Kimchi Box

First time visiting Kimchi Box and can say it's really good. I order the combo c, which comes with any choice of the kimchi boxes and popcorn chicken with any sauce, and a soft drink. I also ordered the mandu! - Royal Bulgogi (3/5): The salad and japchae were perfect (no complaints) but my bulgogi was dry and lack a lot of flavor 🤷🏽‍♀️ - Mandu (4/5): fresh and juicy. I did try to ask for side of soy garlic sauce and was informed it's a $1...little odd to charge for switching sauce - Soy Garlic Popcorn Chicken (5/5): Literally no complaints, enjoyed every bite ( tastes exactly like Hola Seoul in Ann Arbor 👀) Overall enjoyed myself, great casual atmosphere, but for the vibes it insinuates I wish they had wall outlets (wanted to eat and do work). Really enjoyed myself, just annoyed about the sauce upcharge and the dry (lacking of flavor) bulgogi, which I was most excited about.

It blows my mind that this place is not wayyyy busier. This food is, no exaggeration, the best Asian I’ve had in a very long time… ever? Close. Got here by accident when Chipotle was out of rice. Took a gamble, tried something new, 100% don’t regret it. It’s my new fav spot. Best Pad Thai in MI. I want to come back tomorrow.

I’ve been to Kimchi Box well over 15 times now and honestly I’ve never had a single bad experience. Every time I get the sassy fries and the small wings they’re perfect. Every single location is good too. The flavor is always consistent, everything comes out hot, fresh, and crazy good. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place deserves it. If you want something that never disappoints, this is it.

Always a good time with good food. Added several menu items. This location has added a bit of a Korean bar vibe into some corners.

I love Kimchi Box! I ordered carry out today and the cashier told me it’d be 10-15 minutes. I had my food in 5! Food was fresh and hot. Always is! Highly recommend!

Another one of those places I have been "meaning to try"... I'm very glad I did! I stopped in for lunch on my route out in Sterling Heights. The place has a simple layout and room for plenty of customers. The kitchen area is upfront, making the place smell delightful. I had peeped the menu before coming in, so I knew what I wanted to try. I ordered the Seoul Chicken Sandwich with the Koren Sassy sauce. So... dang.. good! I never had a fried chicken thigh sandwich... way better than expected. I dare say better than chicken breast! Spicy but not that omg hot. Loved it. I also tried the Red Bean Buns, and let me tell you they are amazing. I have never tried a sweet item like this before. I was pleased, to say the least. Very tasty treat. All in all, I will be back. Highly recommend!

So glad we finally have a Korean fried chicken place in this area. Food was excellent. Street tacos were delicious. Got both the soy garlic and sassy sauce for wings and they were fantastic. Seoul chicken sandwich was great with the sassy sauce. Friendly and quick staff. Will definitely be going back.

Sooo so sooooooooo good! Been there twice and can't wait for#3!! It's our favorite restaurant in the Detroit area!! Out favorites so far are the bulgogi box and the kimchi fries and any of the tacos!! The Seoul chicken sandwich is good but very spicy if u get the sassy sauce. I think I would order 2-3 different tacos next time instead of the chicken sandwich.... But it was still delicious

My son told me how great the chicken sandwich was, but I had to try the bibimbap. Take a look at the picture: they give you a lot, and it's beautiful. I ordered carryout, so I don't know if the rice is the traditional way, sizzling on the inside of a stone bowl. It's really the thing that makes the dish. And, the carryout contained steamed rice. Steamed rice, and a lot more: cabbage, corn, beans, celery, carrots, rice noodles, and a choose of several different proteins. I got the spicy pork. They also include lettuce for some reason. It is high-quality, but it doesn't belong here. I seriously picked every bit of it out. They had a fried egg on top, and a fair amount of gochujang, although I could have used more. With all that going on, I can overlook for a bit the fact that the rice is not sizzling. This masterpiece was also prepared quickly. They told me it would take about 10 minutes, but it was closer to 6. I'm genuinely concerned that there might not be enough business to keep the doors open, but they have definitely gained a new customer.

