Very beautiful classic hotel. The building is absolutely stunning both inside and out. It's amazingly well situated. Room was quite small and fairly corporate in its design, but comfortable and well equipped. It was also very quiet. Room service is fast and they have a lovely bar and restaurant. I found it a very peaceful and elegant place to stay.

Kimpton Fitzroy is outstanding! From the rooms, amenities, customer service and overall experience, this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. It is a true 5-star quality hotel and service experience. Of note, I greatly appreciate their very long list of available items you can use should you forget important hygiene products or items like a hair dryer or lint roller. But most of all, I am more than impressed with the top-notch hospitality from the minute you arrive to depart. I've stayed at this Kimpton twice, both for business and vacation, and it is my "go to" hotel in London.

10/10 recommend staying at this beautiful hotel! We had such an amazing experience while staying here, we keep talking about to weeks later. All the staff from checking, concierge, restaurant and bar were all amazing. The amenities were really nice and our room was perfect for us. The best part for us was the breakfast. The food was not only great but we ended up having the same waiter the whole time of our stay and she was so nice and attentive. She remembered our coffee order after the first day. The hotel was in a great location too. Walking distance to most places and a tube stop was right around the corner. We went to the Fitz to grab a drink on our last night and it’s also a place not to miss. Can’t wait to make another trip back to London and stay here again!

Amazing hotel! While the rooms are small this is very common for old buildings in London. We stayed at the intercontinental in park lane after here and it was the same (small rooms) Once past this the rooms are very well equipped with lots of nice touches of complimentary drinks and snacks, even real milk for tea/coffee, unlike the IC where they give you 2 small UHT creams you would see on a budget airline! The beds were very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. It wasn’t noisy at all. The building is just beautiful. It has a real grandeur about it. A free social sips between 5-6pm was a nice touch too. The gym is the best hotel gym I’ve ever used or been in. Well equipped with great machines and free weights, canned water both still and sparkling available at all times. We never ate at the hotel. The location is perfect, just next door to Russell Square Tube Station. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay if visiting London. I’d recommend it over the IC in Park Lane, always.

I stayed in twice in June during a summer visit through a few European cities. I'm up tonight randomly remembering breakfast. There's an all you can eat 'buffet' of sorts that has a little of everything - warm food, bagels, yogurt, kefir, fruit, warm tea, even salad. It was by far one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. You can also order an omelette or made to order eggs. The room was charming & I believe they gave me a chocolate each night. Very elegant.

I have very mixed feelings about this Hotel. However, I could not stay here again. The positives are, it's location is fantastic, the staff are really lovely and friendly, they'll be as helpful as they can and were very accommodating, I have no faults with them at all. The hotel itself is very beautiful, it also has some very interesting history behind it. Breakfast is good, though not the best I've experienced comparing similar hotels. There's ample choice and the food tastes good. One annoying thing, is you need to request eggs to be cooked freshly. So, say you're having a "full English" from the banquet, you've likely finished eating most of your breakfast before your eggs arrive, it doesn't feel very cohesive. The cocktail bar is pleasant and the atmosphere is nice, some interesting specials on offer to drink. Room service is efficient and quick, though the chips given with meals were a bit disappointing. I cannot speak on the Spa facilities as I did not use them. Regrettably, for the following reasons it's not a 5 star experience to me, far from it. I've stayed in a few 5 star hotels now, and this was by far the worst experience I've had. The rooms are incredibly small. We had an issue with our first room and got moved to another and it was just the same. The bathrooms have very minimal counter space, so if you're sharing with someone it can get a bit difficult to find space for your products. If you're a woman and want to put on makeup, this is an incredibly awkward experience. Our bathroom was also partially broken, the rainfall shower dripped freezing cold water on you when you weren't using it. The handheld shower, when bent even slightly jetted water out the other end of it's hose, so I ended up drenching the bathroom as I wasn't expecting it when I was trying to rinse my hair. There was a broken latch on the window in our bathroom, so our bathroom was diabolical, walking on the tiles was like walking on ice. A lot of that cold then leached into our bedroom, I couldn't stop shivering all night, despite putting the heating up as much as we could. The absolute deal breaker for me however is this is one of the noisiest hotels I've ever stayed in. Through-out the night, constant loud bangs, there seems to be no sound dampening at all, inside or out. I could hear the room next to us flicking their light switches, talking, walking etc. I understand we're in the center of London and there will be some road noise, but it felt like there was no sound proofing from the street either (And having stayed in other city-center locations, I've never heard so much noise before, this loud and clear). I'm a light sleeper so this was far from ideal as I barely got any sleep at all. In the end I needed to put the TV on in order to try and drown out some of the other sounds for a more consistent volume to attempt to get any sleep, I think I managed about 2 hours on my first night. My partner however, that usually sleeps like the dead, also struggled to sleep and was constantly awoken by the sounds. The banging from inside the hotel and noise was incredibly intrusive. I'm not sure if it was from staff moving around inside the hotel, or people coming back to their rooms, but it didn't stop at any point during our stay and it was very consistent. Overall, these issues greatly impacted our stay, and made it a much more negative experience than a positive one, and I couldn't recommend to stay here to others, which is a shame.

