Came here after a hike, hankering for a classic burger and this place delivered. The fries were nice and crispy and the burger had all the classic fixings. I like that their patties have a little char to it as well. I was especially blown away by the onion rings which managed a nice crispy breading and zero onion slippage. The staff was very friendly and efficient. However, I'm docking a star for the location and because the restaurant was a bit dirty. The trash was full to the brim and we were harassed by locals eating outside as we went back to our car. I wouldn't have felt safe eating here alone, especially as a woman. Small parking lot outside and we easily got a spot for lunch on a Sunday. But again, I'd advise to check out another location or do drive-thru.

I used to enjoy coming here usually about three times a month. Me and my children love their food and shakes. The last handful times we have come the parking lot is full in front and back by the ordering microphone with transient’s, people dealing drugs, prostitution, openly using drugs and approaching cars now they close at 5pm instead of nine or ten like the other kid valleys. This has gone on for a long time and have voiced my concerns to employees about the illegal activities that have been going on in the parking lot. This just falls upon deaf ears. Customers should not have to deal with this nonsense. I know the Seattle Police are worthless and have been for years about taking care of these problems but surely there is something that can be done. Private security? Or something. I will no longer come here I will take the time to drive to other Kidd valleys where there is pride of ownership and a strong drive and commitment to providing a good environment and experience for there customers. Don’t bother responding that you do strive for this obviously you don’t. I give it less than a year before they close.

Google
Great burger. Very colorful neighborhood. Sat, ate and people watched. Guys on the corner smoking stuff off foil, open air drug deals and prostitutes. Somebody put a printer or something like that under my car, so kinda ran it over when I was backing out of my parking spot. Good times, good food.

Google
Oh my goodness, they have the best Hawaiian burger I've ever tasted. Each time we go I try a different burger, they're all good. But I'm a repeat with the Hawaiian burger. Sorry I didn't take pictures.

Google
Ordered food for delivery and the order was completely wrong. Ordered a double cheese with bacon, minus the cheese, and received a single w/cheese. Ordered a side of onion rings w/2 tartar never arrived. Never have a order this messed up. If it wasn't for me being a diabetic and staking my insulin accordingly. I wouldn't leave a review. I won't be getting food from here again

Google
I hadn’t visited this Kidd Valley for probably a decade, so I was feeling a bit nostalgic when I visited on a Monday night. They make it easy to order online for pickup and the order was done within the timeline they quoted. I ordered the mushroom burger with a sampler of the onion rings and deep fried mushrooms. I enjoyed everything I had. The burger patty was nicely charred with a healthy amount of mushrooms and swiss on top. The onion rings were just like I remembered with the same breading and mellow onion taste. Finally, the fried mushrooms were not something I remember having at Kidd Valley, but they were nicely fried and easy to eat too many of because of their small size and good flavor. One last thing was that the two young people working there were very friendly and made for a good experience overall. Next time I go, I’ll have to get a milkshake.

Google
We get take out via the drive through. Sometimes it's fast and sometimes it can take like 15 minutes or so. It's worth it because the food is amazing and the shakes are yummy 😋

Google
Great place for a quick fat fried meal, the milkshake is really thick and flavorful, the onion ring is awesome, burger is great as well. Somehow they don’t have napkins at table which I don’t like, but in general it’s great.

Yelp
We generally only go to this particular Kidd Valley when we are in the area, and then we just drive through. However, when we were there a few days ago, we decided to eat in the car; that was a bit of a mistake. There were, how shall I put it... Quite a lot of sketchy people coming and going during the short time we were eating in the car. Enough that I truly did not feel safe. That said, the food was as good as ever. The burgers had obviously been cooked to order, so hot that I had to wait a minute or two before I could even pick mine up. I got a shake, which was great as always. However, my husband got the "garlic fries", which were really lackluster. Basically just their regular french fries, with a whole bunch of minced garlic (like you'd get in a jar) thrown on top and mixed in slightly. Which really doesn't make the fries taste all that much like garlic. What you're actually tasting is the garlic! So we won't be ordering those again. Got to say, though, their fries are really good just as they are. They have some of the skin on them, which is what both my husband and I like. By the way, although we usually go to the location by Green Lake, I'm sure other food items are similarly good at this one and so I suggest you try their fish and chips! They are really delicious, and less costly than at so many other restaurants these days. In any case, the food is consistently good, at either location!

