Fantastic flavor, food, and service. Jimmy really went above and beyond and he is one of the best servers to ever exist in the history of the planet of the earth of the world of the galaxy of the universe of the stratosphere. Jokes aside, he was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, he was super helpful and just overall provided an amazing dining experience, and for that we are grateful. Extra spicy was a great sauce option. Loved the crawfish and crab. Shrimp too. My girl is definitely an airhead and didn’t let me order enough food so I can’t wait to come back here and ask for Jimmy’s table again

King Crab House is one of the better places we have found if you are looking for a good seafood boil. They also have good fried dishes for those who don't like the boils. The restaurant is inviting and the service was very good. The type of service where you never run out of your drink and napkins and other condiments just appear as if the server is invisible. They were very friendly but don't bother you, just make sure you have what you need. The boil was perfectly seasoned, nice and hot, very fresh and more than you will be able to eat. You will need a take home bag. The fried fish and fries were also very fresh, Hot, and perfectly cooked. The plate was also a good size and will definitely fill you up. The price was also reasonable when compared to other boil places. I didn't leave feeling I spent to much. I'd recommend a visit to King Crab House.

The food was excellent and reasonably priced! We had a dozen oysters, a crab and shrimp boiled bag with an extra pound of crawfish, shrimp fried rice with reddish, and a sausage and shrimp boil. The boil bags were great and, honestly, reasonably priced. The fried rice wasn't great and was pretty bland (but the red fish was nice). Our server, yet nice, spoke very limited English, so it was hard to understand him. Overall 4.5/5 (and I'll round up)

Taste good. It’s should be an important part for a restaurant. Service is also good, they treat you like a customer. Overall, deserve 5 stars.

Each time I visit, I have not been disappointed. The atmosphere is relaxing and can be intimate for a date night. There's always good music to vibe to. The food is always good with prices to match.

Came here within the last hour of opening hours but the employees were extremely attentive, kind, accommodating, and patient. Ordered some crawfish or seafood dip, whatever the inly dip is, and it was more like queso. I expected it to be fondue-y. Not for me, wasnt bad though. 6/10. We ordered raspberry tea and hushpuppies, the tea was delish. So were the hushpuppies. Im picky about my hushpuppies. They were solid, a little small, but there was 6 to an order, 8/10. Then I got a crab boil with cajun spice. The crab was cooked perfectly and the bag was saucy. I honestly will give the boil a 10/10, it was just how I like it. My sister got a shrimp poboy, it couldve used a little more mayo, and the shrimp maybe a bit more flavor and seasonings, but it was good. 6.7/10. The gumbo was slightly above average, i’f give it a 6.5/10. Service was phenomenal, and I appreciate the young gentleman who attended us. Will come back again!

Loved the food, especially the seafood boil, the only thing is that their boiled potatoes, is over cooked, other then that , it was good

STELLAR SERVICE!!! Best place in town. We had the crab boil and found it to be very fresh and hot. 100% excellent. The ambiance was fun with a giant boat front and center. A very cool place to soak up some nautical vibes while enjoying a delicious meal. Ask for Tranh! He's the absolute best waiter we've ever had, ANYWHERE!!!!

Wasn't bad. Made an online order and it was ready when I got there. Crab legs were soft and the sauce was sweet even though there wasn't any ingredients indicating that it would be a sweet sauce lol just salty and spicy! Wouldn't order again unless it was simple. Hot crab legs & fried shrimp

3 1/2 stars. Not quite 4. I like my crab legs just steamed but the knuckle part was green and dirty. My hubby got the hottest one and it tasted more sweet than hot.

We stopped by while shopping to pick up a to go order. We called it in and it was so smooth. When we arrived the hostess was very welcoming and had the order ready. The place was full on Friday around 7. We ordered the lemon pepper wings and a lb of crawfish. The wings were really good loved the way the batter was light but crispy and the seasoning was just enough. The crawfish were pretty big which I liked. I had the house sauce mild but it was really saucy for me. Still good. Next time I would try a different sauce that would be lighter. Overall we really enjoyed the food.

Staff is always friendly and the establishment is always clean. The food is always good. Love this place!

The food was served piping hot. We ordered the #1 which was 1 pound of snow crab and 1/2 pound of shrimp. We added another pound of snow crab and two rolls which were also freshly baked. The sweet tea wasn't so sweet. I ordered another one and it was weird. Especially after a female Asian cook hocked a Loogy into a nearby trash can near us and the kitchen. This made the place feel even dirtier than what it was. The food was great, but we won't be back here.

