This place really offers the taste of the owner's intentions. I sat at the sushi bar and talked to the owner while he made my sushi, and he told me his story. "KT" the chef and owner moved to the united states at a young age and spent his life learning under sushi chefs, building the knowledge and experience to one day open his own place... and this is that place! You can tell how much he loves making people happy with his food. I felt so welcomed and when I came back for a second time I was remembered and greeted, as if I was an old friend. I genuinely hope that people will come and experience kiiro as KT continues to provide the same experience I was shown, to everyone else.

Got there around 4pm on a Tuesday and there was no wait to be seated, in fact we were the only customers. Parking in this complex is typically a disaster, but empty on this occasion. Menu had a lot of variety, but I was there to try the sushi rolls. It's not a good sign when you ask the server if they've eaten there before and they say a couple times, but not really. I then asked for his favorite roll and instead he told me which were the popular rolls. Ordered the Salmon Lover and the All-Star rolls. As the server set down the All-Star, I could see a hair sticking out from under the yellowtail piece on the end. The server apologized and took it back. He brought over the Salmon Lover and even after dipping it in wasabi/soy sauce it had a STRONG fish taste. I'm assuming this fish was about to go bad or wasn't sushi grade salmon. The All-Star made its way back to the table minus the hair and it tasted fine. For a place that held its grand opening not too long ago, I was surprised and disappointed at how thin the pieces of fish were on the outside of the rolls, but the presentation was nice. The place had a few more customers by the time we wanted our check and it took a while to get the servers attention. That was surprising to me cause I could see employees just hanging out behind the sushi bar and kitchen area. A beer, lemonade and 2 rolls with wafer thin pieces of fish was $58... definitely not worth it.

I’ve worked my way through the menu and this place never misses. The sushi is DELICIOUS and so fresh. They have a great variety of sushi (baked and deep fried, too!), noodles, appetizers, and drinks. Definitely recommend the ice cream tempura they have as well. Easily one of the best Sushi spots in San Diego.

I’ve eaten at a variety of Michelin star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ restaurants & I can honestly say this compares…one of the BEST for a new Sushi/Japanese Restaurant! Fresh fish/sashimi, perfectly cooked delicious food, & friendly staff. Good portions, excellent service, & reasonably priced. Will be a frequent loyal customer! Highly Recommend!

My wife and I are very picky about the sushi we eat. We need it to be tender, finely sliced, very fresh, and flavorful. Kiiro Sushi Izakaya gave us food so amazing that we had to go back two days later to have it again. This is some of the best sushi I've ever had! Some must-tries: * Aburi Garlic Butter Salmon Belly Nigiri - that is perfectly seared and melts in your mouth - we had at least four orders of this in our two visits. * Kiiro Yellowtail Belly Nigiri - I've never heard of truffle on sushi, but it works! The chef shows incredible restraint with the truffles which can be overpowering if overused. * Roppongi Roll - the bluefin tuna on the outside of this roll just falls apart in your mouth, and the whole roll is seasoned so perfectly that I urge you not to add soy sauce and wasabi. The sake offerings extend beyond the menu, and you would do well to ask what's available. Besides the food, the owners, Chef KT and Manager Josie, are incredibly friendly and hardworking. Their staff is also very nice. This is a new restaurant, and it is easy to get a table right now. I predict it will not stay that way for long, I think this restaurant will get very busy in the near future!

🍣 A New Sushi Gem Worth Checking Out! Visited Kiiro Sushi Izakaya and had a great experience! The restaurant is spacious and spotless, with a huge menu—so many choices that it took us a while to decide. We tried the Tempura Udon (rich and flavorful broth), Chu Toro Tuna Sashimi (fatty, buttery, yum yum), Salmon Sashimi (super fresh), Roppongi Sushi (delicate truffle flavor), and Baked Salmon Sushi (wasn’t our favorite, fell apart too easily). The place is clean, with modern exterior design, and has a free parking lot nearby. We love it! This spot has huge potential. Definitely coming back!

Yelp
That snapper [nigiri] all day! Delicious, delicious aburi fish. Big menu, but so far they're not missing on anything.

Yelp
We came here for one of my daughter's birthday and we had a party of 6. Highly recommend for fast service and affordable prices. Considering that we had a party of that size, our tab was less than $350 and we were FULL! We ordered so many food and rolls. If you're looking to feed a lot of people and not break the pocket but yet get tasty sushi, I would 10/10 recommend coming here.

