The largest mall in the Philly metro area with the best offerings in all of retail. Designer and luxury brands have set up shop here. Great eat out options. The best place to shop in all of PA. Plenty of parking. Very close to highways

King of Prussia Mall Review The King of Prussia Mall is massive and has just about every store you could think of—from luxury brands to everyday favorites. It’s clean, well-organized, and easy to spend hours exploring. There are plenty of dining options, so it’s more than just a shopping trip—it feels like a full day experience. Parking can get a little hectic during peak times, but overall the atmosphere is lively, and it’s a great place to shop, browse, and hang out.

Google
Probably one of the most frequented malls in this area! Gigantic! All kinds of high end stores as well as regular stores. Usually crowded on weekends! Christmas holiday can be a nightmare as far as crowds but you can get great deals! Parking is always challenging here. You can find parking but sometimes it’s a headache! Different restaurants scattered throughout. Always as great place to hangout at especially if it’s hot out! Nice and cool! Clean!

Google
The mall is great! It’s beautiful (unlike most malls in the country), has a great variety of stores, is spacious, and has plenty of natural light. However, for one of the largest malls in the country, the lack of signage is a serious issue that needs urgent improvement. There were barely any signs indicating where the stores, restrooms, or exits were. I could only find the restrooms when I was already right next to them, and I had to walk around in circles multiple times just to find specific stores. It also took me quite a while to locate an exit when I was ready to leave. For such a large and well-known shopping center, better internal signage should definitely be a priority.

Google
Best mall around. No empty stores. Clean. Safe. So many stores in every price level. If you can’t find things here, you’re simply walking around with your eyes closed. Positively love this mall- we come here as often as we can being an hour and a half away. Hopefully Mall death never hits this place.

Google
This mall is awesome, if you plan on coming here if your not from this area I'd recommend you get here early because this mall is huge. High end rich folk stores on the top floor and the regular folk stores are on the mid and lower floors. They have everything you want here and my legs are still hurting from all that walking. Parking is free which is great

Nandu M.

Google
This is one of the best mall I have visited so far with lots of shopping opportunities. A large number of Brands available. There are so many food options outside the mall as well. Inside the mall there is a nice food court with a good number of fastfood options. You will find major brands like Macys, It is located about 25 miles northwest of Philadelphia. It is the largest shopping mall on the East Coast and one of the most iconic malls in the nation. The mall features over 450 retailers, including luxury brands like Nordstrom, Macy's, Neiman Marcus, and Bloomingdale's. It is open from 10 AM to 9 PM on weekdays and Saturdays, and from 11 AM to 6 PM on Sundays. Public transit options include SEPTA buses 92, 99, 123, 124, 125, and 139, which stop near the mall. The mall is easily accessible via major highways such as Routes 202, 76, 422, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

Google
My partner and I shot down to the KOP mall to meet a friend and we spent a couple hours walking around. Absolutely didn't hit every store we wanted to, so we will be going back! Absolutely need some money before you head here, but most purchases are worth it!

Yelp
This mall is humongous. Thankfully there are interactive maps with touchscreens to look for the stores that you are looking for. They give you directions on where to. I recommend visiting Venchi, an Italian gelato and chocolate store. You can take 124 and 125 bus from center city

Diane B.

Yelp
Nordstrom cafe Overpriced for sure $16 for a ginger, sesame salad with no protein on it- it was very small 11/2 cups of salad!! Measley! $4.75 for an iced tea! Charged $1.25 for a crostini! Ridiculous prices! No wonder it was empty. Service however was good

Yelp
So far I'm pretty impressed with this mall. My family and I was able to find different meals in the food court.
google avatar

Yelp
I was driving through town on a road trip and needed to stop somewhere to get a few clothing items for an outfit I was putting together. I was able to quickly find this mall with a search on Yelp and I'm so glad I did because I found exactly what I was looking for. The mall is a big one! It has all the typical stores you would expect. Bath and body, H&M, Forever 21, Dicks, Express, etc. They even had a few stores I was familiar with due to them being in the mall close to my home. The only downside was the bathrooms were horrendous and I rushed out of there as fast as I could. Otherwise, it was great. I would totally come back here again to shop.

Yelp
People in Bulgari store are RUDE as all they want is to steal your wallet for jewelries that is going to break in a few months!!!!! The shopping experience was ZERO MINUS.
google avatar

Haley L.

