SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
Such a disappointing experience. We tried the all-you-can-eat sushi, and it was the worst waste of money ever. We ordered the first round of rolls, which arrived after about 15 minutes, an acceptable waiting time. Then we ordered the second round and ended up waiting over an hour.
After 45 minutes, we asked if something had happened with our order. The staff said they would check, and after another 10–15 minutes they came back and told us there had been a shift change and that there were no ingredients left, so it would take even longer. There was no real option for us to leave, since the regular menu was extremely overpriced and we would have had to pay much more than the all-you-can-eat option.
The table next to us had to wait 15 minutes just to get napkins and chopsticks, which I doubt was related to the sushi chef’s shift change. The staff was completely unorganized, which might be understandable if the restaurant were busy, but there were only a few tables occupied. And we were charged a POS provider fee, even though we paid cash.
The food itself was nothing special. The quality was just okay, but for the price and the level of service, it’s much better to avoid this place and go somewhere else.
