Recently stayed 3 nights and the service was horrible. Our experience began by checking in we waited at least 20 minutes which the time did not matter to us but being completely ignored by the clerk, Laura. There was another guest who was asking about things to do, restaurants and boat tours. Laura did not acknowledge us at all almost like we were not in the same room. Laura called and make reservations for this guest on a boat tour giving her mastercard number, security code, and phone number. It would had been easy to record it on my phone and have all her information. Laura took a map and gave her directions to several places and gave her tickets for free drinks, percent off, etc. We have stayed at the SAINTS hotel (highly recommend) and other people were checking in. The hotel clerk greeted, offered us bathrooms, place to sit, and water to drink. There is a complimentary breakfast which is suppose to open by 8:00. You were lucky if it was open by 8:30. The only good point was the rooms were well cleaned.