Yelp
I've been here plenty of times since this is around where I grew up. There are so many things to do in this mall, I could spend all day in here. I went with my sister to the Friends Experience in 2023 and it was very organized.

Yelp
This wonderful mall is allegedly the largest in the US (according to a few lists that I've seen) - I can't speak to that, but it's definitely _giant_ and with fun surprises around every turn. It seems somewhat like several malls that have been connected, each with a different feel. A couple of the transition areas were less clear to me during my first visit, but I look forward to returning and sorting out what I missed. The great sightlines down some of the large halls added to the wonder for me. King of Prussia has a huge variety of stores, covering the range from affordable to one with an employee waiting at the entrance with champagne for customers. There are several restaurants spread around the mall, food stands in the halls, and at least two food courts. Parking covers numerous open lots and garages, as well as possibly parking below the mall. I started to get confused as I tried to sort out where to park on my first visit due to the numerous options and inter-lot roads that seemed to be actual streets; however, all was well once we picked a place and went in. Another visit or two, and I should be comfortable with the parking practice for a mall this size. I'll be back!
google avatar

Tiffany H.

Yelp
This mall is massive. There are like 4 levels. It's like a maze going through it. Too many upscale stores like Gucci and Fendi.
google avatar

Bernardo S.

Yelp
This place is the mall of Philadelphia! Every low to very high end brand is here. From Tesla to Porsche shop its here. High presence of police officer in the Hermes, LV area. Your into malls a need to visit when your in town.
google avatar

Nicci G.

Yelp
This mall is massive and amazing! They have so many different stores to choose from. I highly suggest having a set plan in place because it is easy to get lost here. They have so many shops to choose from and restaurants as well. I highly suggest coming here on a day that is not so crowded so you will be able to experience it all. If you come on a weekend or during the holiday season, I suggest getting there as soon as they open because it will get crowded. If you have not been here yet and are looking to have a nice shopping trip then I recommend coming to the King of Prussia Mall.
google avatar

Kimberly H.

Yelp
Come here to shop on different occasion and I hate it. 99% of the time, people are so rude. From parking, sales associates, cashiers, other customers, etc. No one smiles and everyone is plain negative. They would bump into you and not apologize. No one helps you with anything and just acts like it's their world. Thought it'll be different during the holidays but I am dead wrong.
google avatar

Yelp
Massive mall with pretty much every kind of store imaginable. Whatever you're looking for & then some, you're more than likely to find it here. There are furniture stores. Luxury, high end $$$. It is really a lovely mall. There are typically lines to get into the luxury stores, but typically move quickly. Everyone we have come across was friendly. They were helpful. All around great HUGE mall!!!

Joshua-Christina S.

Yelp
They announce that they "close in 5 minutes" when you walk in... then lock the door at 7:57pm.

Yelp
What can I say about the King of Prussia Mall that others haven't already said? I grew up in K of P so this mall is like my second home. It was a very humble mall in the late '80s up until around 2009. It's expanded exponentially since then. There used to be only one modest food court with your typical restaurants like Taco Bell, Burger King, Soup Masters, etc. Now they've been replaced with more premium fast casual restaurants like Chipotle and Five Guys. Oh yeah, and now there are four separate food courts on three different levels! It's easy to get lost and disoriented while walking around this mall since it's so big. You need to exit the mall to get to certain stores like the Apple Store. One section of the mall is all ultra luxury stores such as Balenciaga, Gucci, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Cartier, etc. There's a Rolex store and Zegna (understated high end male attire) too. Rihanna just opened her Savage Fenty lingerie store which offers free crotchless panties with every purchase which is a nice touch. I could shop here every day and never visit the same store twice it's so large. I can't think of a better mall anywhere else.
google avatar

Alexander P.

Yelp
Huge mall with insane selection. Love the board game store. Always a good place to get all of your air conditioned steps in!

Jessica G.

Yelp
BEst mall in the country! Has every store you could possibly want to shop in! Plenty of parking and lots of wide sidewalks. I especially like the escalators! I cant wait to go again!

Yan Z.

Yelp
Delicious food with excellent service! Eric is so considerate and good with food recommendations
google avatar

Veronica K.

Yelp
There's too many stores here. Seriously it's huge. You're gonna get choice fatigue deciding where to shop. I like this place despite its weird hodgepodge of high end and low end stores. I like it despite its terrible layout. It is the largest mall in the states at this point, so it has that going for it. Anything you want you can find here, good luck finding what you're looking for though. It fills a niche.

Julia F.

