We overall had a nice dining experience at this restaurant. We ordered the Mongolian beef with fried rice, stir-fried noodles with shrimp, and shrimp octopus balls, and every dish exceeded our expectations. The Mongolian beef was incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked tender slices of beef stir-fried with onions and, savory sauce. It had just the right balance of sweetness and heat, and the portion was generous. The fried rice was fragrant and well-seasoned, with vegetables that added a nice crunch. The stir fried noodles were equally impressive, featuring a medley of shrimp, green bell peppers, and onions. The noodles had a great texture, and the sauce was delicious without being too oily or heavy. As for the shrimp octopus balls, they were a delightful surprise, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, topped with rich mayo, savory sauce, and bonito flakes. A must try appetizer if you love Japanese and Chinese fusion bites. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with clean, well arranged tables and a calm ambiance that made the meal even more enjoyable. The server was very polite, attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Prices were very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. Highly recommended for anyone craving flavorful, well prepared Chinese cuisine with excellent services.

The stir fry noodles had great flavor but they were extra extra slimy along with the chicken. The flour noodle meal with the peanut butter sauce was NASTY. The noodles had no flavor besides mushy and oil and the peanut butter sauce was definitely not used after we tried it. The fried rice had a great flavor with plenty of garlic but the chicken we had in it was also slimy. The waiter was not very helpful with our questions about the menu but he was attentive and made sure we had what we needed. Can’t say I’d return here for the meals we ordered but I’d POSSIBLY give the hibachi a shot? As long as it’s not slimy. 😅 Also no kids meals are available or kids portions.. paid $12 for fried rice for a one year old….. we all got to try it and was good enough to take home but I wasn’t expecting to pay so much for my little one to eat.

Google
This place is very clean and modern design. The dining experience is nice. I ordered the steamed pork buns and the Mongolian beef at the recommendation of the waiter. I wasn't a big fan of the pork dumplings. It tasted like freezed pork buns you can buy at the grocery stores steamed. The Mongolian beef on the other hand was amazing. It had a great flavor that went well with the steamed rice. The fried noodles soaked up the sauce and made it amazing. I don't think it would be to good to get with fried rice or I feel it might be to salty. I would recommend the Mongolian beef and maybe next time I'll try the spicy beef noodle soup

Google
I just left King Noodle and was really impressed. The restaurant is extremely clean. The floors, tables, and kitchen area all looked spotless. I got the chicken fried rice and a chicken noodle dish, and both were delicious. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The service is fast, and it is a great place to get some grub. I paid $32 in total. Definitely worth the visit.

Google
I put 5 star for atmosphere, even though I did a pick-up order, due to the service being excellent. My order was ready and hot! When I opened up my sesame chicken, the first thing I thought was, this is at least 2 servings. The flavor was amazing!!! While I really wanted to eat all of it, I just couldn't. I will be back, and I highly recommend King Noodle in Waco, still have this wonderful lingering flavor. Oh, the price is average for dining. Soooo good!!!

Google
We usually get shrimp and broccoli which is always good. I tried the coconut shrimp tonight and it was very yummy. Thank you for the great service each time we come😊

Google
This place was awesome! Service was quick and so was the food. The staff was friendly and checked on us often. We had the spicy beef noodle soup, orange chicken, Mongolian beef, pan fried dumplings, pork buns and fried rice. My family wants to come back every time we visit Waco! The noodles were freshly made and on point! The inside was pretty cool and we enjoyed that as well.

Camarra B.

Google
King Noodle caught my eye, so I decided to give it a try! I am very pleased with my experience and the food!!! When I went, I was immediately greeted and seated, my waitress, Kenny, was very welcoming, attentive and friendly. The calmness of the atmosphere made it easy to sit and enjoy my food there. I ordered shrimp tempura, Mongolian beef with a side of fried rice, and all of it was absolutely amazing. The flavor & texture! The shrimp tempura breading/crust was so crispy, and The Mongolian beef and fried rice were mixed and seasoned to perfection. I finished all of my food feeling very fulfilled.

Yelp
Wow. This place is incredible. Food came out fast and everything was fresh and flavorful. The fact that the noodles are handmade is unreal. I never thought I'd find an Asian restaurant that I love in Waco. This rivals what I had back home in Southern California. That takes a lot for me to say, please trust me lol. We had spicy wontons, orange chicken, Mongolian beef, and the flat sliced noodles. My only critique is that the wontons had little filling and the Mongolian beef was a little too salty for my taste. It was also pretty warm inside. I wish the AC was cranked up a bit more. Staff was kind and very quick/attentive. We can't wait to come back and try everything else!!