Yelp
The space was large and not super busy, or to loud. Thel parking lot is small, but it was free and we found a spot easily. Came for a quick bite to eat for lunch. The server seemed new and a little discombobulated but she was nice. I ordered a roll with rock shrimp and a shoshito roll. Both rolls were generous in size, and the seafood super fresh. The rock shrinp was perfectly cripsed, not soggy or to oily, and just the right amount of sauce coating it, the rolls filling underneath was a nice contrast of ingredients. Rice in rolls were perfect texture, and rolls themselves were carefully put together. The shoshito roll for sure had a lot of shoshito peppers lol maybe a bit to much for me, but I still enjoyed it overall. I wasnt expecting to love the food here as much as I did. It's an unassuming spot, but it gave me more joy than a very hyped busy japanese spot I went to days prior.

Yelp
QUALITY SUSHI AND CREATIVE FLAVORS (4 stars) - FOOD: good - PRICE: decent - SERVICE: so friendly and welcoming - AMBIANCE: cute little sushi joint It's nice to have a good sushi spot outside of Convoy (and located in midway/Point Loma). I specifically came for some of their specials. Their menu had a VARIETY: appetizers, specials, nigiri, sashimi, rolls, special rolls, noodles, rice plates. There is a meal for everyone - even pescatarians, vegetarians, etc. KIRO YELLOWTAIL BELLY NIGIRI ($12) - 2 pieces. Minced yellow tail with a hint of truffle. website priced this at $10 but menu had it scratched off and upped to $12. Truffle flavor can be amazing and it can be overpowering. They did the hint of truffle some justice! It complimented the sushi nicely but didn't overtake the creaminess of the yellowtail. I did feel $12 was a a lot for 2 small pieces of minced yellow tail with some truffle oil but had to try it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ABURI GARLIC BUTTER SALMON BELLY NIGITI ($18) - hand torched salmon belly nigiri. This was their other popular pick. Buttery! Notes of garlic! Fish so tender it melts in the mouth! Nice light Smokiness! As much as I did like this one... it was missing an element of flavor. it was missing something citrusy like a tiny squirt of lemon to give it that zing from a very mellow bite. HIGHLY RECOMMEND MISO SOUP ($3) - Average! Can't have sushi without a cup of miso soup SALMON NIGIRI ($7) - typical but in a good way. I liked how the sushi rice wasn't hard nor had a strong taste of rice wine vinegar. It was just right. The salmon was average - fresh and good. But if you are looking for something safe - this is a good choice. RECOMMEND MOCHI ($6) - comes with two pieces. I was able to mix and match and went for 1 strawberry and 1 chocolate - the perfect mix! It was cut into bitesize pieces and served with whip cream with sprinkles! HIGHLY RECOMMEND I cannot wait to come back and try their regular rolls and rice plates! Until the next review...

Yelp
I visited this part of town alot when I was a kid.  My brother would take me to Tower Records which was a bit further down the road.  I loved seeing the lovely artwork on the album covers and hearing the latest records.  It was amazing how there were endless rows of records from tons of artists I never heard of.  There was a lovely sound from records I miss.  Now I mostly listen in the car to music from my Iphone over the sound of the road.  It's not as good as back in the old days.  The food in the Sports Arena area has improved though.  I visited Kiiro Sushi Izakaya during their soft opening. The bento box was a good amount of food for $22.  Miso soup had a nice miso flavor.  Not enough tofu in the bowl.  Gyoza had a crunchy shell and filled with pork and onions.  I couldn't taste the pork as the onion flavored overpowered all the other flavors.  I prefer gyoza that uses cabbage as the milder flavor lets you taste the meat.  Rice was mostly soft except for a part near the center that was stuck together.  I liked the mild flavor.  Beef short ribs were tender and juicy with a tasty flavor from the marinade and light char.  Tempura consisted of a piece of shrimp and 4 different vegetables.  I loved the shrimp which had a thin crunchy batter which gave the shrimp a light fried flavor.  The onion ring, carrot, and zucchini were also very good. Staff was very nice and efficient. I remember redwood trees, bumper cars and wolverines The ocean's Trident submarines Lemons, limes and tangerines I remember this I remember traffic jams Motor boys and girls with tans I Remember California - REM

