Had a nice experience shopping for rings here. Staff let us take our time browsing, didn’t feel pressured or upsold, and prices seem reasonable. You could fill my knowledge of jewelry within a thimble so the low pressure environment made this a stress free experience. Three stars only because there are some things I noted that made me hesitant to purchase. If you look on their website on the vintage ring section they do not list stone type (ex. instead of “ruby” or “topaz” a listing will say “red stone”). When we went in store and asked about what the stone on a particular ring was, the staff member hesitated and said “I think it’s…” without any physical evaluation that we’ve seen in other jewelry stores. For some people this might not be important, but for us, this is an investment on a shoe string budget so we chose to purchase elsewhere for more certainty. I’d still consider coming back here for other purchases though.

Needed a necklace repair. Went to Kim's. Kim's did a great job and did it within an hour. Price was extremely fair, not crazy priced. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Stop in, they have beautiful pieces.

Everything as verbally ordered! Been doing business with this family for longer than they know. Every time I come from Florida, I have to make a stop. They clean, repair and alter what ever you want. Haggle free, hassle free. Purchase prices are very reasonable. They’ve had a customer for life and will continue to. I definitely recommend. ❤️

Most of the jewlery is gold plated, not even real gold & when they fix certain pieces it’s a shitty job or they use plated back pieces or hooks on real gold/silver jewelry. Good if u need something cheap & fast but not worth it if your jewelry is expensive from somewhere else.

They work with u as long as you pay at least monthly U can put large jewelry pieces on lay a way

Great service. They make pendants so I'm sure you can custom make one. They have a good selection of jewelry so you can find what you need there. The workers are very friendly and helpful as well. I would recommend this place.

No only when your there they almost ignore you until you wave someone down, but I brought my chain to get fixed and was told to come in 3 days. I come within the 3 days and am here at 4:45 and they closed while I am standing here wanting to grab my merchandise I already paid. This is the second time they have done this
