Excited for King Leroy to be on the East Side! Stopped by in Happy Hour (every day, 3-6 PM)
which includes local beer, some wine, and a handful of classic cocktails. They also have happy hour nachos. We tried a couple local beers at the $7 happy hour price (compared to the usual $9), the nachos ($15) and a chicken sandwich ($15, plus fries for $5). Everything was tasty. The only thing is these prices are high, especially for the food, even for Bellevue. The nachos were described as "loaded" but were definitely lacking on toppings. The chicken sandwich was so tasty but on the smaller side and $15 is super steep. The menu is lacking compared to the downtown location, but maybe this is due to being newly opened. Our server was great, and I like the decor. Overall, I'm happy they're now in Bellevue and can see this being a great spot for a beer after work or a cocktail after dinner. Definitely worth checking out!