We walked in and it reminded me a bit of how you'd walk into a chipotle. The dining area is spacious and would be good for a crowd. They had a big menu displaying drinks and their catering menu. A little odd - I think would be more beneficial if they displayed their daily menu instead. They did have smaller menus available by the register and you can check online. Food: Potato Dog - 4/5; there's no meat. Just cheese. I think mozzarella. I didn't realize it. But it was still really yummy. Bugolgi Kimbap - 4/5; It was good but I think the meat could use some extra salt. Wings - 5/5; I got the Supreme sauce and it was super sweet. A little too sweet for my liking. The cook on the chicken was great though. I'd get it again, but try a different sauce. Bulgogi Bibimbap - 3/5; we got this in the stone bowl, which cost an extra $2. I'd say, it just keeps the food warmer, but it doesn't crisp up the rice like how we thought it would. The bowl also needed more salt. I wouldn't get this again.

I've been a regular customer here, often ordering the large tray which typically comes with a white styrofoam cup of pickled daikon as a garnish. However, lately, it's been a bit hit or miss. There have been times when I had to ask for daikon, only to be told they were either out for the day or could provide it upon request. Today, I ordered my usual and asked for the daikon. The cashier asked if I was Korean, and when I said no, she informed me that daikon is free for Korean customers, but I would have to pay $1 or $2 because I wasn't. I found this explanation quite unusual and a little awkward. I'm still a fan of the food, but this experience left me a bit confused.

The boba, popcorn chicken and kimchi fries are bomb! I enjoy this spot. Great location easy to find, clean!

This is a place for some really damn good fried chicken. I absolutely love their popcorn chicken, especially with the soy garlic sauce. So tasty. We usually get the large tray and have enough food for a couple meals. The red bean buns are delicious too...heck every thing is delicious. Kimchi Box is definitely a hidden gem on hall road.

Surprisingly good! This was my first time at this spot and I was pleasantly surprised. I don't eat meat so there wasn't a lot of options, which made finding food difficult here but I was able to get something I don't see listed on the menu. It was a bowl with rice, glass noodles, lettuce, fried tofu, sauces, etc. The employees were quick with preparing our order. The price was okay. The inside was nice, lots of seating area but we got takeout. I believe my friend got a chicken Kimchi box, they said it was good! Would recommend!

This place was highly rated so I decided to give it a try.. despite the high reviews, the food was mediocre for the price, self served, and you get maybe 3 bites of the sides that come in the boxes. Long story short, don't try it. It was a disappointment.

I was really impressed by the food. I think this is one of my favorite places on Hall Road. Clean restaurant and the food was ready quickly.

What a find! This unassuming venue packs a flavor punch that will have me seeking it out anytime I'm in the lower peninsula. K-FRIED WINGS with Korean Sassy sauce were easily the star of the meal. I polished these off first with a side of SASSY FRIES. BULGOGI TACOS were solid and could have been a light lunch on their own. I ordered a bit too much food, but was very happy to indulge in the leftovers the next day. *While my love of Korean flavors + never-ending quest for wings + reviews made this an easy choice, if it weren't for other Yelpers, I don't think I'd have found this gem. I can't thank the community enough!

Amazing food, great staff and atmosphere with tons of sitting area. Our only gripe is that you don't have dessert or drinks, but a place worth stopping by for sure. The steamed dumplings are amazing but the bulgogi taco is my favorite thing I've tried here.

Came here for lunch and it was delicious! I've been hearing about this place since they opened and I'm glad we finally tried it. Abundance of seating. You order at the counter and they bring your food out to you. I got the Seoul Chicken Sandwich which is made with chicken thighs and is super saucy. So tasty. My mom got a new menu item that was a KBBQ bowl also with chicken and it had lots of sauce and some veggies, rice and noodles! It was a large portion and she took half to go. They also have Korean corn dogs that have 2 per order so we got the potato dogs and of course they were great. Can't go wrong with a mozzarella filled corn dog! Pricing is really good hear too. Lots of food for cheap prices. Definitely would recommend coming here. I want to try more menu items in the future.