Yelp
The service was prompt, the food was an easy 10 out of 10. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a non-cookie cutter experience!
google avatar

Roy C.

Yelp
It is a Waco 4, a California 2. Good noodles, soup lacked strong flavor for me. Cucumbers were crunchy. I am a more vinegar and sesame oil than soy, but it maybe tomato tomato thing.
google avatar

Kirk M.

Yelp
Let's start with the restaurant very clean. The bathrooms are very clean. The ambience is awesome. The service is prompt quick and they always keep your drinks full. The meal portions are very large so you can order one portion and you can feed up to two people easily. The noodles and are made on site which makes everything fresh. I definitely recommend this restaurant. The Mongolian beef was awesome and their potsticker appetizer is to die for. I highly recommend this place. So next time you're on N. Valley Mill Dr. Waco, TEXAS stop on in to King noodle. You'll be glad you did.

Yelp
This place was really good. Service was super nice and even gave us a calendar after the meal. Loved the tea with my meal and the soup was awesome. The spicy dumplings were tasty! The soup dumplings were ok, too much dough for me compared to other places that specialize in these. Needed more broth inside. I'd definitely go back and enjoy more ramen! It was cool seeing the chef in the back making the noodles fresh. Major plus in my books!

Yelp
A Waco gem for Asian food, all of our dishes were delicious and we were particularly impressed with the Hibachi Chicken and the hand cut Stir Fry Noodles. Quick and friendly lunch service in a clean and modern environment.

Alexandra V.

Yelp
The place is very clean and the staff is nice but I was very disappointed in the soup dumplings, which is what I want for. The dough was also extremely sick.

Courtney G.

Yelp
Food is pretty food. Nothing to get super excited about it's just normal Asian food. If you need to eat somewhere pretty quick and you want some pretty good Asian food you can go here!! Service is really good too. Not bad just I would rather go to an Asian buffet or somewhere a little more upper class that taste a little better. food isn't worth the price unless your in a hurry!
google avatar

Paul G.

Yelp
They have nice service and ambiance, but taking into account the Chinese food that I'm used to in Dallas, this place was quite mediocre in comparison. Nevertheless, this place could be the best Chinese food in Waco, who knows? The dumplings were quite good, and the cucumbers were ok but the habachi was really mediocre. I guess I would come again if I'm craving Chinese food while visiting Baylor University.
google avatar

Kri Kri A.

Yelp
Food is great and fresh. Their noodles are made in house. The service is fast. Highly recommend if you're around. I went back. I got the stir fried noodles and broccoli beef with fried rice. Their fried rice is a HIT!

Kelly S.

Yelp
This was our first time here. We ordered the fried rice with beef, chicken, and shrimp and the Mongolian beef. The food was amazing and service was great. We will definitely be back!
google avatar

Paul D.

Yelp
The food was fantastic!! Best Chinese around. Never would have thought such great Chinese food is in a vacation area.

Yelp
The service was really good, our server kept checking up on us. It was better than I expected, probably one of the best asian restaurants in Waco. The only downside was that one of my foods came out slightly lukewarm but every other dish we ordered didn't. Overall, it was a good experience.
google avatar

Leah C.

Yelp
Such yummy food! Was expecting more of a take out typa vibe from the menu posted online, but it was a nice sit down booth place. Don't skip out on the tea! Worth the extra $2.50. The shrimp broccoli was delicious, and one day I will get over my fear of dying via stomach bug and order the $6.99 slice of cheesecake.
google avatar

Jason G.

Yelp
AMAZING food. The broccoli shrimp bowl is fantastic we had an amazing time 5 STARS. (I'm 10):)

Rebecca C.

Yelp
Fresh every time! My in-laws introduced us to it, and it is phenomenal! The building was a fish restaurant, but the new owners added their own style to it and it rocks!

Lynda W.

Yelp
First time to visit. I got stir fried noodles with shrimp. Love the noodles, but wish it had more vegetables (only had a small amount of onion, bell pepper and carrots). I think broccoli would have made it so much better. I added a lot of the chili sauce provided on the table, which really kicked up the flavor. Service was excellent. Comfortable and clean setting. Recommend and will return.

K S.