Worst seafood I've ever had. Our server was nice but the chefs special sauce was disgusting and was somehow sweet after i got the hot seasoning. The crab was bendy and everything was frozen seafood. I've never felt more sick after eating somewhere. do not go here

I had a great first time here at the king crab house! Great food & service. Its one of my favorite places for seafood boils!!

So I stopped in here today and made a to go order for their seafood boil. I got the lemon pepper the number one. And actually I need to come back in here to dine in because the place is really nice inside and the ladies and the gentleman that greeted me at the door was very nice. . In total I paid all together 38 bucks for this meal. I got it mild and I must say it was good I just wish they gave me a little bit more shrimp because usually the other place i go to to give me more of the shrimp but they did give me a decent amount of snow crab so that was a plus but over it all I really enjoyed this place. I will be back to dine in soon.

Since moving from California I was on a search for "Street Tacos" and I met a guy that brung me here for a date. Im sorry to say it didn't work out for me & him but these have become my favorite tacos in Dallas. The meat is flavorful, the vibe is super chill, the prices are great and the Margaritas get the job done every time. It has officially became my Taco Tuesday spot and all of my friends love it as well. Definitely give it a try.

Ahhh we went in closing and it was still really Good. far cheaper($95) than shell shack for two people, and we left full. music was one thing i really noticed that was good me and my date kept singing along to song lol. It was nice and cool in there it was hot outside. the baked mussels was something we both tried for the first time it was really good.

Food is not bad. But the AC was out and it was so hot. I was sweeting and sweat was dripping on my food. Not a good experience

My husband and I was out and thought we would try this place out and I would definitely say we should have picked another place. We ordered drinks and they came with no liquor in them which made no since because we ordered drinks with liquor in them, we also waited a very long time for a server for our table (who was also the bartender) my husband ordered pasta with shrimp they served it with tail on like who dose that??? I ordered a seafood bag with the "HIGHLY " recommend house sauce that really was a bag of salt , I ended up taking it home and fixing the sauce and finished cooking the seafood since it was under cooked needless to say we won't be back there

Horrible experience king crab was not fresh at all and gave me severe food poisoning for a week do not go here if you care about your health

Amazing food, decor is a bit corny, but it's a good time and I highly recommend. The weight staff is courteous and very fast.

This place is HANDS DOWN BOMB Asf!!! I've been here twice now within the last month. My first visit: My friend surprised me with dinner here for a birthday party. I really wasn't in the mood for seafood, so I tried their half dozen chicken wings(garlic butter) with cajun fries. My friend had the fried catfish with fries. I don't like fish but I tried it... the cornmeal coating was spot on it simply needed a little more seasoning. Now these garlic butter WANGS...YASSS LAWWWD gave me all the feelz!!! Crisp, seasoned perfectly, not too oily & loaded with tremendous flavor. It was the best $5.99 anyone has EVER spent on me. Ty friend :') My second visit: Another friend suggested we grab some seafood she recommended this spot. I pretended as if I had "NEVER" dined here because she swears every place we try I've been there before. What can I say??? I LOVE TO EAT...Lol We both ordered seafood... Her...A half lbs of shrimp with the house seasoning Me: Crab legs, shrimp, corn, potatoes (garlic butter flavor) and a half dozen wings. Don't Judge Me Yelpers I was HONGRY. Everything was amazing just like my first visit. I will definitely be making my way back here soon.

Food was bomb bomb bomb, amazing service. Everyone was kind and pretty fast when it came to service. Only negative thing is i would skip out on the garlic bread. Other than that very happy with food and service !!

First time here and the food was decent. I have a preference for seafood and this wasn't my first choice but wanted to give it a chance. I wasn't dissatisfied with that choice afterwards. I especially liked the friendly staff. I'll definitely return.

This is my new favorite crab go to place. Our waiter was so sweet and they had exactly what we wanted. Their seafood Cajun is soooo good. I ended up eating so much food here. 10/10

Love this place we tried it out because our flights were canceled at the Dallas airport so we stayed the day and we came to this restaurant. The kid that served our table was extremely nice and super professional. The food was really, really good and the place was super clean and nice.

So we are leaving six flags and I get this crazy idea that I need crabs in my life. I have to have it!!! So I get on yelp and look up crabs and read some of the reviews (cause I mean, that's what we are here for is to help each other out, right?) and decided to come visit this place. It's located in a strip mall and the inside looks like a dive as everyone has written on everything, including the painting in the bathroom, however don't be afraid, go in and give it a chance! So to begin with, they have a happy hour and who doesn't love a happy hour? However we ordered a pound of crawfish to share between the two of us and then we each ordered the snow crab & shrimp combo (We both paid extra to have them serve our shrimp with heads off). I went with mild and she went with medium. Truth be told mild had my nose open but looking at her with the medium made me realize I made the right choice. They brought us bibs & gloves and we went to town. The waitress was attentive and kept coming around asking if we needed anything else. Even we it came time to bag things up, she assisted with that! Everything was good. Truth be told we probably could have shared the combo and the crawfish and not had to take anything home. There were plenty of shrimp as I kept looking up asking how many more are hidden under here? Overall a good meal.