Yelp
Felt unsafe going to eat with my grandfather Saturday August 2nd. Lot's of homeless loitering outside 5ft from the building. Service was long and the eating area was unclean. Prices really bad. Bathroom out of service due to someone "breaking it". I feel sorry for the employees who have to go to work every day dealing with this situation. What a way to ruin my nostalgia.

Yelp
I love the burgers. I love the shakes. In fact, they have some of the best shakes in Seattle. The problem is the parking lot. To be honest, there are just so many sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot that it's very stressful even going through the drive-through. When I order from Kidd Valley in the future I will probably use Postmates or DoorDash because I just refuse to put myself in a position of being stuck in a drive-through line where I can't get away if one of the people in the parking lot decide to kick off!

Yelp
DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY From door dash My door dash driver didnt knock and let them know I was here and there is no tracker for your order was lucky my mom checked the door before the neighbors dog ate it sitting out on the sidewalk also there was no tarter sauce included and is not listed on the menu clearly at all took over an hour to find it on their menu

Yelp
I waited in the drive thru and no one helped me so I went to the window and totally ignored.

Yelp
I have heard this restaurant is best known for their shakes, but I got a burger from the drive-through today, and was very disappointed. They had fresh tomato slices and sliced lettuce and pickles on the quarter pound burger, but I cannot believe that I paid $7.50 before tax - it did not taste any different from $4-6 at Wendy's or McDonald's. I do not plan on going back to Kidd Valley.

Paula L.

Yelp
Breakfast today was their five star Big Breakfast Sandwich, which is always a winner, and the Breakfast Burrito with bacon. Both were delicious as usual. Should not have taken a bite of my husband's sandwich. After that my burrito felt less delicious. Their Chicken Sandwich is great as well and onion rings are always yummy and crispy. We love this place.

Yelp
Bomb burgers! Garlic fries are good! Sweet potato fries are fire! Haven't tried the milkshakes but hear they're awesome! Warning...your gym workout just went to $hit. Go workout some more!

Yelp
I love Kidd Valley's burgers, fish, and deep fried mushrooms. They are a little slow with each order because it's all "made to order". Everything can be customized the way you like it. The meat tastes like quality food, and everything is prepared well. The customer service is good. I only had one time coming here where the young man taking orders was a little bit annoyed by something and was not giving the best quality service that he could. But besides that particular incident I've always enjoyed the food and the customer service. Kidd Valley is a staple restaurant in the community. Been around since the mid '70's. The store on Aurora Ave could use a bit sprucing up but all things considered it is clean enough.

Yelp
I have been to Kidd Valley's a few times. I do not understand some of the poor reviews. They have have excellent burgers and onion rings. This time I had the Philly Cheesesteak. This was OK. The beef was OK, but not up to the quality of the burgers. The onion rings were excellent as always. We also got an order of the garlic fries. These are a standout at Kidd Valley and something everyone needs to try.

Keith M.

Yelp
I got a double cheeseburger and onion rings last night after waiting almost 20 minutes in the drive thru... When I got home I discovered that both my burger and my onion rings were very over cooked almost burned?!? Both the burger patty and onion rings tasted dry and were not pleasant to eat... I actually live in the neighborhood and come to this Kidd Valley fairly often... I think however with the high prices lackluster service and poor food quality I don't think I will be going to Kidd Valley too often going forward. I always wonder if restaurants realize how much business they lose if they don't consistently put out a good product or worry about the customer experience. A regular customer like myself can decide to go elsewhere...

Yelp
Still the best cheeseburger place around--not mass produced, not commercial, but like at your family's beach-side barbeque. Like, better than homemade, hence the price--$9.50 for a bacon double cheeseburger, which is practically two meals. Fries are priced $1.00 less than burger king ($2.49 vs. $3.49). Not to mention, only one of two local places with twelve flavors of shakes and the only place I know of besides Burgermaster to get a root beer shake. About $12-$18 per person, but WORTH IT. When you go to this location, do not be in a hurry. If you use the drive thru, you will have intermittent sessions where you will have to shut your car off. Advance one square, kill the engine. And so forth, until you get to the window. But like I said, it's WORTH IT.

Yelp
Food rocks here! Have always enjoyed it some of the best burgers in the area! Hands down!