Yelp
Service was really great. Our waiter was really nice. We tried the cucumber salad, pork steamed bun, and sesame chicken. We also got some spicy potstickers but forgot the name. Everything was super good. My favorite was the salad and the steamed buns.
google avatar

Suzanne S.

Yelp
So I was very impressed when we walked in and sat down. This new restaurant is very clean and the employees are very pleasant. The service is great! But I'm so sad to say that once I tasted the food, I was very disappointed. The edamame was great of course. The stir fried noodles and beef and the sesame chicken were just not a very good taste. The stir fried rice was super bland. The chicken was kind of pressed chicken and it was stringy when you bite into it. The beef noodles dish had a bad after taste. I'm sad because I was so looking forward to this restaurant. I was happy until I tasted the food. The presentation was great. The service was great! But the food was not good and we most likely will not return.
google avatar

Maddy P.

Yelp
Great experience! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The soup dumplings were hot and fresh, definitely recommend. I went with the spicy beef noodle soup and it wasn't too spicy but the heat builds as you eat. You can't beat hand pulled noodles.
google avatar

Clay B.

Yelp
Very good food! I had the crispy pork noodle it was very light yet filling and VEERRRRRY delicious! Waited about 5 min to be seated and the waiting area was a little crowded but it's worth it! Love the decor very spacious seating! The service was quick and polite! Also for it was only 46.50 for two people with an appetizer! Get the pan fried pork dumplings!!!!!!!! Just go it's good all the way around!
google avatar

Stacy G.

Yelp
The pulled noodles were very good and the dumplings too! The restaurant was clean with a nice Asian decor. Servings are huge! Lots of leftovers. We had the steamed dumplings, sesame chicken and the beef pulled noodles. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Definitely will come back. Surprise find in Waco!

Jan S.

Yelp
I have been back multiple times since my first visit. Restaurant is very clean, service is great and the food is very good. My current go to is the stir fried noodles (made in house), and I prefer the vegetable one. Highly recommend!!
google avatar

Paul S.

Yelp
Very bland. Nothing had any unique taste. The two servers they have are overwhelmed. The owners spent a lot of money on the menus, utensils. Walls had some Chinese scenery. Don't see this place surviving. Just nothing special and too bland food.

Marie Q.

Yelp
Amazing place , real Asian food. Dumplings are homemade and delicious . I ordered Mongolian beef but I requested it to not be spicy , it turned out delightful . I love they put more protein in your meals that carbohydrates . It really helps me since I'm in a weight loss journey. Service amazing and waiter was always available when we needed him .
google avatar

Enrique B.

Yelp
I really enjoy the noodles, the soup, and the dumplings. It's all very good. The seating near the door can get rather cold in the winter, however.
google avatar

Dennis D.

Yelp
Arrived to a super clean restaurant with a very kind host. Extremely clean glasses and silverware in a very cozy restaurant. Orange chicken and egg rolls were some of the best I have had. Food was super hot which was so good. Quality is provided here. 5 STARS.
google avatar

Constance H.

Yelp
While we were craving Asian cuisine we came across King Noodle and let me tell you they did not disappoint. They have a person making fresh noodles and dumplings! All the food is fresh and delicious. Service was amazing and courteous. Will definitely be back. Our new favorite restaurant.
google avatar

Jessica '.

Yelp
We walked in at 8:20 prepared to have to go somewhere else being they close at 9. They insisted we stay and I'm glad they did! Great service and amazing food. It was one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever been too.
google avatar

Isaiah A.

Yelp
Nice food, nice people, nice place. I really can't find a negative about this place except I gotta drive 30 minutes to get here. So far the items are all great and the price is fare for the quality of the food and portions. I will definitely be back when I visit Waco, my wife and daughter like it too. I Highly recommend them to a friend, and keep it a secret from my enemies. Wish them all the luck in the world.
google avatar

Kristi R.

Yelp
So delicious, will definitely be coming back! Dumpling fried or steamed are great! The dumplings are packed with meat. The crab rogue are stuffed! You have to get the noodles they are so fresh and delicious! The service was fast and nice!

JJ P.

Yelp
The ambiance was Good! Staff was so friendly l! The noodles I had (flat stir fry noodles) didn't have much flavor and for some reason it was chewy but doughy at the same time. BUT everything else was great! Definitely recommend the mongolian beef!
google avatar

Ivy H.