Yelp
I love the mall so much it is my favorite place to go after school. The selection is wonderful and there is so much stores there. The service is amazing and a lot of workers a really nice but some are mean, but no ones perfect so some workers are mean. Overall it is a really nice a big mall.
google avatar

Rod H.

Yelp
Please get rid of your horrible touchscreen directories. They're slow, non-responsive, and only allow one user at a time. There's nothing wrong with a basic directory and alphabetical listings. Multiple people can use it at the same time, you don't have to touch a dirty screen, and there's no technology that inevitably glitches.
google avatar

Yelp
Back in my earlier years, I would've been sooooo impressed with this mall. I actually visited once in high school and was so overwhelmed minus the 1950s style diner, which has since closed. I, unfortunately, still do not have enough spending money to throw it away on Yves St. Laurent or Carolina Herrara (although if given the opportunity would love to purchase there) while raising 2 kids in Washington DC. But if I ever come into extra money I'd definitely visit here over my local Tysons Galleria, which is quite limited compared to here. The basics are also here and I loved looking in pottery barn kids. PA is amazing compared to the DMV-no sales tax- so I try to hit some stores when I'm out this way. If nothing else, there are at least 4 Auntie Anne's pretzels and lots of walking. I'll definitely be back-hopefully with more disposable income in the future.
google avatar

Charles M.

Yelp
This is seriously one of favorite malls. I was in the area for the circus and decided to go shopping afterwards. Great customer service and nice prices on high end goods. The staff usually have great personalities and will become your personal shopper if you are into that type of personal service. They hand everything from Burberry to Louis Vuitton. There were lines out the doors for most of the high end stores. This was September in the middle of the pandemic. I went to a great barbecue restaurant after everything was over and the 2 hour drive back to the dmv was very pleasant. This was a great experience.

Janice A.

Yelp
Really nice lunch!! This lunch special is great not only in value but in taste. Highly recommended!
google avatar

Dee D.

Yelp
This mall is pretty extensive. It has all of the top line stores. It was unfortunate that I missed coming here when Lord & Taylor was open. I made a list of stores I wanted to visit. We walked the floors for 4.5 hours. It is the idea of availability and not so much for great buys. There were parts of the mall that were well lit and air conditioned and other parts where we were sweating and not bright. We ate in the food court. It was loads of fun. I will return.
google avatar

Gary P.

Yelp
Definitely the biggest mall I've ever been to. Even this mall suffers from America's transition to online shopping and there are several empty stores. The upscale stores are mostly in a separate wing so they are easy to skip since most of us can't afford that stuff anyway. The mall itself is kept in good condition and there is plenty of space to spread out. Protip, go to the Lindt chocolate store, you won't believe all the different flavor truffles they have.
google avatar

Christina G.

Yelp
Huge mall with tons of stores. It is very busy and parking can be tough especially around the holidays. There is a great selection of restaurants and a wide variety of cousines the food courts. My biggest gripe is the children's play areas. These play areas are obviously for toddlers and PreK age children with signage stating for "kids 42 inches and under". Yet I always see big kids, even teenagers running around and playing tag all over the play equipment practically taking out a wobbly toddler. Parents of toddlers are in fear as unsupervised 12 year olds jump over little ones. Security cannot be found and won't respond when called upon about the dangerous situation.
google avatar

Mm M.

Yelp
This is one of the best( if not the best) malls.. very huge .. you'll find many food options too, while you shop. Mornings it's not that busy , which is when I try to go for shopping. It's a clean mall. Bathrooms are clean. So many parkings. It's a place you'll go more than once!!
google avatar

HeideAnn S.

Yelp
Most confusingly large mall set up- there is zero ways to strategically shop it without over lapping your previous path however, good shopping in general -minus ocd input of it!
google avatar

Amy J.

Yelp
This mall is enormous! If you want to go to one store in particular, definitely look at a map and develop a game plan. Also be aware that there are multiples of many chain stores so make sure you know which one you're looking for. Mall on steroids.

Kristen E.

Yelp
What a great atmosphere and staff! They really make you feel at ease with their attentive hospitality! I have been to several locations...Florida...Nashville and by far KOP takes the cake! Must go!
google avatar

Annabelle L.