Yelp
I have come to Kidd Valley at various locations for a few decades. While I was living in California attending school my parents and I agreed to go to Kidd Valley when I returned to Seattle/Shoreline. Today my parents and I went for a celebratory dinner in honor of my being back home for 6 months. It was a perfect meal! I ordered onion rings and a bacon cheeseburger with a gluten-free bun. Both were delicious! The onion rings tasted even better than I remember. Beware though, they are large and you get your money's worth in quantity and quality of onion rings :). The bacon cheeseburger had the right balance of meat, bacon, cheese, toppings, and bun. Sometimes gluten-free buns are too bready or have a sweet flavor, this one did not. It tasted like a hamburger bun, hurrah! My parents also got some sweet potato fries and shakes which they let me try some of. The Boysenberry shake was thick and had lots of berry flavor, the Rootbeer shake was sweet and a little thinner but still thick. The sweet potato fries were great, excellent crunch/crispiness and flavor. Currently, during the COVID-19 outbreak, Kidd Valley is offering take-out (which you order ahead online and go pick-up) and delivery (thru Uber and Doordash) or you can order through their drive-thru. We tried ordering online, but had to call after we noticed a few of the menu items (the Firehouse Club and Sweet Potato Fries) were not on the online ordering form. Over the phone they said to enter you wanted that item as a note under a different item, for example enter that you want the Firehouse Club instead of the Chicken Club in the instructions box when adding the Chicken Club to your order online. We also had a coupon to use which we couldn't figure out how to enter online so we ended up going through the Drive-thru since we had planned on picking the food up anyway. Ordering was simple and straightforward in the drive-thru and we waited a total of 11 minutes from ordering to fulfilling of our order. One of the perks of taking our food home to eat was that the smell of the onion rings filled the car and we sampled the shakes on the way home. My meal of onion rings and a bacon cheeseburger, all of which I ate in one sitting, was filling but not overly filling. I enjoyed every bite!

Yelp
Burgers are consistently good and the service is relatively quick. I stop here for lunch when I don't have a lot of time.

Yelp
I'm a Seattle native and I've been eating at KV since I was a kid. Always a solid burger and fries. Nice to know it's always made fresh. The fries are always piping hot, which I love! Certainly superior to all the fast food joints in my view. I've had the bacon cheeseburger and double cheeseburger. I'll have to come back and try more of the menu. Give them a shot if you haven't yet!

Yelp
Been craving fish and chips so tried them here. They were hot and fresh with plenty of tarter sauce served on the side. As with everything the price was high, but that's a sign of the times . The help was very good and seemed over worked but still did a nice job. The dining area had an unusually high number of seats for disabled seating, wasn't sure why .. maybe they have a lot of customers with that need. I ate inside and it was ok cleanliness wise. For a place more focused on burgers it was a nice experience.

Yelp
Horrible location. Fantastic staff. Zero tolerance for bullshit at this establishment. Three stars

Yelp
UPDATE: The Mgnt to reached out to me and has been very responsive. Full disclosure they gave me a $20.00 gift card which I truly appreciated. I've been back 4-5 times and EVERYONE in my view was wearing a mask and gloves. Made the decision not to return to this joint. It's May 15th and the dudeI working the window had no gloves and no mask UNACCEPTABLE during a pandemic. I was tempted as hell to throw food out except I was home. Washed my hands, keys and wiped credit card down. Also, removed food from containers immediately. Come on ... Expect more during these times

Yelp
Just had an awesome bacon cheese burger! Hot, fresh, juicy, and DELICIOUS The staff were very prompt and friendly. The ambiance was neither here nor there but it is on Aurora ave.N and that will reflect the type people milling around. You can always use the drive through!! We did not encounter anything negative. We would definitely recommend this longtime Seattle burger place!!!!

Yelp
If you want to deal with racial discrimination Come on down to Kidd Valley and ask for Christian! You too can spend $25 on a mediocre meal just for Christian to tell you "you can't sit here if you didn't order anything." he won't check to see if you actually did order or anything before accusing you of loitering. When you tell him you actually did order online he'll give you a look like you're worthless or a beggar and accuse you of lying. All within the first minute of coming into "his lobby" because apparently the guy who isn't even an assistant manager doesn't allow people of color to come into "his lobby." After he realizes he made this mistake he won't own up to it or apologize, he'll instead argue with you about how you ordered on 'DoorDash' even though you came to DINE IN (online order actually made on their website NOT DoorDash) the only highlight on my first visit to Kidd Valley is the assistant manager giving me a voucher for a free burger. I won't be returning to Kidd Valley though- First impressions are important.