Went to a brewer for brunch & their kitchen was closed so I had to scramble to find a place for takeout. This place was chosen simply bc i like kbbq. I ordered the bulgogi bimibap. Estimated pickup time was 20min. My friend went after 15min & called me to tell me that bulgogi wasn't available. I was not contacted directly to be told that there was an issue w/ my order. I chose spicy pork. All the meat is $2.00 & my card had been charged when I made the order. The marinated cucumber was absolutely delicious.

This is my second time eating here. First at this location. I didn't know it was a chain. Honestly this place is pretty consistent between the two I've tried. This place is kinda hipster. Loud music. You order at the register. The food quantity and quality is good. I honestly liked the Plymouth location better. The food was a little spicier. The bulgogi tacos are pretty epic. I wish they did just a meat rice bowl. Go give this place a try.

The 2 stars was not because of the food, but because of the being charged for upgrades and not getting them. I paid for fried egg, fried rice, kimchi and extra sauces which I did not get. As far as the food it was just ok. The bulgogi beef was very chewy and the katsu chicken was tough and dry. The glass noodles seemed old and chewy also.

I love cheese in general so if you do to, I HIGHLY recommend. The chicken is really good too. I am a fan of Korean fried chicken. Tad expensive to be going consistently but definitely worth it.

Tried kimchi box for the first time a few weeks ago. I had a hunch it would be great and I was not wrong. The food was outstanding. Korean street food vibes. I love kimchi anything, so I ordered a spicy kimchi Seoul Chicken Sandwich and kimchi fries. I also had the Fish Taco. Honestly, I wish I could have ordered the whole menu. This food is exactly what I crave. The man at the front counter was so sweet. He recognized that I wanted to order everything; that my eyes have a bigger appetite than my stomach. With that said, he sent out a sample plate of their Korean wings on the house. This place is incredible. A+++

Had the bulgolgi taco, popcorn chicken (small, half&half sauce of sassy korean and soy garlic), with a side of rice today. The taco is $3, super filling and flavorful. Size small of the popcorn chicken was plenty enough for two. I preferred the sassy korean sauce, had a nice kick to it; but it was nice to be able to get two sauce to try out. Chicken was crispy. Generous amount. Nice variety of Korean street food. Every time I've been here, food has been consistently delicious. Will definitely try their corn dog next! Friendly staff, reasonable price, delicious Korean food with a modern twist! Highly recommend to check this place out if you haven't yet!

Thank you so much @kimchi.box for having me yesterday. Many of you guys have been asking me if this place is halal. The answer is no. It would be awesome to have a Korean halal place tbh. I let the manager know i only eat halal/ vegetarian/ pescatarian and he was kind enough to make vegetarian options. May I present you the tofu bibimbap, the veggie steamed dumplings, the sassy fries, andddd a fish and tofu taco. Everything was amazing. Thank you so much again @kimchi.box the veggies were super fresh and the tacos were delicious. Everything was amazing.

See pic below to see what it includes. But they are known for their chicken and there are multiple flavors. They have something like a bento box that has the protein, veggies, salad rice n noodles. The bibnbap is all in one bowl you have an option to get a protein. My daughter said the tofu was good but she wish she had selected the chicken. I enjoyed my bulgogi beef a nice balance of sweet n savory. There was a lot of rice at the bottom that I didn't finish. There was a lot of fresh veggies cooked tender that complemented the beef and a tasty siracha sauce to add on top. The mozz dogs were nice and melty inside with a sweet toasted outer crust but oozed cheese once bitten. I'll definitely be back to try out the other items on the menu.

