I purchased a $260 gift card as a gift several months back. When attempting to redeem the card the system does not accept the code. Not ideal but, hey, stuff happens like this.
The real problem though is that I've been trying to contact Kickstand for a month and have received no support. Even more fun: at least one of the emails on their contact page bounces. :)
It is incredibly frustrating to spend this sort of money and receive no help in attempting to use the services that were paid for. Now I'm forced to write a public review which hopefully jolts Kickstand into providing customer support. Because it seems, today more than ever, that companies only care if they're publicly called out.
So, hi Kickstand! Some customer support would be greatly appreciated and I hope that you can understand my frustration.