Low quality. It's like the McDonald's of seafood. The crawfish wasn't bad but the crab was terrible. Not cooked well. The House seasoning was highly seasoned by still bland. Service was ok.

This place was good, nothing to "look at", but their food was pretty good. I got the King Crab and a cluster of Snow Crab. This came with a Potato and Corn for the King Crab. Sauce was good nothing that made a statement. We also got a pound of both Crawfish and Mussels, they were great! Shrimp wasn't deveined and it was a hard time cleaning. The staff stood in their work areas on the phone or lined up at the end of the night. It was awkward to say the least. Will likely be back for a take out order.

Soooo, about last night visited this new restaurant just to see if their flavors were any different from other restaurants like them. For starters, plenty of space. And, looked like they had a large room for private parties from where I was sitting. The hostess was quick to seat us, and the server came over immediately to greet us taking our drink order. We decided we would try a starter, so wings we chose, selecting lemon pepper. Bad choice! Notta! The wings were regular fried wings sprinkled w/ lemon pepper seasoning. It was 3 of us sharing, therefore trying to embrace these weren't wings from Wingstop, Pluckers, or Buffalo Wild Wings, we ate at least 4 1/2. Requested to send back. The manager came over. I shared cajun fries were great but didn't like wings, so she charged half price for wings. We all ordered #1 Crab legs w/shrimp combo. The flavor was all spices together, medium. Great choice! We got our monies worth, and then some. Unlike Red Claws who unreasonably charges breaking legs off of the cluster attempting to make customers think they weigh as a 1/2 pound. Everyone helped each other, another waiter brought my request for garlic butter, which was butter with a garlic clove in it... lol! That was funny! It wasn't even sweet butter. But, that was minor. The Strawberry Daiquiri/Margarita was from a machine but good. I couldn't complain. Definitely couldn't get rid of the loud female in the booth behind us; but overall I would have to come back again before I give it 5 stars.

The first few bites wasn't that good and sauce tasted mostly like oil and peppers. After letting the boil soak for a while in the sauce it tasted a lot better but the amount of sauce on the bottom is minimal and you can't really do so until you've eaten most of the food. However, even when you do dip the food in the sauce there isn't any seasoning that sticks into the food only oil so there isn't any other way other than letting it sit in the basically cajun butter. The spice level was okay for the spiciest option but didn't burn that much even after eating your whole meal. Other places are a lot spicier and would burn your hands after eating your meal if you don't use glove, this place just made them tingle. The price though is really decent for the quantities. You can also still get half a pound of sausage even though it's not on the menu for $4.5

Boyfriend and I have been here multiple times and just absolutely enjoy the food and service!! We've typically gotten the snow, red, and Dungeness crab legs with corn , potatoes and sausage with a drink each the flavors offered are delicious!!!

The place has a nice aesthetic to it and the service is nice. They have assorted soju to choose from. That was my favorite part. The seafood is mediocre and the taste seems like they just went fishing for it and put a lot of sauces on there.

Food was so good! We got a shrimp boil. Love the dumplings too. Service is fast and friendly. Ambiance is casual nautical.

Pretty good, my crab legs were over cooked on my last visit. Staff were nice, but inattentive. I had to ask for everything, even the silverware.

Everything was ok. I don't have any major complaints, but I also don't have anything to rave about. The drinks were tasty and the service was good the wings were not seasoned at all. They are relying on sauce for the wings to make them taste good so if you get plain or lemon pepper, you will not taste anything (barely salt). I may go back to try the seafood to see if that changes anything for me. They have crab in the name so maybe wings aren't in their wheelhouse.

Crab legs were perfectly seasoned! Shrimp was delicious! Combo rice is a new fave!! Portions and price are worth it. This place does not disappoint give them a try!!

No salads- no fresh or cooked veggies- no grilled fish - Only come for frozen seafood - don't believe ratings bc I'm told they force staff and friends to give high reviews - service sucks - not busy and I gotta go to bar to get my own drinks :/

King crab legs are amazing and lobster trail is huge. Came two days back to back and both times were perfect.