Decided to check this place out after seeing chowdowndetroit's TikTok and I'm so glad I did! Sassy Fries (mozzarella, sour cream, and spicy Mayo): so crispy. I would have liked some more toppings but the fries were crispy enough to be enjoyed in their own. Wings (half Soy Garlic half Korean Sassy): LOVED THESE. Amazing crunch, perfect sauce to wing ratio, and the quality of the chicken was good. Half and half is the way to go because you get the sweet/spicy and the savory. Thighs (half Soy half Sassy): still yummy but not as crisp as the wings. Can't wait to try it on their chicken sandwich. All in all, give this place a try! The staff is very friendly, chill environment (+doesn't smell like fried oil despite an open kitchen), and delicious food. Just avoid wearing a white shirt and prepare to use a lot of napkins.

My daughter was actually the one who told me about here! I can't mention much about the ambience other than when I walked in, which looks like a very typical Asian restaurant. But the service was within a minute or two when I got there for my pick up order. They have a wide variety of different types of Korean awesomeness! We had split a few different things when we ordered our takeout from here. So here is what we tried,... Red Bean Dumplings they were sweet and good texture dumplings that were made deliciously!!! We then split the Kimchi fries and let me tell you,... these are definitely the top pick for food here and I give 5 stars And the "Moz Balls" I swear these Balls brought my Korean experience to the moon and back! The food definitely is a hit! These is so much more to mention and so much more to try! The price is kind of on the high end side for me compared to other Asian restaurants but not bad for something different and hip and most definitely worth a try!!!

If you haven't had Korean tacos or wings before this would be the place to try them. The wings/drums are huge - juicy, crunchy crust and very tasty. This is now my go-to for wings. You can order them tossed in the Korean Sassy sauce (mildly hot) or the Soy Garlic sauce. This is hands down the best Korean wings I've had. The tacos are equally as good - full of meat but also with the right amount of toppings which are tossed in a very light Asian dressing. It's not just plain lettuce and tomato on top of meat in a tortilla. It's much more than that - taste in every bite. Bibimbap is made with fresh ingredients including the gochujang sauce. What I like about theirs is it's not only fresh, but it also has a good variety of many vegetables along with the meat and is pretty authentic. The restaurant is not visible from the main road (Hall); the front is facing the mall so it can be easy to miss. The inside of the restaurant is spacious and has a lot of seating. Very comfortable, clean.

This looks like it was the old Pei Wei. Ordered the BBQ chicken taco, Kimchi taco, BBQ chicken bibimbap, a 4 piece boneless chicken in the Korean sassy sauce, kimchi fries and a side of more kimchi. It's hot and new, it's only been open for a little over a week. They are open until 9pm. Dine-in, carry out available too. They were out of drums for a full order and the corn dogs. I wanted to try their corn dog. Next time. There's black beans, romaine, carrots, corn, julienne eggs, bean sprouts, japchae, red and green cabbage, radish, cucumber and onions in with the bibimbap. It's the most variety of ingredients I have ever had in my bibimbap. I say the more the merrier. All of that goodness is on top of some purple rice. Be sure to ask for a side of sesame oil and a spoon to eat it all up, it's quite good. We got to try a couple of their double fried bone-in wings they are so crispy. You can really hear the crunch your first bites into the outside. The Korean sassy sauce is sweet and hot. The kimchi fries are tasty. Has some hot dogs cut up on top of the fries. The fried kimchi is quite nice. The kimchi side is good, it's fresh. The water kimchi cubed is so refreshing, super fresh and crunchy and cuts some of the heat nicely from the Korean sassy sauce or the gochujang sauce from the bibimbap too. They told us to leave our finished items at the table. They would bus it clean after we leave. The service here is fantastic. The staff are all warm, attentive, polite and friendly too. The double fried wings are why people come here, the fries, bibimbap and tacos are to have a bit of variety and to change it up. A nice gem of a spot here in Sterling Heights.

