Ordered takeout and the experience was unfortunately a mess from start to finish. The confirmation email gave one pickup time, but the in-store kiosk showed a completely different time — with no explanation for the discrepancy. I ended up waiting 45+ minutes past the quoted time with no way to get an update. There’s no phone number listed and no staff available to help. I still haven’t received my food, so I can’t speak to the quality — but if the ordering process is this disorganized and opaque, it’s hard to recommend. Hopefully they can sort out their communication systems, because the lack of any customer support channel is a real problem.
