How to Make Parker House Rolls from Scratch for Holiday Dinners | Eater

"The author followed a recipe from King Arthur Baking and consulted Martin Phillip, a baking ambassador for the company, taking pains to weigh ingredients and follow timings and visual cues. Phillip advises: 'Use high-quality ingredients and attention to detail — pretend you are assembling something from Ikea — and [the rolls] will be great.' He also recommends make-ahead techniques (parbaking the rolls two-thirds of the way through, wrapping them, and finishing them in the oven at serving time) and flavor experiments: 'A special butter, like something infused with pumpkin spices with a little honey, or a brown butter and toasted sage butter, are great additional ways to show that you care,' Phillips says." - Kat Thompson

Had a lot of fun in here. Things are wayyyy over priced which was disappointing. Gluten free mixes are more affordable at the store. Cute space but only open until January.

Visited King Arthur pop up this morning. Has great assortment of products including Halloween and Christmas items. Great company, very friendly staff and awesome products - hope they stay in the area longer.

Learnt about sourdough bread from the CO AARP online program via an excellent teacher. Bought an ounce starter from King Arthur and today I have multiplied that one ounce into many ounces. Trying out sourdough loaves pancakes and pizza bread with it.

I cannot even begin to express how excited I was to have a store open in my town! I love King Arthur Baking but admit that I don't order from them nearly enough due to the shipping cost and the wait time. I love that I can go pick up a quick pizza dough seasoning if I need it without having to wait until I have more of an order for online. We visited the Walnut Street store this weekend and I was in my happy place. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was awesome to be able to pick up items, read about them and then put them in my (physical) shopping cart. What a fabulous store!! I am thrilled to have it so close!

Fantastic pop-up store should become permanent. Great merchandising and branding, great product. I love King Arthur Flour so how great to walk into a store elegantly packed with various baking tools, pet supplies (yes, for your pet!), Sourdough starter, baking dishes. Can't wait to go back!

I hope this store stays permanently! It is so convenient to have since there aren’t very close / many grocery type stores in RiNo. Prices are consistent with (or maybe even cheaper than) grocery store prices, especially for gluten free. Staff is also friendly and helpful. To corporate - please make this a permanent spot!

Fan of KAF or not—make the stop! This place has incredibly fun seasonal items and as a Vermonter on vacation here I was thrilled!

I don't know if this "pop-up" is temporary or not, but wow, the employees need help. The place looked really nice, clean, organized, and spacious.... I went in over a month after it opened, and my problem came in with the employees...I knew what I wanted...asked one nice employee where something was "well, IDK, I have to find my manager"...this "manager took me to some other product, so not sure if the first employee even really knew what I asked for....when I explained to the manager, they said oh. "Sold out" I'm looking around some more and just decide to ask another employee where something else I wanted was...they had to ask the manager as well....at least this time the manager knew right away it was sold out.... So, I'll have to say the 18 min drive through town was a wasted trip. Now, will I be back? Probably not.