This spot is located in the plaza directly in front of Lakeside Mall. I believe Pei Wei used to be in this exact spot. You walk in and there is a menu to the left, walk up to the cashier to place your order/pay and the food is then brought to your table. We ordered a little bit of everything. Started with the Korean hotdogs - which were half dog dog and half cheese, deep fried and covered it sugar. The texture of the breading was really good and the contrast of sweet and salty was a great mixture. We also ordered the Kimchi fries - fries were crunchy and full of flavor. I ordered the Seoul Chicken Sandwich with spicy sauce, the chicken was cooked perfectly and the breading was crispy (not soggy like some other chicken sandwiches). The coleslaw on top of the sandwich added an element of texture and went great with the sandwich. Lastly, we tried the Spicy Pork box and Bulgogi box. Each box came with rice, salad and noodles. Both were good but the Bulgogi was my favorite of the two. Overall, would definitely be back to try other items off the menu. Food was great and service was excellent. PS: Their lemon/ginger tea is AMAZING and REFRESHING!

WOW. This place was amazing. Ordering was quick and easy and they bring your food right to your table. I wasn't sure how big the wings would be so I ordered a medium and was pleasantly surprised with the size(I'll get a small next time). The red bean buns were great and tasted exactly like my favorite brand that I get from H Mart. There's a lot of menu items that I need to go back and try. I can easily see this place becoming one of my favorite spots.

Stub my toe or eat at Kimchi Box again. I'd definitely stub my toe. My only thought through my final experience was "I hope no one gets sick." Within the area where this place is located there are SO many better options than the overpriced fare offered here.

Wanted to try this place for awhile! So so glad I did! My fiancé got the tacos , I got Korean bbq and my daughter got chicken bbq, and we all Loved it! The tacos were pretty spicy so beware! But overall everything was absolutely delicious! Can't wait to go back and try more!!!

I'm so sad about this place, I really wanted to love it but sadly i don't think it lives up to the hype... I got the bulgogi box, the bulgogi had good flavor and was cooked well! My rice had parts that were so hard I couldn't eat it, and some parts that were so over cooked it was mush. I figured maybe I got the bottom of the pot of rice. The chicken in the corner was okay but the breading on some of the pieces was raw and doughy. Salad was okay, just lacked flavor. I also ordered fried dumplings which I didn't eat. I bit into one and it was very doughy so I thought maybe that one wasn't done, tried another bite of a different one and same thing. So disappointing. Not to mention they forgot about my order of dumplings so they were cold when I got them. The tables where all dirty even after the employee wiped it down. And the ceiling was literally falling down as I ate. I'm hoping it was a fluke that I had a bad experience but maybe I'll try them when I'm in the area but definitely not making the 45 min drive for this place again.

This is my first time Dinning in since COVID-19 broke out. This place is so bleeping good. So heads up when you first enter and standing in line. That's the actual line so even if you are picking up or dinning in that's the line. It's a you order & pay first type of joint! So I would suggest to read the menu first or view their Instagram. Also the portions are huge. Like if you get a medium be prepared to Fucking eat and chew baby. So I suggest small, don't screw up like I did. Popcorn chicken sounds small but it's huge. So this is a good place to go with friends and to share. They have outdoor seating open as well. Another heads up, it seems like they are still figuring out the waitstaff/chef thing. So you might get some food late or asked what you ordered again. Be patient. It's worth the wait. I would suggest to try this place out! Thank me later.

