Im a bartender and I came to this store because online it said it had an item. Ok I came here and the girl who was working had no customer skills AT ALL! I asked her 2 questions and both answers was idk….i felt like if she wasn’t on the phone / snaking on whatever she had in her mouth / tryin to have 2 conversations at 1 time / and not tryin to hide behind the computer she would have been able to help me. I came here on a Tuesday afternoon. It was no excuse

I have been purchasing all of my alcohol from Kindred Spirits and wine for about 4 years and I can tell you they are always very well stocked with everything you could possibly need! They also have a delivery service if you need something last minute for a party or as a gift for someone. The staff is friendly and helpful also. Very clean and once again fully stocked. I will definitely continue to shop there!

I’ve been ordering from Kindred Spirits & Wine for a couple of years now and love them! Prices are great, they always have what I need, and delivery is quick and easy. Whether I call or use the app, it’s super convenient (and way cheaper than Uber). Plus, the staff is awesome and it feels good supporting a local business!

Every time I visit this location there is a woman behind that counter that is constantly disrespectful. Supporting small business is hard when you have front line workers with terrible customer service.

Just ‘discovered’ the Kindred S&W on Inwood a few weeks ago and was impressed with the personal friendly service….a great selection and also some spirits you can’t always find at the ‘megastores’ … they are super nice-no high pressure sales pitches- just seem happy to help their customers… good store!

Took care of our alcoholic needs first thing in the morning! Lol Cashier was very friendly and helpful.

Let me start off by saying how friendly the staff is!! There’s always a tasting on weekends. They are knowledgeable about anything you need. Very cool vibe and great music. It’s a fun experience when you visit! Definitely recommend.

This little shop is a hidden jam! It's a small store, but very well stocked, and the staff can immediately show you to whatever you're looking for. I grabbed a nice liquor gift and a gift bag and saw several other things that would draw me back there in the future. Great job folks

So ask me where I go to purchase spirits when I am in Dallas, Texas? The answer KINDRED SPIRITS & WINE!!! The atmosphere is great. What is that pleasant aroma? Nice touch. The staff answered all my questions and had great suggestions which proved themselves to be true when I tasted the liquor at home. They have tastings which are unique and fun. The wines at the tastings have been varied and interesting. Yes i have purchased some. They have announcements on their website. They are pet friendly. Their signage in the store is fun and inventive. Trendy and great 5 stars!

I normally would not give a negative review for the behavior of one employee, but when they are extremely rude for no apparent reason, and then suggest if I didn't like it I could buy my liquor somewhere else. I agreed, and I will. When told they were out of tonic water (for the second week in a row), I told them that I thought that was very unusual. The employee in question said it wasn't her fault...why should I be telling this to her. BTW I've been frequenting boozeries for quite a while, and I've never seen one out of tonic water...for weeks. I left my $41.00 bottle of Bombay London Dry on the counter, and went down the road to Pogo's and bought the same for $34.75 plus two bottles of Schwepp's Diet Tonic. I predict the young woman with the sharp tongue will have many employment experiences that won't turn out well. She clearly needs some coaching in customer service.

Ok I thought I found my go to neighborhood liquor store, wrong. I purchased the same items 4 times in less than a month, first purchase $18.40, second purchase, same thing was $16.24, third purchase again the same thing $18.40 and my last purchase for the same thing with 1 liter of tonic was $28.46. Felt and still fell ripped off, shame on Kindred Last time for me!!

Employees are very rude. It was a problem for me to have a few questions and when it came to checkout, the customer service was poor. Will not be returning.

I have ordered from here on Drizly....a delivery service. They are always prompt and polite when I answer the door. It is obvious customer service is important to them. Tonight the owner did the delivery and he was just great! This is an independent company that really does a great job. I understand it is a free delivery if I order over a certain amount, so I will keep that in mind.

We were looking for Don Julio 1942. I knew this place had it and decided to go check it out in person. Mercy, the amazing liquor goddess, who was behind the counter not only helped us but gave us insight on other tequilas. She made sure we knew how get discounts with their loyalty program without being pushy and also how to link it to my drizzly account. HELLO AMAZING SERVICE! This place is fantastic.