Yelp
As of 2018, King of Prussia Mall is the second largest mall in America but the largest mall when it comes to retail space. The title holds the truth and all you mall lovers, this place is for you. I can spend a full day here shopping and still will not complete going to all stores. Since my last visit a few years ago, this Simon mall has expand its size and now has three floors and countless high end designers stores to shop from. There plenty of parking decks and several blacktop parking areas. Just remember where you'd park so upon leaving, you can find your way back. As with any mall, please expect traffic during holidays and weekend hours. I recommend coming here off hours if possible. The food court and dining areas are scattered throughout the mall and on various floors. I would suggest either looking at the mall directory or browse online to see which wing, floor and direction you want to shop or dine to get the most of your time here unless you have time to kill. The mall decor and furnitures and flooring are nice and updated. Bathroom are clean and yes, there's family rooms for families with little ones. I wished this mall is closer to home but it's totally worth the 90 minute drive especially when visiting PA.
google avatar

Cayla S.

Yelp
This place is massive! My partner and I went during a Friday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all. We walked the entire mall entering by Macy's. At first, we walked the first two levels confused how that could be it. Then, we found an escalator to the third level and it was like a portal to a different world. Suddenly, we were in a strip of luxury storefronts including Prada, Tori Burch, Bvlgari, and Cartier. Nice mall, ample parking even with the flooded out sections. My partner and I came back for a meal at Shack Shack inside the mall. Little did we know that there was a freestanding one just outside the mall in the same plaza.
google avatar

Kitty H.

Yelp
I'm writing about the two play place they have in the mall. Didn't find much info about this. My 3 and 6 years old enjoyed it. Mall has two buildings: the court ( smaller) and the Plaza. One playplace located at the court 1/F by the food court area. Another one at the Plaza mid level next to H &M. Two buildings are connected via Macy's. Outdoor crossway at 2nd level and indoor on 3 rd level. Free nice soft play areas. The one at Plaza building seems to be a Bit bigger and more to play.
google avatar

Lin B.

Yelp
They do not offer any wheelchairs on weekends. If you're handicapped, avoid going to the mall on a weekend. And if you ask the security, they don't know anything and instead just like you to walk around everywhere giving you the wrong directions. The concierge is closed on the weekends as well. Attention!! All handicap people are not to shop at the mall on weekends.

Melina J.

Yelp
The chicken we great the appetizers were great and good customer service I would recommend this restaurant to everyone
google avatar

Anita T.

Yelp
Huge mall complex! Anchor stores are packed with designer items I can't find at my local Baltimore area store. There are endless halls of shopping options, many of the luxury stores like Tiffany & Co, LV, Fendi, Hermès. And yes, your run-of-the-mill Mall stores are here too, like Bath and Body works and Zara. This past visit wasn't as glorious as times I'd been before ( maybe it was just late and I felt rushed). It's easy to get lost here. But that's not always a bad thing when you're shopping for therapy.
google avatar

Nicci G.

Yelp
Beautiful mall to walk around and take photography. Bring a thrift store into the mall!
google avatar

JJ J.

Yelp
"Wow!" Is the first word that I uttered as I saw this complex outside and entered into. I could not believe how large, clean, elegant, and beautiful this mall seemed to be. I've driven through king of Prussia a few times in travels and thought this must be a pretty nice area. In my travels this past week, I got a chance to just visit and look around and was just so amazed at the scenery in this mall. More shops than I could ever imagine a mall would have, especially in this day and age of online shopping. Pretty remarkable. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I thought the food court was "eh"; I have seen better in my travels from that standpoint.

Crystal M.

Yelp
Mahogany and Damir display excellent customer service. They also educated me on the importance of not putting sunglasses on top of my head, as that stretched them out. Thank you
google avatar

Kelly C.

Yelp
Just love that it's more stores to choose from compared to when I was younger going to this mall. It's clean with a overwhelming amount of places to eat. Something for everyone in this traditional giant mall! Great anchor stores, trendy fashion stores, and luxury shopping galore. And best of all, plenty of safe, convenient, and free parking. A pro tip: take picture of parking sign where you park. Make it easy to find the tower with your car!
google avatar

Uneka H.

Yelp
Great mall!! So I drove out here (not from the area) specifically to come to this mall. This mall is HUGE! There wasn't a store that I could think of that wasn't in this mall from "Journeys" to Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Adidas, Steve Madden, etc. This mall had multiple floors and many great stores and a great food court. This mall has "Legal Seafood", "Cheesecake Factory" and "Morton's" which is amazing ! Although this is a super great mall - not sure I would come back anytime soon. It was really big for me to walk around and I had to stop for directions several times to get back to the entrance where I parked my car. I have to say however there was a really cool interactive "directory" in the mall that will actually send you directions to get to the store you are looking for. As far as parking, there is more than plenty outside, although you may wanna get their early for a good spot. Additionally, the crowd is very diverse; all races and genders which is always beautiful. Overall, great mall! Not sure it's for me though.
google avatar

Patricia J.

