We had my nuptials festivities at King Cole Farm Memorial Day weekend 2025. Ann-Marie and her team were awesome from start to finish ! Everything was exceptional and the property is exquisite! We rented the estate for the weekend and I was so impressed with the King Cole Farm Team’s proactive approach with potential weather changes and ensuring that our vision for our special weekend was everything we wanted and more! My 285 plus guests are still raving about the property, the food, and the festivities! You will be so pleased if you select this venue for any special occasion! I loved it so much that I’ll be back in July for the Bayhealth Women Foundation Committee with our 300 plus guests ——convening a worthy cancer fundraiser! It truly is a multi purpose venue!!! Elegant with rustic charm!!! ❤️❤️

Working with AnnMarie and her team was such a pleasure! Bayhealth Foundation hosted a fundraising event to raise money for the Cancer Institute utilizing the services of many different local businesses and volunteers. The King Cole team was extremely helpful in making sure our vision came to life while also guiding us through any regulations and licensing needs. The way they assist in coordinating with your own vendors made the process not stressful. Very professional team and what a hidden gem this venue is!

We got married at King Cole Farm on 10/5/24. The whole property is absolutely beautiful and spacious. Annemarie always responded promptly to any question I had and Leslie was very helpful the weekend of our wedding. I will always recommend this venue for a wedding or any special event

My HUSBAND and I got married here on August 31st, 2024. During the entire process Annemarie was by our side. Of course I didn’t know how to plan a wedding it was my first one.😂 but what I really loved was that King Cole gave us a list of recommendations for EVERYTHING. It helped out so much. We had maybe 5 months to plan our wedding because my man wanted to pick the last weekend available this year lol he couldn’t wait. It was absolutely beautiful though. Everything here was gorgeous. We rented the entire property for the weekend and had so much fun. I couldn’t imagine picking a better place to have my wedding

This is a must have venue for your wedding. We visited this place in line with our upcoming wedding. Annmarie was very helpful with information we needed. The place is really big and there’s enough space for cars to park. The owners are very simple and friendly and they have more than 10 years of experience being in hospitality business.

This venue is absolutely everything!! You get so much value for the price you pay! Our wedding on June 3rd was absolutely magical! Annemarie and Jim are so much more that just owners they truly put their heart and soul into this venue and into making our day incredible. They were so flexible and accommodating and any little thing we needed they were there at moments notice! We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful our venue was! There was also a really cool military plane fly over right at the end of our ceremony! I seriously can not recommend this venue and Annemarie and Jim enough!!

Annemarie and Jim were an absolute dream to work with. Not only is their venue spectacular but they have gone above and beyond to make sure my day was as special as could be from the beginning to the end! This was our first and only venue we visited, but I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that we made the best decision for our big day. Annemarie stepped into help with rehearsal due to unforeseen circumstances with my coordinator and helped make my vision come to life. Everyone from guests, vendors, parents, to my bridal party couldn't say enough good things about the venue or the experience. I would choose King Cole Farm again and again.

This wedding venue is the ABSOLUTE, 100% BEST I have ever been to (and I have lived in a few states and countries in my life). The site hosts a beautiful "pole barn" reception hall..complete with kitchen, restrooms, sun porch, grassy area and a few little special nooks and crannies. The estate house is PERFECT for the bridal party to stay and not stress about a place to get ready (plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, full kitchen and laundry!) The gazebo and pond backdrop for the ceremony are stunning. Any couple would be blessed to start their wedded lives here (and since I'm already married, I'm trying to brainstorm an event that I could have!!) The owners of King Cole Farm get my highest rating/review/accolades and appreciation!!!!