Yelp
The food was amazing, the server was very friendly and enthusiastic, and the Dr. Pepper is amazing. They got the syrup-to-water ratio perfect. The chopsticks were easy to use, but the fork did not come with instructions on how to use it properly (j/k).The dumplings were extremely good, very hot and off-the-pan fresh. Fortune cookies delicious. We got the chicken and broccoli and the hibachi chicken. 10/5 would come again.
google avatar

Christy B.

Yelp
We tried this place last minute late at night. We were skeptical but it surpassed our expectations! Being before they close all the food was fresh! Our 5 year old loved the steamed dumpling soup and my husband got the spicy beef soup and it was huge and the meat was very tender!! I will always recommend this place. If you need a sign this is it!!
google avatar

Dan S.

Yelp
Food was ok soup dumpling were dry didn't have any soup in them and the where very small, The service was good, was clean
google avatar

Brenda J.

Yelp
This is THE most wonderful place for Asian food in the Waco area! It is elegant, with china, fabric napkins and gold cutlery. The atmosphere is fine, though a bit loud. The menu is impressive and reasonably priced. Best part, is all the food is delicious! So happy for traditional sit down dining. The house made noodles are fantastic, and you can see the good being prepared. Wish they had a bar to complete the experience, but we will return every chance we get. Drove from an hour away and it was so worth it!
google avatar

Terry S.

Yelp
Best Asian food I've yet found in Waco. Service is good. Models are handmade in house.
google avatar

Austin T.

Yelp
Menu, atmosphere, and staff were all good. The staff was really wonderful. Noodles are hand pulled (you can see them doing it). We got the soup dumplings, noodles, and Schezwan dumplings. Everything was very nice. Noodles were my favorite. Only thing I would have wanted was a large spoon for the soup dumplings as they are harder to eat in one bite. For Waco - this place is great. We will be back.
google avatar

Belinda H.

Yelp
I had a veggie noodle bowl. It was good.Beef and broccoli, sesame chicken and the shrimp bowl we're ordered and I was told they were all very good. I also ordered spring rolls and those come 2 to an order. Well I was very disappointed in them. They were acidly almost like pickled veggies were used. We each took a bite and unfortunately we're thrown away. It was a bit pricy for 4 people to eat. It was 79.50 That's a little much for take out. My daughter who frequently goes to the Temple location stated that the Waco location is much more expensive ‍ Well we will probably go back but will be staying away from the spring rolls.
google avatar

Michelle T.

Yelp
Darn! This always happens. I eat the stuff so fast I forget to take a picture. Just had egg rolls and stir fried shrimp and noodles and they were delicious. Fresh, not oily. Just good! And reasonable. I will be back for more.
google avatar

Margaret S.

Yelp
I liked the food there, it was tasty and flavorful. I had the Fried Cheese Wontons as a starter, which was really good. I also had The Chicken Stir Fried Noodle and it was also good. It was clean and very nice in there. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place.

Pam M.

Yelp
Delicious! Spicy Dumplings were great and the sauce on the table that has a mixture of chili oil, sesame and garlic, YUM! Noodles were great, too! Not a large selection, but quantity and quality of what they do have was fantastic!
google avatar

Wendy G.

Yelp
Came to King Noodle since I was craving for Asian food. Ordered the steam dumplings as well as pan fried dumplings. Both dishes were well made & tasty! Ordered the shrimp sliced noodles which was good. Other dishes on the menu looked good, will have to return to try it out.

Billyb B.

Yelp
Quality meal at fair price. Looking forward to many more visits to the valley mills location
google avatar

Alice T.

Yelp
I thought this place was expensive for some "noodles". The flavor of the dish I got (which wasn't memorable so I can't recall the name) was bland. I don't like how the place is so open the staff seem to stare at you while you are eating. Will not be going back.

Carol P.

Yelp
We've been looking a while for good Asian food in Waco. This was a great find. I had coconut shrimp, husband had stir fry noodles. Food was fresh and hot. We will be back!

Dorii B.

Yelp
The food is all good. We had 5 different dishes and they were all tasty. This is my go to place at least once per weeko
google avatar

Daniel K.

Yelp
Just ate here for lunch with my gf and it was excellent! Service was crisp and timely. You are provided with nice chopsticks and cutlery. The food of course is the highlight and was absolutely delicious. For appetizer we had the spicy Szechuan wonton. We got the Mongolian beef with fried rice and the stir fried spicy sliced noodles for entrees. 100% will return and highly recommend dining in for the experience!