Yelp
Kiiro Sushi Izakaya opened recently in the Midway area of San Diego. Plenty of free parking the plaza lot. Izakaya is Japanese which means a small casual setting for food, drinks and socializing. Only indoor seating and once inside, I was greeted cordially and was accommodated to my seating of choice, especially with my service pup Fendi. Service from the staff was helpful and attentive particularly Ruthie. The restaurant occupies a corner space and has great lighting from the multiple windows. Very clean and neat as expected from a newly opened restaurant with simple minimal decor. I had already previewed the menu and ordered from the lunch menu. The miso cod caught my interest, but it was not available and that was a disappointment. The salmon teriyaki lunch set was my second choice; which included miso soup, steamed rice, salad," and a mixed vegetable and shrimp tempura. Everything was fresh and delicious. The sushi chef prepared my simple avocado and unagi roll nicely with micro edible flowers...a nice touch :) Kiiro Sushi Izakaya restaurant is a welcomed addition to this area and are worth a visit. Recommend

Yelp
Top notch sushi in a strip center, Midway District. It's obvious from the first look at the food and certainly the first taste that this group knows what they're doing. Superior product, superior experience, can't go wrong.

Yelp
The sushi and sashimi were really fresh and full of flavor. The way the chef plated everything looked so good, I couldn't help but take a photo. Will come back to try other menus in the near future.

Yelp
Kiiro Sushi Izakaya is a new Japanese eatery that has debuted in the Midway District next to L&L Hawaiian Barbecue in the Grosvenor Square. Between these two businesses and Starbucks, they shared about a dozen parking spaces in front of the structure. The inside of the suite was clean and modern with a seating capacity for well over 50 customers. Four spots were available at the sushi bar that was in the back left corner of the dining area. I was able to visit for dinner on day one of the soft opening that will last for another month into early March. The double-sided food menu displayed rolls (Basic, Baked, Deep Fried, Specialty, No Rice) on one page and then appetizers, salads, soups, entrees, nigiri, sashimi, and signature specials on the other page. I was informed by the staff and an earlier diner that the bluefin tuna was very fresh. That led me to start my meal with the Bluefin Tuna Medley which was two sashimi pieces each of Akami, Chu-toro, and O-toro. The last cut was served with nori sheets to wrap the fatty tuna after dipping it in sesame oil containing black pepper provided on the side. The quality of the tuna was indeed exquisite. I then proceeded to order the Aburi Garlic Butter Salmon Belly Nigiri which was four pieces that were hand torched to provide a smoked flavor. The fish was full of fattiness from the belly cut and garlic butter. I also wanted to try the Truffle Amberjack which was in the list of Signature items, however the fish wasn't available on this opening night. The last item I selected was the Jumbo Scallop (Hotate) Nigiri which came as two pieces. A light sprinkle of black pepper was doused on top of the scallop to add pepperiness. The owners are Korean which didn't deter from the fact that the husband (head chef) was skilled at his craft. As long as they continue to procure fresh seafood for their menu, then I think Kiiro Sushi Izakaya will be a fine addition to the dining options on this busy stretch of Sports Arena Blvd.

Yelp
This new restaurant for sushi is amazing! First, they are open on Monday! Huge props for that...the service is so friendly and quick. The cafe is clean and charming. We ordered sashimi and shooters. Uni and oyster; highly recommend. The yellowtail collar was outstanding. The oyster shooter and uni shooter were delicious. The garlic edamame special and tofu agadashi were delicious. Highly recommend this location

Yelp
This restaurant just opened last week, but the service is already on point. Josie was our waitress and welcomed us in right away. She is an amazing waitress, and provided the perfect amount of service. She actively refilled our water, and checked on us throughout the meal. The ambiance was nicely lit, and fit a lot more tables than I thought it would from the outside. They offer lunch specials on Mondays through Fridays from 11 AM-3 PM. This comes with a choice of either 5 pieces of sushi, gyoza, mix tempura, or green salad, as well as an item from the lunch special menu (such as rolls or sashimi). They also have lunch bento boxes which come with a protein, rice, salad, tempura, gyoza, and miso soup. I decided to get the Kiiro Special ($45) which contains 5 pieces of nigiri, 6 pieces of sashimi, and either the negi toro or negi yellowtail roll. This truly blew me away. First of all, the plating was on a long platter with thickly cut sashimi, well seasoned nigiri, and artistically adorned with small flowers, thinly sliced radish, and cucumbers. Secondly, everything was fresh and high quality. One of my favorite bites was the seared snapper. This special also came with miso soup. I also ordered o-toro nigiri ($16) which came with two pieces. This was so buttery smooth and melted in my mouth. I'm excited to frequent this restaurant!