What a fabulous bar! The bartender Gregory was simply outstanding. A mixologist if there ever was one. Can’t wait to come back! Very knowledgeable about bourbon which I appreciated. Mixes a great cocktail and Greta conversation. Glad to have found this place.

This is undoubtedly one of the most exceptional hotels in London, blending stunning design with outstanding comfort. The beautifully designed interiors and well-equipped rooms provide everything needed for a perfect stay. The location is ideal—central yet wonderfully peaceful. The staff are incredibly welcoming, and a special thanks to Lina at breakfast for her warmth and attentiveness. I’ve stayed here multiple times and will undoubtedly return. A true treasure in the heart of London!

Had an outstanding holiday week at the Kimpton Fitzroy. Me and friend lucked out with smaller room (at much lower price) but got full amenities treatment of high end property. Stunning lobby, warm and courteous staff, just an exceptional experience all the way around. Arrived a bit early, but were treated like royalty and assigned rooms and given overview of property. Location, location, location. The best. Decided to do complimentary breakfast the first morning just to get bearings, and ended up at the Galvin every morning after that. Do not miss this perk! Uber was quite inexpensive and readily available. Also tube stop around the corner. Great trip and lovely memories.

Hotel is beautiful across from lovely park nice old pubs with good food as well as transportation. It was about 100$ from Heathrow in taxi. Lovely historical hotel..fabulous front desk staff wonderful greeting as well.we arrived very early and they got us a room early thank goodness as I had such jet lag. Nice restaurant too but the staff including doorman were fabulous

Ok. It's a five star hotel and delivers a five star experience. I don't know the price as I paid with hotel points but I do know it's not cheap. 100+ year old building. As soon as we checked in I ditched the t-shirt and put on a proper shirt. Very, very nice. Beautiful young lady from Albania checked us in and was very helpful even though it was her first week on the job. Well done.

The restaurant Fitz's was excellent and the special highlight was Fedro our server. He was extremely courteous and accommodating.

This was the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in. It's historic and was designed by Charles Fitzroy Doll, who was also the architect for the Titanic's dining room (and the restaurant Galvin's was the inspiration for the Titanic's). Feast your eyes on marble, big windows, original crown moldings -- they do not make hotels like this anymore. Through points I had free breakfast at their restaurants and I would recommend the service, selection and views at Galvin's over Burr & Co, which is more like a coffee/eatery. I also enjoyed high tea in the Palm Court. My room was on the small side, but since I was traveling solo, I was fine with the setup. The room did not have a separate closet for clothes, but rather a bar behind the bed to hang clothes. The bathroom was modern and updated with nice toiletry products. I really appreciated that though I was in a small room, it was cleaned every day and the staff paid attention to small details like replacing the complementary snacks. The location is in the historic Bloomsbury neighborhood, which is the definition of "chill, cool literary person" vibes. You're pretty close to Tavistock Square (where Virginia Woolf lived and there's a Gandhi memorial as well), as well as some fantastic indie bookstores, the British Museum, Sir John Soane's Museum. The neighborhood is a bit quieter at night than others (I've stayed in Mayfair and Leicester Square previously), however it is just steps away from the Piccadilly line, and easy walking to Covent Garden, Holborn, Soho, Seven Dials, Leicester Square, Oxford Street. So I found the calmer nighttime atmosphere appealing after being in the busy areas during the day. I would stay here again, I truly loved my stay.

