disappointed!!!! bought a lot of items in Italy at an outlet... 15 minutes after leaving I decided to return a few of the many items I purchased. the girl with long medium brown hair told me that it is their policy not to accept returns. I continued to ask for a refund and she would not accept my request. I will tell all my friends and colleges and social media not to purchase products from Kiko. I spent 110.00 American dollars. one lipstick fell out of the gold tube it was in. i am extremely upset, disappointed and frustrated with your sales team in Italy.
