Kilwins is a wonderful place to treat your sweet cravings. Today was an ice cream day, and I took full advantage of the Georgia peach flavor (seasonal). Flavor was light and not overwhelming. Adding whole pieces of peaches was a great addition

If you love sweets this is definitely the place for you. I got the limited edition cookies and cream sundae and it was amazing. Definitely recommended if you love unique candy or ice cream experiences.

There are many options of ice cream, and they make their own waffle cones. Both were delicious. We bought 2 scoops for each, but scoops were huge, and we couldn't eat all. Prices were a little expensive, but portions were also like doubled. 1 scoop was like $5

Sweet experience at this Kilwins. Went after a heavy Mexican meal, because we always save room for ice cream! I thoroughly enjoyed the New Orleans pralines and cream flavor, with the right amount of savory, salty, and sweet. One scoop was generous and thus more than enough. Would definitely go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Raspberry sorbet was great and my double expresso, the other two enjoyed vanilla ice cream with expresso on top, and a chocolate shake. We enjoyed. I think $7.00 a scoop and a $10 milkshake to go is a little silly regardless of what nice outdoor shopping plaza or resort. Great staff friendly and helpful.

Typically I go to the kilwins on Main Street, but just happen to be in the area. It smelled amazing when we first walked in like vanilla. There was a young man walking around, heading out menus because the line was so long. We waited to line about 20 minutes before we go to the counter. I got my family their ice cream first and then I got my frozen drink last I asked for them to put whip cream on top and it looks like the girl was having an issue and instead of telling me there was an issue with it she put the messed up whipped cream on top. When she was trying to spray, it kind of just poured and fell into the cup. I pay for my drink and the ice cream I left. I drank some of the drink I was skeptical of the whip cream, but I figured it would still have the taste flavor, but it was a chalky taste and texture, so I ended up with the rest of it in the trash. Great little spot to grab some sweets while hanging out around the Halcyon! The ice cream is fresh and creamy. The caramel corn is really good (and addictive). Lots of others goodies as well.

It's ice cream... what's not to love? Personally, I only went in for one flavor. While this purveyor of sweet delights has a solid rep for great flavors, my adored is the Traverse City Cherry. No toppings, no syrup... just the way it is - one of life's simple pleasures! * I've noted over the years that some locations might not have this flavor, so just be mindful.

Kilwins is always such a sweet treat and this location isn't any different. After a couple of hours of working remotely in Halcyon, I decided to feed my sugar cravings and head over to Kilwins. I poked my head in while grabbing lunch in the food hall and promised them that I'd return later, which I absolutely did. I've been having major cravings for ice cream scooped onto cake/sugar cones, and Kilwins definitely has that and more. I looked around the shop and I'm sure my eyes were bulging at the delicious fudge, candied apples and caramel popcorn, but I kept my eyes on the prize! Kilwins always offers so many delicious sweets which are normally not my thing, but temptation almost got me today. When I approached the ice cream, I was overwhelmed in the best way. I don't discriminate when it comes to flavors as I used to work in an ice cream shop and pretty much love them all beyond too much chocolate. The helpful young lady behind the counter offered me tastings of the flavors and I decided to start with the first that really caught my attention - pecan praline. It was SO delicious. I felt that if I stood in there any longer or tried any more flavors, I'd never leave and after trying that little taste, I knew it was the one. I only got a scoop but sheesh - what a scoop it was!! $6 later, I was sitting outside and ready to dig in. Let me tell you, that ice cream cone was SO worth it! I was people-watching and I swear that less than 5 minutes later, the ice cream cone somehow disappeared. Who ate it? I don't know but I sure did walk away satisfied. Here's to getting yourself a little treat just because!

Honestly, the calmest Kileins I've ever been to. The team was very efficient. Very clean! I love that they have so many options including sorbets. Great place to go after enjoying a meal!

Kilwins has always been a go to after dinner spot when I visit Halcyon. Last night I went with a friend and got the fudge brownie with hot fudge on top. It was delicious! This store is super cute and always has such good chocolates and goodies that would be perfect for holiday gifts! I'm sure I will be back soon!

I'm literally obsessed with Kilwins. They have so many flavors and they carry my favorite flavor on earth, which is chocolate, peanut butter, surprisingly a difficult flavor to find. I love how rich and smooth their ice cream is. They have a plethora of flavors and they also carry ironically my boyfriend's favorite flavor, which is Superman. This is another flavor that isn't in most ice cream stores. Last time I went, they had this praline ice cream that was on point as well. My only grip with Kilwins is the price. I definitely feel like they are a little on the expensive side for ice cream. I guess the gourmet type ice creams are kind of a thing now though, but I could buy an entire half gallon at Publix for less than three scoops at Kilwins. But then you don't have the experience and I will say, the chocolate peanut butter will definitely keep me coming. I'm happy to see there are more Kilwins near me. If you're not into ice cream, they also have a lot of candy and chocolates to indulge in. They should come out with a points program and that would at least make you feel rewarded every time you come. Staff is typically pretty friendly, the store is clean. It's definitely on my rotation list.

