse! Every class leaves me feeling stronger and more confident. The instructors are super friendly and always so encouraging — they really make you feel welcome no matter your fitness level. I love this place! As someone who gets bored easily with workout routines I look forward to coming to class. There's a lot of new things to learn and different types of classes to take. It's challenging, but very fun ❤️

I love this place, the people, and the work out! I started attending classes in November. At first it was a lot to process, but all of the coaches are supportive and kind. They made modifications and continue to help me get back in shape. My favorite four things about this gym are: 1) the people (staff and community) 2) small classes (not intimidating) 3) the cleanliness 4) the count down clock. Knowing the flow of each class and how much longer I need to work keeps me motivated. I can’t wait for my next session.

Joining Kickhouse was the best decision I could've made for my life. Kickhouse is not just a gym and a means to get an intense workout done, it is an entire community. The instructors at Kickhouse in Chantilly truly care about their members. They have a variety of classes to choose from and they also offer personal training. They also have a great selection of timings for their classes, so whether you're a morning person or an evening person, you will always have plenty of choices to choose from. Every month is a new theme complete with member outings and different challenges. You will not regret being a member of Kickhouse, Chantilly. You will be treated like family and you will always feel challenged during every workout and accomplished afterwards!

Started off with the six week challenge last year and never left (well technically I moved cross country and had to cancel but they were always in my heart ). The minute I I had my my flights booked for back home I called and reinstated my membership. You won't find a community like this anywhere else - and the trainers are phenomenal. I was able to maintain my weight loss outside of the gym because what you learn during the challenge & in the classes all has to do with consistency and effort. Show up and you're halfway there! Everything is customizable - I am horrible at following directions & paying attention - & yet I still get a great workout each time I'm there because I can amend whatever is being instructed to fit my capabilities. The coaches will help you & so will others around you! I've loved bringing friends here & making new friends on the mat. I've taken personal training sessions from both Morgan & Matt and honestly they're the best. I am super psyched to start them again this year now that I'm back. If you are looking for a super addicting high intensity workout, this is the place for you! I have always had a hard time committing to a workout routine, but one class at kickHouse and I was HOOKED! They offer great beginner classes to get you acquainted and several options thereafter to expand on different techniques and focuses. I signed up for the 6 week challenge in 2020 just before COVID shut everything down. I was nervous because I had finally started to get into a good fitness routine after falling off the wagon for so long, but despite the shut down, KickHouse continued supporting me offering virtual support through live classes, fun virtual events, one on one accountability, and even outdoor classes! They went above and beyond to offer options and at the time I wasn't even a paid member! This just proved how committed they are to their members and future members. To this day KickHouse is still one of my favorite places to be. I love the workout and I love the community. I highly recommend giving KickHouse a try!

Welp. What a terrible experience. Expressed interest in a free challenge they offered: then insane amount of calls and texts and build up to the appt: to drive in, sit down, fill out paperwork and find out I am not eligible. the staff was not professional, and felt I came in for nothing; all this information should have been presented to me prior to me coming in to determine if it made sense for me to come in. Zero starts if I could. Having had super positive experience with kickboxing in another state this was so awful.....

In 2020, I wanted to make a change for myself. I started off with the 6 week challenge and I've been hooked ever since. This place has challenged me physically and mentally every time I'm on the mat. Everyone who comes in becomes family and the energy is always vibing. If you're looking for a kickboxing place that'll give you the sense of community and a great workout, Kickhouse is perfect for you!

Kickhouse is my home away from home for sure. I found the studio during a really rough patch in my personal life, and it's made a huge difference. Loosing weight, gaining muscle, building endurance, and overall just changing my outlook on fitness and my own personal health. The classes are challenging but the coaches are always there to lend a helping hand with adjustments or modifications. I'd definitely recommend taking a classic kick with Morgan, her playlists are always killer and she's insanely energetic. The powerkicks with Matt are another one of my favorites, he knows how to challenge the class and leave you feeling accomplished. Also the music is ace. I've also done personal training at kickhouse which I highly recommend if the classes alone aren't enough for you and you have specific areas to work on. Love this place and the lil family I've gotten with it!

I recently joined the Kickhouse family, and it's been a great experience. Everyone is so supportive and welcoming, and it makes for a great workout. Each class is different and taught by varied instructors who know how to make you sweat. Not only is it a gym, but it's a place to go to after a long day.
