She took the time to carefully explain each product, answered all our questions, and suggested the ones that best suited. Its horrible service. I chose and bought another one, Juice fizz Glow Blush...And they gave me another one... Its sheet... Its scammers :( I'm already in another country and cant change. Don't believe them.

Trust the bad reviews and go to another Kiko- better yet order online or buy somewhere else. Besides Christian- everyone else has horrible customer service and attitude. They are clearly talking about you in their language- and look bothered and annoyed with tourists. More so, they do not explain policies because they are dishonest. This management should be ashamed of themselves. I go to Rome frequently- you have lost a customer for life.

The staff told me wrong information about the coupon that I would get and at the end I cannot use it so there's no point of me actually buying some goods. They said the coupon can be use worldwide when actually it's italy's exclusive and I wouldn't be in Italy anymore. Very disappointed. Would not recommend to trust the staff about promotion info

Well known chain with good collection: employees are super helpful and understanding. Had a great experience trying to find a particular shade of lipstick and could not have done it without their assistance.

I've been helped out very thoroughly by a super nice staff person called Valerio. He helped me with all the basics since I didn't know a thing about make-up and ended up with a very tailor-made/ideal little kit of cosmetics for myself!
