I just had a wonderful customer service experience, something that is increasingly rare in today's world.
I'd forgotten to apply a coupon to my purchase and it was too late to adjust my order. But I called C.S. and got an actual HUMAN on the phone, right away, and this person was clearly in the U.S. She understood my problem, was polite, and professional, and offered me a solution that completely solved my problem. What a breath of fresh air!
I'm so sick of calling companies that literally never answer the phone, or let people without training talk to their customers (often rudely), or hang up on you, or don't have a cultural understanding of the people they're talking to because they live somewhere else, or aren't empowered to solve even small problems.
Thanks to King Arthur for being a throwback in a good way. You make it easy to shop with you.