Yelp
The drive through was the only choice for me given the fact that there's a plethora of homeless drug induced people milling around in the parking lot begging for what I assume is drug money but I didn't roll down my window to find out, I just politely yelled no thank you and that was sufficient. I ordered the Wagyu burger, garlic fries, and onion rings. I also ordered some tartar sauce for my fries. I had some ranch dressing at home that I dipped my onion rings in but sadly they probably would have tasted better if I had stayed and eaten it in the restaurant but I was so turned off by all the extra non-customers (homeless types) that I knew I couldn't stay. I'm sad for them but they really need to clean up their lives and move on, to say California where it's so much nicer for homelessness. Anyway, the burger was okay, the bun was soaking wet and not as nice as I think it would have been if I ate there but let's just say the ambiance is lacking. The garlic fries were good I ate a bunch in the car on the 12 minute trip home. The onion rings were okay but most of the batter fell off of them, probably best to eat what I ordered right there at the restaurant, but you know that's what I get. It probably would have been 4 stars if I ate there but I just couldn't bring myself to do it. The service was great! No complaints there at all. I will come again but probably ordering it to go and skip the onion rings which don't travel so well.

Yelp
Best burgers in town, their deep fried mushrooms are amazing. Service is kind of slow not a fast food stop perse.. We'll worth the wait though.
google avatar

Sara W.

Yelp
It's a pretty small restaurant and there is limited seating. The seating that they have is decent though. There are two bathrooms as well. The food is good. They have a great burger and fries. They also have shakes but I didn't try one. They have a Coke Freestyle machine but it goes really slow. The person working the register was very nice and efficient.
google avatar

Yelp
Been coming here for some time now. Our burgers were badly undercooked! No wonder why this kid had a big smile on his face.
google avatar

Masaru O.

Yelp
My friend was really in the mood for a milkshake. We came here because it seemed like literally nowhere else was open for miles. They didn't have that much of a flavor selection, and I would've gone with a basic McFlurry instead.
google avatar

Mark M.

Yelp
This is the closest burger joint to my house and I almost never go there because their food is so bland. They never put any salt on their fries....I mean none. The burger patties are bland as well. You have to get a bacon burger to have any flavor. The only redeeming thing about this place is they have awesome shakes. The crew are always nice so I guess that's a plus too.
google avatar

Yelp
Home of the Garlic Fries. Love them so much, and they are the same ones they sell in the local stadiums. My favorite burger is the Double Bacon Cheeseburger with upgrade to Garlic Fries!
google avatar

Laura B.

Yelp
Waited 30 minutes. Got the wrong order. I was in a hurry. They argued with me to wait for them to remake the order. I ended up leaving without a refund. Do not go here ever.

Debra D.

Yelp
I love Kidd Valley. Today went to the Aurora Ave location. Ordered cheeseburger and onion rings in drive-thru. Received my food and drove off. A couple of blocks away I reach into the bag and find fries. So drive back and was given a bag with onion rings and an apology. Arrive home and pull everything out and I have a double cheeseburger with tomato & bacon. I can't eat a whole cheeseburger much less a double etc. so I cut it in quarters and the meat is very dry. Plus onion rings were wayyy over cooked. Almost burnt. Sooo disappointed!
google avatar

Brogan T.

Yelp
I would've posted a picture of my fire house club which is chicken lettuce tomato jalapeño pepper infused bacon on a great big bun.......The picture opportunity kind of went away because I scarf the sandwich down boy that was good...... Either the Aurora store up north or the green lake store they're both perfect and have a great Covid policy very safe and very tasty!

Yelp
Looking for a place where you can sink your teeth into a juicy burger? Looking for a place where you can munch on some thick cut fries or crunchy onion rings? Looking for a place where you can wash it all down with a tasty shake or malt? If so . . . then look no further than Kidd Valley! We've stopped here (and the one in Kenmore) a handful of times and have yet to be disappointed. We have tried the burgers and the chicken sandwiches and they've both been really good. The meat has been freshly cooked and tastes of good quality. With all the fixin's and you've got yourself a full belly! My favorite side is the onion rings! They're thick and super crunchy...made with delicious yellow onions, they are a perfect addition to the burger mania you'll have going on. My wife is more partial to the fries, as they have tended to be more on the softer side of the frying continuum (I like my fries more crispy than she does). The drinks are amazing! We've gone with both shakes and malts (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry w/ actual berries!) and each has been sooooo good. Don't worry about the wait. They cook the food to order, so waiting for it to be prepared just means that it's going to be fresh and not having been sitting around forever. It's worth it! At our house now, when it's burger time . . . it's Kidd Valley time!
google avatar

Yelp
Been here a couple times but never went out of my way to come here. The burgers/fries are okay nothing spectacular. I would however say it's better than Burger King. They do have a burger with dip that's is good that can't be found anywhere else that I know of. They have a small parking lot that always have spots, never too busy here.