Yelp
Getting our Coffee from Starbucks and I spotted this restaurant that was new to me, i remembered this spot was used to be a Pizza place I believe there used to be a Round Table here before, so i went to check it out if they were open and the person who greeted us says that its actually their first day they open to the public. We ordered Lunch Bento boxes the BBQ Short Ribs and Pork Belly , and Spicy Salmon Roll , Spicy Pork Everything is Fresh and delicious. And the Service is very welcoming owner are currently the one serving and the Chef is the owner too . Lots of tables to sit on. Meats were all tender and tasty . Good portions too . If the front parking lot is full , they also have extra parking in the back of their restaurant.

Yelp
Happy to have this sushi place near our home. Kamikaze roll 9/10, George on Mission Roll 10/10, Salmon & Tuna nigiri plate 9/10, Iced green tea 10/10, and Garlic Sauced Edamame 11/10! Restaurant had a nice ambience and service was efficient! Price is $$ and not crowded at all on a Friday night.

Yelp
Rolls were delicious. Came on a Wednesday night and it was busy but food still came out quickly. Salmon belly and tuna belly were extremely decadent and delicious. This place is great!

Yelp
This place was highly recommended/praised on a food group so I decided to try. It went very downhill early on. 1) Service was very very slow. I had to chase down someone for the menu (very basic), I also to also chase down someone to give us water (was very annoyed, customers that came after us already got their water and menu), lasty I had to also chase down the bill. I have not been to a restaurant this slow in a very very long time. It's as if we didn't exist in their restaurant. It wasn't even that busy too when we were there. Lastly they forced gratuity of 18% for 4 adults with a toddler and newborn. Seriously? Had to complain because that's not right but the fact that I had to bring it up before serving me the check left a very bad taste in my mouth. 2) We ordered a not cheap sashimi course. 24 pieces for $100, one assumed this would be plenty for 2 people. When it finally came, I was so shocked at the portion. They cut their sashimi so thin. They were honestly thinner than pieces you get for a sushi/nigiri. I was so mad but I out of respect, didn't want to make a scene. For context, I have eaten sashimi courses at many places around the wrodl including in Japan and this place served the thinnest sashmi slices I ever had. This is very inexcusable, if I wanted to eat carpaccio slices I would have wanted that (not a thick sashimi dish) we were left hungry and there's no way I would pay another cent here just to fill myself up here. Also for 24 pieces, they only gave 6 varieties, that is way too small. It was my mistake for not researching for photos of their dishes more closely. I would have never came or let alone order their sashimi dishes if I knew about the thinness of their sashimi. I also looked at the owner's own photos of sashimi dishes and they were thicker sashimi cuts. I don't know if the person that cut our sashimi was new or what but that the portion for $100 24 pieces of sashimi was absolute joke. To put hurt even further, there was a small fly that popped out of the radish slices of my sashimi plate, I don't know if it was camping underneath the radish slices the whole time until it was interrupted by my chopstick movement or it just flew into the plate but that was unappetizing too. Because of how expensive the dish I just prayed it didn't touch any of the seafood and just touched the garnishes (hope I don't get sick from it, time will tell). To the people that recommended this place in the food group, they severely lost my trust in their opinions. Will definitely not be returning. I brought friends visiting from out of the town here who love sushi/sashimi and this was absolutely embarrassing.