I really wanted to like this place more than I did. @chowdowndetroit posted an Instagram video of it last week, and then another friend tried it out, and everything looked delicious. Overall, the food was pretty good, but the 3.5/5 stars for the food gets taken down to a 3 due to some other issues. What we ordered: -Spicy Pork Bento Box (my boyfriend's meal). This had lovely presentation although was a bit pricey ($13, and $14 if you got bulgogi instead). It had white rice with purple (sprinkled?) throughout, the pork, a small salad with ginger dressing similar to what I've had at hibachi restaurants, and a small side of their popcorn chicken. Very tasty. -Bulgogi taco: Tasty except it had a lot of lettuce and not a lot of bulgogi, also it was a little spicy ($3). -Chicken sandwich: Probably the best value there ($6.50), you get two HUGE pieces of chicken. It was tasty except it basically tasted the same as the popcorn chicken in the Bento box. -Corn dog rolled in sugar, with cheese inside: this was the reason I wanted to try Kimchi Box, as it looked delicious. Upon first bite it was reminiscent of elephant ears at Cedar Point. Unique, and tasted good, but not something I need to order again now. The restaurant used to be a Pei Wei, as other reviewers have mentioned, and the layout seems to have been kept the same. It's also a fast-casual restaurant, so you place your order first (including tip) and then sit down with a number, and they bring you your food. Our food was brought in kind of an odd order ... the taco first, then the Bento box a few minutes later, and finally the chicken sandwich. The part that irks me is that our corn dogs were never brought to us; I asked the cashier about it, and people brought us bulgogi tacos, and later a few other tacos, none of which we had ordered (past the initial bulgogi taco). Another employee finally confirmed with me that it was the corn dogs we were waiting on, and about 20-30 minutes after we had placed our order, they were brought out. Not trying to be nitpicky but our table was also kind of sticky, and the two other booths nearby hadn't been cleaned either. Hence why this is a 3-star review and not a 4-star. I'm guessing since they haven't been open that long, they are still working through some growing pains. All that being said, overall the food was pretty good, so if I was on this side of town, I would stop by again. I forgot to mention their lemonade/iced tea: they had some pretty interesting flavors, like lemon and tumeric, which was good. Also, their dumplings looked tasty and if you like kimchi, they also have kimchi fries, and I believe a chicken sandwich topped with kimchi. However, I would not drive the 30 minutes again if the only place I was going was Kimchi Box.

Fun to try something new, and everything was good, but one thing I ordered, the Korean Corn Dogs, didn't have any hot dogs in them, only cheese! Wth?! Wanted to try a little bit of everything, and asked the girl taking my order what I should get. She said "Everything is good". Thanks for nothing. Started out with a Spicy Pork Taco & a BBQ Chicken Taco. Both were good, preferred the Pork over the chicken. Then got a BBQ Box with Korean Sassy Popcorn Chicken, it was good, but not great considering all the awesome reviews on it. Plus the purple rice was all stuck together in a big clump, and would separate, very unappealing to me. Next was the Seoul Chicken Sandwich with Soy garlic. This lived up to it's reviews. Tasty, crispy to the last bite, and filling. Onto the Bibimbap with Bulgogi (beef). I would definitely get this again, minus the purple rice, which again was a huge, semi-solid clump on my plate. Last was the Korean Corn dogs - menu states "Korean style corn dogs stuffed with cheese and hot dogs (2)" We bit into one and only cheese. Thinking they may have forgotten the hot dog in that one, we bit into the other, only cheese again. Big disappointment. Other than the lack of hot dogs in my corn dogs, the only other thing I didn't like was the stagnant taste of pickled onions in my mouth/breath/stomach for over 12 hrs, and that was brushing my teeth 2 x! Anything I may order in the future will be sans onion.

The food was very good here. Good atmosphere and quick service. I had the chicken wings and kimchi fries. The wings were very crispy and slightly spicy, a signature of Korean BBQ sauce. The fries had a nice helping of kimchi and a sassy sauce on it which was very good as well. I looked over the menu many times and couldn't find any desserts!

The last couple weeks I've been driving up and down hall road eating cheesesteaks and was craving something different, something yummy and maybe even a tad spicy. I notice Kimchi Box on Yelp, surprised I didn't noticed it on my cheese steak adventures. Let's preface this review with I love kimchi and Kimchi box did not disappoint. It's a nice location with a pleasant interior from the previous chain Chinese restaurant. I ordered up a Seoul Chicken Sandwich and kimchi fries. The kimchi fries where so crunchy and just mixed so well with the kimchi and cheese toppings. When I opened the take out box in the car they looked so good, I was glad I am single because I wasn't sharing. Tasty tasty tasty, kimchi fries were very good. After I finished up the fries I honestly didn't need the Seoul Chicken Sandwich but after I opened up the box I just couldn't resist. OMG it was 2 chicken breasts which had this crispy coating then drizzled with some type of mildly spicy love sauce. Combine that crunchy chicken with some veggies, kimchi and a nice soft bun, yep yummy time. What a great place I can't wait to go back an try the Bulgogi Beef tacos.