The food and the service were okay. We got 2 lb of crawfish, 1 lb of shrimp, 1 lb of mussels with 1/2 lb of sausage, potatoes and corn all thrown in the house special sauce which was the spiciest and a side of cajun fries. The cajun fries were plain and didn't have much flavor to it even after we added more cajun seasoning to it. The house special sauce didn't have much spice heat to it even tho it was the spiciest level on the menu and they didn't give us enough sauce so we had to ask for additional sauce. Overall I wasn't very impressed with this place. There are other places in the area that I would rather go.

We used to love this place a few years ago but lately the quality has been going down. On our most recent time, we ordered crawfish and there was black stuff on it. We thought it was dirt at first but it looked more like burnt pieces of tar and it actually fell off of the crawfish. We were confused so we called and asked what it was (since it was takeout) and one server said "I don't know what it is but it's safe to eat". I responded by asking how do they know that it's safe to eat without knowing what it is. To that he replied "I don't know but the meat is good". After a few minutes, he passed the phone over to a different server and she advised that the meat was indeed safe to eat and that the black stuff was just the "nature of the crawfish". So we asked what that means because it looks like dirt and it hasn't been cleaned properly and she said it's safe but can't tell us exactly what it is but guarantees the meat is good. We decided to avoid eating it just in case since the black stuff mixed in with the sauce. But to the server's word, the meat was good. We're very confused about what is going on and i tried looking it up but didn't get much clarity so if anyone can let us know that would be super helpful! The reason for the 2 stars is not just because of the black stuff but it's because lately the quality has not been matching up to what it was like within the past few years. The sauce always comes out super oily without much flavor and the restaurant itself has been feeling a bit dirty. Overall, I would not recommend this place if you have been around a lot of seafood places!

I read the reviews first, and still thought I'd take a chance due to them being close and open during the time I was in the area. I ordered a half-pound shrimp and crab legs, it was a complete letdown. I ordered them with the garlic sauce and it tasted as if it was watered down and when opening the crabs, they, too, were watery. At this point, I'll stick to getting them steamed at Kroger and using my BLove Sauce if I can't make it to my favorite crab house. Let this place be your last resort, there is a high probability, they will not meet your expectations.

I was craving crawfish and didn't feel like driving all the Plano for good crawfish so I decided to give this place a try since I've heard good reviews. I ordered to go since it was less than an hour closing. The lady was nice and very helpful. We ordered Cajun fries and 4 pounds of crawfish. Crawfish is $5.99! What a good deal! The fries weren't good.. They had that frozen taste and we're not crispy so I would avoid that. But the crawfish was so good! We ordered the house special. The medium is actually pretty spicy, but so good! Also the crawfish was big so I was really impressed with this place. I will defiantly be back!

So I drove about 45 minutes to this restaurant to meet with friends and coworkers. I have had crab legs many times but these were by far some of the best I've ever had when I broke each leg the meat came out very easily. The place was very busy! I also had the fried shrimp as an appetizer and that was delicious as well. I look forward to going back!

Oysters were great. But when they came to tell us they were out of live crawfish and only had frozen we were kind of bummed. Some of my party said there crawfish was decent but my crawfish was dry and overcooked. Flavor was not noticable. Cajun fries barely had any Cajun. Full bar, pretty large place, security included.

We ordered the snow crab combo with shrimp, potatoes and corn. Two pounds of House Special of crawfish and a side of calamari! Everything was amazing except the calamari. There wasn't enough calamari for $9.99. Calamari were filled with a ton of fries and hushed puppies and it was re-fried and not crispy at all. We didn't take photo of the calamari because we weren't hyped. We would still come back though because the crawfish and crab were amazing!

Delicious!! The seasoning was so yummy and the environment and music was poppin. Well worth the $$

This restaurant is so amazing and delicious!! The food was spectacular, super flavorful, worth every penny. We got a snow crab with headless shrimp and snow crab with sausage house seasoning one hawt another medium! Everything was delicious! The king margarita was also delicious!! Egg rolls are phenomenal as well. Most definitely will be back

We are regulars here, it's the place for boiling hot seafood. They start by bringing you a bib and disposable gloves. We get a pound of crab legs, shrimp and sausage, it comes with potatoes and corn, and your choice of Cajun seasoning and choice of the level of heat. It's seafood so it cooks very fast, 5 to 10 minutes tops. They have many other seafood choices at market price (fairly priced), and it comes to your table in a boiling plastic bag, you just pour on a large platter, and dig in, you will love it, and will lick your fingers, is that good!!

Was ok. We had crawfish, spice tasted good but it's like they're boiled plain so flavor does not extend to the meat of the crawfish. Service was good.
