"Kindred has one of the most compelling menus in the area, often changing daily. The luscious squid ink conchiglie, a deviled red snapper toast, and Calabrian chili watermelon sorbet are equal parts polished and fun. Order the barkeep’s choice cocktail, which puts a playful, interactive flair on whatever a guest is craving. The two-story interior that manages to still feel completely intimate has the vibe that each detail — from the brick walls to brown leather booths — had an artist’s touch.