I had the veggie fried dumplings, the red bean buns, and the cheese corn dogs. I liked everything I had! Buns were super soft and fluffy with the perfect level of sweetness in the red bean. Veggie dumplings were crisp. I would recommend you ask the cheese corn dogs be dropped fresh and eat them immediately if you want a cheese pull.

Walked in on a Friday evening to order for carry out and it was PACKED! Highly recommend calling to order ahead of time however the hostess told me it would be about 20mins for my order to be ready and it was ready in exactly 20mins! Fantastic flavor and generous portions. The Seoul chicken sandwich was huge and can be split between 2 people. The Kimchi fries were my favorite.

It's across from Lakeside Mall! I've been around the area for a bit now and didn't know they had a Korean spot nearby! I knew I had to come checkout this place. I love Korean BBQ. So the ambiance is quiet and uplifting at the same time. I reminds me of Korean BBQ's back in Cali. It's a good spot for friends to come for brunch or with a family of 10 or so. They have a lot of dining tables inside so I would think it would work with a big family. Also have a few booths too. Inside is pleasantly clean, even their drink station where you can grab your water/soda. Food: kimchi tacos, popcorn chicken (Korean sassy sauce) box, kimchi fries, japchae, everything that I ordered was SOO GOOD. I haven't tried kimchi tacos/fries before so I gave that a go. I'm surprised that it works out very well. The tacos has fried tofu in it, which tastes warm and just goes real well with kimchi inside. As for the fries, I enjoyed that a bit more because kimchi can be a bit sour & bitter but with the cheese and fries it made a good combo of flavors that balanced out well with each other. The japchae, you can't get japchae that tastes this good elsewhere in Michigan (that I know of). It's so good that I will definitely drive 30mins-1hr to come eat. It has a bit of a sweet flavor but not overpowering. It is so good with the chopped egg pieces that it comes with. Just wish I had MORE eggs with mines though (next time I'll order it with more eggs). Popcorn chicken was hard to poke with my plastic fork (which makes you think it'll taste hard) it made it difficult to get but as I ate it, it was crunchy on the outside and the chicken was soft to chew. It's almost like orange chicken/sweet and sour chicken that you get at the Chinese restaurant but the popcorn chicken is much more crunchy, is all. Customer service was okay. But my kimchi fries that I ordered, didn't come out until I told them before I left. I did have a big order so I understand if they forgot about it. I'm an understanding person. No big deal for me. The food that did come out, came out in a good timely manner. I recommend this place. Don't be afraid to try something different! You might end up liking it as much as I did.

I wouldn't recommend. The staff is nice but food wasn't that great. Popcorn chicken tasted like fried batter with no chicken. I wondered if I was eating a tiny cauliflower with hella breading. Update: I also felt sick after eating here. Maybe the food was sitting out for a while and they reheated it idk

Delicious! Fresh! Tons of flavor and so many things to try that you can't easily get locally. You order at register and take a seat with a number and they bring food out (open visible kitchen) as it is ready. We had Kimchi tacos, bibimap, sassy fries and wings...Can't stop telling my friends. Excited to go back (if I lived closer I would've already eaten there 3 other times already.) service was a little slow and each dish came out separately and served separately , not sure if it was because it was so busy, but everything was prepared well and tasted great. I'd rather it served in stages then waiting for everything and being cold/aged....

The chicken sandwich is my fave! The mozz sticks breaded and fried are also delicious. Overall lots of great flavors here!

Just recently tried the tacos too and omg wish I would've sooner! They are jam packed with toppings. Super delicious and fresh flavors! Also enjoyed the japchae a lot more this time and there was also more of it. Previous order came in a small Togo this was in a larger one which for $8 w/out meat is a great price.

Nice ambience. Kpop music playing on the background. We ordered Korean wings and sassy fries. Both were good and crispy. Will definitely come back to try other items on the menu.