Yelp
Nice mall! Lots of stores. I am happy with the layout and enjoy the Christmas decorations through out the entire mall. The food court is pretty much what you would find in each mall. Nice staff in each store.
google avatar

Mike N.

Yelp
It is now again the largest shopping mall in US after relinquishing the title in 2015 having almost 3 million sq feet of retail space after recent expansion which allowed it to surpass the one in Minnesota. There are basically two sections: the Court and the Plaza both featuring different department stores (7 in total) and a ton of individual retail stores, boutiques and restaurants (more than 400). If you can't find what you are looking for here, I don't know if you can at all. I imagine it'll take almost an entire day to go in to every store and spend a few minutes. The Food Court and other restaurants in this mall offer variety of cuisine and fast food. Just walking around will give you enough step count for the day. Enjoy shopping, and have a great time!
google avatar

Chase M.

Yelp
Its a great big mall just not the cheapest mall It has 3 floors in that mall like Tesla apple lego they are just some there a lot more stores inside.
google avatar

Sanjay G.

Yelp
"2nd largest mall and its beautiful" Had been to N no of malls and premium outlets all over the east coast, but nothing matches its architecture/beauty and brands. I read in reviews that you ll face difficulty in parking, not sure why they wrote it as parking was easily guided and available YES, it's huge And unlike any other Simon mall, it has been architected beautifully What I like most is , its user-friendly touch big screen map It ll show and guides you any store by giving live direction and any kid can understand it. There is savour at a certain distance so that you won't have to walk all the way to the food court. Food courts are at every level. It has 3 levels and structure of each level is different. I like the part near around Louis Vuitton. Seating and charging arrangement can be found everywhere in the mall. Management really worked on these parts. It has all the big brands along with expensive brands. It's almost impossible to roam every story in a day. New stores are coming soon despite having 1000+ brands I went on Saturday and lots of people were there but still everything was smooth. It did not feel like so. Definitely visit
google avatar

Joe M.

Yelp
This mall is massive! Overall, a nice mall with hundreds of stores to shop through. A good combination of high end stores and some outlets.
google avatar

Julie C.

Yelp
There is a lot to be said about the king of prechamal, it's reputation is one of the largest malls in America drives a lot of visitors and consumers daily. But, living around the KOP mall, it is a different experience if you're trying to just run in to grab something and run back out. Because of that size of this shopping mall, one of the things you need to prepare yourself for is to park and gain entry into the building to get to a particular store that you want, it can be overwhelming and time consuming. Preparing for that trip by knowing your entry point and location of the stores that you want to go to is vital and time efficient. It is a nice small it is beautiful, it is clean and it has every high-end store that she could possibly think of. It has a lot of food options, and large department stores as well. So it gets a five star for all of the places that you can choose from, I took one star off however, because the experience itself is actually something I stay away from. Going there is a two hour minimum to navigate, and for that reason I don't find it to be pleasurable. Parking can be annoying again because of the size and the amount of people on the inside of the mall.
google avatar

Sarah A.

Yelp
Where does one begin to describe this mall! The Size: This mall is huge. There are only 2 floors with some parts having ramps to go higher up or in stores to go to other floors. It's rather long horizontally than vertically. The Location: Depending where you are coming from, the mall is right off the highway and clearly visible. It's in a rather central location so you will definitely be able to find it! Amenities: This would be how you want to strategize your visit to KOP Mall. Think about the stores you want to visit because there is a more laidback part of the mall and then a fancy part of the mall. There are no true attractions like other big malls (i.e. no waterparks, amusement parks, zoos, etc) in this mall. There are a ton of restaurants of various cuisines though so you are bound to find something to munch! So say you want to grab some Shake Shack, you'll be heading the the newer pavilion (or the fancy shop area). Overall, this mall is stellar and worth a visit if you are in the area!

Yelp
Everything from high end designer stores to pop-up shops. Not terribly crowded. Shoppers are about 50-50 when it comes to masks. Plenty of bathrooms. Surprisingly easy to get around, usually easily lost in malls of this size but they have directories everywhere. The escalator was broken while I was there, but that seem to be an isolated incident.
