They are responsive, professional, and kind. Requests are handled quickly and communication is clear and respectful. There’s a real sense that residents are valued here. The location is another major plus, with easy access to great dining, shopping, and outdoor spaces, while still feeling like a calm retreat from the busier parts of the city. Overall, Kindred Apartments strikes a rare balance of style, comfort, and community. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a well managed, high quality living experience in Denver.

I have lived at Kindred for a couple of months now and love it! I have nothing but positive things to say. Brandon down in the leasing office is incredible. He is always so quick to reply and is so friendly! Summer and Joe with the maintenance team are also really great - the few small requests I have submitted are always handled extremely quickly. I have lived in 3 other apartment buildings in Denver and Kindred is by far the best!

I’ve lived here for about 3 months and always happy to call this home!! Brandon helped me since touring the building, paperwork, leasing information and until i moved in. It’s brand new building and I love amenities here. Kamila is so sweet and she was really helpful when I have questions or need something. I had problem with my stovetop/oven once and I contacted the front desk and few hours after the maintenance came and fixed it. The 14th floor lounge is really cool you can see Denver downtown view, very peaceful and cool place to hangout. I also like the 6th floor deck with hot tub and patio. The building design very luxurious and stylish. I got many compliments when I have friends come visit. The price is affordable too! It feels very safe here (have to put code everywhere including elevator) They always have some community activities every month and always fun to join. Gym has everything! I like stair master, treadmill and cycling. I LOVE LIVING HERE.

Brandon has been amazing during my whole move-in experience at The Kindred. Super helpful and supportive every time I’ve talked to him! Honestly made the whole process waaay easier and better. I’m stoked to be living here! The building is beautiful and not super duper cookie-cutter and bland. You can tell there was real thought put into the design and the amenities are seriously next level. (The gym has an actual bench not just a smith machine, whaaat?) The location is perfect too. Being in the Golden Triangle with the newly renovated Denver Public Library right nearby? Yeah, that’s gonna be my second home.

Just moved in, and Brandon in the office has been amazing! He made the whole process so easy and welcoming. The building feels secure, clean, and comfortable. I already feel right at home. Couldn’t have been a better or easier decision!

We love Kindred Apartments! It is always a pleasure to run events with Brandon and the team. All of the residents are so kind and the building is beautiful. Highly recommend if you are looking for a spot to move to!

I lived here for over a year and LOVED it. It is the best apartment I have ever lived in. Everything is extremely well done and well maintained. The leasing office team is the most helpful property management I have ever worked with. They are very quick to make sure you have anything you need and are very kind and welcoming. I never had a single issue or complaint. Move in and move out is extremely easy with a moving elevator and loading dock. 10/10 place to live!

I’ve lived in several apartment complexes over the years, and this one is by far the best experience I’ve had. Management is incredibly responsive, friendly, and professional—truly the best I’ve ever dealt with. Move-in was a breeze, and our apartment was ready on time and absolutely spotless. You can tell they take pride in the property and the resident experience. It genuinely feels like I’m living in a hotel. You get exactly what you pay for, and then some. Couldn’t be happier with our new home!

If there was an option to make this 0 stars, I would. Let me be clear, this was suppose to be a great place but whoever is making decisions for this property, sucks. As for the reviews making this a 4.9 property, half are fake. Let's get to the nitty gritty...in 6 months here I have been told amenities will be opened in February, they took months after. Shortly after opening the buildings spa (the main amenity since it has no pool) it was closed a week later to resurface some stupid shuffle board court. I have been stuck in an elevator on the 14th floor and 2 of the 3 elevators have been broken and out of order more than operational. They have turned off my power to my unit recently (and anyone on floors 2-9) for 3 hours for what they called "community updates" and you don't even pay them for electricity, you pay Xcel. The spa is being closed again for the 2nd time, this time for a week, then the entire spa deck will be closed so they can resurface the shuffleboard court AGAIN, why you ask?...more "improvements"! The gym is also being closed for the 3rd time in 6 months to "work on some of the lighting rings". The newest addition to screwing over their tenants, they now make you pay to charge your EV, if you have one. This newest change to parking and charging (parking is $150/mo but somehow they can't figure out how to NOT charge you to get juice to your EV) was rolled out with less than 24 hour notice. I picked this property specifically because charging was part of the $150 just to park here, now they want me to pay $0.25/kWh which increases my bill another $100, I'm told to deal with it. Bait and switch at its finest. If you want a place that keeps amenities open that you pay for, it won't happen here. They also will most definitely change things like parking because it suits them most. Joni the property manager is too busy focusing on Dryden that's opening to even do her limited job at Kindred. Her boss, Laura could equally care less about you even remotely being a happy tenant and will tell you just to deal with it. Kamila and Brandon are straight up nice to you until you move in and then could care less about you. I should mention that they offered to let me out of my lease, not without first paying thousands back for my free months rent I was initially offered- pass. I promise you, take a look around Denver in the many new buildings going up and don't fall in this ridiculous property like I did 6 months ago- this property has been nothing but a hassle since day 1.

Kindred has been really great so far. Kamila has been a wonderful help from touring the apartment, to move in and post move in. You can tell she is a really hard worker. They were very patient and helpful to us on move in day. We are loving our unit and amenities so far. No noise through walls, no issues in the unit, and clean building!

We have absolutely loved living at Kindred! We moved in about 2 months ago and have felt like we are living in a fancy getaway since. After reading the 1 start review I am more inclined to rate this building well as I feel that renter is being untruthful. I remember ONE day when there were 2 elevators operating, other than that the 3 elevators have been running perfectly fine. We all signed a contract upon signing the lease acknowledging that the building is still undergoing updates and renovations. I believe by signing that, it is unfair to be complaining about amenity improvements and closures. They have always communicated with us about anything occurring in the building (as pictured in response to the 1 star review). We love Kindred, the management, and their response to our needs! Highly recommend living here!

So happy I chose kindred as my new home! It's beautiful and clean and the staff is superb! I love my city view and how quiet the building is! I know I made the right decision. I love the location and the security. Thank you to the wonderful staff at kindred!

This is Franci Greenberg. I just moved in today. The entire staff was so accommodating and kind. I found it so cute the way they treated my precious cat! I warned Brandon he wasn't a lightweight;) My apartment is really nice!! Several people were by today as I was moving in, and all of them commented on how nice the apartment is and how much it fit my needs quite well. And , yes! As important as ever, my cat showed his approval and quick acceptance by being social and walking around eating in front of everyone. Not his usual hiding behavior. Thank you, Kindred team!

This property is amazing! Brand new in the Golden Triangle and it really is worth every penny. Brandon was next level with his customer service and went above and beyond for me during my decision process.
