I recently visited and the view is beautiful an ideal spot for a relaxing afternoon. And love the wine.
Unfortunately, my experience was marred by some troubling customer service issues. As a loyal customer who has always enjoyed my visits, I was shocked and disappointed when an unfamiliar employee accused me of something I didn’t do. Being accused is never a good feeling, and while I believe the manager understood that it was a misunderstanding, she quickly sided with her employee without fully considering my perspective. I had a witness who supported my side of the story, yet I still felt uncomfortable and undervalued.
While I appreciate that staff members deserve support, it’s critical for customers to feel respected and heard as well. I sincerely hope the winery can address these concerns, as I would love to continue enjoying this beautiful space. However, my recent experience has made me hesitant about returning.