Deanna W.

Yelp
We used to go to the Capitol Hill location and we always remembered the food as being quite good. Recently we had to go to Shoreline and decided to drive-in to that location. My suggestion to everyone out there is never order a fish sandwich at restaurant that specializes in burgers. I only finished half of it. $25 is too much to pay for lunch for two people (without drinks). Due to Covid ALL restaurants have deteriorated in quality no matter the price point or the establishment. Also, the Mushrooms and Onion Rings were greasy. Turn up the oil temperature in the fryer. On the plus side, the guy at the drive-in window was very courteous and well-mannered.

Heidi B.

Yelp
Service at drive thru is a speedy as they can be as burgers are cooked well this for 140th and Aurora location

Ryan P.

Yelp
Missing the correct meal....ordered one thing and got home to find something else. Don't leave without checking your order.

Yelp
I ordered through Uber Eats for my roommate and I Well we were told the order would take 20 to 30 minutes. It was very late.It actually took 45 min to an hour at this point I'm pretty upset.I contacted driver and ask were ru? She said 1 minute away I said the food better not b cold she said Oh no it's hot.She arrived and I took our meal inside when we sat down to eat the food was ice cold like it sat outside.I ordered 2 shakes we only got one but it was runny and warm so it was dumped down the sink. Also everything was ice cold I tried heating it up in the microwave but the onion rings were soggy and tasted bad as when I looked at them they were a dark brown not a golden crispy brown like it should have been My burger was cold wet soggy the bun was wet for some reason ?? I'm thinking it was from to much dressing on it it was nasty my roommate ordered a Philly cheese but the onions were under cooked so they were shimmy and her meat was almost black looking If they weren't so lazy to clean there grill off and change the oil in there fryers then the food may have been some what edible I ended finding Uber Eats phone number from Google so I was able to get a full refund of $47.17 back I normally would have just went there but my roommate scared to drive in the dark I've ordered from them before and it wasn't as bad as tonight I'm just so thankful I got my money back .Cuz what we got wasn't worth the money that was put out for it If u go to Kidd Vally it's good but don't e er ordered out from there or u might have a bad experience like I had

Yelp
So sad. I've never been to Kidd Valley, and I stopped that this one, today. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a soda. I got the soda, but the chicken sandwich never materialized. After waiting for about 15-20 mins, I asked the cashier, and she said the kitchen staff was making my sandwich. After another five minutes or so passed, I ran out of time, and had to leave. The woman at the front counter sure was nice and friendly, but it seems like the kitchen staff is either overwhelmed or under-qualified. I hope someone, eventually, got my sandwich.

Ruth D.

Yelp
I gave this place 3stars because the young lady who took our order was nice and my chicken sandwich was pretty good. From there, two sandwiches were wrong, the fries cold, and thankfully we ate before we went to the bathroom because it was disgusting. If they don't take of their bathrooms, which are locked by the way, what does the kitchen look like?? Filth like that is just not okay in a burger joint.

John N.

Yelp
The bacon burger is good, but the shake had a funny aftertaste. Service was slow and they forgot to include fries on my order. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back. There's better but they'll do if you have a craving.

Yelp
I love Kidd Valley. It's great food, it's usually decent value, maybe a tad more expensive than other spots, but it's worthwhile, I'm a serious fan. But my wife and I went thru the drive thru, we had a really easy order, A Hawaiian Basket, A Bacon Cheeseburger, Mushrooms, Fries. We open our bag at home. A hamburger, a cheeseburger, sweet potato fries. Mistakes happen, but this dude looked through our order and called it back to us and still gave us this? This isn't a bout the food, it's about wasting my time and stealing my money. I love Kidd Valley, but if I ever go back to these dudes at this location, I'm gonna check my itemize my order and take my sweet time checking it. Because they won't.