STOP what you're doing if you're searching and comparing where to go in need of your alcoholic and spirits right now. Cause this is the spot. period. I have lived between amazing cities from Vegas to Florida and I can honestly say out of all of my experiences from local sellers this store has created a bond with me each time. This is a family style operated task force of militia soldiers when comparing to others versions of their half assed attempt at "customer service" - - - this place just does it right. Bonuses: You get reward points, they always have the best shit and on top of it they inform you on new types of beverages and do their tasting, when permitted. I say that nicely cause of course I would never want to advertise this as a "bar" but damn, they throw it up for you like one. They just rock. Check them out and if you're living in the area, make it your spot. I know i did.

Went to the location on Airport fwy on two separate occasions. The first time, I was greeted by a very nice gentleman at the register who helped me find a couple things I needed to host a certain client over a particular weekend. This was great!! I went again a week or so later and when I entered was not greeted or even acknowledged by the woman sitting at the register. I spoke to her and she just continued staring at a computer screen...Also want to note that the music playing was charged with foul language including the "N-word" and when I got to the register I simply asked for things to be bagged separately and there was another lady with glasses there who proceeded to tell me she "knew what she was doing" VERY RUDE. I asked who was in charge and she proceeded to tell me her bestfriend was the manager. Turns out it was the lady who didn't greet me, go figure! I will never be back. I miss the previous owners as well as their pricing...

I googled a place for adult beverages after a long shift of hosting. My first impression: they need better parking because coming off Inwood between 4-5 can be scary. The liquor is pretty expensive for a 750ml bottle from what I purchase in Plano . They do have perks for every dollar you spend you get a point & once you reach a certain amount you get a $5 credit. Nice place & variety when I want to stop for something close to work.

Free delivery if you spend $20!!! Who can beat that. Plus a cool points program. Stop by or call them. Perfect for pool days when you run out of booze, rainy days, or any days! Plus it's nice to support local businesses.

Excellent customer service!!! They opened close to the time I entered their store and the owner made sure to get my order in. And what do you know? I had the bottles available the next week when I returned. Great aroma in the store as well. Oh and the customer loyalty program is a great service. Love this store!

This is the best liquor store I've ever been to in my life. We walked in and as we walked in, they had liquor samplings. Turns out they offer tasting every Friday and Saturday. So we spent about half an trying out new liquors and cocktails, all while listening to suggestions on all types of drinks for any occasion. Super informative! And on top of all of that, they offer a delivery service to your door with no delivery fee. Easily the best sprits store ever!

If I could give Kindred more than 5 stars, I would! There are so many awesome things to say about this place you need to know. First of all, this store has an incredible selection for spirits/wine at great prices, and if there is something specific you're looking for that they don't have, just ask, and they'll happily order it for you right then and there. They have a dope rewards program that saves you a bunch of money and it's quick and easy to sign up. The owners/staff are hands-down, the most sincere, caring, and helpful staff I have ever come across. They will welcomely and graciously help you find what you need/answer any questions you have. Here's one of my particular experience I have to share- For weeks, I was on a vigilant search for a specific e-cig pod flavor that literally NO place within a 100-mile radius of Dallas had in stock. When I came in to Kindred, I asked Mark (one of the owners) if by some miracle they had them, and unfortunately they were out too. But a few days later, I get a call from the store saying they found that rare flavor for me and had them at the store! I immediately rushed over there to purchase them and found out that the staff had spent the past THREE days diligently searching and calling every distributor possible to find these pods for me. Without me even asking, they went out of their way to find this rare product because they genuinely care about each and every customer, and go above and beyond to make sure they're taken care of. This may seem silly, but their act of selflessness and compassion to help and make another person happy brought tears to my eyes. I have been back multiple times only to see the same kindness, sincerity and consideration to the other customers shopping. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST! MUST SHOP HERE!

I really loved Kindred Spirits, especially the selection of tequilas, vodka and whiskeys. Both Mike and Jordan are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They make recommendations and offer tastings. Great store, great vibe, great prices and great service. Highly recommend it especially if you are near Highland Park, SMU or Love Field.