Lovely hotel located right by Russell Square. I usually tend to lean towards smaller, boutique hotels but for as big as Kimpton Fitzroy is (334 rooms), I really had a very nice, personalized experience here. Property is gorgeous and the restaurant (Galvin's) and bar (Fitz's) were both excellent. I was telling friend that rarely do I give such accolades to a hotel bar but Fitz's was quite special, from the cocktails to service. I came back days later after check-out and the server (Akira?) still remembered me. That's how personal they are. They also offer a social hour from 5-6pm of free drinks for guests which is a nice touch. In all areas of the hotel, plenty of space to spread about, and the staff is kind and accommodating. Rooms are also a good size, including the bathroom. I accidentally left my blazer there upon departure but Mark from Security was so friendly and professional with helping me arrange pickup. All in all just a 5 star experience across the board, and will be back.

Beautiful architecture, lobby, and restaurants. It has a historic yet glamour feel. I stayed in the smallest room available (one twin size bed) but the bathroom was of decent size and had a full shower. The bath was also nicely renovated. Service was 3 star. The staff appeared very young and asking for simple requests was actually a quest. They had a hard time getting bottled water and I had to go through a few people to request smaller change (for tips). At 7AM, the coffee cart was completely disheveled from the night before. Beautiful hotel in a great location right by the tube and Russel Square. However, the service could be a bit more upscale to match.

I was just in awe walking up to this hotel. It was like I stepped back in time and was a fancy lady arriving by carriage on holiday. It's even more impressive inside with nice lobby to sit in. The front desk agent was helpful and promptly got us our key and said they had a "social hour" every day in one of their restaurants for people to mingle and have a free drink. There are a couple of restaurants, a bar, and there is a gym on the lower floor, so that's a lot of good amenities on property. The room itself was decent sized with a nice comfortable bed and a coffee maker and a teapot as well as fridge. They included water bottles and some snacks that were replaced daily when the room was made. The windows in my room were small though and high so couldn't see out of them but could open/close blinds for desired sunlight. Every time I re-entered and the doorman held the door and said hello, I felt welcome. I love the large size of the hotel and how nice the exterior and interior are. It's right at a nice park, Russell Square, and around the corner from an Underground station. The location was the best. It was definitely an expensive hotel, but it brought me joy and saved me time getting around because of where it was. It was worth the splurge.

Staying at the Kimpton Fitzroy London was delightful. The staff is outstanding particularly Marco Russo , a young concierge who is professional, polite and personable. His restaurant recommendations were excellent, from simple to elegant, and a few last minute ones too. I especially recall him calling an authentic Italian family restaurant where his conversation began in Italian and concluded in English. He also assisted me with having confidential documents printed and delivered to my room. This is one young man who will go far in his career. Another shout out to Angela in Customer Relations for making things extra special. I look forward to staying there again in October and trying new restaurant recommendations.

The Galvin restaurant was my venue for lunch today in the Kimpton Fitzroy hotel. This hotel has recently been lavishly updated and restored to its Victorian splendour! The Galvin restaurant in the hotel Is well worth a visit. High end dining at reasonable prices (for the area) with a great setting and very courteous staff! I will return there again for sure! Oysters were excellent as was the cod!

Taking this down a notch based all of on my most recent stay. Here's the net: - Beautiful building to look at from the outside including a great lobby on the inside. - Marketing about the services / amenities that varies is misleading. The beautiful Palm Court is effectively never available during my 5-night stay when I wanted to go there. Burr & Co posts hours to 11pm, but is effectively closed by 1020pm when they do "last call." - After not being able to order a drink at Burr, I was sent over to Fitz's, the more glam bar, ordered a Negroni, and then was subsequently told by the bartender that I was not allowed to use my iPad while sitting at the bar. Outrageous on two levels: (1) literally never seen this in my life and (2) this is a hotel bar and a solo traveler can't read the news on their iPad whilst in it? My conclusion is this place seems to care more, and is better designed for, the college students who overwhelm Burr & Co and the local fancy types who frequenty Fitz's than the hotel guests who stay there, and certainly more than the solo business travelers amongst them who do. All that said, my TripAdvisor review of this place (similar to this one) got me a long phone call with Gunter the manager who did an exceptional job of listening to feedback and convincing me he really cares. He can't make the windows bigger (they're small in some rooms), but he can fix the other issues. So I will try it again it, I've notched this review back up from 3 stars to 4, and I'll be updating it after my next experience.