Yeah, I screwed up. I took the time to gather all the ingredients all measured and ready to go for my husbands birthday...well, I had more fun playing with the kids so last minute I ran into Kilwins for an ice cream cake! They had several to choose from in 2 different sizes! The guy behind the counter laughed and said it'll only take 10 mins to thaw. Luckily, it was an 8 minute drive back to my daughter's place and I will tell you, that cake was amazing!!

Every time im at halcyon i HAVE TO stop by kilwins , on the weekends you will find yourself in a long line but it moves fast so dont be alarmed and the line is worth the wait ! I love getting the superman ice cream its the absolute best! My kiddos love getting ice cream here too and there are several treats to pick from ! You wont regret it!

Janet was so nice and helpful. I wish I had taken pictures but I was too eager to dig in! I normally go for butter pecan, but today I had a single scoop of the turtle cheesecake and it was delicious!

Kilwins is solid and I can always depend on them to provide great service and and great treats. This location is no exception. I've been here a few times, usually after dinner when I'm craving something sweet. Most of the staff is young, but they're friendly and helpful. This location is always busy but the team is able to move the line quickly. Kilwins offers chocolate, fudge, candy apples, hot drinks, ice cream and more. My go-to is the cappuccino chocolate chip ice cream in a waffle cone. Rich espresso-flavored ice cream with chocolate chunks. Perfect for coffee ice cream lovers like myself. Scoops are generous and I even have a hard time finishing sometimes! Our kids always leave happy. I brought my dog one time and they gave him a treat (probably just whipped cream).

Yummy food, with pleasant staff. Chill environment, with mouth watering food. Please fix your turtle cheesecake ice cream it does not taste like cheesecake.

Kilwins has been a staple for us for years now. So glad they have a location close by. The smell of the waffle cones immediately snags your attention walking by - follow your nose and stop in! The staff is wonderful and always so nice! They're happy to answer questions and let you sample if you're unsure what you want. We're big fans of the chocolates and their ice cream. My husband is obsessed with their cherry ice cream since it's cherry ice cream with cherries in it. I just had to stop in to get some to bring home on my last visit to Halcyon. I personally like to try different flavors especially seasonal ones. This last visit I got the peppermint and it was delicious. MUST get it in a waffle bowl or waffle cone of course! OR you can always do an affogato with ice cream and espresso. If you love great ice cream or a good confectionery stop in! If you hate sweets this may not be the place for you, but stop in to snag a gift for a friend! Don't take my word for it! Stop in to try it for yourself.

Very friendly service. I was able to sample several fudge flavors. I did not try any ice cream because it got really busy. The turtle & coconut fudge were great!! We got a few chocolate items (good but pricey for the small size). Overall decent experience

So the phrase a kid in a candy shop was made from kilwins because I really just found myself spinning around trying to see it all. We finally settled on a couple of peppermint chocolates with little frosted ornaments which were like peppermint patties but like if Christmas were involved. A true party We also got an apple pie chocolate caramel apple that I am so excited to try. It smelled sooo decadent. I'm pretty sure I could taste it through the glass and my mask. And one chocolate covered rice krispie I am still drooling thinking about. If you need a lot of chocolate, they have the lovely 22 lbs chocolate santa. They've got hot chocolate bombs to entertain the whole family. Cashew clusters, fudge, oreos, ice cream... They got it. So pretty. So chocolate. They have hot chocolate and drinking chocolate if you're ready to elevate your cocoa game. In Halcyon so plenty of parking in the deck and lots to do!

The best chocolate, the best caramel covered apples with peanuts or whatever nuts you like!!!! There dark chocolate, covered caramel nut turtles are insane A+++++++++++++++

Stopped by after dinner at the connected Halcyon food hall. Awesome chocolate shop with plenty of ice cream offerings. Purely food based review: Sundae with Cookie Dough & Caramel - Really good and creamy but not overly chocolatey! Toppings do cost $1 per additional topping so it can get more pricey but the waffle bowl is definitely worth it!

Great place to go if your looking for sweets ... I had this New Orlean Pecan Praline IceCream it was delicious and I don't usually eat sweets ... I also got a Candy Apple to good ... definitely a nice out door fun atmosphere

Great spot for ice cream in Haylcon! We had dinner in this area with some friends and their kids love this ice cream spot. Had to wait in a long line but it went pretty quickly. Me and my hubby shared the Raspberry Greek Yogurt in a waffle cone. It was yummy! My friends kids got the Superman icecream, a vanilla and she and her hubby shared a malt shake. Overall a great, clean place with yummy ice cream and friendly workers!