Yelp
Easily the worst fast food I have ever eaten. Chicken was thin as paper, everything was soggy and cold and constructed really poorly. Not a single redeemable aspect to the 2 chicken burgers I tried and I could not eat more than a few bites of each. This place is definitely not winning the chicken sandwich wars... stear clear.

Yelp
Kidd valley is my favorite fast food chain. Obviously it's not fine dining, you sit at bolted down booths and sip rich and thick shakes out of plastic straws. Burgers come wrapped in checked paper and are served on plastic trays. But for fast food, Kidd Valley really takes the cake! For starters the burgers are delicious. Far juicier than their big corporate rivals, with inventive toppings and seasonal specials. My favorites are the blue cheese bacon burger and the chicken sandwich that comes with pineapple and avocado which I believe may be a summer special. The blue cheese burger is perfectly pungent with crisp bacon and fresh lettuce to balance out the rich flavors of the cheese, patty and bacon. The pineapple chicken sandwich comes with deliciously charred, Hawaiian marinated chicken, a juicy pineapple ring and perfectly melts Swiss cheese. I have a hard time choosing between them! Now I'm not much of a fry person oddly enough, so I can't give an accurate review of their fries. They are crispy and salty that I can say! I prefer the onion rings, but usually I don't get a side because the burgers are so HUGE they are enough of a meal on their own. The real draw that keeps me coming back to Kidd Valley is the shakes!! Unlike most chain fast food places the shakes are made with real fruit! None of that artificial syrup flavor is found in these creamy and extra thick shakes. My favorite is the boysenberry shake, it's made with a vanilla base with sweet and tart berries mixed in. The berries are so thick they get stuck in the straw but it's absolutely worth straining to suck em out. All the fruit shakes taste fresh from the farm yum. The piña colada shake is also not to be missed! Once again made with chunks of fresh pineapple and mixed with coconut ice cream, tastes like a summer sunset. I also have to say I've been to all the locations in seattle and the aurora location is my favorite. There's a woman who works the drive thru window that remembers me everytime I go even if I haven't been in months it's amazing. She always compliments me and just generally gives amazing service, which is unusual in the fast food industry. If I remember her name I will comment it here because she really deserves a raise! All in all I'm shocked to see Kidd Valley with such poor reviews! I'm a seattle native and it's been my favorite fast food since I was a kid. Everything tastes fresh and far more natural than McDonald's or other chains. It's not a fancy, date night dress up, high class kind of establishment but if you want a drive through burger this is your best bet in the city!

Yelp
Veggie Burger Review: Garden burger frozen patty with standard bun lettuce tomato cheese pickle and Mayo. $6 so only 0.50$ more than a beef patty. Party cooked on flat top griddle so some slight browning but over all pretty soft. The entire thing was satisfying and felt pretty standard. My only grip is the bathroom requires you to use a key on an oversized key ring. I always hate having to hold that thing that goes with people to the bathroom all day!

Yelp
You know I've seen kidd valley on my way to places for years but have never stopped in to try. I will give it to them, they got pretty good burgers. The patty is pretty juicy for a fast food place and the buns are toasted. That being said, the prices are more on the side of high end fast food which I did not expect from the outside. Also the special sauce we got on the side and it's pretty different from what I was expecting compared to other house sauces. Almost like a sweet tartar sauce but so so sour. Good with the fries tho they needed it I would skip out on the fries and the chicken burgers tho. Fries were very well cooked for a thicker fry. Very crispy but so bland tasting. No salt or extra special spices, honestly did not taste much like potato. And the chicken burger was alright. Cooked well but again kind of bland.

Yelp
Definitely cleaner than most fast food joints, Food is average, shakes are thick, The wait is slightly longer than most fast food joints.

Yelp
So just tried Kidd valley for the first time. Customer service was great. The fact they give a kids meal a full apple juice and not a little box impressed me. Burger had real cheese and chicken strips are big. Thank you! Will be back.

Yelp
I've come here a couple of times when I required fast food on the go. I didn't care for the burger that I had. It was overly sauced and a little too messy for me. What I have enjoyed is their grilled cheese and tomato sandwiches (mmm Swiss) and their samplers that offer a small amount of fried goodness. I had a breakfast sandwich once that was on the greasy side but it was eggs and bacon... mmm, eggs and bacon! Bottom line is it ain't health food and should not be eaten often. Personally if I crave a burger, I'll choose Burgermaster over Kidd Valley. The last time I was there, they offer mini-sized burgers on their menu but if they are as wet as the one burger I had before... I'll skip it.