I see positive reviews by other guests, and I envy them their experience. I agree completely that the hotel is beautiful. The facade is epic, even regal. The main entrance and stairway are a period movie waiting for a camera. In all, it is very striking, but the decorations are not the problem. Neither is the location, which is quite close to the tube stop and Russell Square and surrounded by much history both inside and outside the museum. Wonderful, but again, not the problem. The problem, at least to me, seemed to be either indifference or incompetence on the part of the staff or management. We arrived early and could not arrange any sort of early check-in. Perhaps it's not done, but guests falling asleep in lobby chairs for hours is not a good look. At least apologize and say you're looking for a solution. At least check in with the guests every two hours or so. The room, when it was finally ready - apparently at 3pm, and not a minute before - was lovely, but by then I didn't care. The throw pillows were artfully arranged, but I would have preferred another 15 minutes of sleep. A Super-8 motel with a room ready by 11am would've been a superior alternative, even if they didn't have the zodiac on their floor tiles. Likewise, coffee. For an international hotel to not have coffee or tea available in a common area before 8am is inexcusable. If you're up at 6:00, you can untangle the plugs and cords and make tea in your room or challenge yourself with the English version of a Keurig machine. You could order room service to bring you an eventual cup of coffee or you can wait until 7:30 or 8 or whenever you can find a begrudging server - good luck on a second cup btw. Best yet, do like I did and walk round the corner to the Pret Manger and drop the 5 and twenty for a couple cups and a pastry. It even arrives with a smile and a thank you. There were some folks who were standouts - genuine kindness, real smiles - but the hostility seemed endemic. Too many staff who can probably speak four languages but instead express their indifference without saying a word. I will not likely stay here again. I will not recommend this place to anyone, particularly at the price. I will regard all those who stay at this hotel as either misguided, or fortunate enough to not require anything beyond baseline competence on a very specific timetable. In short, my experience reflected badly on the hotel, the management, and IHG. It was very disappointing. Two stars, because the staircase really is lovely.

Beautiful and classy hotel. We did not stay here but came inside to have a quick drink at the bar and look around. The lobby is beautiful, they have a small coffee shop with snacks on one side and the hotel bar/lobby on the other side. Beautiful fixtures and a well-laid out entry design. Staff were all warm and helpful and I would def. consider staying here next time I am in London. This is a great location within walking distance to the palace and several parks, shops and restaurants. It's right where you want to be.

A 3 stars hotel trying very hard to be a 5 stars. When we got to the hotel we need to carry our own luggage 70 lbs up the stairs. Water is always run out in our room, we have to buy 2 gallons outside every day. Ask for iPhone charger and was told they do not have any. The staffs is very friendly and allows early check in is positive

I stayed at this hotel in March 2023 following a business trip. Not only was the hotel beautiful and historic, but the service was truly next level. Absolutely lovely in every way. Worth every penny. Always love a Kimpton hotel but this one exceeded expectations- from the decor to the waitstaff to the amenities and restaurants, sitting spaces, bars etx. Superb

Came here for their afternoon tea. It's such a beautiful room and the perfect spot to enjoy tea and some champagne!

Terrific hotel. Gracious and friendly service all-around, from the doormen, bellboys, check-in and concierge, room service, housekeeping and restaurant staff (at Burr's, Fitz's Bar and the Palm Court). I would give the staff 6 stars if I could. As this building is a historical landmark designed by the same architect as the Titantic (yes, that fateful ship), there sits in the stairwell on the 2nd story a small dragon statue whose twin unfortunately now sits at the bottom of the ocean. It highlights the interesting historical context of this building and also gives patrons appreciation to see how the renovations a few years ago have both preserved elements of the original building while creating a beautiful modern touches in the redesigned spaces. There is an excellent cafe on the first floor and terrific cocktail bar Fitz's (which I've reviewed separately). I didn't eat at the main restaurant but had afternoon tea in the Palm Court which was beautiful, quite empty around noon when we went, and very pleasant. My only dings would be the bathroom--in the standing shower, there is no raised ledge on the ground to keep the water inside the shower once you open the door, so whenever you shower a large puddle spills out all around the shower and toilet. Also the consistency of the hot water pressure in the sink was on and off, maybe bc it's an older building. But overall the stay was lovely and I'd stay there again.