I love me some Kiwins. The first time I had it was over a decade ago when I was in Fort Lauderdale! OMG, so delicious. Since then, I've had it again once at Atlantic Station. Now, there is one at Halycon! If you want to taste any flavors, just ask! I just wish they have non diary, non sherbet though. One of my favorite flavors and Peppermint and they have that. I asked for a sample and they gladly obliged. It is so delicious!! I always get waffle cone. It comes with two scoops. They have other delicious chocolate goodies too. My friend got other goodies. I just stuck with the ice cream. It was so much for me and kept melting on me that I couldn't finish it. 104/2020

Walked in for an after lunch dessert Sunday afternoon. Got the dark chocolate covered pretzel stick and the Rice Krispie. Both were very good!

This is my partner's favorite candy store--their pralines ice cream is to die for and they make their waffle cones fresh. Their caramels are out of this world and their caramel apples are great too. It's candy heaven for both kids and adults. The owner of this location is also very professional and cares a lot about his store and his products. Also, their pecan brittle is delicious. I really don't have anything bad to say except you might want to limit yourself on buying stuff or all that sugar is going to make you feel real uncomfortable because you WILL eat it all!

Kilwins has great tasting ice cream and chocolate treats. I've tried various items on the menu and it has not disappointed. I will say the prices are pretty high considering it's just dessert. I spent like $9 on a milkshake once, which I personally think is way too much, but the quality and customer service is satisfactory to say the least. It's a nice choice if you're in the area!

Kilwins is located inside Halcyon near the food court. I love walking into a Kilwins because the smell is pure heaven! They offer chocolates, ice cream, caramel apples and more. I have tried all of their selections and have always had a great experience and the sweets are delicious and fresh made.

The staff is the highlight here - the service is great and they are obviously taking COVID precautions very seriously. The shop is pretty small however they did a great job of making sure that all the customers were taken care of to reduce crowding. I took off one star for 2 reasons: 1. because the chocolate case selection here was smaller than other locations and some of my "usuals" were not available here; 2. because it's a bit of a pain to get to due to the way that Halcyon parking is set up (I really don't want to pay for parking or have to use a parking deck in the suburbs). I'd be more likely to go here only if I was already at Halcyon anyway, because to stop in just to pick up some chocolate is more effort than it's worth, due to Halcyon parking.

Came here for an after-dinner snack. The service was amazing!! The person who helped us, who's name was Andy(?), was so funny and quick to help us find our favorite flavor. We will be coming back for the ice cream and great service!!

Came here with a sweet tooth- left satisfied. I had the buckeyes (as well as a free fudge sample) and my friend got some ice cream. both were delish.

Kilwins always gets me. It's the smell of those waffle cones that draws you in. But it's their fudge and chocolate chip cookie dough. The fudge is so creamy and I have to limit myself to just a half a slice. And the ice cream is always so hard to choose which one to get. My favorites are fudge brownie and chocolate chip cookie dough. I would have posted pictures but I ate it too quickly.

My day was bleak. I was stumbling through the streets, couldn't see clearly through my tears, when suddenly I was hit, as it were, by a wall of pleasant warmth, and was greeted by the sweetest aroma. Dumbfounded, I looked up, and found myself surrounded by candies and chocolates of all shapes and sizes, in Kilwin's--of all places. I began searching, remembering that I would need to stock up on food for the coming hunting season. For hours I would be sitting in trees, waiting to strike my prey. I would need something to provide sufficient energy for my hours of watchfulness. In a daze, I reached out a wavering hand to the nearest chocolate treat, when, to my surprise, I heard a voice say, 'Don't get that.' I wheeled around to see one of the workers shaking his head solemnly. Confused, I replied, 'But sir, I need something to--' 'Help with the hunt?' I stared back at him, shocked. 'Well, yes. Except, it isn't your ordinary hunt. I'm hunting--' 'Dragons?' He raised his eyebrows. 'How did you--' I began, but he only said, 'Let's just say I know a thing or two about dragon hunting.' Amazed, I watched as he opened a drawer below the cash register and pulled out a small bag of magic chocolate beans. He gave them to me and said, 'This will work. Now leave before the others find out.' I stumbled hurriedly toward the door, beans in hand, and before I left, turned back and asked, 'But, my good sir, what is your name?' He smiled and said, 'Andy.' Beans were great, 10/10, caught 15 dragons in one day and it's all thanks to Andy. Great service!

Very beautiful and fresh chocolates, ice cream and treats!! I shipped a box of goodies to my sons for the holidays- the owner and her daughter were so helpful! The boxes were beautiful and delivered on time, as well as perfect!! My boys were thrilled!! Thanks

Love the Sea Salt Chocolate Ice Cream!! And, can't help but take some fudge home for a treat later on. They have gotten busy since things have reopened, but they are staffed and ready to go. Everybody is very friendly.

Love the friendly staff and everything I've ever tried here. The apples are my favorite especially the dark chocolate sea salt one. Paired with the crisp Granny Smith apple it's just superb. Never had a bad apple!