Yelp
Food: Absolutely Amazing Atmosphere: Mediocre Service: Incredibly poor My husband and I went out for an impromptu sushi dinner on a Friday night and were excited to check out a new restaurant that had opened in our neighborhood. There is a large sign hanging on the restaurant that says "Soft Opening", but in actuality, it has already been opened for a couple months. Anyway, when we drove up, the small lot in front of the restaurant was a bit chaotic, however there is a large lot just behind it with plenty of space. Upon entering the restaurant, I was not impressed. It is a large open room, with not a lot of ambiance. There are three large TV screens along the wall. Two played sports and the other played news. Additionally, there was loud club style music playing. With the club music, and the restaurant being crowded, it took me a little time to adjust to the noise level so I could have a conversation with my husband. We were seated quickly and our first portion of our order was taken which consisted of a bottle of sake and oyster shooters. Unfortunately after that, the service drifted off. I wasn't terribly impressed with the sake menu, as there was only one type of nigori, which was a basic one, but at least they had that one. The oyster shooters were absolutely delicious. They had sake and quail eggs. I would definitely recommend them. It took a while for the server to take our dinner order. Then it took longer to come out. We finished our bottle of sake, and wanting more since our dinner hadn't yet come, had to call a food runner to get our server. We ordered the Bluefin tuna medley which was my favorite thing I ate that night. It was so fresh and tender. They told us to wrap the tuna in the seaweed and dip it in the sauce. Unfortunately, there were six pieces of sushi and only four pieces of seaweed which was odd. The Alaska roll was amazing. Sometimes I don't like rolls because they hide the fish, but this highlighted the fish and was flavorful without feeling heavy at all. We had ordered the Spanish Mackerel Nigiri, but it never came out. Twice, a server came out to check to see what we had ordered and what we had received. My husband was facing the back of the restaurant and said that he saw lots of confusion over the tickets. We had arrived at 6:30 and it was after 8:00 with no indication of the Mackerel coming. I called over a server and asked if it was coming up, otherwise asked for the check. She took some time to find out and told me it would still be a little while. We asked for the check instead, as we had just been sitting around too long. At that moment, a different server brought the Mackerel, and then they asked if we wanted it. we decided to take it, as it was right there. It also was tender and delicious. However, I think it really should have been taken off our bill since we were ready to leave at the point. All in all, the food is absolutely amazing. Maybe we will consider giving this another try in a few months when service is better. However, it is still not my favorite atmosphere to sit and have dinner.

Yelp
Found one of my new to go sushi spots!! They have a big menu with other options other than sushi!!! My favorite was the garlic butter salmon belly nigiri!!! Soooo good! Sounds like this place just opened a month ago. Place is huge and can accommodate more people and they told us they are open until 1am!! The staff was nice and the food, we ordered nigiri, sushi rolls, and signature dishes. My stomach was happy and full. I'll be back!!

Yelp
This was a relatively decent sushi place in its own lot next to L&L. Easy free parking. Sushi was pretty good and service was fast. They are clean and there are an abundance of tables. Tried a couple dishes including crispy rice tuna, crispy onion albacore, but my favorite was the kamikazi roll with the shishito pepper inside it was quite unique and the crispy rice tuna. Will be back to try more!

Yelp
Kirk sushi is one of my favorite spots now. Newly opened, they already have everything running smoothly. The food is top-tier. The prices are great and, number one perk, they're open until 1 AM! I've come so many times already, I think I can single-handedly keep this place afloat LOL. The staff are so kind and able to answer any questions that you may have being located in a strip mall they have plenty of parking so you won't have to worry. 100000/10 recommend

Yelp
I originally stopped in just to use the restroom (which was clean), but the energy and vibe of the place were so inviting, I couldn't resist trying the food--and wow, I'm so glad I did! I ordered a salmon hand roll to go, and it was absolutely delicious--fresh, flavorful, and clearly handcrafted with care. Even though I wasn't dining in, the entire staff made me feel incredibly welcomed. From the moment I walked in, every employee I encountered was warm and friendly, and the atmosphere had such a cool, welcoming energy. I even had the pleasure of meeting Josie, the manager, who personally invited me to come back and enjoy a dine-in experience. I definitely will! This place left a great impression on me--not just for the quality of the food, but for the people and the vibe. Can't wait to return!

Yelp
I tried to order food togo from the Yelp app through the restaurant. I was told my food would come at 6:37. 1 hour and 15 minutes after placing my order and 20 minutes after it said it would be delivered I couldn't get any update or anyone on the phone at grubhub. even tell me when I would get my food. After 2 hours I never even got my food

Yelp
We ordered online and went in right away to pick up our order. I checked in with the person at the hostess stand and he said he would check on our order but never returned. A few minutes went by and several people were seated for dinner. I asked another employee to check on our order and she sent me to the back area to check with someone else. I was told it was in the process. After waiting for over 45 minutes, I noticed all of the people who walked in to dine in after I checked in to pick up my to go order, were already eating or finished eating. My order was still not ready. The person I spoke with said the online system wasn't giving proper estimates, which I understand during a soft opening and busy Friday night. What frustrates me is that my order wasn't started when I checked in yet people who walked in were served their food well before my food was ready. The person I spoke with didn't offer anything for the poor service and long wait, and we even tipped in advance. She barely even apologized. As for the food, the rolls were incredibly small, and the tempura and fried food were bleh. We will not be back.