I would definitely stay here again. To start, you can't beat the location. Walking distance to an entire world of places and sites you want to experience. If you want to visit places further away, it is a short half block to the tube (Piccadilly line, which makes this a straight ride with no transfers from Heathrow), and 10 minute walk to Kings X train station. Staff is attentive. Ran out to help with my bags when they saw me coming up the steps. I got there around noon so my room wasn't ready, but they kept my bags and suggested several places nearby for a coffee. Had my bags in my room for me when I got back, not in a closet behind the desk. Gave this weary traveler good info on how to get breakfast in the morning (included with my room). Safety matters! The hotel is spacious with many facilities, restaurants, and places to relax on the first floor. The elevator up, however, is right in front of reception and you can't use it unless you have a floor key to activate it. Random people can't just wander the floors and knock on your door. I so appreciate that feature. They have a face mask policy in place and all the staff follow it. Guests mostly, not all - people are people. In general, though, I felt safe and taken care of. There is a gym! A good gym especially by hotel standards. What do I always say? We don't work out. We train - every day. And I was able to do that here easily. There was room to use my jump rope, too. Love it. No pool, sauna, or Jacuzzi. No bathtub in my room either. Just a little bummed at that. Probably could have paid more for a room with a bathtub, but I was kind of maxed out on my budget for the room I had. And no complaints! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and not cramped. There was a kettle so I could make tea or coffee, and they left some snacks that were appreciated. I slept just fine. The breakfast that was included was pretty good. Lots of choices, healthy and fresh. There was a real army of servers in the restaurant, though, and I think 80% of them were in training. I really wanted them to stop coming over to my table. It was awkward and in the morning I just want my coffee and to be left alone. If I want something I'll raise my hand. And the coffee situation, it just didn't work out. The first day they had regular brewed coffee, but after that when I would order a brewed coffee, they would say, "Okay, an Americano." No, no, no. I don't want that out of the machine. Just a brewed coffee. Most of the servers had trouble understanding the difference, I think. There was a little bit of a language barrier as the majority of them seemed to be workers from other parts of Europe. So after the first day the coffee situation was dire, but somehow I survived! At the other end of the hotel is the restaurant Burr & Co. For some reason they do coffee better over there. They also had a great menu with lots of vegetarian options. The bar, Fitz, was dark and had great cocktails, but again, the language barrier made it necessary to speak slowly and order precisely. No big deal. I appreciate when I don't have to use my halting language skills other than English. I can communicate in about 5 languages, but it isn't always pretty! I've rambled too long. In summation, this is a really good choice for several nights in London. Price, hospitality, comfort, convenience - are all on point.

Enjoyed our stay here while we were in London last week. Booked two rooms for my family. I highly recommend this hotel. Why? - The staff- everyone we have encountered! - were gracious and helpful. Claire, the manager is fantastic to work with. We had an issue prior to check in and she sorted it out. - The rooms are well appointed, comfortable, clean and user-friendly. Check out the picture I posted. - I'm delighted with breakfast at Neptune (healthy and lots of options to choose from), the Fitz bar (amazing drinks!) and the cafe adjacent to the front desk. Will definitely return to this hotel next time we're in London. Check it out for yourselves. You will not be disappointed!

This is an excellent hotel in a great location in London. The building is beautiful inside and out. All the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Room service is good. We were upgraded to a small suit on our last visit and it was fantastic. The bed is very comfortable with high quality linens. The shower is excellent. Everything is well maintained and very clean. Our room was very quiet despite being on Russell Square. This is my first choice for our next visit to London.

This is a very surreal hotel. Absolutely stunning architecture; small rooms, no place to put any toiletries, but what you'd expect from a historic property. Great bed; quiet stay. But - oh my God - the service is AWFUL to the point it ruined our week. We could easily get over the key system being down at check-in --- but there is not one restaurant with staff that notices you are there. And, when the do, they only pretend to care. "Have a seat, we'll bring a menu right over..." and they never do. You must go to the bar (around your non-existent server) to order ---and to pay if you ever want to leave. No one ever asks if you'd like anything else. The maid service didn't show, even after I went down and asked the front desk in person, and again via phone to housekeeping. The server in the bar didn't understand the word "Manhattan" (she had me write it down for her) only to expose my back-up order of a Sharedeney (Chardonnay). If you stay here - you will love the location - although its on the sleepy side of London - but expect to wait 20 minutes to be even noticed in the bar, and then a full 40 to get your first drink. The service was so awful, we really could not figure out the business model in any way to explain it. A boatload of apologetic staff running around... but all with hollow promises to take action.

