I just had a wonderful customer service experience, something that is increasingly rare in today's world. I'd forgotten to apply a coupon to my purchase and it was too late to adjust my order. But I called C.S. and got an actual HUMAN on the phone, right away, and this person was clearly in the U.S. She understood my problem, was polite, and professional, and offered me a solution that completely solved my problem. What a breath of fresh air! I'm so sick of calling companies that literally never answer the phone, or let people without training talk to their customers (often rudely), or hang up on you, or don't have a cultural understanding of the people they're talking to because they live somewhere else, or aren't empowered to solve even small problems. Thanks to King Arthur for being a throwback in a good way. You make it easy to shop with you.

Called King Arthur company to find out locally where I can buy their cocoa powder. The woman said I cannot. That was incorrect info. I do buy it locally from a store that perpetually runs out of it. KA customer service was so lacking in info that I hung up ordered the exact same cocoa powder from a different company through Amazon. Felt sad because I try to always buy locally.

We love their scone mix. And they have baking classes as well!!