Yelp
The food was very nice and the Philadelphia rolls had delicious salmon. This place was very clean and organized! The shrimp tempura was soft inside but crunchy on the outside. This place had very nice service and they weren't rude, they treated the customers very well! This place deserves a 5 star review! (The mussels were also nicely designed )

Yelp
Visited during their soft opening and had a great experience! The service was warm and attentive, and the sushi was fresh--everything we ordered was delicious. The inviting atmosphere, complete with multiple TVs playing sports, made it a great place to unwind and enjoy a meal. Looking forward to returning whenever in the SD area!

Food was good, but I was a little wary about any new restaurant in the first two months. Food was good quality was good. It was very crowded and I felt bad for the two waitresses because they only had one person making sushi, which was quite ridiculous and I knew that was going to be a problem which it was. They dropped off three rolls to our table that we didn't order so things were all messed up. We were patient which was fine, but we got some rolls and they never gave us any wasabi and when they dropped off wasabi, I was laughing because they gave us enough wasabi for the tip of your fingernail, which was a joke. So I will come back, but it might be a few months from now .

Yelp
My bf and I are avid sushi lovers and can agree that Kiiro is the best sushi we've tried in San Diego! The owners are also so kind and hospitable. Wonderful experience and food overall!

Yelp
This place was such a nice surprise! My husband and I stumbled into it before we went to a concert at SOMA and we are so glad we did. Ordered yellowtail, aged salmon, blue fin, snapper, and Spanish mackerel nigiri and it was so good! No soy sauce needed. The fish was so buttery and had so much flavor. The crispy rice spicy tuna was also tasty. Staff were so nice and gave great recommendations! Would love to come back.

Yelp
New sushi place! I had several dishes to try out and all of them were incredibly good. Fresh fish, plenty of foods in menu to choose, including vegetarian options. Friendly sushi chef and waitress were welcoming and attentive. I am definitely coming back and highly recommend! There was plenty of free parking available and the restaurant was very spacious.

Yelp
Just found this wonderful gem in San Diego while visiting! Parking lot is huge and FREE (very important for me). Spacious, beautiful interior with very friendly staff. CLEAN bathrooms. Haven't had this caliber of fresh fish in a long time (VERY HIGHLY recommend the signature Kiiro Yellowtail Belly Nigiri). Can satisfy people who may not like raw fish, as this spot also has kitchen entrees, baked rolls, and vegetarian options! It's a great spot for a date with the nice vibes, and I will definitely be coming again, especially when the Sapporo draft gets set up! I will be getting the Chef's Choice 12 pc next time because it's incredibly fair-priced, and I can confidently trust that the chef will provide me a delicious dining experience!

Yelp
Delicious and great service! We got the Las Vegas roll, the Mr. & Mrs. roll, the salmon scallop roll, the garlic edamame, and miso soup. All really great! I think our favorite was the Las Vegas roll. The Mr. & Mrs. was something really different we haven't had before and were pleasantly surprised by. Reasonably priced and cute spot inside. We've been looking for a great sushi spot near our house and I think we found it!

Yelp
Country power level sushi place. The music is the background and the just enough lighting makes the place really comfortable to enjoy the food it serves. The servers were nice, treating us with smiles and happy voices. Finally, food was really good, I especially liked the freshness of all the fishes

Yelp
Went here with my best friend and we absolutely loved the service, atmosphere, and food. As soon as we walked in we sensed a great vibe here. Food was very fresh! If you're open-minded like me definitely try the Sexy Alba roll with the garlic edamame !!

Yelp
Tried this place on the way back from after a short staycation with the family. They say soft opening but it seems fully operational. Servers seem newly trained but friendly and helpful. Ordered an appetizer, Sushi, rolls, some hot food. Fresh, good portions and prices are reasonable considering quality of the ingredients. Will be back!

Yelp
I'm always skeptical of fancy places bc the food rarely lives up to the price. But Kiiro did! Came for lunch with my spouse and the food was outstanding. We had the Forbidden Pleasure roll, salmon sashimi, and the chicken yakisoba to try out the izakaya side. Forbidden Pleasure roll was excellent. Yakisoba was surprise hit, one of the best I've ever had. Great sauce, veggies not overcooked. We were impressed! It's not cheap, but the value for the price is definitely there. We will come back!