gorgeous hotel, trendy yet classic vibes, mostly kind staff, but disorganized making my stay difficult and frustrating. upon arrival, i immediately fell in love with all of the details from the lobby to the room, but even though my colleague (who booked my stay) had called to confirm my reservation 3 times the two weeks before my arrival, my reservation was not "ready". i had to call my colleague for them to re-confirm i could check in. once the mistake was noticed, the receptionist was fantastic at correcting the mistake. the following day, i ordered room service after a long day at work and asked that the room be charged for the food. after the room service manager calling my room 3 times (each time i asked him to please charge my room and he responded with he would check with his manager) i had to go downstairs to the front desk to pay for my food. the receptionist (a different young lady) was again quick to correct the issue. the third day, the same thing happened with my food, which was frustrating. and that morning the hot water was out in my room after having worked through the precious days of my stay. of course, upon making the staff aware, they were quick to correct the issue. the hotel's coffee house also completely "forgot" my order and left me waiting an additional 10 minutes until they realized they forgot me. the room included a few complimentary items like chocolate bars and popcorn bags in addition to water, coffee and tea daily which was such a wonderful surprise. the furnishings were luxurious and the finished devine. overall, this hotel is still beautiful and the location is wonderful and maybe other people have had perfect stays but when you're coming in from out of town and exhausted, dealing with all of these hiccups upon arrival and throughout the stay takes away from the experience. as much as i enjoyed the visuals, i won't be returning on my next visit to London.

Incredible hotel! We are IHG members and used our free reward nights at this hotel. I must admit that it was not our first option because it did not have a king size bed available during the nights we were staying but we went ahead and booked it either away. We were not disappointed! The hotel staff from the very beginning were excellent. The gentleman standing at the front doors immediately, without us asking, came over and asked if they could help grab our bags. We hadn't even gotten all of the bags out of the taxi yet when they were offering to help us. The front desk staff were energetic and very polite. They offered to help us figure out whether we could get room service in the morning or would be better off going down to the restaurant. The hotel itself was gorgeous! We truly felt as if we were in a five star hotel.

I have been a Kimpton groupie for many years and have had VIP status there almost every year for nearly a decade. Their values match mine - conservation, pet friendly, female empowerment, LGBTQ friendly. I have stayed at 24 Kimptons and the Fitzroy is my favorite so far. It's beautifully decorated in a gorgeous historic building, and it's in a convenient location walkable to local attractions and right around the corner from a Tube stop. The service is top flight, from the front desk to the concierges to the guest relations staff. We had good meals in all three restaurants, and the bar is divine. We were there for New Year's Eve and just stayed in The Palm Court at the hotel to ring in the new year. It's just that lovely and comfortable. They upgraded us to a room that was so nice we stayed in until about noon every day! This will be my London home from now on. Well done, Kimpton.

Very beautiful hotel. Very close to university of London so perfect for visiting if you have a student studying in London. Wonderful breakfast and close to shops and restaurants. Will stay again!

Second time stay for another 2 weeks. It felt great that there was sweet and a welcome letter the first night. Besides that the experience is just ok. There's no coffee machine in the room but instant coffee. They do give you voucher for getting coffee from the bar but that's pretty inconvenient. Many things listed in their instructions are not included in my room, which is inconvenient too. Anyway, time to do my due diligence for finding other place to stay next time.

Stayed over USA thanksgiving - staff was amazing, room was delightful. Had enjoyable dinner at the hotel. With out question will stay here next time we are in London.

First the best thing about this hotel was WALTER who worked at the door. He was generous, kind, friendly and helpful. While the hotel is in a beautiful location and has gorgeous interiors, it is obvious that some downsizing has occurred as the staff other than Walter was always stressed and rarely could get things done. (Room service and front desk often never answered, or items would be missing when they would arrive) Additionally a drunk person set off the fire alarm my first night there at 2:40 AM (the alarm went off twice) and the staff had a million answers as to whether it had been dealt with and what the problem was, which were all shattered when myself and other patrons saw this said drunk person run into one of the restaurants. It was a hectic night to say the least that certainly didn't make me feel safe. But if there are no emergencies and you don't mind room service being a mess, I recommend it.
