Killjoy Booze-free Beverage Shop

Everything about Killjoy is awesome! It's not just a shop but a whole community. I first joined the community from afar engaging with their emails, online store (I ordered for a local friend), listening to their super fun podcast, and reading books featured in their newsletters. Then I got to go IN to the store during a recent visit to Nashville and it was even cooler in person. John "Goody" was literally strumming a guitar on the couch when we walked in. He hopped up to show us around and pour us a sip of what they were tasting that day. Basically it's not just a store, it's a vibe.

Killjoy is the best place for allllll the best NA beverages anywhere! Seriously, I've been to NA shops in Austin and NYC and they don't even hold a candle to what Stephanie has done with this shop and all that they offer! They're pet friendly, they have tons of community events, and it's a great place to meet new people, too!

We came in to shop for our wedding drinks, and as people who don’t enjoy conventional alcohol, this store was exactly what we were looking for! They have everything you could ever want from tonics to champagne, all sorts of wines, and even some more *special* drinks. The worker was incredibly helpful, sweet, and excited for us. He was able to point us in the perfect direction right away to curate our selection. We even found fun little party favors for our guests who like to partake. We loved the whole experience. thank you for making our special day even better!

Where to even start?! Killjoy is a dream! It's the epicenter of a growing NA/ sober-curious community in Nashville, and presumably, the entire South. Their welcoming hospitality, expertise, and all around high vibes serve well the neighborhoods of East Nashville and soon-to-be Berry Hill (while sometimes even sporting roller skates). Not sure if you want to commit to a whole bottle of NA spirits? They'll serve ya a sample behind the tasting bar up front! The selection is incredible and they're always hosting fun & informative events. My favorite is 'Twisted Tuesdays' at Gramps Garage Bar for their NA takeover night (bingo, trivia, & poetry themed evenings). Support your ole local yokels and get down there, because on top of everything else, they are also just really great humans that make you feel seen... and that's priceless.

Killjoy is a gift to those of us who choose to live life without alcohol. The staff is INCREDIBLE and their knowledge of this industry is unmatched. Even if you're curious about what this life can feel like, go check it out. The vibe is so fun and welcoming!

Killjoy is a must stop in Nashville. They have created an inclusive alcohol free-space that fosters community, offers tastings, product knowledge of countless brands, and fun!

This is an excellent little shop with the best NA beverage selection I’ve ever seen. Tatiana was very kind and helpful, and the other shoppers were delightful too. They offer promotional tastings and even allow dogs. Such a cool place!
